Lack of Certifying Officials Likely Allowing For Any Quantum Possession to Select Jurors Via Covert Tech Also Under Implicit Quantum

This article is fairly obvious, and that would basically be the implication under the burden of recession that insovereign officials would come under some sort of interdiction from higher dimension of a quantum possession which would then lead to juries being able to be selected via any sort of covert technology able to select those also under any possession, undermining our entire government.
