Alot of folks know chemistry or even love it but being able to synthesize even simple molecules might be too far away from most people's grasp. The same would go for other essential skills such as medicine.

Having the chemistry sets and chemical analyzers would be the first hurdle but then having the knowhow would be even more key and the same would go for other areas like dentistry or performing operations. Text books are digital now which helps to a degree but when it come to being able to perform a complex diagnosis and formulate medications as well as operate on someone in an emergency you have to be a well-trained physician in a hospital with the backing of other professionals with informational and manufacturing resources to really cut the mustard well.

For people off-grid out of practice even if geniuses might not be fresh enough or have enough other opinions to make the right split second decisions, or it just might take them days on end to research how to do something just to forget it after a few years.

There could even be a combo dataset for Off-grid living. Homeschooling, homemaking, music and hobby datasets would be nice too.

Old Xeon servers are cheap and you can string several of them together in a rack for a 1000 core system for a small AI setup that can be fired up when needed to crunch data and be as fast or faster than the free AI bots. Just be sure to never connect it to the internet and have it in an EMF shielded compartment...don't even plug wireless mice into it and be sure to install a high power filter in the room with high pressure blower nozzles and seals to prevent the dreaded nanite swarms. huggingface.co has alot of datasets and there are others out there, we recommended stocking up. The idea would be that if us humans are dug in well enough with systems in place to survive anything then likely the devil won't come knocking.
