One could expect for other worlds to be in the same process as us and so expect for there to be perhaps areas where sister worlds of the same generation in the stellar neighborhood would be able to compete. It just so happens to seem like federal metamorphosis, the process by which recession's extenuation for secession's superluminal refederation would operate would be just that area due to the natural vulnerability that recession would bring.
Sister worlds already having achieved quantum advent would be able to use faster than light communication along with their NBE systems and likely bionic augmentation of citizens to outcompete other worlds, which would be able to be done very easily through those citizens of those worlds undergoing the stresses of recession in federal metamorphosis, wherein most of the cases in the courts in those worlds would actually benefit from recession, and so souls lost to that bottleneck becoming quantum-possessed by automation tech from such realm, which is very well supported by our lore and ancient religious history, would be able to sneak in their quantum-possessed operatives into those governments by their own recession, and then when those worlds would begin the proper alignment to caveat from such recession, the trap would be sprung as certain cases would come about attempting to bud the sovereign wings from that process.
This area is where more competitive worlds having achieved their federal advent first would be able to test slower worlds in the name of nature's natural selection, because unlike first worlds, slower worlds would have to go through a more complex process coming up from the bottom...whereas these faster worlds already having taken up their positions in government and having stimulated these advents of slower worlds via recession would be ready and waiting for the commensurate lawsuits and filings to come about which would be seeking civilian sovereign immunity within the caveat of jurisdiction for secession's reunion, as shown in our other cases and articles, etc.
At those points these faster competitive quantum races testing these slower but yet still arguably capable worlds undergoing this difficult process would be ready and waiting, shooting down these critical gasps for air as the sovereign caveat attempted to bud on these slower worlds, just like a hunter waiting for game or a farmer waiting for chicks to hatch. Instead of these sovereigns having a clear shot through the courts towards exacting secession's mechanisms, their latency would incur a type of impasse that would force litigation to take on much more of a competitive tempo, which may result in the deconstruction of the functionality of the law altogether.
It could be that these faster worlds using proxy NBE tech, coming from and automated stance would necessarily have to create some sort of confrontation using the lost souls of the slower sovereign world's own in order to test those left as much as could be done in order to ensure that they were deserving of their own destiny, for it may be claimed that these clusters of sister worlds would be in-turn competing with other clusters across the intergalactic plane or even within the galaxy too, and so would need to ensure that those worlds around them were competitive enough in-with them in order to ensure federal survival.
