Evidence of Corruption at TX DMV - Registration Renewal Being Blocked by DarkNet for DNA Theft via Wrongful Imprisonment.

These links go to recordings and video taken at the Liberty County DMV office where I was attempting to renew my registration.
Apparently there is a way for somebody to put in a Texas motor Vehicle transfer notification on anybody as long as they have the last three digits of your VIN and your license plate number which would be information available to any member of the public willing to search deep enough.
This notification allows for employees of the DMV to observe the notation on the account and freeze any suspicious activity relating to the vehicle, though it seems it corruption has taken this feature and is now using it to deny renewals of registration to owners of vehicles, obviously in conjunction with corruption obtaining information and filing vehicle transfer notifications.
Such goings on would be a supreme violation of code in constitutional law against Amendment rights for deprivation. The time that this is wasted has costed everyone money and you can see how the lady tried to give me a letter to write to the office and they were refusing me the ability to override the notation on the account which was illegal. This order had come from the central DMV office in Beaumont and could be related to ongoing corruption in our civil cases which themselves seem tied to historic corruption in the area relating to DNA theft using wrongful imprisonments for human and child trafficking via in vitro and gene splicing now common all over the news. You can hear in the phone call that she talked to somebody named precious or something like that.
We're about to go back in to request to speak to a different official who would easily be able to override that considering that the title transfer notification was done in June of 2025 which was when the truck was sold to our party and it was sold to my father and so they are probably mistaking that, and so you can see there would be no legal cause to deny somebody that because somebody with a truck could have multiple vehicle title transfer notifications from having purchased it then being denied registration renewal for that, which would be incompetent. We vad very strong suspicions that this employee had been paid off to deny me renewing my registration at all costs it seemed like, she was very suspicious and seem like she had very much adrenaline going and did not seem like she was a very nice person and that she was being instructed to do so, possibly in conjunction with neutrotech top-secret neural implants stolen from government programs themselves likely reverse-engineered from down UFO cadavers.
One can read right on the paperwork that the motor vehicle transfer notification was carried out even before I had the title transferred into my name just recently and so such would be void considering that a title in hand would show ownership moreso, rendering this decision of theirs completely against the law. In fact if such were a correct decision then any motor vehicle transfer notification not in one one's name would prevent renewal of registration.
The fact that they don't have a way to undo the issue immediately automatically would speak to some sort of issue which probably was related to fraud hitherto, but that would be suspicious considering that anybody could complete this transfer notification without even having to be verified online, which would suggest that the issue were created more by fraud in order to prevent people from renewing their registration so that corrupt members also in conjunction with top secret neural implant tech could track down targets with civil warrants and caused them to become wrongfully in prisoned and disappeared into mental institutions more easily.
You can hear in the recording how the district manager in Beaumont knew that the title had been transferred to my name and that the transfer notification had occurred beforehand those still refuse to allow her to renew my registration via a simple override that would have been easily done but yet more so had refused me the right to have the hold removed via any other way but mail.
You can see how this issue would cause somebody with unlawful warrants likely being given to them via similar violation of code to come under a type of civil threat at least toward there being pulled over and given a warning which would be a potential deprivation of time, which with respect to sovereignty's caveat would be against the law.
Therefore the only way that this could be being done is if there were a higher sovereignty having usurped our government officials through some sort of quantum possession technology than able to do these denials legally, as argued elsewhere.

I just have this feeling like these people want to steal my truck and auction it off, I feel like they get off on this kind of theft using people's own government against them, like they're possessed...er...quantum-possessed.
All of this could easily be solved by the use of quantum subpoenas and quantum computers to channel this data toward proper rectification in administrative procedures.
