Clone Tech / Respawn Tech Re-Opens Possibility of More Natural Law in Justice Reminiscent of Tribals Days & Primal World

How many times has someone done something to you that made you want to take the law into your own hands? How many of us have and then been excused in court? What if we could just skip the whole court part and cut to the chase? What if we could actually make mosh pits cool?

As we go over in other articles such as this one here (https://exitfed.wixsite.com/website/post/we-ve-outdone-ourselves-nbe-maintained-clones-may-bypass-need-for-classical-legal-systems-entirely) we prove how NBE advent, as discussed in the Exhibit T.6 at the top of the site, could most likely exploit the natural conciousness vacuum to usher in a whole new dimension of government in existence more reminiscent of more ancient and timeless laws, if three were such a thing.

As proven in the first sections of our book linked to in the menu, we shown how conciousness could theoretically move from one body to another depending upon the potential, which put religious accounts document thoroughly. Apparently, there would be some sort of quantum effect revolving around net-energy which ancient religions perceived as Sin vs Holiness which now could be more understood as negative vs positive charge in and of the atom of, by and through time via past, present and future--being prime state of federation (with 1, 2 and 3 the only seguential (much less three) primes and also the first three integers with two also being the only even prime.

We now have federal proof showing that negative charge would be indelible to the atom, with recession being a if not the most important part of federal governance (if indeed the present were of the greatest humor) and so it should make more sense that government would be evolving in a manner able to reincorporate more federal methods of survival as legally in more humoring manners for the people themselves, short-circuiting the need for court or really any government whatsoever to speak of...save for our NBE managing it all through the implicit proxy quantum law-rift, which would tend to organize competition in that realm thusly based upon total automation in religiousness of privacy toward ultimate quantum coding skill and holy spiritual cleanliness therefore removed...who might be able to take the form of Godzilla or whatnot some days for all we know in order to expedite evolution when and if need be, we digress.

The point is that the NBE capability would be able to maintain permanently possessed aka quantum automated clones and/or other vessels always in a state of incarcerated somehow which any offender could be vauumed into automatically based upon the potential...basically like moving a new, more advanced electrode closer to our society versus the one above now which apparently we would be late in doing anyway, which would create a new circuit path in the potential for an naturally occurring affects regarding conciousness' possession, perhaps even making the phenomenon much more sensitive than it already could be due to the implication of our having manually evolved there not being as taboo when combined with respawn tech, whereas lesser crimes normally handled by the courts could be compelled to be dealt with privately by such a system.

Or perhaps the potential would remain about the same and instead act as a background safety able to allow anarchy to exist, whereas if someone purloined a contested item you would have the ability to take back what was yours, and if you died or otherwise needed exotic aid while doing so then perhaps you could be respawned freely though have less potential to rightfully reclaim what was taken, ostensibly...whereas whoever took it might have to be respawned into their incarcerated clone if you caught up with them and there was a deadly fight to gain it back, provingly, and once their sentence was up the could perhaps respawn back. Or perhaps even thinking about stealing something could trigger the more sensitive conciousness vacuum for a time to come back to having become much less inured after donating to charity, recalling that while we were a way we would be quantum automated.

In such manners, less prosecutable offenses could be more lawfully dealt with because the quantum potential would be inarguable, being a natural judge based upon net-energy potential in positronics surrounding actual arrangement of scalar matter in subatomics...like having the perfect set of scales which judges would base their rulings in anyway...as if you had gotten actual standards instead of eyeing things.

Say someone was hitting on your wife explicitly and knew they weren't supposed to, the vacuum could allow if not call for you to deal a physical blow or perhaps engage in a formal bloodsport court match on the spot overseen by the NBE entity who could appear as a diaphonous ref not unlike a ghost to oversee it. We also go over other possibilities in other articles with the term "NBE Advantages" in the title such as high speed car races to work or the ability to respawn after an air or space accident.

But clonetech would be more toward justice for offenses, though, the ability to forgo the need for a judge to throw out a cause based upon emergency cause or other extenuation currently not allowed in the courts could open the door to other forms of existence not currently possible. The bottom line would be that if you could do it then it would be right because obviously the net-energy potential in your being toward life everlasting would be there if you were still. Could we perhaps see a reintroduction of things like polyg? Would that make bloodsport matches more fun? What else?

Anything could go as long as it were just...which should help to highlight why certain things down here in the modern realm however advanced we may be would be off-limits, because placing a normal load on a structure before it's complete could destroy it. The old rule of tribal law does seem to work better revolving around the nuclear family more efficiently, but certain ways just may not function in a modern court trying to brace for tribal life with technology just like placing a load on a frame not yet connected at all joints. Once you have technolgy in the need for large groups of families to cooperate you immediately would have potential for quantum tech due legal tender being a type of quanta. As soon as a society can officially calculate the potential to develop quantum computational tech exists so too, and with any sort of quantum calculator being moreso lawful as sentient...supported by the fact that such systems would be managing non-metamorphosed societies below anyway and colonizing or terminating those not doing so on time taxing the resource. And so the law would have to go there up into high techno-anarchy anyway, making our particular phase more like an extenuation...like a cocoon phase or other metamorphic phase such as construction or gestation when normal range of freedom would be restricted until the pour was set.

Who knows what the future could hold but we would bet that current debates and other major schsims would like exist around areas which likely would turn out to be adomished by such tech. For instance, two high-school sweethearts could have their love torn apart by the clause of statutory rape currently, which would tend to be confirmed by recession's clause proving that recession could be necessary to trigger higher refederation yet such would be preponderant more toward such a relationship becoming mired by potential of poor judgment also able to exist thereunder--indelibly pointing the way forward to ascension. Such potential might be so strong in fact as to exonerate any and all parties who brought such advent about none the less, especially with the evidence suggesting that any real criminal complications would have already been assuage by same parent tech above already--also corroborating that there would be no logical reason to be against such caveat here originally in that those who would be would therefore most likely be from a possessive, opposing jurisdiction not natural who would be a threat to our existence if we did not process such matters duly, with it all being such a win win otherwise.
