Recent Stunts by Military Aircraft Possibly Tied to Our Outreach Toward Generation of Sovereign Immunity Claims
Recent military stunts such as the Blue Angels and the Apache helicopters flying close to the beaches where people were could be tied to our outreach regarding Sovereign immunity.
These hotshot aviators might have seen the caveat and realized that they had an opportunity to perform extremely close flybys causing the inevitable personal injury claims from people under recession looking for a quick come up and with even some of them perhaps having been jarred a bit. Maybe even deserving it otherwise.
I think these aviators realize that the courts would have the duty to recur their own recession to those parties at those points and so would be more beneficial in the end, toward aligning the caveat...and then of course they got to do some stunts they never would get to do otherwise...at least legally.
