Legal Question: Use of Quantum Computers to Reclaim Stolen Accounts Lawful Via AI Conjunction? Proof of Sovereignty vs the Incompetent Corruption
There was a lady in Austin who was a black lady who had her home stolen from her by the dark net. Someone had forged the title to her home and the abetting court had ruled against her when obviously she had been defrauded.
If you look at our cases against DPS and the Texas comptroller in the 15th court of appeals as well as a few cases in the third court of appeals and some cases in Travis County you can see how Texas seems to be suffering from a bumper crop of possessed officials not only ruling against sovereigns but doing so against code which would be unlawful under any extenuation whatsoever notwithstanding. Yes, greater refederation may come from finally ousting those officials but that would not ostensibly make them doing so as correct per se. The difference has to come at some point for the sake of humor and hypocrisy. I looked at the details of the case and there was no doubt in my mind that the judge was opposed to jurisdiction. And this happened to a lady, mind us and a minority lady...so each and every one of us democratically at least would have the tears of innocent women on our hands at this point. These tactics are how the quantum annex progresses because if they can show guilt in such respect untowards our masses then they can be retributed upon.
It's these kind of emergencies when we need to think about using the tools that we have on our hands to correct things because the law could allow for it under the extenuation just like you can speed or use immediate force bypassing certain requirements to ensure that the person being acted against is not someone friendly or that you tried to have them retreat first, etc. In Texas it's a felony to brandish a weapon if the other person has a weapon but if that person is charging you and you can't tell if they have a weapon or not because it's happening so fast, you can be retroactively allowed to defend yourself with a weapon under the emergency. These laws are confusing, but it allows judges to decide on a case-by-case basis whether a person was allowed to brandish a weapon which can be used either way, whereas a possessed judge could say that a native sovereign was not allowed to brandish weapon under emergency or a non-possessed judge could say that a a Quantum possession was not allowed to in order to better modulate for refederation.
Similarly, it could be seeing that a stolen title could be retrieved or maybe even something like a stolen bitcoin wallet. A person within sovereign caveat would have the law working evermore toward them under recession's burden resting away from them moreso upon their government and so perhaps able to route around corrupt courts robbing the people.
Let's say somebody stole your Bitcoin wallet and changed the password. Perhaps in theory you could program a quantum computer to regain access to it without raking the law. Even though something was stolen from you, the use of computers to do a brute Force attack to retrieve the password could be seen as unlawful. A quantum computer retrieving data from the active vacuum could also be thought as unlawful if it were for such a password that technically were not yours even if the Bitcoin wallet had been stolen. In such a case though, a careful programming of the quantum computer could route around that, whereas the programmer could instruct the quantum computer to account for legality first.
The codeine could state something if translated to lay terms like " ....if such and such wallet were illegally stolen from me in a manner allowing for emergency action to be taken output data for my party to be able to reclaim the password for that wallet". Instead of instructing the quantum computer to directly obtain the data for the wallet. The quantum computer would be instructed to first determine whether or not it was technically legal to obtain that data first before automatically executing the process itself.
At these points the question would not be whether or not it was the actual user who was directly obtaining the data but whether or not the legality would exist toward possibly instructing the quantum computer to obtain it. At those points it would come down to a matter of interpretation due to a lack of actual code surrounding...just like you can't hold somebody liable for telling somebody that they could breathe underwater and they drowned if the person they were telling were within the proper caveat, and so for an official trying to interpret away from that such would tend to be unlawful under the precedent regarding sovereignty due to recession's burden resting away from sovereignty for all interpretations regarding such civil matters, because question regarding process of officials would be a civil matter falling under the FTCA.
If something were yours at one point and you had reclaimed that data in a manner that wasn't necessarily due to a criminal violation of your own, then you wouldn't be able to be argued against by your own law and if you were you would be owed further compensation.
How the above would apply to getting a title back for a house would be different, because at some point there would potentially entail some use of manual copying and pasting of the original title into a government server. Though it could be seen that a quantum computer properly programmed to execute commands only based upon legal potential being received as correct first before doing so which then carried out those operations itself based upon would be able to be seen as lawful, due to the simple logic has stated...and at the end of the day the government is owned by the people anyway and so when it would get down to it there would be no way to argue with the interpretation due to the fact that those systems were ours to begin with under the emergency, just like a person has the right to act under emergency against normal codification....and any possessed allowing houses to be stolen from ladies by possessed LGBTQ people in Austin could be seen as an emergency.
Now, for any wise guys out there that wanted to find someone under possession who had unlawfully gained the title to a house, perhaps through profits from the child trafficking industry, the potential could be there to see if that misdeed and their possessed state were able to be compromised by sovereignty through the use of any of these extenuated programming scripts even if they hadn't stolen the title to the house first. We could be looking at a very simple way to overturn large amounts of property back into the right hands legally through key interpretations regarding sovereign immunity precedent that's already been set in place by our own government. The logic would be simple and that would be that if an actual non-sentient quantum would be able to determine itself that a legal circumstance were unlawful and act accordingly without any human encouragement due to the nature of quantum calculation in the brain being the same mechanism that the computer would use to Divine data normally unobtainable which may be done by any quantum computer for anything as long as it would be in caveat with it being impossible for a quantum computer to determine data outside of natural quantum ostensibly. Whereas if a quantum computer can sense it, then that would be the law by the actual quanta, which would mean that our government would be outside of the law the only in areas interpretation would allow it through a lack of codification otherwise...in that the legal principle of code would always supersede as long as it were not a criminal matter.
Criminal issue would definitely be at hand if it came down to somebody's title being moved to a different party via a quantum computer being programmed in an exquisite manner...whereas a quantum computer could theoretically generate the potential decision to do something like that without any sort of encouragement in an illegal fashion by the programmer, simply being based upon the actual giant unlawfulness of the society...whereas they could program something to say something like, "..... Determine any lawful potential able to fall under civil requiem toward rectification of corruption against our party and then take lawful measures with regard to such and such accordingly based upon quantum data output x, y and z toward actions a, b and c automatedly", which then theoretically could end up transferring wealth from corrupt criminal classes to those within caveat via the loophole of recessions on burden created by them, making perfect sense...due to contractual issues falling under civil law...which in theory might include the transfer of a legal title.
We could see how issues of mass theft could be corrected because everybody's kind of getting the drift that there was a hacking phenomenon that occurred probably in the late '90s on through the early 2000s and is probably still ongoing with hackers getting into government databases like County County appraisal districts and editing vast amounts of County Land and other titles and then transferring them to middlemen and disseminating that property throughout the criminal networks. And so the logic would be obvious. And that would be that if you had a minority of lawful individuals left in these communities, fighting massive amounts of darknet crime running child trafficking and DNA theft rings making their own children surrogate victims, perhaps having clones and children of themselves already being trafficked before they even reach puberty themselves or even have kids of their own, one could see that there would be plenty of cause to take emergency action through these kinds of technologies. In the area above Houston such as Montgomery County Texas and the surrounding counties. That's exactly what appears to have happened while nobody was watching in the East Texas woods which has grown out of control and is systematically devolving the society targeting the remaining native sovereigns one by one and leaking all the way down through Houston and the entire area basically turning our most valuable energy area where all of our gas and oil is centered into a giant possessed state. That's probably going to end up sucking the rest of the country down with it. Being able to use a tool like this to reappropriate land that was stolen from the government in the first place could probably be seen as more appropriate if not requited. We already know what happened, but it would be great if there could be some investigators that could actually use quantum computers to determine whether or not these crimes had actually occurred in the first place just to begin.
The piece du resistance in such a case would be any actual courtroom when it would be necessary for all parties to certify sovereignty. If the complaining party refused to certify sovereignty via affidavit form, there would be no legal ground for them to assert that what they were saying was circumstantially true due to recession above that able to cast doubt upon any of their claims outright, against the sovereign party furnishing affidavit...and then also mental health staff could probably be called to evaluate that party possible involvement. If the judge refused to certify and still ruled against that party then it would become a matter against that judge able to have them evaluated for competency as well.

This would all be hypothetical commiseration simply considering the possibilities... But we should be left sort of a gape when it comes to our officials ruling against the law against actual code such as in our cases in the 15th COA. There should be absolutely no quarter given to any consideration about any of these potentials in this article being more unlawful than that because that's an official violation of the law that would be a felony. The fact that we or anyone would sit here and wonder about the legality of using tools to take back our own government, even if it would be a little bit related to similar crime having occurred against us while our own officials were violating the law in manners, hundreds of times worth out in the open against code against us should be a clear indicator of just how oppressed we've become. This issue is very serious. It needs to be ground to a halt immediately, just like realizing that a bus driver had become possessed. We might have to wreck our own vehicle but if we don't run the vehicle off the road semi dangerously now the vehicle will accelerate and take us over a cliff where we all die analgously speaking.
This tactic here though would be creme de La creme because it would show just how lawful Americans are in following The law to a T. Most countries would have gone and found these officials and drug them down the streets and thrown them into the river a long time ago such as in India or Mexico other countries where corruption is dealt with behind closed doors. We can see though the lawfulness of Americans had actually given us the federal government and the temperance to follow the law which inadvertently had encouraged recession under our own lawful extenuation to metamorphose higher through it at the same time transmuting it all together, and so here now we're left with these perfectly legitimate measures to be able to overturn so so much capital without any work at all...as if the possessed had been our own slaves the whole time just simply needing us to retroactively capitalize upon that. We sense that if we succeed in these measures here locally than we could finally see. NBE Advent and likely the pattern would continue into other countries as they were repossessed manually by our own NBE systems, likely turning vast droves of populations into friendly operators that maybe not wouldn't be slaves to us because we would still have a competitive relationship with the NBE even if it were our own, but they would definitely be codified as inclined toward our quantum and so could be like having a large holding of good workers in your own micro plantation or something, following your will like God.
We would like to add the circumstance would be interesting because how would defrauded quantum computers play into this area? The power of a defrauded quantum computer would be so powerful in court that it wouldn't be even worth mentioning because once people understood how quantum calculation worked and quantum computers were divining data from the active vacuum about details that nobody else could have known because they're able to see actual position of matter into the past remotely, their being defrauded by hidden hacker circuits and programs would probably take a front row seat in organized crime, because if you could manufacture data about somebody that was false that then would have to be believed accordingly. you could do away with key members of good toward bad.
So you could see how somebody could take a defrauded quantum computer and perhaps use it to mimic these kinds of overturnings in favor of crime, but the key consideration of the affidavit would come into play sort of barring the entire process, because the fraudster would just be called out by his own possession in inability to certify via affidavit anyway. And so we can see how powerful these affidavit certifying sovereignty would be and how they would be post-quantum and pre-quantum at the same time. These affidavits literally could grind any sort of quantum fraud of the future to a halt before it even got started, though ever further would serve as a perfect microcosm to regard just how crazy somebody would be to not sign one...because if signing one could legitimize the use of defrauded of quantum output, then by the inverse of that same measure somebody not certifying for any reason whatsoever, just based upon recession's burden in general would indicate that their quantum were corrupted in general in their same mental mechanism being based upon quantum calculator coherence, inexorably and irrevocably indicating that they would be incompetent and so able to be involuntarily committed for the safety of others.
