Neutrotech Potential Not Our Own Indicative of Pain-Inducing Mind-Control Circuitry which Should Ban Suspects of Darknet Origin Thusly from Having Jobs Using Heavy Equipment, Government, Etc
Neutrotech would not just be very possible simply under recession's burden but alone legally as more so true than not. The ability for pain-inducing circuits to exist inside of nano-implant neurocircuitry neutroech coupled with the logic of recession's burden in the prime major of the neutronic potential associated with the same prime in future would indicate that mind control technology not just could but would exist for the sake of the law.

If we did have neutronic tech being leaked from top secret government programs, reverse engineered downed UFOs or from being developed darknet labs independently and/or being back fed from nearby fallen darknet worlds ahead of us or just plain old infecting our planet through accidental downings of any of the quantum possession from them...then whichever NBE would be inevitably overseeing that instance at some rate would not be of our own jurisdiction because we don't have our own NBE here yet.
Jurisdictions above us not our own of course would be tasked with stimulating our metamorphosis and so we should expect a competitive relationship whenever those jurisdictions might be younger than us as would would tend to be the case with regard to recession in one's economy as we have in ours. Accordingly, by law, we would have to assume that neutronic tech could be being leaked from whatever various sources into the criminal networks attempting to take advantage of the people and of course therefore would be a threat to our metamorphosing properly, by the inherent nature of the quantum law rift.
The logic would be simple, and that would be that because recessions burden would indicate that these possibilities would be probabilities, and so therefore, we would be tasked with ensuring that the law were up to date, just like we had to make sure that seat belts were mandated in vehicles, we should now be mandating that certain types of polygraphs be given to people obtaining driver's licenses or operating heavy machinery or obtaining a weapon or working in government in order to ensure that they were not under some sort of condition, whereas if they had taken some sort of stolen neutronic technology nano implant that they had obtained otherwise illegally, due to the fact that that jurisdiction would be inherently opposed to ours at any and every rate according to the quantum logic as explained on the site and in the Exhibit T.6 above.
Someone with a neural implant against the natural order of the quantum law in our midst could naturally be under the control of a jurisdiction. Obliged to compete with us. If that individual, we're driving a piece of heavy equipment like a vehicle or if they are working in government or operating a firearm, the ability for pain inducing circuitry or even some sort of circuitry able to influence nervous systems for muscle control would at least in theory be able to disbar them from such privilege.

When we consider these possibilities and that such goings-on might not be something that they could control at those points due to the fact that the higher jurisdiction overlording over their treasonous state could be able to activate some sort of mind control circuit forcing them to carry out crime against members of our natural jurisdiction.
There would be no questions asked that such members of society being possessed in any such way should be barred from any sort of job that would allow them to be used as a tool against us in those any such manners, being government or operating weapons or heavy equipment? Or what have you, none of it should be allowed.
We could easily use quantum computers to divine who is who remotely and with the out them even knowing in some cases, as long as we would remain inside of the caveat for sovereignty in toward quantum coherence.
