Defeating Poor Logic Legally via the 5th & 9th Amendments
The only thing better than good is evil...and so the only thing better than evil is being evil twice.
Which means that true evil is in fact good; and time flows one way, landing that way up.
Just take any statement or thought that you might have, and know that it is in fact a rhetorical statement of pure and utter straight lipped satanic sarcasm...even your denial.
The only thing that makes you a good person is the fact that your next physical action following is in deed just as evil, in being directly against your own devilish machinations, so that the only thing more evil that could be done is to completely violate your own sardonic ways with yet the only thing that could be more opposable—in doing the opposite of what should be done by doing what should be done, being good.
In such manner, time progresses well for the good person...even as I write...evil is so instinctually automatic it turns out that we don't even notice the fact that there is really no such thing as good, just evil occurring twice...which just so happens to be good.
So the other old saying is true: "there is no such thing as evil"
OK, I'm being facetious, but you can see the cold, hard logic underneath which unequivocally proves that time's flow must in fact be at the very least labeled as good, in being arbitrarily positive. In fact, the jest does bear a striking resemblance to a main facet of this site--in time's shape, also bearing similarity to the state/federal system...in that time is made of two similar things which are one--the past and future in and of the present...closely matching the State/Federal system in and of the US.
Now, you can argue that the past is good all day long, but you're going to have a hard time proving it being an optimist...because it obviously isn't as good as the future, right? Pure evil, lol...
And for that matter, so is laughter, is it not? I mean, out of all human vocalizations, it is the most meaningless, most ostensibly senseless, time-wasting, energy-consuming, mindless, and unpredictably, uncontrollably spontaneous...yet afterwards we feel good from it....and not only that, it is the embodiment of happiness itself! Talk amongst yourselves!
Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness is the American motto.
In the courts, the 5th Amendment guarantees deprivations against life, liberty and property...and the 9th reserves all others not enumerated, prima facie.
You'd have a hard time proving in court that happiness is life, but maybe not the other way around.
The issue with republics and democracies is that the majority tends to rule...and evil's power can make it very hard for good to prove it's the right way in the face of a poor majority. Evil has the upper hand in most instances, just ask the bird that got its lunch stolen by a bigger bird. What evil does not often count though is that it is not as pure and distilled as good, just like a primitive culture satisfied with mead might never have imagined distilled liquor...good is just badder and more complete by being evil once more--distilled. And so the cleverer person who persists can prove this in a court of law using tort; utilizing self-evident truths which any mathematical being must follow based upon sheer conservation of energy: life...and by using laughter as proof of happiness, which amuses both good and evil based upon the logic of paradox, which makes no sense...in evil's own double contradiction intowards being good...from whence it came or where it goes, no one knows, nor ever will, that's the trick. This technique is a cousin of the tried and true litigious technique known as "the devil's advocate," and reverse psychology...I call it “evil's paradoxism.”
It all begins with the classic scenario: good vs. evil. And then the classic schism--evil wants to partake in temptation which good must then retort in order to remain more evil through sarcasm in evil's own way, with good being truer evil...making good seem less desirable to someone who is stuck on being evil...to the evil person, or just less intelligent shall we say, good seems less fun and looks like the looser to them, when in fact the truth is quite the opposite (much like a person who does not cross their eyes correctly when looking at a 3D picture). Good must remember that it must not only be more logical, enriching, agreeable and smoother than evil, but also more enticing as well. So, the retort against evil must also be pronounced correctly in order to be truly good, which takes some skill and experience to come off right...it has a depth that you don't notice outright...70% of what you say is how you say it, after all. And let's face it, females are gorgeous, and so one should expect there to be a more delicate procedure when it comes to proper behavior behooving them, otherwise there wouldn't be enough room for skills to separate the good from the bad. Lo and behold, good is just that, better.
I reckon it to the alcohol vs. food analogy. Alcohol gets you drunk, gets the party going and gets the girl, but it does not put food on the table and eventually destroys you and your new family. The man who opts for the food and bans the alcohol gets the girl too, but food cooked without alcohol does not taste very good, and so the man who is against alcohol in his home does not have food that is good enough to keep his woman and looses his family too. Though the man who cooks with the alcohol and does not drink it first has the best food, delectable and to die for...and who knows, maybe he'll have a glass of wine to wash it down afterwards, he keeps his woman, and perhaps then some. At the end of the day, the alcoholics most likely will come over to the man's house who uses alcohol in his recipes when they hear about his cooking, to help cure their hangovers, their woes and their hunger, to learn to cook properly and find out what the true purpose of alcohol is: to cook, of course Wink
Sarcasm. By using sarcasm in reply to evil's suggestions, we can conquer the beast logically through paradoxis. By retorting in a manner which would seem like you are being evil, in making fun of good, you have already won the battle by tricking evil (making the all important animalistic kill)...at which point, it is just a simple matter of tactic to reel in the catch, and that is done by using laughter as a cross-indicator of time's salvation, which waits for no man.
Evil, being evil, should not be laughing at any rate, good's humor included, but at any rate, nothing should waste time at all at any level, really. So, it is prima facie...self-evident...that good's regard is more concise and efficient than evil's, in having one less logi to achieve the same effect with straight face and no laughter at all, saving time. In that good's apparent plausible deniability and ultimate sarcasm alone should achieve evil's own ends in a shorter amount of time, to the answer to the ancient question: good vs evil?
Who's laughing? Who's wasting time and energy? Who is violating the 5th Amendment? Would the 9th Agree? We shall hold these truths to be self-evident.
Good's shade allows both options to exist as one, taking time's very shape itself (past and future in one), and then it is also the answer which elicits the most humor from both parties, in the shortest breadth...self-evident in laughter, being the embodiment of happiness...and then one may use that same logic again in the claim that good and happiness is in fact the purpose of life, in all ultimate, resolute sarcasm...and so the only answer is to continue in evil's own ways in disguise by being good again by laughing, and then continuing the process of good, or but evil twice over, rinse and repeat. Evil must agree with good because it's evil's evil.
Cheers! (pardon me)
Oh, by the way did I mention we're gonna be rich, y'all!! TEXIT!!!
