When you buy something at the store, you get a receipt.
So when our government spends money, we should get a receipt too.
Such a feature is going to be even more necessary when our treasury takes over as our method of taxation.
Each dollar spent into the economy will need to be recorded as to where it was spent.
End of story.
Systems will need to be engineered to record this data verbatim, with special attention paid to fraud and hacking.
