Require Courses on How to Operate the Complaint/Legal System

Not teaching someone how to use their government in public education curriculum mandated by that government is unconstitutional.

Unless you would need to cause a secession in the name of net constitutionality.

Lets just face it, Americans and the legal system are like Asians and cars.
