In the articles listed above we go over how recession's clause can be used to file novel civil suits using recession's circumstance as novel evidence only available to those in sovereign caveat, which in turn may be used by investigators who can consider such rulings against those parties as probable cause in order to launch investigations otherwise lacking any evidence. This feature is only available in recession and can help solve cold cases.
In another article we go over how the new quantum computers can be trained to channel any information just as much as they can be trained to channel a password. Quantum computers have motive electrons for their qubits and so can be trained to access information with much more resolution than the quantum circuits that are in the human brain which do not have motive electrons, being carbon based...much like a 2D vs 3D picture or a TV vs a photo.
So, we simply combine these two obviousnesses and state that investigators could utilize quantum computers in order to train them to output information to help solve cold cases and other difficult to break investigations, and then use recession's clause in these novel civil suits to go in and generate case leads for investigators to use a probable cause.
Recently, we emailed the Houston, TX police homicide division with this info so that they could solve the Buffalo Bayou murders. We suggested that they use a quantum computer to output data using training from other murders.
Quantum computers come trained in computer language via mathematical digits, with the actual shape of their elegant circuits being programming itself, whereas the waves and slopes of the electron guides of the quantum computers are designed upon resonant geometries which entangle those qubits with numerical values naturally found in nature, much like squares or triangles would associate with 4 or 3 moreso.
Our suggestion was to input digital data of photos, addresses, names, dates, family ties, victims, etc regarding known serial killers in order to train a quantum computer to output possible answers to who could be the Buffalo Bayou killer or perhaps their address or vehicle or some other clue which could be used for an investigation.
Due to such information being circumstantial, and perhaps that it will always be considering that perfection's potential would be neverending moreso, the only time that it could be technically used to create probable cause for a criminal investigation would be under recession's clause, whereas such evidence may be used to make further claims if a person is not in caveat which if they cannot disprove would render a civil ruling able to be used as probable cause for a search toward an arrest.
Investigators could combine these two techniques for a 1-2 knockout. But as one may tell, such would be impossible against a person within sovereign caveat ie someone who is properly pressing for secession's refederation from recession, though perhaps investigators could still recommend stakeouts or other forms of normal surveillance of suspects. For those reading further, we could see how a society in a time of progress would technically be easier to be a murderer in...though perhaps quantum data output could be sharper...which would tend to support our work showing that those in proper times tend to be in more harmony anyways and less likely to be discordant...murderous.
