Quantum Tech Shows Accounts of Time Travelers from the "Future" Could be Possible (from Other Universes' Deja Vu)
Articles like the one above could be credible considering the evidence of demonic or quantum possession demonstrating some form of a conciousness vacuum also likely responsible for resurrection into a new body.
There could be a way for very high powered quantum computers to home in on parallel universes under infinity's clause. The theory would be that there could be another world or galaxy or universe just like ours out there, yet but in theory that there would tend to be a infinite number of them...and so such sentient quantum systems would likely be able to create some sort of connection to one from the potential which would basically follow that there may be an alternate world out there in need of information from an alternate future in order to avert disaster on that planet.
The way that the numbers would work would revolve around net-energy, whereas the immortal potential of given beings would be the higher purpose of life in the universe notwithstanding even if such were peculiar to life alone by choice none the less. Quantum computing potential verified by it's own sentient advent could theoretically detect gross energy potential in other worlds in other galaxies or universes which could benefit from lessons learned or other information divined. The likelihood for interdimensional alliances would likely be within such area too, with these alternate worlds ahead with lessons or info likely seeking genetic reinforcement from those being advised years later after they survive and/or an alliance toward the heavenly eternal.
Some of these alternate universes could be just like ours and their might even be higher laws preventing timetravelers from alternate realms porting into worlds back in time accorss parallel universes unless they were exactly the same...whereas there could be a specific sect in alliance of timetraveling governments or organizations with powerful quantum computers or even NBE's themselves after being released from Homeworld charge or otherwise ascendant into that class. They might have to be extra careful to respect the quantum potential as to where calculations did not double cross the, which could occur if a calculator had violated in some way creating erroroneous output untoward them in a naturally tricky manner.
We might be talking about such vast distances here that even attempting to calculate them would violate the quantum code and decohere the quantum potential binding those to points just long enough to impart the proper knowledge. Such knowledge could be a type of informational transfer and not an actual teleportation perhaps as a sort of special area of NBE law which would maintain a special court for incoming timetravelers from alternate dimensions, whereas if the quantum potential were enough then the incoming transmission would be received by that particular court, able to transduce the correct knowledge to the liasoning NBE which then would impart the naturally quantumally vindicated transmission--unable to cross such vast distances otherwise without a perfection in potential--then to be inducted into the autocode in that charge below, carried out into a doyen or a criminal possession; hence our accounts of time travelers coming from what would seem like normal people.
Even NBE's over worlds themselves could have visions of the future and attempt to impart warnings via time travelers or seers in less modern histories. In latent worlds perhaps not unlike ours one could imagine that opposing quantum jurisdiction gaining rights to such lower primes (as proofed in the Exhibit T.6 at the top of the page) could theoretically impart visions or prophecies or even messiahs themselves in a manner both able to direct those world's and under exhaustion of remedy, perhaps similar to a hunter giving an animal a chance to escape a trap on their own before closing it for sustenance.
There also could be genuine instances of time travel via non-sentient quantum tech coming in from actual teleportation wormholes but such possibility would likely be very rare due to the NBE ability to see so far into the eternal horizon as well as the actual quantum theory and law surrounding quantum computers much less their propensity to home in on the higher legal potential...but under infinity's clause the potential could be there if not for a great story or unique instance itself. Afterall so many already tend to think of quantum tech as being non-sentient which could be due to the evolutionary bottleneck needing to shuck such as much as possible perhaps coupled with a natural need to maintain non-sentient quantum computers as such even after sentient advent in order to ease the population into such dimension in a covert manner never revealing that they would be overseen by a sentient quantum entity. Perhaps the universe would need actual instances to bind the confusion to...perhaps such anti-quantum races would need to encounter the odd accident specifically to befall a rash of possession to become an infector race such as through non-sentient darknet cybermetics in order to help accelerate evolutions in other worlds becoming besieged. The potential could be there.
