The Constitution MUST be Amended AGAINST Banking/Issuance Fraud
The Constitution MUST be Amended AGAINST Banking/Issuance FraudThe Constitution without doubt should be amended to include an Amendment which specifically outlaws banking fraud.Such an amendment could be seen in many ways as being as important as the right to bear arms and the freedom of speech as well as protections against deprivations against life, liberty and property, with the Federal Reserve Act being seen as violating all of those Amendments in a way. The Ninth Amendment already would guarantee rights against issuance fraud in The Fed, being an Amendment which was meant to secure other rights for The People not specifically covered in The Constitution, and also to underline that those rights are reserved for The People, being an inherent facet of constitution, being held as self-evident, and prima facie. It would also behoove the American Public to include another amendment which would outlaw the use of private corporation names which are meant to appear as actual public offices, agencies, utilities and/or services, etc. The Federal Reserve System is a perfect example of the exploitation of this lacking in our laws, which allows private corporations to take up residence in the auspices of our government and officiality when in fact they are not legally so. This is a vile tactic and would be akin to sneaking into bed with someone’s spouse unbeknownst to them. And I will be honest, this is something that can become ingrown if left unchecked for too long, causing unwanted dependencies on private entities in our government where they are not supposed to be, such as the post office and public utility companies dressed in the guise of the government with a misleading corporate name. Such a ruse is especially effective against young children who grow up with less knowledge of the legal system and innately assume that such entities are in fact government when they are not, creating a cycle of confusion and dependency, which can only be broken through law. Those laws should be focused on proper education in public schools, public information and of course laws banning official titles in the private sector. Period. At any rate, these improvements, with primary focus on extinguishing banking fraud would be hyper-critical towards a most successful exit. In fact, I would say that the entire shabang would be lost if it was not the focal point. Furthermore, those of us who would disagree should take a look at history and realize that there have been billions of people murdered due to that regard. Now, could all of those deaths be justified by impinging a future even more cleanse of such horrors by their compelling this pivotal event towards evil’s more ultimate extrication? Sheer numbers might reply with “yes” if future tolls would be less than the past’s if so. The key of course would revolve around us pulling this off without a hitch. And any athlete, martial artist or industrial worker can tell you that certain maneuvers take a certain finesse and attention to instincts and detail to be done just right...when done right they can put you in a jersey, but if done wrong they can get you fired, injured, killed, break valuable equipment or worse—all of the above and a divorce in paralysis, just to have someone slip under your covers the following evening...ok, that’s too much humor, but you get the drift. No more brood parasites! No more issuance fraud in the banking systems!
