Use of Civil Claims Based on Recession Seeking Relief in form of Sov Cert Affidavit Good for Civil Suits...Obtaining Deposition Subpoenas from Same for Officials in Personal Capacity Better

Going after officials is rather tricky if and when they're possessed, because such quantum technology from beyond obviously would have sovereign immunity, better to not poke with any sticks further and be happy it's staying there like that then, right? Right...

Though using a simple piece of paper of an affidavit form seems to scratch the quantum beast juuust right, able to shuck the excess load allowing competent medical staff to seem those refusing to certify as incompetent toward involuntary commitment where the possessed can be relieved allowing the original soul to remain for the penal process of course deemed necessary by the sheer quantum effect of not being able to resist possession (like we did in another article detailing our paranormal encounters, see https://exitfed.wixsite.com/website/post/paranormal-encounters-of-the-author-s-a-visit-from-the-ghost-of-an-ancestor-warning-of-supervolcan). If we could be possessed at will then such would have extincted us a long time ago, prima facie. One may peruse the Exhibit T.6 at the top of the page to get a grasp on the symbiotic nature of the motive elect.

Suing an official directly for certification would of course tend to be blocked by the precedent against our own sovereignty by the compromised courts, suing them in their personal capacity might be easier but you might run into similar issues there. Filing productive legal cases against government as a while such as states or departments with interesting litigation such as that surrounding the health and safety of children or those of women's and minority rights or even the protection of endangered species or unborn children, or perhaps cases going after the abuse of traffick children or the KKK seems to be a better tool to pry the issuance of orders to certify via affidavit.

With these types of cases being sensitive and with recession's burden able to allege any officials even distantly related as being involved contingent upon their certification of federal sovereignty, deposition subpoenas for written answers may be issued to officials in their personal capacity rather easily, or at least make any judge denying those motions highly suspect. If an official would refuse such a subpoena the result could technically be worse than refusing an order to certify for relief in a civil case because that would be more of a civil matter, whereas refusing a subpoena would be a direct violation of a court order not necessarily tied to the civil matter directly, allowing for a most immediate intervention by competent medical staff.

The only question would be how to begin hunting for the right cases to file...and...oh ya, do we even have any competent, sovereign psych doctors able to make the critical determinations to save our very own species here?
