Is Our Lack of Polygraphs for Govt Processes Creating a Sinful Trap for Youth?
Is Our Lack of Polygraphs for Govt Processes Creating a Sinful Trap for Youth? - Jake - 10-31-2023Could our lack of use of polygraphing in certain key areas of government be creating an unconstitutional trap for young Americans?Would you average everyday kid growing up these days look at the facts in front of them...tons of cops, enough corruption in the drug and child trafficking networks to have reached to the tippy-top of royalty...and then tons and tons of ways to shut anyone down who threatens the bad guys, with the computer password standard basically a joke compared to password handshake cracking supercomputers and their algorithms. As it stands, the police and govt databases required to arrest and record information for a person are hackable, being connected to the internet. If they are not, then they are being managed by pen and paper, and that is no joke, which in turn means they are only safe in as far as that method is concerned. As hacking and usurping of the law via its weak points naturally continues, the old insurance of stone tablet based record keeping will start to buckle under the weight and mistakes will be made to a large enough degree as to at least compliment. The question is, is will the youth brought up under this conflaguration get caught in the confusion and assume that evil is the better course? To the outside observer, it would appear that our version of federal democracy is just a mirage...simply an ingenious invention of an evolved criminal masterminding meant to act as a cloak for the old everlasting dagger. As these children come up in this world soaked in the blood of child trafficking victims and high from the ubiquitous drugs from the Dark Net, with some underlorks of the DN likely selling both, and some viagra to boot!...will they succumb to the psychosis induced by federal incongruousness? Will the natural mistakes already being made like plasicizers and GMO's add some sort of quantumly entangled twist that causes some sort of yet to be diagnosed psycholocial disorder, or even births a whole new class of them? Could that turn into a compound fracture of a little boy or girls soul, at just the right...I mean wrong time and angle. To where they see the light of beauty streaming in through a world more reminiscent of the dark side of the force at a party? Could they fall in love with guns, drugs and money, and one day loose their grasp upon the animal world and its warmth of family and religious comfort? With so many creature comforts of modernity around them to hide the jagged edges of the inncorrect footholds upon the paramount mountain, could we be encouraging it to be scaled backwards...could there be some sort of hidden door to mordor which allows time to flow backwards for good men, so that they are cursed by the light of the moon, never to stare straightly again, until the society which hath allowed the light of darkness to blind them is rectified? I believe so, and Secession's mechanism is proof that the rivers of time can flow backwards...if they can turn bad into good, then they might could turn good into bad. A child might conjecture that evil is the correct way in a system that is unconstitutional yet being presumed so, and so concur concurantly. In civil court under FRCP preponderance, it should be seen as moreso guilty than not that there would be any sort of federal arrangement which could be seen as unconstitutional. In criminal court it is innocent until proven guilty. In civil matters however, it is assumed that a defendant is guilty if there is any evidence whatsoever in that direction, which would entail that preponderance of whether or not the lack of polygraphs being used for certain governmental processes is in fact unconstitutional, but ONLY in the presence of other technologies which would prevent nature from working in lieu.It should be recognized that humans are a part of nature, and so when we introduce legal systems in nature, we must ensure that they operate accordingly, or we might offset the balance of nature. In civil procedure, if it can be shown that the balance of nature may be being offset, then the court must assume that it is unless there is evidence provided by the defense indicating otherwise to the same degree, no more, no less...pf. This procedure is due because offsetting nature may in fact offset the natural quantum processes of the mind of a child, who might not notice that there is a metaphorical defect in their emotional topography, and so may be inclined to assume that the world is a way which it is actually not, which then could cause them personal injury, being a violation of their Civil Rights.Polygraph testing not being present in the presence of other modern technologies involved in the systems which government oversees should be seen as more detrimental than not. If there were no other technologies present, polygraphing could be seen as unnecessary, with there being too many ways for someone violating an oath to be taken care of by natural causes such as disease, accident or animal attack or by vigilantes acting under emergency. Now though, there is no excuse to act out of emergency against a corrupt official, because that official is no longer exposed to the natural processes of evolutionary selection being sheltered by modern amenities anymore, and so there must be another route, which just so happens to be the only other and same route through the courts with respect to modern technology, with the aspect of it there to be used in lieu. Back in the day when corrupt officials did someone in unfairly, Jim Bob would say to heck with this new fangled fancy govt and go get his shotgun and sneak up behind a dirty judge and there would be a hunting accident and that would be it, with no way to prove anything otherwise rather than hearsay, and so even anyone could say that the act was an emergency, because there was no other way to prove that such a judge was officially corrupt because they simply did not have the technology back then such as polygraphs to prove it, and so commensurately the forensics to prove that the emergency act of the people against that corruption was in fact, simple as that...requiring civil process at any rate or level to prove it by and through progress in/of process towards a point of universal technological advent for all sides, in the same way that universal suffrage is constitutional. Now that we have polygraphs, we must use them alongside other technologies in our govt or else we are inviting the same issues that the uncivil laws surrounding segregation in the civil rights movement. Now that we have universal suffrage, we need to make a push for universal tech rights and adopt polygraphs in order to aid in the processes of verity for the courts and for appointments of government positions. The introduction would be simple and be done in conjunction with the oath which already exists and is based upon the same logic. The process could be fine-tuned and made unobtrusive through the use of modern sensors...in fact, a Bible could be made with a cover that could be made to sense just like a polygraph, and hooked to an exascale quantum computer with a bleeding algorithm. Such a feature would be awesome, especially since polygraph data is circumstantial evidence only, meaning that you cannot be found guilty on it alone in a criminal court at all, though in a civil court you may or may not be depending upon if you have some sort of circumstantial evidence to counter. So, if a juror or jurors do not pass an oath after entering a verdict of guilty for a certain defendant, that defendant can appeal based upon that information while in the mean time suing them for failing the test...if in that suit those jurors cannot provide a logical reason for failing the polygraph and then perhaps fail a more stringent battery in that suit, then their verdict can be thrown out. Back in the day, these jurors did not fail these oaths, because the ol bailiff watching the proceedings might just be hunting near such people a few days later who had that hunting accident, see...that's the way it was, and we should be ashamed for putting people in these predicaments where they could perceptibly be placed in harm's way when such could be alleviated entirely through the use of a remediating technology: the polygraph (though only as circumstantial evidence alone, being not suitable in court as direct evidence). So here's The Exit Party's motto: polygraph or bust!Just remember, we have a duty to the constitution of our children!
