As of now, Social Security reduces the amounts that recipients receive if they are working more than part-time.  What that does is compel people away from full-time jobs because they don't want to loose the security of their benefits...either that or lie to the government, which is another dangerous trend.

Certain people, like those who were physically and mentally traumatized by Thimerosal poisoning have a legitimate claim to SS disability benefits, which by the way is a great reason to extricate the Thimerosal from the vaccines, because we are just asking to shell out money for it, not to mention troglodize ourselves.  When you take someone who needs a boost from the government to get back to where they should be, banning them to work full time to receive that boost is counter-intuitive, like hitting the gas while you are depressing the brakes.

SS recipients should be allowed to work full-time and still receive benefits, it would be better for the economy.  Why that is not being done is anyone's guess, but I would invoke the NBE clause here, which I have another post on in the other section.
