Our party is extenuated, hence the redundancy of the term federal, being based upon a key constitutional extenuation in quantum law under the Article III precedent for sovereign immunity for recession which would be known as federal sovereignty that would be derived from secession's mechanism by state of federation in constitution of freedom, as outlined in our book linked in the menu above.  Secession's mechanism would be able to exploit superluminal property of matter (quantum teleportation of information) through its reorganization in order to arrive ahead of matters time of light's universal constant motion inunthrough such field (with E=mc^2), thereby remaining lawful under civil rule via the preponderate--exploiting recession's negative change as a novel mechanism toward better reunionings federal as all things should be in time's positive march forward--past and future in present; proton and neutron in electron; matter of field in spacetime: of quantum federal sovereignty.

Our party would be predicated upon such novel extenuation of recession's federal sovereignty able to exploit civil policy under Article IV Federal Rules of Evidence in effect placing burden of proof directly away from parties not in caveat then allowing allegation of further claim not normally plausible.  Such feature would allow ours and other federally sovereign parties to assert and assume general claims which could be seen as moreso congruous with recession notwithstanding if such were true or not, being held as such by civil law (with rulings then able to serve as probable cause for criminal investigations).
