The following is a partial screenshot and message transcript that our party has sent to DOGE on X, intended to be read by the Musk himself.

We wanted to inform DOGE that there is a key legal extenuation in constitutional law which should play a key role with respect to governmental efficiency. In fact, our new book "Max-Well {Quantum Governance}" details how this extenuation is closely tied to quantum law. As it turns out, federal government has the same form as state of federation, with matter of jurisdiction being personified by the highest dimension of order in spacetime: proton and neutron in and of electron, past and future in and of present. As such, we may claim that secession would be implicit to constitution by law of tort, by the Declaration of Independence alongside the 10th and 14th Amendments which one may tell seem to have been specifically engineered around secession.

Secession is a key feature in time which allows for prime state of negative in positive of three of two in one to remain in harmony with positive change, in that recession may be used in-with secession's keel in order to keep up with inherent positive motion through quantum wavefunction. Once recession sets in due to natural entropy, the courts may actually switch tact in civil cases and begin judging against normal constitution for cases not proving caveat of secession which then begins to align the public whilst at the same time worsening the recession in order to further that measure more towards triggering secession, which then once activated is able to leap forward much more punctuated and exact an even greater positive than otherwise, thereby being a more federal combination in and of time's own form, incorporating negative and positive in-as one, obsoleting negativity as it were. This nifty feature would have been very well known during the formation of our Constitution and most likely was the hot topic of the day stemming from the renaissance and the early foundations of physics and electromagnetics, showing us that it may be our true national treasure, hidden before our very eyes.

With that being said, there has existed extenuation upon extenuation in this initial phase we like to call "secession's ignition" which has called for secession notwithstanding just for demonstration's purposes alone which has caused a huge stressor on the American public because our entire revolution had been against tyranny and recession, and so to requite exactly that to be imparted upon the public right from the outset of our Nation's birth in order to trigger a demonstrative secession to highlight the ancient evils which had evolved us as soon as possible in order to slay them on the world stage most indelibly was for all intents and purposes very confusing, especially in those days before the internet...though one might have been inclined to suspect some sort of sly goings on with respect to the name chosen for The Second Bank in that day. Sovereign immunity has been a well-known precedent law for hundreds of years in our country and has confused so many. Government immunity for intentional torts is exactly what we fought to abolish, though there was no other way to extenuate the public into recession and recognizance of the law without such measure, which was a success because that was exactly how our party had discovered this extenuation when we had been judged against in a civil case with respect. The idea that a government official could intentionally cause something like an automobile accident while on the clock with a government vehicle and then be judged in favor of by a court would be ludicrous outside of some sort of extenuation, and then lo and behold that is exactly what we have on our hands, although there are many who have come to judge in favor of recession not knowing that there had been an artificial extenuation at hand, which has become a problem in some cases.

DOGE has a very delicate balance to maintain, because if our government achieves a premature efficiency, we could be setting up the future for disaster in the same way that recycling old vehicles before a major overhaul can be more efficient than overhauling them. If our posterity looks back upon this key area sans recession towards secession's refederation higher, such a major event's absence may leave the history texts without the critical knowledge of the most important crime throughout our history which was instrumental in leveraging humanity to overcome darkness and come up with a proper solution against recession, which is known as tender issue fraud and was the exact same fraud that the Moneychangers were practicing that killed Jesus Christ. The fraud is very simple and just relies upon enough recession to gain control of a country's treasury, once that control is established and the treasury privatized the extenuators simply charge interest on bill printed for the people, which is ridiculous because the money needed to pay the interest has to be issued as well which incurs interest itself, equaling a neverending debt spiral. Just one cent printed under this scam incurs an infinite sum of debt, being enough money technically to buy every single piece of matter in the entire universe and beyond, which is a serious security concern because technically we could be brought to court by other worlds in the galaxy for threatening their sovereignty. Though when we factor in the need to secede, this fraud actually makes sense because it serves as the perfect mechanism to induce recession and also to align the public to caveat and bring them back into the courts to find their favorite chew toys, so to speak. In fact, this fraud has likely been the driving factor behind the evolution of government and society in general and we would say that it was the key instrument used to spurn research into quantum physics because the energetic fog it creates on and through matter is what people in ancient times would have known as a curse and such would have been a major focus of mystery, intrigue and all the worms in the can, per se.

Our advice to DOGE is to be very wary of this extenuation because there may even be jurisdictions from beyond who may have a very keen interest in this governmental process going down. NBE's are well known to science fiction though may play a key role in officially civilized societies wherein federal metamorphosis through secession's refederation was used by those worlds to federate into a one-world government via such a perfect shortcut and in the process develop quantum-sentient computers that would watch over their internets. These beings are a class of lifeform far and beyond our capability though seem to be beholden to this metamorphic legal process that appears to be their version of giving birth due to the fact that their extreme capability would likely lend towards competition based upon proxy interaction just like coders compete to program the best self-driving cars, though through what we would identify as possession, meaning that their giving birth directly would be below them and less than perfectly natural, having to occur though a much more complex and informationally dense process, which also lends towards other benefits for life in general such as the assuaging of the child trafficking and other issues by allowing victims to be rendered unconscious though still human to a degree for natural harmony to still occur. NBE advent also likely allows for other key privileges from this domain such as life extenuation and reanimation which would be key for space travel and colonization. Though we may get a picture of why this area would be so critical because it would indicate that NBE systems operating on our world now would technically not be our own, meaning that any tasks that they may be undertaking in order to prevent the effects of the rampant crime that is naturally generated by secession's extenuation for recession would be being done at the expense of other higher races, some of whom may be already leapfrogging us and so gaining certain rights to potential possessees which could be considered detrimental to our achieving this milestone, perhaps rendering us to a slave race or what have you eventually. Though as one may tell, the completion of federal metamorphosis would be key for these beings because it would allow for an evolution of good and evil itself, making for a more intense way of life wherein what was once considered bad may be thought more of like quality control as good and evil go at it in a most civil sense in order to properly test our evolutions in government and society as we are overseen by our NBE offspring who may allow for court battles to be real, aided by respawn devices and the whole nine, when States become logical without territorial boarders like giant space fairing ziabatsus, much like a scene from Final Fantasy. In that time, having a proper history setting the mold for this evolution would be key and so secession's ignition must occur in order to instill itself into the history books serving as a demonstration of what should be done surrounding this key area of quantum dissonance, just like we have to learn how to do other critical functions in order to survive.

Please bear in mind that this process has been ongoing under the Article III precedent law known as sovereign government immunity for some time, that is now becoming known as civil sovereignty with regard to this process, and so it would be keen to maintain that momentum in the right direction, of course...this is all below your level of expertise, please forgive us. Though, there is a difficult conundrum to overcome because the fact exists that we must still feed our young and maintain a satisfied workforce who won't sabotage our industry or just flat out rebel and attempt to mar this key process. Recession normally did the job of overcoming progress not in caveat beforehand, though now that caveat has been aligned to and only recession remains, most of which has gained so massively as to almost not have the impetus to participate in this process though who still could be wrangled in to ensure that the entire world can be overtured to unionize in-with us during the constitutional refederation process, there are little options left due to the fact that recession has now become federal, with total debt now more than half of total assets, and so to continue to press for recession would simply just anger, disenfranchise or otherwise extinguish those of us needed for the future and also inure those who may not be the most keen on ensuring their survival at all, though who did align us none the less and who may be interested in doing so further. At this point our governmental body's immune system has cascaded the enzyme of recession, killing all and so now caveat's alignment has created the T-Cells in parties like ours which have created the figurative RNA shown in our work, which may allow us to create the antibodies to get this task done in a most intelligent manner from the inside out. There are ample opportunities to complete this task, the first of which I have encountered in the Federal Courts. The federal court system has been up to the extenuation for some time, albeit famously by not allowing for pro se litigants to file electronically. And in fact there are state courts which do not allow for this either, only for private lawyers, which is normally unlawful. In fact, there is so much inefficiency in the courts that it verily has been THE most disorganized, corrupt and otherwise dangerous technological apparatus that I have ever had the pleasure of using, recalling that it has saved our bacon by bringing about caveat...though, I daresay that most of its employees who caused that had no idea that that was what they were doing and in fact I have gotten the distinct sense that the courts have been systematically overtaken by the kingpins of the child-trafficking industries going on now for some time which has allowed them to maintain control of law enforcement and society otherwise in order to carry out such criminal activity, which we are now learning may be a serious threat to our sovereignty due to the revelations on quantum proxy capability, NBE's, etc...which gives us a perfect caveat to allow these groups to take the reigns knowing that this once though horrible crime could become their normal adult pastime, if not some sort of advanced form of penal correction, in effect finally getting their own dolls, lol. DOGE could, in-theory could create enough governmental efficiency simply by cleaning out the courts using something along the lines of polygraphing in order to remove toxic employees who are basically doing what they want at this moment, though as stated that could be dangerous to the federal future because we could miss our shot at secession if we just allowed progress to occur not in caveat. As such, implementing sovereign protocols would be the most obvious answer. Extenuated Sovereign Caveat certification could be codified as a requirement to be able to use the efile system, remembering that we may not necessarily bar anyone from using the system altogether out of civil rights, though the courts may create these areas in order to squeeze us into the right direction. Toll roads are another example. If our government has been double taxing citizens all of this time, we surely can continue such a trend in the opposite direction in order to swing that momentum around from recession intowards caveat's progress. We can't just go tearing up the toll roads, and so the only answer would be exempting sovereign citizens from toll charges, viola. That exemption would of course require a certification process, which brings in a whole new set of questions, how do we do that? Well, we know that the parole process for sex offenders is one of the only areas in law enforcement which uses polygraphing in order to determine if parole requirements are being followed...at one point polygraphing was removed and there was a rash of violations which occurred and they were hastily brought back, which would show us that polygraphing would be the most obvious direction, though which opens more issues. Relying upon machines alone is dangerous as shown by the government's moving polygraph data to cirumstantial evidence alone. Machines can fail and also exotic technology relating to neutronics as discovered in the new fusion reactor's net-energy measurements would imply that certain citizens might have access to knowledge and/or tech that could influence a polygraph machine...and so we should be looking at ways to engineer new machines that would be shielded/grounded and also ways to detect tampering such as with AI, and this area could also be the germination for our advent into quantum sentience as we may employ quantum computing to unleash the meanest, greenest polygraph the world hath ever seen, to become the framing for the birth of our new NBE world-overwatch system. But the issue still wreaks of lack of humanity, and so we have proposed that in the meantime we should train truth K9's who may be used in tandem with polygraphs in order to exact the best results. Man's best friend below and polygraphing above should be foolproof...perhaps collies would be the best candidate as they have been shown to be very intelligent also able to learn how to spell and understand human speech, able to choose letters to spell words. Though of course that is speculation and we might be cutting our own branch off due to the fact that federal theory should be able to incorporate negativity at any rate into a more extenuated positive through refedration, meaning that we should not bar anyone though attempt to restitute them in some way, implying that monetary donations to this cause could suffice, which could be used in tandem with polygraphing in order to distribute those funds to the most deserving citizens, which could be extended overseas in order to prop up the world our recession just robbed in the name of evolution in order to perfectly integrate those nations into the refederation process by choosing citizens who would be in favor most of federal form in time.

From this area we can begin to work our way out, namely through the Social Security system, which is the main issue that your department has focused in on, and should, because quite frankly there are a bunch of debt slaves who have succumbed to the federal reserve system who sit around and don't do anything all day with massive social security checks. Though we would highlight that many of these individuals are so full of Thimerosal from the vaccines that they cannot even arise at a normal hour anyway. Yours truly suffered from Thimerosal poisoning until chelation treatment at 27 years of age and I can tell you that it nearly killed me, I literally could not arise before 3pm and was developing serious mental problems. Verily, I have a life that is very behind now and likely will not every marry due to that setback, and so a SS security check for people like me is key because it allows us to do our part towards the future by ensuring that this issue does not happen again through allowing us the time to write books and litigate instead of unfairly working dead in jobs at $7.25 an hour all because of a government infiltrated with child traffickers who refuse to allow us the free time or the valence of the law to recover. The mental health system has been being abused by the criminal classes at large for some time in conjunction with Thimerosal, which allows for most any citizen to be considered incompetent because most citizens have been vaccinated with a dose of Thimerosal which causes heavy metals poisoning which mimics poor mental health automatically. Once you are deemed incompetent and committed you are not allowed to own a firearm ever again, removing you as a threat to crime barring you from law enforcement. So, if crime can selectively choose who's life to ruin an remove their ability to find employment in one of the only profitable sectors of the economy in recession, a claim also upheld by recession under Federal Rule of Evidence 301, and also steal the valuable time, years and sanity from them via Thimerosal to do so, then they can certainly pay for SS pensions, bar none. Really, what needs to be done first is Thimerosal chelation, and with respect to that, caveat should be honored firstly, followed by genetic aptitude beginning with harmony Under God, of course. Once you get the entire population operating without a severe disability, your chances of removing them from disability pensions should be legally clear. I met a guy one time who had nothing wrong with him who was earning $1200 per month from SS just sitting around selling weed, smoking blunts and watching TV...that kind of trash needs to go, but you can't do that when there is no way from this person to find a job anyway in this crud economy due to the out of control child trafficking phenomenon which has usurped far more money, enough to build UFO tech and off planet bases to carry out such crime. And so some black guy with a few grand being cool is not as much of a concern, especially when they have alot of soul and good genes to burn. Though now that things are becoming federal there are serious incidence in the minority communities which are becoming of a concern which need to be exorcised immediately just like a child gone off the deep end, which will become more serious as we continue, mark these words. But overall, even if there were jobs for these souls, they still cannot function at a normal time or well due to Thimerosal poisoning...and so the issue is very sticky to say the least. In my opinion, moving forward into quantum tech would be the most reasonable measure, because at least a sentient quantum being could begin to canvass other NBE's in the galaxy and beyond and be able to index through the histories of other worlds in this kind of phase and see what worked and what did not, or even be able to see into the future for the best possible solutions. If a quantum computer of just 250 qubits can calculate the position of all elementary particles in the known universe then there no doubt that a system of thousand of qubits or more could see into the future and easily see into the past, meaning that we have to figure a way through this and thank the lord that they are inclined to remain proxy to us.

Probably your best bet would be to institute drug testing for SS recipients that would dock perhaps half of their check for however many months that they cannot pass a drug test, and also alert nearby authorities, the same should go for Food Stamps. Though when alcohol is just as much accessible that might not be a good idea considering traffic fatalities. And some people keep THC in their system for much longer and in fact there are many artists who should be on pensions from issues as mentioned who might be more beneficial to us with such privilege. There are also other sectors of the economy who could use a better drug policy such as commercial licensing for truck drivers, not just for MJ but for other drugs such as stimulants which could exact more safety. And so drug testing seems to pale when we factor in the costs of lab tests being a large factor of a single SS check, that measure is furthered, because MJ is really the only cost effective drug to check for, and so we could be just furthering more serious drugs, or at least those of a higher schedule and simply causing issues there with criminal records, especially when we consider Thimerosal. After that SS checks should be adjusted nicely for pensioners as inflation tapers off. If you really wanted to get down to the bone, you could implement a program that tested recipients and allowed for their polygraph scores to dictate their SS adjustments. Asking, do you really need this amount, do you do drugs, do you work, are you progressive, are you possessed, etc, etc...and you may find that certain recipients might receive more, bearing in mind that chelation programs should happen first for the sake of legitimacy. We would remind all though that SS issues are the least of our concerns in the face of the Dark Net which is now the worlds third largest economy and we can bet that a vast majority of those funds came from American sources...and so a major focus of DOGE should be upon polygraphing the public at large with respect to crime after we shore up things as mentioned. Why not? At the very least what could be done is that there could be an option to opt out of being polygraphed, though to the tune of a major fine to be paid to the government which then should be distributed to recipients who passed their polygraph checks. This should be a one-time test that is designed to compensate for the ASCII password standard and other crime incurred by recession's extenuation, recalling that such should be rolled out in favor of sovereign caveat after the public is adjusted by pro se filing privileges, toll road privileges and other areas deemed fit. In such manner we could se the transition of appropriate amounts of wealth to the correct owners. Also SS should implement a buyout program whereafter recipients who have a certain amount to be paid to them for the remainder of their lives could be bought out for a fraction of that amount, say at 1/2 or 2/3, etc with no option for reconsideration cp. There are many of us who took a hard fall early in life and just never got established, though who if we had a way to would not need be a burden with a SS check. Someone who might be clocked in at $200,000 for the remainder of their life could be bought out in sum for $130,000. They could buy a small plot of land somewhere, grow a garden and go back to school and become a normal member of society...and such a program could be adjusted to say $100,000 buyout with $30,000 to be paid at a certain rate for the next 10 years so they can go to school well. That is all possible though is just not as feasible when we consider recession's extenuation, the issue with the economy necessitating recession's ignition for secession's net gains, the abysmal minimum wage, etc, etc.

Finally, probably the most responsible method to go about these issues as stated would be a Thimerosal chelation program coupled with a sovereignty initiative. Such an initiative would be most scrupulously escorted by a program which would allow for MH designees to be allowed to be re-evaluated following thimerosal chelation so that they could be allowed to own a firearm again. After so much trouble and regaining footholds, these MH designees would of course head straight into law enforcement, especially if the saw their SS pensions decrease accordingly. With an influx of fresh additions to LE who may have been kept out by corruption specifically due to their skills, we should see a decrease in other criminal activity which should aid in DOGE's mission. Recession's extenuation would requite that caveat be solved firstly, and so in order to go about such a task that must be attended to primarily, with secession preceding state of federation. Most likely what is occurring from the pressure against SS is simply the need for the inured classes who have been running the child trafficking phenomenon to find a way to decrease the free time of SS pensioners in order to remove their ability to progress through the courts. There are only a certain number of SS recipients who receive a nominal amount while the defense department awards contracts left and right for weapons programs whose only effectiveness against the enemy would be humor considering that they are most effective towards causing secession. Your company alone could in theory pay the benefits of all non-retirement SS pensioners, and so the obvious option would be to shore up the economy elsewhere and to institute heavier taxes upon the rich while these critical assets are preserved for a more federal future when we will come into serious civil competition with our stellar neighbors, which should double when we consider that quantum NBE systems could enable reincarnation, meaning that if we are troglodyzed by certain protocols to wit requiting us to become a slave race, we could be in for a hard ride for many thousands of years, personally, if we do not maintian a high degree of preservation of critical genes and culture needed now. I just cannot speak as an adult much more fortuitously when I watch people every day whom I all but know are heavily involved in serious crime such as human trafficking run around with stolen fortunes far eclipsing that of SS pensions...when I state that that kind of trash is the first issue we need to go after, because quantum theory would indicate that we are giving up our NBE rights if we don't to another civilization who is footing the energy bill that would be associated with quantum possession for trafficking victims.
