Recession's Clause = Secession's Claws: Evolve Into a Pro Se Predator...Beast Mode!!
Updated: Jan 11
Here's all you need to know: malfeasance and FRE Rule 301, metaphors and check-valves. Recession's clause allows for civil cases to be filed against parties when normally such could not be heard by a court, though only for those within sovereign caveat.
Below is the text from our donations' page for more clarification if need be, it is from separate sections not in order though we will remedy that at some point.
====================
2. The Extenuation of Sovereign Immunity for Recession
2.1. Recession's should indicate receding guilt on the more
economically liable party, all things being equal with regard to legal tender; as such, economically sovereign caveat with respect to secession's superluminal gains therefrom the extenuation for recession may occur in a positively negative fashion, or rather in an exotic post-positive superluminal federal capacity by the same token depending on sovereignty's angle--being without or within caveat--with the latter being both most lawful by being for secession, of which places progress not in caveat as evermore recessive than even recession due to recession at least being more toward secession's sovereignty.
2.2. Such caveat of secession's reunion from recession's extenuation would be well-known from sovereign immunity under the Article III precedent law having two halves: sovereign civilian immunity and sovereign government immunity, with the latter being a derivation of the former when citizen parties are not in caveat and recession and more sovereign government also in recession may be upheld. Implicit constitutional law's ability to modulate differently for identical causes based upon the sovereignty of parties is able to program the public's economy towards such preferential evolutioning through recession's sovereign superluminal logic, eventually triggering secession's progressive refederation from the entanglement.
2.3. Duly, the burden of proof would rest away from sovereignty, with recession's clause serving as a most direct circumstance of evidence untoward the insovereign, affirming any further claims against them due to recession able to include any tort, with civil policy assuming guilt until innocence is proven (opposite of criminal policy). A court may be compelled to act differently under recession to some altered degree commensurately considering the shift in the burden of proof in-as-much, and so may rule in favor of the caveat even moreso than normal with regard. It should be obvious that any citizen in recession who had allowed such not seeking remedy should be seen as happening further recession unto themselves, which may be occurred from other citizens through the state and/or by it.
2.4. Any citizen party lacking proper caveat economically greater should succeed against opposing parties lacking same, being more towards recession's extenuation regardless of the litigation, cp (with rights to civility already eschewed by recession’s draw). Inclination to invoke rules of evidence may continue even when both sides are in caveat, with such agreement's contradiction tending to support the smaller party for the overarching need to secede. It might be natural to assume that less economically endowed parties would be those who drag us into recession, though perhaps the more civil albeit plausibly deniable approach would be to assume that those in power usurped legitimacy causing such trends. Either could be seen as correct, though federal form exempts any and all by secession's extenuation for progress to be had by either hand--also tending to suggest that whomever aligned to caveat from a questionable history obviously had been righting even more historic wrongs the only way they could likely stemming from before federal ratification. If federal government would be perfect in time's same form and self-exonerating through secession's refederation's perfect mechanism then such conjecture would be construable as such, and so therefore likely true.
2.5. Such proofing though should help a court to understand the overall predominance of secession's extenuation, with sovereignty in recession being profederal (if there were such a thing)--through recession against recession in federal progress thererof. A court may see how the caveat would have deeper sway in interpretation from the hypocrisy, which should help convince any court to allow recession to stand moreso as direct evidence and so also circumstance toward further claims in-as-far just for the sake of civility, with perhaps no better logical feature nearby for such a major facet--indicating that recession's fog were likely to blame for any confusion, which would also at least be expected somewhere.
2.6. Recession's clause allowing for blind cases to be heard that normally could not would perhaps be similar to how one would expect emergency features on other large technology (recalling that govt is freedom's social technology based in matter's quantum logic of mathematics' order of operation--being the greatest of technology in being). Government sovereign immunity allows us to harness the energy of recession not in caveat, who eventually realize that they should be in caveat for civilian sovereign immunity too just like their instincts had drawn them.
2.7. One may observe again the logic of the extenuation under Article III by the precedent law of sovereign government immunity's half and then consider how such extenuated judgment may apply back the other way after such inverted rulings have brought about proper caveat towards the moreso constitutional net gain of secession, to be construed toward civilians now in caveat or else violate its own logic--in that when parties in caveat even so much as could have a reason against those not the hypocrisy tends to eschew normal consideration in favor of the deeper extenuation, which then may be used in order to adject further claims.
2.8. Please also bear in mind that the extenuation should precede caselaw as well, with recession being more major malfeasance ultimately than any case thereunder. Authorities cited of parties not in caveat toward sovereign litigants in caveat may be seen as a confusion in order of operation due to the extenuation able to apply differently toward the caveat for the same causes depending--especially when those cases may not have been fully mature to the caveat's preemptive necessity and so tended to have confusing or twisted arguments and/or judgments attempting to negotiate such territory unbeknownst which then could be taken out of context by those citing against caveat inordinately.
2.9. Important to note would also be a type of cannibal clause which would exist in federal recession when total debt eclipses half of total assets wherein state courts may begin judging against all parties irregardless with it being implied that those in caveat would be able to garner evermore relief from federal settings' relief counter-intuitively, in federal support of the caveat in net by the states then in perhaps the only manner acceptable from the law. In stately recession, alignment of the caveat would of course be through judgment in favor of sovereignty versus progress not--for civilian sovereign immunity superseding government sovereign immunity...whereas government sovereign immunity would apply to every case in federal recession).
2.10. Though in fact, perhaps not one case precedent may exist in stately recession wherein the caveat was shown by a civilian party, with alignment to caveat perhaps having occurred solely via government sovereign immunity rulings--proofing how caselaw in/of the extenuation would be inherently subjective due to the odd modulation of sovereign immunity in recession and the ability for the caveat to even align omnipolarly by it, then from the inflection point past the federal recession mark's ability to overrule even civilian sovereignty with no way to prove that such would've been unlawful in stately recession via precedent...making it seem as if government sovereign immunity were overruling any and all parties the whole time as if we were under ancient English law simply because the extenuation's civilian presence could entirely evade caselaw until federal recession yet still be required to be recognized constitutionally, though if it were believed as normal precedent improper judgment could lead to fouled subsequent rulings which would also be impossible to cite against then too. This dualistic nature of the precedent (civilian in government sovereignty) would still imply that even with a lack of caselaw for civilian sovereign immunity rulings in only government sovereign immunity rulings, the former would still be set in/by such as precedent too...being a type of ghost precedent.
2.11. Such circumstance would also prove how caselaw would be technically beholden to constitution in the end due to a precedent able to exist without any actual caselaw needing to be recognized by pure judgment’s ability to sense logic, and with such proof being another telltale sign as it were with yet another tell, being federal government's ability to mimic the ancient bygone British definition of sovereign immunity too perhaps just for the ability to process any sort of poorer educations to wit still left over perhaps driving any horses.
2.12. One could become especially confused by the cannibal marquis when recession would become major then preventing even civilians in caveat relief from state settings based on jurisdiction of venue...with such then seeming to follow a straight line of recession against progress notwithstanding, otherwise as seeming to be the precedent, though upon closer inspection that line would have two sides--flipping at the marquis between stately and federal recession, blinding caselaw. As one can see, if there were other extenuation at hand that was reliant upon recognizance of implication affiliated with the cannibal clause such could go missed much like someone using copy and paste twice on a computer and vanishing their clipping, such as sovereign indigency's disenfranchisement as described in Section 4, which would requite the recognizance of civilian sovereign immunity's ghost precedent first to even to perceive second.
2.13. At any rate, one may clearly glean how federal efficacy would be able to both draw in recessive aspects to the law in order to serve secession's purposes and then put them on a central stage in government inthrough these very fine legal routes and tests as well as justify the curses of ongoing ancient malfeasance from before federal ratification which had to find some way to level off during federal governmental process...if not for God's very own purposes...tying into jurisdiction higher through federal form as proven by our book Max-Well {Quantum Governance} at FederalRecession.US--all being indelible toward progress both beyond secession's union in the next era and in the next life and in a manner far to perfectly logical in sensical to normally deny, reaffirmed directly by recession's own clause placing burden of proof away from sovereignty making such assertions.
2.14. In some of the next sections we discuss sovereign immunity's disenfranchisement as well as other hidden potential regarding higher dimensions of civil law as also covered in our party's book.
1. The Logic of Refederation from Recession's Secession
1.1. Any mechanism of law able to transmute negative in-with positive also elevating the latter may be preponderated as type of ultimate nexus in civility able to be held as a litigatory constant towards substitution in deductive reasoning--in that because such a circumstance may be considered as undeniably truest, unable to be disproven in/of time's same highest federal shape by negative and positive change in as one most perfect present it may be used to assist further preponderation for other unknown variables that would normally be less than solvable due to civil rule defaulting toward the unknown.
1.2. Because secession's union would tend to utilize both negative and/or positive in-as one we may then make the argument that a party not in the caveat for secession from recession in some way could be seen as less than feasible which in-turn may be considered malfeasant. The extenuation could also be enough for a civil court to render judgment against any such party versus their government or another party more recessive than they when normally they would be ruled in favor of due to their progress away from the caveat being more unlawful than even recession alone due to the latter being at least more toward secession...with a government of the people having the responsibility of occurring recession to those causing it therefore aligning them to caveat--which is already in the well-known precedent law under Article III, being sovereign immunity; defaulting toward government against citizens progressing not in caveat and toward civilians in caveat versus other citizen parties or government in recession, with secession's superluminal union inherently proven to be the most efficient method of progress through recession. Secession's union may be used to solve many other legal questions then due to it's ultimate civility for any party, notwithstanding empirically.
1.3. One may conclude that under the rules of evidence that federal form would tend to be exploiting superluminal property of quantum mechanics moreso than not (known as quantum teleportation) in order to remain lawful in time's constancy due to such a physicality being the shortest action by being instantaneous (with the most efficient constitution being the fastest cp) also federating with the universal constant of infinity at the speed of matter's potential in light's energetics i.e. anything other than light should be considered as at least faster to some degree under civil rule by matter's empirical perfection, indicating the existence of the superluminal in darkness then. Such property inherently would rely upon secession's refederation in order to remain bound materiorily from quantum entanglement's potent position of potential perfection due to natural anticipation via the universal constant in elec motion, with no other way to compensate for natural recession. If such could be seen as possible then it may under civil rule.
1.4. If one draws a line signifying motion from left to right as time's movement of change in progress, the perfect law obviously could rest as a reflection of that for a given people's timeline, and so when any recession naturally occurs we can easily show that simply reversing it through the same system would technically, illogically fall behind the point where perfect progress should have been, in-turn able to be seen as less than lawful under preponderance. If our line began at point A with the imaginarily perfect progress of quantum law in freedom hypothetically flowing straight to B and our entropic society's on a different line falling from A to C at some angle, turning to re-coalesce back onto perfection's line at point D behind B, we could easily observe that the vector additions would simply not equate...adding up to more work for less lawfulness.
1.5. When we imagine that recession, entropy, waste or human error
would be natural to our cycles, the reality that there must be some sort of mechanism able to transmute error into forward motion becomes apparent through common sense, even if by the processes of learning alone--also supporting mechanisms barring recession from overruling progress via the democratic principle under the hypocrisy of recession (meaning that it would be implied that recessive officials should follow logical pathos moreso proven via mathelogical reasoning instead of being self-destructive by recession's civil majority per the federal hypocrisy, with no other logic to follow, thereby being recessive in recession against recession via progress thereof federal).
1.6. The inherent paradox should be quite apparent, and that would be that departing from progress would be unfavorable and yet returning to it after having fallen behind evermore latent even less so--implying that recession actually should continue to be forcibly worsened compoundingly, most legally then--compelling secession as well as stress-testing the entire government in order to better its next version. Once the magic democratic angle of federal recession is reached the obvious legalities would then be able to activate, with it being most apparent that civil recession in the economy would be more major then and so able to be democratically argued against finally--also deductively proving via secession's indelible union that democratic principles would be actually of integral law by being able to exploit such duly--with democracy if not hinging upon this critical feature of its own secession's mechanism which may actuate at such point in order to rearrange afflictive matters into propulsion in/of deviance's entropy much like a blues artist turns a bad day into a great song or in the same way that our bodies undergo healing processes which involve pain and inflammation though end arguably better with just a scar and a valuable lesson (also supporting that this process would exploit a natural property of matter).
1.7. At these points, federal societies may circle around in ways which defy normal representation, arriving us at better than if we had ever even departed...because only arriving where we would have been should be seen as perhaps less than perfect as well. And so the only logical explanation would be toward some sort of superluminal capability able to place us even further ahead in time--perfectly supported through quantum teleportation of information in quantum entanglement, bound to Article III's mindful ability to adjudge instantly on a case by case basis for the quantum sovereignty via such federal constitution as per, proven prima facie (as one may glean a faster than light mechanism could even be proven deductively so without physics, also affirming that law would be parent to it). That constitutional potential for superluminal rearrangement would exist in federation of state by secession's union in federal government would allow our officials to bind present matters to and from such law through the past's ratification of that constitution toward temporally, atomically sovereign eventide in the future, which would tend to supersede normalcy via a kind of civil transmutation (explained further in our book Max-Well at FederalRecession.US) rerouting devolution, war, incompetency, etc similar to how good humor can make the same otherwise foul matters extremely enjoyable.
1.8. The specter would be efficient enough for anyone to claim that normal government would be perhaps less than lawful moving at the speed of light alone in such a less exotic respect...though yet another may claim that a government moving faster than the speed of light alone would also be less than perfect considering that such would not represent the federal shape of time's parent form, however impossibly cynical. Such considerations should leave the only conclusion that a most lawful government would be federal by and through the exploitation of any and all of time's mechanisms when and wherever appropriate, eschewing all else ceteris paribus in the face of such solid proof with perhaps no way for observed and measured physical laws to be disproven otherwise (in that order of operations may be asserted prima facie).
1.9. For example, leaving home without a gun would be dangerous though bringing one without a safety could be worse...just like having a body that could not heal could be seen as worse than being a spirit alone. Secession's healing mechanism would be as important toward governance as reconciliation would be in relationships, obviously resting in the matter at some indelible degree; therefore, sovereignty's extenuation should come first for any case, with such only becoming apparent under recession's extenuation which may rule abnormally against progress not within secession's refederation's superluminal caveat--requited to interpret implicit constitutional law not codified for as able to be seen as moreso out of favor than not untowards such otherwise recessive civilians, defaulting in favor of government sovereignty in recession by being less recessive than such progress not in caveat and toward civilian sovereignty in caveat for secession above all else under the 9th Amendment in federal logic (which may apply similarly under federal cannibal clause when sovereignty may be compelled to a federal setting, perhaps when recession comes form a higher dimension accordingly).
1.10. The consideration that normal wear and tear will of course occur and even that it should in certain circumstances for the purposes of learning and patina should be the final proof for such argument that recession would be a type of occurrence which truly lawful government should not just have the capability to withstand but to complement and benefit--implying that such momentum be transmuted towards sovereign progress; and so having laws which incorporate such able to harness the power of matter superluminally via quantum entanglement towards secession's being used as fulcrum intoward higher reunions thereby realigning in-with time's flow coming in ahead of normal law for the next cycle, allows for federal civilians to assuage ancient issues similar to how certain destructive quality control engineers destroy company products in order to better their designs and so their company overall.
5. How Federal Recession Could be Determined by Civil Rule
5.1 Any court may see from the graphs and excerpts adapted further below that the current state of the union has been in retrograde. Economic downturns and recession has been the mode d'etre for some time and perhaps the strongest indicator would be inflation, with it being implicit that what a dollar could buy one year though could not the next would imply more of a loss than a gain. We also should observe that any sort of debt would be considered more recessive than otherwise and with the US government having been in debt for some time now, perhaps becoming more federal by that measure alone...though allow us delve more into the specifics.
5.2. Criminal policy should be referenced with regard to recession in the government, with it being beyond stating that when a government becomes totally repossessed by our debtors, when total debt equals total assets, that at such point the courts would cease to operate under preponderance's sake and so we might assume that crime had prevailed moreso, being more of a federal crime.
5.3. Therefore, when total debt equals half or more of total assets we may assume that criminal policy would still apply, with such being a type of criminal misdemeanor then perhaps similar to gross negligence, which then would imply that when total debt is under half of total assets that such area may be counted as tortious, being an area of civil law.
5.4. From such conjecture we might stipulate that whenever total debt is below 25% of assets that such would lend towards stately recession and with debt being greater than one quarter of total assets being moreso federal (recalling that federal recession would only apply to civil policy considering that in criminal policy a federal criminal recession would cease a country's existence).
5.5. Though, we might count the fact that in a real world situation there may be more major of recessive parties versus a civil minority of progressive civilians or officials who could be championing progress even despite...and so these figures it would seem might be up to interpretation one way or another, which sovereign immunity law would uphold be modulated when and wherever appropriate as we tact into recession's wind.
5.6. For instance, in a recession governmental figures may be called into question notwithstanding, and so even if the figures were at 12.5% debt vs assets technically one could argue toward recession at least able to be seen as perhaps becoming federal in some respect. In such case, the devil's advocate might begin to reference other economic indicators like real GDP growth or inflation to support, and yet they may be met with rebuttal stating that even those figures may be called into question.
5.7. At the current state of affairs at the time of this writing real GDP growth is fluctuating somewhat though seeming to grow, yet government spending is increasing and our total debt is rising, now at about $38 trillion versus $178 trillion in assets and climbing. For some time now government spending has exceeded GDP output causing debt to rise, though more primly one may regard GDP output per year and see that that figure is below the total national debt, which may serve as a type of spiritual indicator for civil purposes for its own sake due to it being simply possible as well as there being recession's shadow anyway over these figures' accuracy to begin with. Inflation has also been steadily on the rise for more than 50 years now alongside rising debt.
5.8. When we consider that the current debt is very near the one quarter mark of total assets and also factor in the large presence of Bitcoin and associated trafficking crime in-with DOGE's findings of governmental fraud, we could conjecture that elements in our recessive government could be altering economic figures specifically to prevent federal recession's major litigatory power from coming of age. Yet if we regard each aspect side-by-side we can tend to encompass a more realistic approach, per the table below.
5.9. In the table below we use the civil prime of total year GDP versus total debt in GDP ratio against the other more noble figures for federal recession's determination:
Consideration | Figure | Federal recession or not? |
-Total Year GDP vs Total Debt -Debt to GDP Ratio -Debt vs GDP Figure | -Total year GDP consistently under total debt since 2020 -Debt over 100% of GDP since 2020 -As of 2025: Debt: $38.4T GDP: $30.6T | Yes |
Per Year Real GDP Growth | Increasing most years under 5%, some years decreasing. | No, but those numbers could be confused with incorrect reporting alongside inflation's |
Total Debt vs Total Assets | Total Debt: 38.4T Total Assets: $178T | No but maybe yes, due to recession's uncertainty (figure is close to 25%) |
Inflation vs Deflation Trend | Inflation rising, trending for more than half of US timeline | Yes |
US Debt Trend and Current State | Debt rising, trending straight since the mid 1970's with debt being current as well as debt being more historic since ratification. | Yes |
5.10. From the above, a court could begin to preponderate that recession could be seen as federal now so just to be on the safe side, especially considering DOGE's findings of government fraud that would tend to alter figures and with the trend being downward. Even if one tallies the areas above that could be a nay one could still be left with a civil majority toward federal recession being true. Though one may argue that the debt to GDP is not logically feasible as far as pure economics would be concerned which by civility's sake could be considered for the sake of recession's sovereignty likewise (in that if recession were necessary to actuate refederation by secession under the extenuation then such could be honored extenuatingly wherever if interperetable), though when we factor in recession's extenuation for sovereign immunity therefrom toward secession's refederation the argument would have certain constraints...whereas a person in caveat would have judgment in their favor due to their being toward our country's overall survival versus someone not, even if those not within could've been considered on a better day. The caveat would have federal recession occur more litigatorily and so there most likely would not be anyone within arguing that recession were not federal if and when possible. Though, there may be certain schools of thought who adhere to the devil's advocate for the principle and so those sects should be able to be swayed by the issue regarding The Federal Reserve System.
5.11. The Federal Reserve possesses at its core an inherent type of fraud known as tender issue fraud which albeit evolved federal government as explained elsewhere such as in Bill Still's documentary titled "The Money Masters: Remastered" with such even having been the reason behind the Money Changers' crucifixion of Christ. Well known it is that The Federal Reserve is not a fully public entity just as the Second Bank wasn't in the 1800's in the last iteration of such fraud in our country. At such point civil preponderance may see that there was a previous instance which was terminated and then now that we have this one again there should be little argument that one could preponderate the issue as being tortious no doubt and perhaps criminal by some accounts...though in our case we have evolved enough to understand the civil utility of the issue toward stimulation of secession's refederation's for net-constitution. The fact would still remain though that our Treasury would at least be being once removed by having an entity superseding and controlling it, with even our legal tender stating "Federal Reserve Note" and not "Treasury Note" which purely may be considered a violation of amendment rights against deprivation of time simply from the extra, necessary logic.
5.12. Duly, one may regard the issue of The Federal Reserve alongside the other evidence above and declare that this recession may be thought of as moreso federal than not though of course only toward those within caveat...all things considered...which could also include other dire issues such as GMO's, plasticizers, Thimerosal and mRNA vaccines as well as issues regarding traffic fatalities as well as human trafficking and the Dark Net and then begin to surmise that at such points all coming together right under an overarching fraud being instigated specifically for secession's actuation right when the actual markers for federal recession seemed close enough, one could tend to argue that the time to adjudge that such actuation should occur duly then would be more likely if and when the caveat presented itself for such purpose as of now...when would tend to suggest that there were actual errors in the US economy's figures being reported as would be heavily supported by the runaway issue of bitcoin and human trafficking albeit fueled by the issues with the vaccines which also cause cognitive dissonance as well as government fraud and lots of folks altering their data for government assistance under recession's pressure.
5.13. Federal recession in our own nation presents us with the inavoidable conclusion that the citizens of the United States under such condition may be seen as moreso uncivil in their own right than not under state in federal rules of evidence, with the dollar standing for a unit of work and with work being measured in Newton-Meters, and then with energy in E=mc^2 being measured in Newtons--which would support the claim that an energetic confluence or deficit in our economic energies would so equate unitarily to measures of our matters in jurisdiction's power. Such an assertion would be underpinned and undeniable considering quantum entanglement's warp speed withunder inthrough our minds via self-governance, with time’s parent dimension biding all via the 5th/14th Amendments’ rights against deprivation, constitutionally/materiorily speaking, upheld by the 9th/10th fastly albeit superluminally at least moreso--being the shortest action (see: quantum teleportation of information)...implying that as long as recession were within the civil threshold, any incivility in the people with regard could be interpreted as being even more than constitutional, though yet still unconstitutional for the sake of litigation by code's interpretation (just like good R&R might beat Christian music, though only ostensibly)--therefore illuminating from collective mind in the people to their government moreso via such action per 9th Amd which then would serve actually binding as the dark becomes the light and the light becomes the dark (and so the dark the dark and the light the light).
5.14. One may see the figures of the table further above and in the graphical information appended to this exhibit toward the end for more concrete proof of federal recession. Also, this exhibit has been edited from a previous version which had mistakenly confused GDP with total assets, and so anyone who may have made any decisions prior may also now have a clearer picture into the confusion which recession would be able to create by the blind entanglement from such angle. Finally, an ending statement specifically for sovereign immunity precedent in evidence of our experiences' circumstances.
