America Could Revitalize the Oceans by Sinking Fields of Debris Like China's Green Wall But Underwater, Regulate Trawling & Fishing

Like we have been suspicious of, China and other Eastern and even Middle Eastern nations as well as some in South America, Africa and elsewhere seem like they may have fallen to quantum possession quite some time ago, basically turned into an interdimensional darknet army waiting under the sand for the right moment to woof up the world like a wabbegong.

The Earth's oceans simply cannot support the current population boom while being poisoned. The plasticizers, oil tankers being sunk and GMO and other chems from our own urine are going to break the back of the ocean lifecycle by collecting on the sea floor and smothering the microorganisms which eat fallen dead matter where the food chain begins for the larger predators who regulate the alge eating animals. Once it goes it'll be like a blown engine that will be much harder to start in the cold without good tools and proper working conditions, per recession's slope.

Something tells us that when the oceans go that's it, maybe that triggers some sort of natural cataclysmic reaction or maybe the NBE symbiosis upstairs would count it as a signal toward revocation of protections against natural disasters or even as a trigger for creating one due to the oceans giving birth to land life which if violates the ocean then such must be revoked, or all of the above.

The great green wall that China is putting up is impressive, but we get the sneaking suspicion that the headless government of China lacking the key tech of federal form would be like a jet without a pilot.

The whole idea of technology would be predicated upon the highest form of tech being government...if that's of not a federal form matching times shape in the atom which other tech would be built off of then the whole thing would be a devolving form. The entire purpose of federal government would be in the ability to utilize recession's momentum toward transmutation into superluminal gains back toward progress again...and so it makes you wonder just how China is making such meteoric progress.

The answer it would seem would be the same thing that would make a new house with a disfunctional septic drainfield seem nice, until the septic tank fills up and can't drain. Proper plumbing is expensive and you have to forgo a larger house for better engineering to save costs in net. China and other nonfederal countries have a type of government which may be a powerhouse now but once federal form which utilizes lower tech able to incorporate recession and progress via negative and positive charge inwith federal governmental keel is needed and it's not there the entropy will be like a huge structure failing to meet proper code built on top of itself in layers overburdened coming down...which we sense will be on purpose via mass amounts of the possessed in those countries actually trying to cause the world to destabilize.

Certain amounts of design flaws can help bring people into the courts to gain familiarity, but without federal form matching state of federation able to utilize such recession there would be no purpose and so no remedy for those products, or rather that the state would waste too much time manually ensuring that product designs were perfect in turn costing what the business make anyway being a waste of process no less depraving natural competition in business and in the courts in turn a waste of process in purpose corroborating. Hence, nonfederal government would have to import tech and talent which we see happening as Chinese professionals leave with our best stuff, being an affect of our recessional cycle. As soon as federal governments fall away from the lead nonfederal governments go into a state of utter deadlock like a solar cell at night, with nowhere to import the difference, as we saw across the world after the Civil War, WWI and the Stockmarket Crash of 1929.

Back to the fish.

We sense that these headless likely fully possessed governments and societies would know that nonfederal forms would devolve those societies and further stress the world and so arrange themselves like that to further cantilever the world down and down with each federal cycle like a leech fattening going through the blood of a host between meals. At the high points these governments seem able to angle into a great deal of progress riding the wave and so may seem even more progressive, which we sense might be an interdimensional tactic using that lack of gravity to erect lightness that we just may not achieve with an unferfederated world.

There could be a darknet program base conducting operations via quantum possession tech beyond our current state using such tactics to colonize latent planets like ours like so, perhaps with lots of quantum records about tactics to overcome them even perhaps tailored to us person by person via vast sentiment quauntum computer ability.

Using the Great Green Wall and China's whole tech boom built on western research and endeavor blowing off the most important pinnacle of federal government and alliance inwith us and the world could be a distraction making things seem peachy for major issues bubbling and cracking under the table like the pollution of the ocean and the depletion of fish stocks.

America could counteract any such tactic by Sinking debris fields in the oceans to create massive artificial reefs for aquatic animals to thrive in. Such a program could also make vast areas unable to be trawled, which is the most destructive form of fishing that also removes the key structures used by fish down there to survive, with one little rock or shell being a critical focus of survival on a flat, dark sea floor. With so much debris sunk on the ocean floor there would be now way for trawlers to not loose their nets. There would have to be regulations dictating trawling grounds and then other regulations could accopany making fishing more controlled, with the area a good area to encourage international government...and who would be able to talk down about the Great Blue Wall? Encouraging more advanced methods of fishing would also help to modernize the industry.

The idea though would be that as a Great Blue Wall was made and as tech advanced then fish stocks would soar to levels never seen before making the ocean such a rich resource as to support extra efforts to control pollution. And who knows, by that time their could be VR simulators allowing those with cybernetics to port into special hunter fishing drones in order to scour the ocean for a meal which then could be loaded onto an air drone to a waiting cargo drone with everyone's catch with some sort of hybrid jet engine rocketing home using saltwater electrolysis HOH rocket engines, arriving fresher than store bought in perhaps 6 to 12 hours or so.

The question would be if there could be a ship that could somehow scoup up ocean trash and compress it into ocean floor habitats, able to coat it in some kind of permanent coat that would lock up the dangerous leaching chemicals perhaps like a thick coat of bassalt reinforced concrete that would also help it sink?
