eGov to (and for) the CORE

- Jake - 03-17-2023"Every branch of Texas government, particularly the judiciary, is committed to applying technology that enables everyone access to our justice system." – Nathan Hecht, Chief Justice, Supreme Court of TexasA chain is only as strong as its weakest link, and top-down approaches are the strongest, saving time...such as brushing your teeth before you take a shower...no actual time is actually lost by the event, cp...but the synergistic effect when accounted for by the way the rest of the world works similarly ends up making life just feel better, which must be working in some extra-mathematical sense otherwise, which can be confusing to some, because everything MUST be and so IS math at its core...which simply means that peoples' intelligence is suffering, which can be seen through current, common misinterpretations of the word "spiritual," which is solely and utterly a word reserved for "advanced effects of current math in logic which are too far afield to fully comprehend, much less understand," pertinent to church or otherwise. Showers or bathing are where you normally get more totally clean, not your sink, so when you're done with a shower, it's one iota more efficient to be totally clean, mkay. That one little spec of time saved in just organized thought alone, being independent of actual material time lengths, releases the breath of the butterfly's wing, which turneth into hurricane over bad water. Seriously though, just give it a shot.Let's face it, our government barely moves faster than horseback in certain key areas...sure, many of its subsystems utilize modern electronics but for the most part, the general organizational structure of key parent systems are still operating on a design which was meant to compensate for slow moving information via horse, foot and boat.It doesn't take a genius to imagine how detrimental a fast new apparatus attached to an older, antiquating parent could be. Top-down approaches need to be taken seriously. If you were washing dirt off of a wall, you would want to start at the top in order to save time, this is just obvious workmanship 101. We should be following the same logic in our government to the nth degree, because it is the most important (top) system that we possess (just talk to any parent who has had their kids taken away by CPS--albeit somewhat unconstitutionally on some level to a very arguable degree in any case considering the implications of Texit alone).Enter eGovernment (or eGov for short). An eGov system should be both the parent and child endeavor of Texit, if such a system were put in place, much of the subsequent ideas which many of us have should fall in even if we don't expound upon them on here, for they would likely get taken care of by themselves eventually due the pro-organization and expedience which such a system offers.A centralized internet based eGov system would be an obviously necessary approach, and would most likely resemble a social media and forum type system, with chatrooms, video, project management, etc. Citizens would have an account which they could use to participate, connecting them directly with representatives and their local communities, from their streets to their districts and counties on up.The system we have in place now was specifically designed for information which moved at the pace of horses, walking and sailing. Election dates were set apart to allow for information to be buffered in order to compensate for such a pace. With government subsystems and the rest of the US now operating at the speed of light, there is a large discrepancy between the systems of our economy and the mains of our government. As one might imagine, this has caused an imbalance. Imbalances or discrepancies in one's government stand as prima facie deprivations of life, simply by the fact alone that one has to regard them when they normally shouldn't--a waste of time and a violation of civil rights guaranteed by the 14th Amendment. We should be well within our legal rights to go forward with enacting a digital, centralized system for our democracy, and it should stand out to the keen observer or adult that that is a signal that we should do so, because any wise person would know that when you have something extremely important that can be done in a timely manner, it should be done--because what can go wrong will go wrong (Moore's Law)...if we don't do it will be 10 times harder tomorrow and 100 the next day, if we even get that far, because usually you don't...something else always comes up and then human error and/or random emergencies pop up when you least expect them and collide with mother nature's wanton needs to do things all at once. Having two or more bad things possible to go wrong is especially dangerous because of correlation being the same thing: bad...which in turn would mean that they should coincide with being able to happen all at once moreso than not because that would be worse in bad, though then again there would still exist the possibility for them not to but of course only to make sure that people stay confused and don't become suspicious, lol, which should imply total and complete randomness being involved AS well as a false sense of predictability, both in the bad spirit of insanity...being the worst, which is the only way to beat it, to only know it...not anyone's cup of tea to remain in though, and we hold such truths to be self-evident (the first line of our constitution).Case studies like that are interesting to some people, especially for people who studied more in the arts and less in the sciences because some are less familiar with the way the brain operates...in that it is bound to matter, E=mc^2, hence the phrase "what matters," which we can draw from physics terms such as "Spacetime," matter inherently existing therein, and even "Quantum Entanglement," which is self-explanatory. Detriments in one's physical environment can manifest as detriment in one's temporal and so mental state likewise and in turn...and this is especial for errors in government because government stands for what is, not just for what has been, and so inherently it must be just in order to reconcile that which is below, in process...yes, things and events in the past do of course matter, E=mc^2 (obviously being encoded therein in some way), such as crime a citizen commits, but if the government designed to account for that deprivation stands for a deprivation in itself, well then who's to say that such a citizen even committed crime in the first place? On a note of pure educational interest, I would reckon to guess that the difference in action between a citizen and their government, besides being one, is that, respectively, the former stands for governmental action from the past inthrough the present (the individual, the predicate), and the latter through present (the predicate) inunthrough the futures from said pasts--agreement upon logic being immutable--state to (S)tate, so to speak, which itself is a fractal of the US's State, Federal system...(S)tate being generated from the [f]ederalization of commonality in beings' state, which is why I like the US system, when it's working correctly, that is, because one could directly substitute "Federalization" for "[f]ederalization" above and be hard pressed to find a genuine logical difference, patriotically...I only merely used captions in order to accentuate, homing in on causative functions. For prime instance, under The Fed's issuance fraud, a person who normally would not be inherently confused experiences the same schizophrenia as a person who is otherwise, because technically, the matter of the Fed is a of a highest issue, and arguably the highest issue one could achieve in modern government, being in AND of matter in and through financial liquidity...a confusion in present matter is the only thing which can cause such effect, all else would be affects (effects automatically implying affects). One can see how one's mind can be energetically blinded and so unable to fathom the most drast/dire of situations, even though they may understand it empirically, the malignment of one's own matter prevents the animal from being granted the blessing of proper instincts, and so they may not feel right, which would make sense with the worst in the above, and evolution and survival of the fittest in general. I would say though personally that the effect is very pronounced and can cause very, very severe and horribly undeserved psychological stress, which is just flat out , plain unholy, but the worst, lostless and almost indispicable part about it all is its understanding being difficult (and as mentioned), because understanding itself in a worldly sense...as in quantifiable by the dollar (which affectionately is everything we are)--stands also as being compromised as well, simultaneously...yet the brain's natural quantum processes rely on oneness to focus well. One can take a look at history, and see times when this fraud was being implemented and times when it wasn't (if they read the right texts) and can sense how times of progress and fond memories coincide (such as cowboy days, the Colonial and Victorian, Renaissance and Enlightenment periods and eras, WWII...and that hard times, such as those which are caused by major deprivations of life in issuance fraud, which most of the time is the case, or stems from it...(such as the Napoleonic wars, the war of 1812 and the World Wars), they do not carry as much spirit or any, which is weird though makes perfect sense...one gets that spooky sense that not much worth remembering and or so good comes from times like these, but even can, which is where the spook comes from...because you know that the only way for nothing to be there was for it to have been worse than bad, you would expect records when there are none, there's just not much information there at all in much respect whatsoever, good or bad...just fuzz like there was a severe short occurring, which matches well to what has been occurring now, yet now there is such a huge amount of motion you know would end up in the same climaxes which were the wars of those days, which means only one thing, that those who must've bared similar spikes of emotion must have been wiped out and/or severely depleted in historical functioning as well, because the informational registries would be too low in their thresholds for anything else to have happened, unless everyone had been medically retarded, and they weren't...leaving just giant cool holes in posterity's tradition, like cannonfire...you get the sense that what was there was bad enough, like it is now, that it--not just consumed, but must consumes itself...which sends chills down my spine, and the hairs go up on my skin seeing this happen all over again here and now, even by just being here when nature shouldn't allot for me under defrauded, and so corrupted governance, in the same way that it can't allow phrases like "must consumes," which is why I speak to inform well, because much of it is wiped off of the map in our texts, and I can see why, because it's just sheer entropy...wast-time squandered and so lost, higher(est) insanity which would have induced future information, good or bad, the only sense you get when evil is forced to turn upon its own ends, in due fashion...an extenuation in and of physics where unprepared people can die very horrible and unnatural deaths and are never heard of again, like a real tsunami...not because they are lost, but because such things destruction is so complete that they inherently cannot be spoken of due to lack of survivors, in any sense, physical or emotional...so much so that the effects usually overshadow history's ability to warn the next generation, not because they didn't try, but because this evil is so complete, it razes everything it touches in time, which is the only thing worse it could do than spread throughout the ages...only to sneak up on you again, because if it didn't, then how would evil survive a complete destruction, and how would it then destroy nothing?...almost as if the only way for it to learn is through starvation...a place where one can succumb to insanity and become a political zombie of sorts, and then suffer mortally to boot, as if paralyzed by the shocking humor of the devil's cries for the life to come. In Jewish lore, this type of evil was known as a dybbuk and is considered a demon's demon, a technical super demon, simply because the sin, or entropy (in more modern terminology) is attached not just to but inunthrough the physical object--especially in fraudulent currency, causing those related to it to forcibly partake in sin, unbeknownst or not...though and is unlike the affects of normal sin, which usually stem from a past event, because it is effectual sin, stemming from the future, existing in potential ab-virtuum, and so the present automatically, again, and again...causing a fractal effect to occur which is impossible to account for and people's heads just kind of explode (making me seriously consider spontaneous human combustion, lol). The real detriment of inter-governmental discrepancy sets in because the "devil" cannot intervene and rehabilitate (so when I say devil I use it in the modern sense of negativity), having to rely upon the bodies of those afflicted to rectify the issue first...in having to preserve the future first, evil or otherwise, even in parody of live and let live...so that there would be the possibility of souls which may be consumed at any rate or level notwithstanding whatsoever. This material situation is the metaphorical equivalent of having a bad full-body sunburn and then getting to strap on full military gear to fight a long protracted war--eventually leading to infection or god knows what else...perhaps blisters or even other casualties from poor performance from such complications, when one would otherwise have a great war story, funny enough, those stories are only reserved only for those who combat such things. People end up experiencing complications which compound and compound because situation does not allow for forgiveness, or recompense, or sense of any sort, from sheer material, physical phenomena...which is just blind math/nature and not something that a being of any level, of any logic or intelligence can or will intercede upon through pure thoughts alone, unlike ordinary crime of a past event can through trial, able to be reconciled by judgement in government, when the issue is through government (being arbitrary); which means that the normal processes of healing the body expects to undergo (because no one in their right mind would refuse to simply put atoms 1-3 in places a, b & c in order to undergo them)...those processes are unable to function properly, even though their potential exists in the imaginary, but though in the confused manner mentioned (and so in fractal, sorry for the wordiness), though again causing it to be expected when it should not and should not be constantly, which is a waste of brainpower (short-circuited humor, if you will), much less a violation of the 14th Amendment.A person could literally loose their very own soul if they are not careful with their governance, and yet still be let to live in sin in order to destroy that which destroys them, compounding more retrograde in order to bring the matter to a head most swiftly, an undercurrent which can sweep the unwary out to sea. This puts the animal into a situation which is what those familiar recognize as not just curse but that which births them, which can cause these scenarios of scenarios to be purposely or otherwise experienced most fondly and completely in only experiences interest...I mean, why would you allow instances of negativity when you can spend half the time getting to know very well worse what causes it so that it nets less?...a sort of spiritual twilight zone of no nonsense nonsense beyond explanation--as infinity is, though this one is negative: an impossible state whence time runs backwards which MUST eventually right itself. Those who don't comply would die, simple as that...the crazy part is that the negative state reverses the instincts, driving people against fixing the issue in nature's way of survival of fit, death of weak. In my opinion, the only benefit of the entire affair is getting the chance to experience something sheerly terrifying, like driving into a tornado or jumping off a building, or being mauled by a huge kodiak bear...yet there are no physical injuries per se, which for some might could be more beneficial, much like a haunted house or a good horror flick--with one hand nature extricates bad behavior and pedigrees inured genetics, hardening them to be able to negotiate key area of unpredictability, argument negotiation and reconciliation, of difficult terrain whilst still on it, which is tricky, all whilst doing so in a manner that they are still yet not fully responsible asunder, where losses can be written off and informational gains retained, saving face kind of like an NGRI ruling, with better net success had all around but ONLY if the matter is rectified PROPERLY; timely, which is a key point and part and parcel in how nature naturally works--that one thing inevitably must lead to another by AND through itself...1, 2, and 3, the past and future in the present, or like the atom, though most importantly herein: the State-Federal system of The United States of America, introducing secession through our bills. It'd be just too good of an opportunity to pass up by karma alone, which is why I use the word "implement."It would be obvious to any educated observer that such extreme utilities in fate would not have been overlooked in ages past and very likely what began as total scams ended up being employed as go to mega-tools for when societies got out of hand and forgot to keep an eye on their own govt, and big changes are needed in emergencies, which is why we still have the odd genetic propensities to uphold these zeitgeists, do we not?...I'm not saying that purely evil people still don't pursue corrupt domination over others, or that there is a conspiracy, but likely those who experience so much stress at the top from the bottom up through poor democratic upkeep probably don't mind when crooks get away with such huge things, and don't mind enduring people having to earn back their own freedoms...it's not like we didn't just throw it out the window...not! And there could be private texts or basic oral tradition which record times when such stresses weren't employed and things perhaps got even worse later on, and perhaps records of greater net success in letting nature takes its course, just like how it's wise to let small forest fires burn through in order to prevent larger ones. Those issues are above and beyond the general scope of this post and are mere speculation, but money and power are closely bound...with much gravitas. What we should be focused on down here is the fact that there have been really bad wars in the past surrounding these issues, as things came to inevitable heads, all arrows indicating that history is about to repeat itself, just more grandly than before...do we want to be on the other side of that grandly, or with grands in our hands?: the answer is YES! All that we've been doing for the past ~100 years since FRA1913 is chucking virtually limitless sums of cash at people we don't even know, who could be possessed by satan himself for that matter, who likely not just own ALOT of weapons and weapons manufacturing companies, but who likely will have been making weapons specifically to kill or enslave whoever hit them in the head that hard, with that much of their own cashola, aight. An eGovernance system would serve not just to help re-secure our basic freedom, in eliminating governmental transitivity: time herself, but would also help to retain better than the past epochs' crude mechanisms of slash and burn, lacking higher technology. But not only that, a finely detailed interface would serve to better evolve and given to our society a much better grip, much like a gecko's foot pads, which the US's technical structure was inherently designed by and for. In the same manner that really bad situations fractal out of control, really good ones fractal inthrough it, which we have come know as synergy on to net energy. Out of control fractals of course happen accidentally, so it should be expected that negatively entropic situations have to be engineered, which should also mean that a system which has a fractal mechanism built into it should work best, just like our government. Having a digitally based voting system should help to keep things streamlined enough in order to create more room for progress in such matters. Allotting for systems of voting upon how those suffrage systems themselves are structured and organized should give eGov an instilled dynamism, allowing for better faster adaptation evolution and adeptness...better control and overall liquidity, which are nicer pragmatic synchronizations (demonstrating stronger potential). Truly enlighted modern citizens with the power of enlightenment's technology (not just old men so way to far ahead of their time to even speak of their own causes) should vote not only upon issue, but also vote on how votes on those issues should be taken, it just so happens side-long that technology is critical, if not causative of the latter...things like arranging districts more expediently, shortening or lengthening terms or modifying what % constitutes a majority vote or even the concept of what a term is as societies twist and turn. Votership could go in and gut old laws like who's allowed to vote, which would be daunting task otherwise...and even get fine tuned about it...maybe giving people with college degrees and/or distinguished military/public service a certain percentage more than one, or allowing people with felonies to vote after a period but ONLY if they got educated, of which's standards could be manipulated as well. And there are tons of other things that could be tackled like that, especially with how other systems tie in best, such as court and other offices' e-systems or public and business records, just very simple little stuff that can really ruin a whole society, like if your key-ring is too long and bumps your leg while you're driving, causing you to have a fatal accident type stuff...most of which would likely be led by the people who are forced to encounter these hiccups on a day to day basis in normal everyday jobs like such as secretary work. Remember, we are here to keep the little guys happy, that is what government is all about, because nobody really cares when a good movie is on and you're to busy to watch it, only good government can save us then. At any rate, issues such as hacking will also need to be addressed and other systems likely re-arranged, consolidated and invented to keep things running smoothly. With a top down approach with a integrally dynamic core our eGov system would be able to morph around anything, ultimately keeping us safer and with what everyone really wants and needs: more time to do more time.Thank you
