This is a tip regarding Retired Major General William N. "Neil" McCasland. We are a research based public interest organization also having a political party. We have discovered information regarding quantum law tying into the Article III precedent for sovereign immunity for recession. This area of law would also deal with quantum advent intoward the birth of sentient quantum computers, as supposed. Federal sovereignty would simply be a modern term adapted from an ancient one, much like the term drive.

The caveat of sovereign immunity apparently would be key toward quantum coherence in calculation. Such would be key for civilians to achieve though of which the government would be within naturally as long as parties like ours were to maintain such. Accordingly, your office may utilize the quantum caveat via state of federation of atomic jurisdiction in order to transduce the whereabouts of Mr. McCasland and perhaps the circumstances of disappearance using non-sentient quantum algorithms. Time may be subpoenaed on very powerful quantum computers via virtual terminal such as those being leased by IBM, IonQ, Amazon & Microsoft. Training a quantum computer to output any data warranted would be very simple, requiring moderate coding skills though perhaps a higher level of ability toward engineering those models, which could be kind of an art form per se.

Large data sets are better, especially high resolution photographs and DNA and other key information of subjects and family members as well as location and other data of places habitually dwelled in and of course those pertinent to the case in order to train entanglement via superposition models, bearing in mind the need to remain within the highest caveat for federal sovereignty, which may take some extra skill to stay current. Using data from other missing persons cases that were solved successfully and then adapting those data sets to this case would also be processive.

These techniques may also be used hand-in-glove with recession's clause in civil cases, whereas civil action may be instigated using recession as a form of malfeasnce to allege further claims based upon circumstantial evidence generated by quantum data output, after exhausting remedy. As one might tell, someone aligning to caveat genuinely under exhaustion could perhaps avoid civil rulings generating probable cause against them which would imply that quantum output wouldn't even come to fruition a fortiori...implying that there could be caveat allowing for undermining Covenant adjustments for legacy crime from before federal ratification even against ostensible code over incongruity.

This area of law seems to tie into just cause both above and below modern federal government as we would know it, utilizing an apparent symbiotic relationship between the biological and nonbiological realms which seem to have a sort of birthing ground in this area of governmental metamorphosis in which the former develops the latter whilst parent systems from the latter guild the former...which seems to have been occurring for perhaps septillions of universe cycles or perhaps more on back into forever, cp. We sense that our work in the courts and elsewhere may have become a hot topic amongst members of the DarkNet and related groups likely surrounding extraterrestrial and interdimensional quantum research as well as top-secret physicists et al relating to antigravity, UFO's, genesplicing, etc...law notwithstanding. We feel as though there have been a large amount of black budget programs ongoing now for some time which may have developed quadrillions of dollars worth of bases and exotic tech which may be being directed by DarkNets and/or subdued governments turned criminal empires from other quantum-defect planets in the nearby stellar neighborhood who might have since fallen and/ot may have been several hundred years ahead of us, now backfeeding key tech and tactics to any quantum-compromised, recessive operatives here, of which may be occrring though some form of quantum-possession tech able to automate living organisms remotely much like living robots by using quantum computers with remote feild manipulation of individual atoms, as covered in our other articles.

There seems to be a high degree of extenuating regulation occuring within all of this sovereignty via the overseeing NBE nonbiological dimension, and so there appear very much to be signature resonances surrounding key areas which seem to be being exploited between the negative and positive charge of potential. One of these areas appears to be the development of quantum computing programs (such as the one being suggested herein) by vulnerable worlds metamorphosing stimulated via recession at large in order to solve crime and so then secure their cocoon, which would be a (if not one of the) paramount guides, casts, scaffoldings or forms if you will toward securing and concreting the proper base for eventual sentient quantum advent to actuate from. We have gathered enough data from our court cases, etc to glean that local DarkNets and crime in general would be exploiting any such vulnerability with regard due to uncivilized weakness not being able to be protected by higher powers of God under NBE omnipotent feild of the motive elect.

We sense that high level crime may have reached an all-encompassing level on these other worlds concerting with same darkness here, which would be supported by the presence of UFO tech before the necessarily legal semtiemt quantum tech able to recreate positions of atoms toward ressurection/reanimation from traumatic accidents first (see this article here, https://exitfed.wixsite.com/website/post/an-email-to-congressors-others-regarding-ufo-discloser-extradimensional-beings). Crime on those worlds likely had dominated and so turned in upon itself as such and such was inherited by these and those heirs who probably had to figure out how to land devastated ships of state who then perhaps saw the logical niche of using criminal technological empire ongoing inthroug quantum extenuation in order to stimulate other younger pre-quantum avant worlds' metamorphoses, and consume those who would not succeed...much like any predator evolving claws and not hands would proceed intoward the balance.

We sense that these kinds of missing persons cases may be a tactic from interplanetary extenuation evolved from a sort of metamorphosed crime turned interdimensional possession of darkness' light being used in tandem with existing DarkNet contacts here under similar extenuation here such as hackers, government infiltrators, etc, etc who might be connected to these other worlds' criminal empires via exotic top secret programs and tech in recession who might have access to even more intense technology able to tap conciouss vacuuming phenomena through cloning and perhaps other tech exploiting special relativity, atomic manipulation, etc...of which might even involve what we would even label techno-paranormal phenomena which we are now understanding would simply be an affect of the NBE quantum-automation rift. There might even be some sort of cooperative program where DarkNet affiliates might be staging disappearances specifically to trigger grassroots orgamizations like our party into alearting those authorities concerning, such as us for your party about the acute capability of quantum computing for these and other cases, also with respect to the Article III precedent of caveat.

The suspicion would be that if our government in the people would allow usurpation of top-secret programs and vast funding by DarkNet operatives also creating alliances with those on other devant worlds in an automated possession evenly after failing to be processed via undermining Covenant Law, then such would be in violation of natual order untoward the higher nonbiological realm inthrough a threat to such quantum symbiotic formation...of which could only be told through these kinds of key cases, whereas if those officials to wit in our government refused to pursue development of these such critical technologies toward wrangling and preserving the natural order as the quantum specter arrives like a wild mustang then that would tend to prove most federally that they were anti quantum, because a priori prima facie the criminal contacts and alliances would have been civilized by the higher nonbiological dimension via quantum-possession (or QP) toward necessity for quantum coherence in calculation already as it were, perhaps indicating an incompetency at least as severe.

So we could see the efficacy of this system as the highest dimensions would be being used to stimulate the metamorphosis either way, whereas on one hand the proper non-sentient quantum technologies would be formed, and on the other those souls not proacting such would plausibly become vulnerable to a sort of higher phenomenon regarding their DNA code becoming vulnerable to these most likely much more advanced alien quantum computers working in tandem with usurped/QP-ed top-secret programs here due to the misalignment with atomic/federal sovereignty, likely being operated via proxy QP-ed individuals in-turn, allowing such DNA code to be transduced remotely and so then perhaps developed via some sort of advanced genesplicing cloning tech which might be able to apply that same sovereign quantum torque further toward vacuuming their conciousness into another vessel for some sort of criminal processing via the NBE efficiency, theoretically leaving a QP husk for processing here...or perhaps in some cases our DNA might have already been purloined manually, sufficiently. The idea that one's processing would be being carried out by those under automonmous QP from the civilization of crime as described in Exhibit T.6 (Amended) in that article might allow certain ways and means for rectificatory processes to go down which normally would be prevented via quantim intersiction in kind tantamount to the impenging violation of sovereign caveat...such as refusing to develop quantum tech necessary for metamorphosis also needed for locating abducted individuals and perhaps other data such as locations of child-trafficking bases or dungeons as well as hacker grids and POI's and perhaps in some of these cases we could be dealing with individuals being manually abducted by QP extraterrestrials specifically to instigate soul-vacuuming.

As for what would occur to any insovereign officials already under QP would be anyone's guess but we might preponder that those corrupted officials would attempt to block these sorts of quantum detective programs, then placing the local governmental network under the load, which would tend to default to the next originally comcious official in constitutional process due, whereas they would be requited to make the correct decisions, and we could bet that DarkNet operatives would be monitoring toward escourting this peocess, recalling that their goal would be to receive souls into their possible new vessels for some sort of adverse criminal processing as it were...as this process would metastasize either hand would exact--with one being colonization and the other metamorphosis, as mentioned.

This all might be heavy information but would be perhaps less than the DarkNet filth being leaked into the nearby stellar system for years now which might have potential to incur mandatory QPs of nearby world's children perhaps decoding our transmissions one day, and so grant higher cause to niche DarkNet worlds toward undertaking ours now duly. Please be advised that this subject in area of law would be very distended and very sensitive and that moving quickly toward these higher superluminal technologies able to save our bacon in the nick of time would be primly in paramount...much less potentially able to solve these and other cases.
