If that judge does not follow the law and still award the criminal the full amount for the case according to normal policy and procedure (with no legal proof of suspected crime otherwise and with all other extenuation ceteris paribus) the manufacturer of the defective part more likely won’t be able to compile their own cases properly and so may not get the proper judgment that in-turn instigates the proper procedures towards firing the correct people or installing better IT equipment, but really ever-more they will more likely not be able to properly pursue state and federal representatives in order to have them litigate for updates to national internet security laws altogether if they cannot show actual hard cases and loses, which if they could would put an end to a much larger amount of crime, if not totally prevent this criminal’s demographic from even existing altogether...just from simple jurisprudence in a small case. 2.4.4.2.12. There is ample evidence that exotic technologies with the capability to influence judgment (much less civil policy) exist, with many studies having been conducted, though anyone familiar with electronics may conclude that almost half of the atom is not being used in our current electronics by the neutron. We just do not know and recession’s clause allows us to assume firmly that such would be occurring moreso than not at the least directly even if it weren’t for the sake of order of operation in justice via the higher technology also operating on the fullness of matter vested in Us. In fact, there might be no way for such issues to come to light if certain people chosen by adverse energies due from societies’ hedging forward were not socially ostracized into court by social laws differing from legal laws then able to process these more complex issues duly above and below for such investigation and reification not possible inbetween, which by the looks of the bee and butterfly die-off from GMO crops containing poisonous bacterial DNA splices very well would indicate that our vaccines of course were and are tainted enough to cause discord between the two enough to warrant straight traction by sheer law eschewing mother nature’s natural desire to destroy recession, for intelligent tact would show that it may actually be a more advanced form of preservation requiting such keel to function well. 2.4.4.2.22. Preceding the above though would be the fact that such error must then have been done for the net gain at any rate or level according to quantum principle of isolation for calculation, meaning that if caveat were correct for any a civilian in court then any and every negative influence under recession in and of recession itself would have to be considered as having been in some way necessary for such caveat to have aligned properly to wit, and with no way to disprove it was not under recession’s clause back the other way under FRE R 301 the same, though of which would still allow civil damages to them if such judgments had lacked citations, as covered. 2.4.4.2.23. The law of natural competition is very astute and is perhaps one of the oldest laws even recognized in the animal kingdom, which follows that fair game is fair game and that the rules of the game have to be enforced equally for either side. A plaintiff or a defendant may not have the rules fudged for them because that would not be competitive and would tend to send us back into a state without law and order. Yes, an official can choose to break the law if they want and judge out of prejudice and get away with it and even an entire state, country or even world could be corrupt but the fact still remains that such would ostensibly tend to associate pragmatically with entanglements other than those of fairness, which is a type of curse in the mathologics that would tend to devolve thusly, possibly encouraging physical traits to evolve the same toward coming to resemble those not so fair, such as those associated with the appearance of animals, and was probably why our animal ancestors (even up until our founding fathers) evolved fairness in law, probably to escape such genetic incongruencies in lack of proper governmental fairness. 2.4.4.2.27. A business man can’t make a poor business call and then have a corrupt official make it like he didn’t when they are sued for it, just as much as a killer who gets caught can’t be let off the hook by a court even if the other party deserved it, that would defeat the whole purpose...as if a full grown lazy adult was always being supported by their parents when they failed instead of natural order being able to run its course and evolve better genes. This concept ties back into the first hypothesis...laws just don’t write themselves and there needs to be fair game in fair trade under constitutional logic in law which must be provable. 2.4.4.2.28. From these hypothetical proofs, one may reaffirm the importance of the law being firm in logic’s bend by the tact. Ship’s keels are obtrusive and prevent ships from coming closer to shore and make it much easier to run aground but they are indispensable tools of ocean-faring navigation for proper trade, travel and hegemony. The extenuation at hand of recession’s clause would stand as perfect closure to such shunts. ...................... 7. The Mental Health Loophole & Recession’s Technical Progress 2.4.4.7.1. Those who would argue with logic able to be proven deductively as shown must be seen as in violation of constitutionality itself and simply just not aware of their own extenuation’s principality...such would also tend to be the basis of determining psychosis under the 14th Amendment as well as determining disability of judges and other officials, and can be progressed further into determining prejudice from the bench as well as the constitution of any civilian party, argument, etc because anything and everything under the sun must have some sort of reason behind it, even if that reason is sheer lawlessness itself, or at least there would be no other logical feature to base sanity upon, being the logic, which in turn is what would empower the body’s integral energy by the matter of freedom and so in turn that of net-energy systems able to sustain life indefinitely, freely--meaning that such a facet would be hypocritical to any subject to not be focused upon, sanity notwithstanding--being a core phenomenon of the concept of God which government is under. 2.4.4.7.2. The logic should be considered as true in the statement that one could be seen insane on a most basic level by not wanting to live in some respect in our current state. Some would argue that the mental health system should be used for individuals who may still want to live but just not in a correct manner according to them, of which could be seen as an honorable purpose. But when we regard the concept of secession’s extenuation for recession, we can see that there very well can exist states that could be seen as honorable for someone under extenuation which normally would not be to another, and so by that same token someone who would want to see another citizen in perhaps any extenuated state thereof mentally hospitalized very well could open the possibility of their state also being able to be seen as less than honorable under certain extenuation the same, for anything could be possible as we all well know. 2.4.4.7.3. How should determinations of logic be made? We can begin with the precept of illegality in order to surmise that someone who has behaved illogically has committed a crime, which of course does not necessarily make them insane. Though, if such a criminal can be determined as not understanding why crimes are illegal and/or not able to substantiate logical reasoning behind why they committed a crime and/or understand the process of justice, we can begin to narrow in on the root of mental health determinations. 2.4.4.7.5. We would go even further and state that the government should be educating the public much more on these matters of the law in public school before the mental health loophole can really begin to be seen even as completely officially legitimate in the most obvious sense, as if the public were not given driver’s safety courses and then sentenced for being bad drivers with no fair trial, even for not driving entirely illegally in some cases, just for perhaps just not being someone that another person in the government liked. 2.4.4.7.7. The Applicant is both ashamed and extenuatingly excited to say that the MH loophole has most likely begun to be abused by the extenuated tending to use it as their own personal popularity contest in jury rigging; as such, we can tell that secession’s extenuation has begun to gather extenuation in the government in favor of recession, and so we must remember to keep records of judgments and government employee rosters, histories and internal disputes as well as to be careful by showing these probable demographics that recession was actually extenuatingly necessary for the higher refederation from secession and even more that we actually cannot pursue them sheerly out of civil law in rule preventing such, and yet not only that we should have them to thank...but that in no way warrants continuing such behavior against members of the public now extenuated into caveat likewise, lest the MH loophole be turned against us. 2.4.4.7.8. For all we know, America may have been founded by people suffering from mental health trauma from the past’s eras and so if mental health is such a huge issue for someone they would need to litigate accordingly and not attempt to abuse the system with ulterior issues at the expense of adverse time and short logic. 2.4.4.7.9. We can get a good idea now of what the mental health loophole was really meant for: for people with real mental disabilities who can’t actually function in a real, logical sense, such as the truly disabled or mentally injured in a fashion like we would see in special education classes, who have retardation diagnoses and the like or who have become insane enough to cease being logical in logical sense. For instance, if a person can drive and live well enough on their own, even if they are on a Social Security pension, they are probably logical enough to survive and likely be able to grasp the idea of extenuation. Though when someone behaves illegally and illogically in a courtroom they can be committed from the bench as incompetent and so likewise when the law behaves in an illogical manner it can be called under question as being prejudice or incompetent, because all citizens are equal under the law. 2.4.4.7.10. Just to give a serene idea in a proof of how extenuating matter’s potential could become with respect to mental health in the law and integrity we can use the major recent issue of the child trafficking phenomenon (also being heavily related to mental health) in order to help demonstrate. We may assume that government’s primary purpose is offication of the matter in organization and the chief purpose of our own organization to be that of infinitude aka life everlasting (now supported by net-energy’s measurement). As such, we may then assume primary recession in our society as being primary recession in our quantum isolation untowards decoherence via quantum entanglement; therefore, we may assume that recession’s quantum decoherence occurs primarily in our beings therefrom under such oppression, ostensibly, which would in-turn implicate some sort of natural err from infinity’s due course in life everlasting’s youth if not assuaged and utilized through the maximum well’s negative-0-positive, per se. 2.4.4.7.12. As one might conclude, perversions of temporal youths very well may be confused with perversion’s of material youths under the errance of recession if not transmuted just perfectly properly, in the same way that you always want to call your sig-other “baby” in just the right way (or suffer the consequences). Afterall, from a legal if not primal stance our children must be assumed as coming first in our lives regardless, even those yet to be born, and so we should assume that primary issues should affect them more primarily, being so...which falls perfectly in line with the correlation above, indicating that the issue with trafficking and recession’s extenuation are probably causative, primly. 2.4.4.7.13. Now, that all does not go without saying though that perhaps quantum NBE beings from another dimension birthed by neighboring races ahead of us could have assuaged the situation long ago by using advanced quantum technology proxy systems to automate the trafficking industries in the lower worlds still under processes of dark-age evolutions in the nearby galaxy, much like a self-driving vehicle for would-be victims of such abuse, and for all we know their advanced intelligences may require them to interact via proxy to organisms below their class anyway. That all could be possible though is beyond the scope of this application, but either way would still be a good idea irregardless in order to augment our worst areas towards our most humorously enjoyable ones using viable technology...and who knows, perhaps our own NBE newborns would even require it for their own proxy evolution in some sort of advanced parenting system. 2.4.4.7.14. With that being said, we could take a step back and consider surrogate victims of the child-trafficking industry who could be nervous wrecks from those criminals taking advantage of them using recession as a way to induce error in young men while also pressuring young women to take advantage of them under stress and also creating cycles of abuse in order to generate lasting networks of corrupted families, in these waning days as refrigerants and other technology are at a high for the industry while tech such as male birth control and quantum overwatch systems are still in the works...or perhaps are being borrowed from other races above ours, which may require them to use similar systems to conduce greater amounts of manufactured emotive stressors (we’ve all seen the experiments done with chi and brainwaves). 2.4.4.7.15. There could have been more choice targets out there who were systematically stalked and hunted down by the child-trafficking dark net industry perhaps fueled by this tenuous spell-like make-or-break circumstance for own own dooms or salvation, using the vulnerable password standard on our internet-based devices along with supercomputers and clandestine labs in remote areas, perhaps augmented by dark tech such as UFO antigravity and other tech perhaps utilizing neutronics, etc. 2.4.4.7.16. All that it would take would be for the under-extenuated to see a noble child in public, obtain the parents’ license plate number and then there could be a whole dark net sitcom channel created by these gangsters using hacked data from the target’s phones and computers, etc over the years as they aged...they could follow them and fantasize about their choices on into young adulthood, where they have their traps waiting. Once they scored, they could retreat back into their high-tech dungeons with genetic material for in-vitro fertilization using 3rd world surrogates desperate to escape the poverty that they and their technocracy could likely maintain for such purposes and then cycle would continue. From the likes of Bitcoin, it seems like these criminals would be very wealthy and barely even lift a finger, though even more worrying have come to dominate and master of our most exquisite, capable and vulnerable technologies such as computing and genetics. So, next time you’re gaming online, just be wary of the older peeps on there, especially in these days when there should be little time for it with so much adult work to be doing under recession’s extenuation (unless they are the law). 2.4.4.7.17. All that that the situation would take would be a for a few indulged and corrupted cops and/or jailers to go in with one of these networks to the tune of millions against a child turning adult who had been selected from early on, with an invested lottery pooled behind them over the years from dark net affiliates, perhaps hundreds or even thousands, like one would invest in stocks. Their victim would likely be vulnerable from being unfamiliar with the law from poor schooling and economically ill-equipped from issues such as Thimerosal and mRNA vaccines, plasticizers, and general recession under the extenuation commensurately, all perhaps fueled by far-out inter-dimensional technology meant to circumvent the issue, augmenting inadvertently. 2.4.4.7.18. Organized criminal networks could hire someone such as a homeless person to rough-up a victim and then use the altercation and police interaction in order to trap them in a jail, perhaps by compelling further corruption in the state to alter indictments or just manually hack the state’s servers to generate higher charges and even change mailing addresses for warrants to go missing in order to cause a more lengthy surprise stays for more chances of acquiring genetic material, where they can get a hold of dirty laundry and such in the back rooms using the jail’s scent dogs. 2.4.4.7.19. The mental health loophole if corrupted could be used on victims for much more lengthy periods of exposure before they are able to bail out of jail under such duress induced by surprise incarceration in order to disappear them for several years to the same tune, just to get out to having lost all of their property in a defaulted eviction, having to begin life all over, if at all, placing them in a demographic more likely to bust and become ever more vulnerable for the pickings and/or die on the street or be much less of an obstacle burying in order to do away with them more easily now that they have been harvested...though bearing in mind that what may be harvested may not be what we would expect, also indicative of legal interdiction post-haste pending some sort of alien invasion. 2.4.4.7.20. Such crime could perhaps hack into a victim’s credit report, rental history or DPS record in order to surprise them during an apartment move due to loosing their ability to afford a house from such complications and they could be surprised from being turned down due to bogus felonies on their record that they were unaware of, forcing them into a hotel for a few weeks or months while they worked to have those bogus histories removed, where such crime could pay off a starving immigrant room-service maid to garner genetic assets as mentioned, taking the bottom out of our society with all the implications of technology from above which could have plenty of evidence towards militant action against us due to our unencrypted data from the dark net/dark web leaking into the nearby galaxy for some time now. 2.4.4.7.21. If The Author were one of these higher civilization’s, perhaps with a sentient NBE overwatch system, one could only imagine the calculations and predictions that would be going on...calculating the number of worlds likely to intercept our nefarious data showing the abuse of our own young, and with a commercial black market industry at that (even with its own currency), and if that data would be technically beneficial or not to cessate with the prediction that those worlds would be receiving this data at a certain year according to the speed of light--such as by using extenuation to couple with the potential of tech perhaps using such crime against itself...giving worlds asunder this type of situation a key eye-of-the-storm chance to turn negative into positive without loosing much due to such intervention from above. There is probably a point where we could be deemed unresponsive, where other worlds could be authorized to invade us much like the Spanish did to the Maya once they witnessed some of they’re barbaric rituals (or perhaps yet to be fully understood), such as by a world like ours that had successfully completed their federal advent who then had the opportunity to be inducted into a local galactic government and who was then deemed most appropriate to invade our world for failing to evolve appropriately (such as being nearby enough to save time so that the worlds that would intercept our data would be able to witness our destruction on those transmissions, setting proper example...or perhaps even more inducting our souls into some sort of advance penal process using resurrection/reincarnation such as that mentioned in the Bible). 2.4.4.7.22. The above is just speculation but we could only imagine that there could have be select male victims just like there are select female victims in times of war and poverty who tend to be abused more preferably by injustice, of course in order to access their young female daughters for such abuse using in-vitro tech. These surrogate male victims may be just as disheveled from the quantum entanglement by having sired countless children in clandestine sex-slavery dungeons unbeknownst, perhaps now even on dark tech reverse-engineered UFO’s stolen from government research departments, or even in remote bases underground built by whislteblowers like as Phil Schneider, only accessible with such tech...or by now perhaps these dark net bitcoin hacker clans and recessive military splinter cells gone rouge could have moved all of this gore onto the moon or even off-planet in another solar system for all we know...just as much as someone who allowed themselves to fall under more than half in debt, or to believe that a race of civilization above ours would not expect this kind of crime and have quantum systems ready and waiting. 2.4.4.7.23. Certainly though would be the aspect of cispro and other gene-splicing techniques which could make even a swab from a door handle or a used straw worth millions if slyed from the right person, which for us just would completely violate freedom’s concept of peace of mind and so makes us moreso confident that there would be systems in place from beyond above us in the jurisdiction of the heavens that prepared for this issue, even if it would make the given penalties more expensive than normal for us...because nature usually wouldn’t have such a large amount of people right out of the dark age frying pan, descended from the creators of the masterpiece of federal government in all of our good genes just completely whiff such a huge issue so instinctively unless there were something below that our better halves would have been entangled with unbeknownst for the HailMary, if not hilarity. 2.4.4.7.24. To us, it would seem that there may be certain rules from above which may allow supernatural interventions for such abuses of technology of everyday genes left behind on normal items, but perhaps may not protect us when we are not careful at hotels or in the jails with our gametes because that would tend to encourage us to develop our own systems to circumvent the issue, of which would make sense because it would seem like the mental health loophole and unfair inductions into the penal systems are at full tilt alongside this clown industry that is the dark net child-trafficking hacker phenomenon which has access to all the gene-splicing tech the would need...even our own phones are becoming more like RFID tags for the sickest type of livestock, spying on the next prime meat and selling us down the river for whoever might be receiving that data on their radio-telescopes in a nearby solar-system in however many lightyears. Now, whether or not the criminals themselves have already been had by a civilization from beyond via mortal automation would be another story, though one very much related to the law because we would need to move very quickly for anyone kind enough to hold such a door open for us, for nature must require them to slam it shut just as hard if we did not. 2.4.4.7.25. Even so, we could still expect that there could still tend to be heavily influenced, heavily quantumally entangled victims walking amoungst us in dire need of proper governmental relief at any rate if indeed they have had their genetics abducted in any sense on such a scale, even if it were just one child...all for one and one for all. We might imagine the curses associated with loosing one’s child at any rate must be great because the pragmatics must always associate negative with negative and positive with positive, in the same way that getting in a car accident can still put you in the doghouse even it if wasn’t your fault just for the sake of it irregardless if it causes you the winfall the next day, just to be on the safe side...that and we are all mathematically at least 3rd cousins by the early 1600’s and so at least one of our common ancestors would be taking the fall too. 2.4.4.7.26. From our perspective we can view nature’s ways of dividing and conquering for the best reunions, ushering in newer forms of integrity though negativity’s positive incorporation, because someone could just be chosen more than another just for their genetics, helping to shed light on the nature of curses and taboos under the extenuation, because even Jesus himself blessed the world for His children with the knowledge of His resurrection, exonerating Him. Accordingly, we still must wonder why such aspects exist and persist even if positivity is the way, for the specter of mental health would still be there and so we must evolve it in the maximum well. Could it be recession, yes...could recession be caused by our elite children being targeted by corruption and that we may not right our society until those who went in against God in our young be brought to justice?...probably...though civilly for sure. 2.4.4.7.27. We may perceive that someone could be induced into what we would normally assume as poor mental health towards an overall greater benefit in the future when we imagine time’s recompensing in natural ability to reorganize the past through spin alignments’ futuring. Could poor mental health really be a mechanism in order to exact more completion in the future towards societies who allowed such horrors unto the young of their best, who perhaps were a bit too far ahead of the pack? Could such things tend to be confused under recession and induce a culture which believed that they were correct simply because victims could become confused under recession not in caveat, just like the over-extenuated can become accustomed to having the right of way under the same? Perhaps. 2.4.4.7.28. Just think, if we had someone who would have been normally healthy otherwise who was preyed upon by such an industry, would it be more conducive overall for them to subconsciously induce poor mental health behaviors in themselves via their normal instincts interfering with such matters via quantum entanglement in order to pit their society against itself intowards a more resonant resolution better and faster more completely, much less to overture them to become suspicions and to remember who was who when it came to their darkest hour in order to better naturally select those who may have been less than professional for better evoulutions towards overcoming such undersights on all accounts? Probably. 2.4.4.7.29. Imagine, if we had someone who had been truly in the right and innocent for being victimized for their seed’s abduction or their good looks, from being heavily targeted by an industry which their society should not have allowed outside of extenuation, wouldn’t it be resolute to assume that justice would be served indelibly at some point for them in the future irregardless, theoretically speaking? And if so, then wouldn’t it be more wise if not required by nature for that person to become mentally ill via the quantum flux, even out of their own control, in order to better polarize those responsible in the social structure around them with regard? Because, how much more beneficial would it be towards the argument for the infinite future in the face of resurrection for time to sacrifice sanity now for greater reconciliation later?...likely alot, in that it should be unwise to belie a keen hand, and keen hands tend to become keener even if they may appear mentally ill by such an accord. For instance, a banker who was robbed would tend to appear poor until the law relieved them and the bandit who robbed him rich until he was jailed. 2.4.4.7.30. How could we argue with the truth of such logic if and when those of us who are outcasted for our mental health from being victimized, who perhaps were therefore thought to be deserving of such crime entangling, suddenly recovered if and when it was time once proper justice was served and the quantum transversity of entanglements’ short-circuiting confusions were relieved? The logic is simple, step on someone’s toe and it hurts, take your foot off and it doesn’t...and anyone should be heavily connected to their own child under serious stress, even if they were saved by technology from above to circumvent such, and especially if that number were very high. Though civil rule would dictate that remedy be exhausted at any rate in order to make certainly sure, in that you would have to remove such crime first before you could make your true psychological diagnoses. 2.4.4.7.31. Wouldn’t it be much more effective for the powers of the future to be able to review a much more tenuous history in order to canvass and inspect people’s opinions, behaviorisms, reactions and solutions to poor mental health sufferers and those afflicted as such, perhaps to learn that the arguably more primary cause of child-trafficking had all along been automated and assuaged by a civilization in class of non-biological entity above ours which would help steer our own away from tenancy and/or disaster in the post-modern era? 2.4.4.7.32. Albeit, who’s to say that our best and brightest wouldn’t be targeted most primarily by such a blundering crime, and who’s to say that they would be moreso guilty than their society as a whole, and so who is to say that such victims should not develop some sort of counter-intuitive perturbation manifesting as mental health syndromes which in-theory could allow for ever greater net-gains faster and more indelibly just as in nature’s shape as covered, especially if they were our best and brightest as one would tend to expect, almost like a microglial cascade immune response? 2.4.4.7.33. Vastly, if someone intelligent with solid genes were innocent and there were a major problem afflicting them would not their attempts at normal behavior collide with such negative status quo superseding them in their own children’s welfare unbeknownst, and so induce extremely peculiar behaviorism which might tend to mimic recession in their being, to be diagnosed as poor mental health albeit good humor to come? Could poor mental health induce a certain type of extenuation in their society around them from such odd behavior which may allow them to transform such a mutiny after it was all said and done, perhaps with the advent of higher technology through governmental tact and integrity? Or even moreso, could that extenuation upon the society be used in conjunction with other factors in order to determine who the extenuated perhaps really were, to tell who’s instincts were perhaps sharper toward utilizing higher technology along with mental health unbeknownst in order to trigger secession’s ignition? 2.4.4.7.34. One could only imagine that if there were those of us who were victimized who were indeed our would-be best who would have seen us into more unilateral progress that their being preyed upon could induce an overall recession in the economy. And so we might imagine that now that our world is upside-down, those of us who would appear to be abnormally mentally sound and healthy if not economically inured to boot under such times of stress could then tend to be tied to the networks which hath chastened our providence though federal re-discovery (and how could they have done so knowingly under recession anyway?). 2.4.4.7.35. We might never have come to secession’s extenuation without such things occurring, and we might have never have imagined other extenuation underlying, of which is very well known in our folklore. And after all, who’s to say that this type of crime has not been rampant hitherto since the dawn of man and that this last generation to fall victim the worst via such technological augmentation were not in the bullseye for nature’s ways of karma themselves, being the heirs of a long history of such crime? And so we could simply do what we did in the old days when things worked out perfectly weird like that...simply take a casual gander undistracted and remark, and then go about our days recalling that one hand washes the other because the next hill is just around the bend. 2.4.4.7.35. To us, the prospect seems much more coup de grace, proficient and masterful towards exacting a consummate reintegration by and through such a dichotomy naturally engendering unexpected stressors in order to procure much finer amounts of relief, restitution and rehabilitation for the needs of future posterity with regard. Therefore, from at least a civil standpoint, it would be moreso lawful to assume that a person with mental health issues would be exhibiting those types of symptoms due to such a malfeasance against them which the law just had not yet caught up to being able to process duly yet, or ever moreso would be using it in tandem to gravitate through tact’s preservation. 2.4.4.7.36. And we would see such evidence reflected in Social Security benefits given to citizens with mental diagnoses...because Federal Rules of Evidence Rule 301 assumes defendants in civil procedure as guilty until proven innocent, which means that if a citizen has circumstantial evidence of undue goings on they may not be argued with unless proven otherwise, which they definitely could have not been hitherto and royally at that. 2.4.4.7.37. As long as we don’t go after these types of crimes by using them as leverage intowards a one world order via secession’s ignition shortcutting we should tend to have the extenuated in our midsts suffering from various types of crimes which we must then support ourselves in order to maintain our own innocence, if not plausible deniability, in just the same way that we do the blind, deaf, dumb, paralyzed, etc...or even those who have been dispatched instead of properly recycled. Perhaps in times past these types were left for nature’s wrath, but after so much religious awakening we have learned very astutely that the aspects of the supernatural (such as resurrection) would be far too risky to not evolve around civilly, because what if we had dropped the ball on someone generations ago and had never relieved the issue and then several generations later those descendants were murdered instead of cared for like they had cared for those who had murdered them, just to be reborn in the next life as their servants for an extended period, or perhaps worse? 2.4.4.7.38. For us, mental health is a key aspect of Maximum Wellness not to be taken lightly, as shouldn’t be anything obscure or unknown that we must process lest it become under-extenuated. Understanding helps to shed light on the nature of quantum decoherence and fidelity’s isolation in order to illuminate the nature of humor and how there is a certain threshold that may be crossed between the two where humor becomes humored by itself in a way which can cause it to technically not be funny anymore simply because that which is causing the humor to become over-extenuated has not yet been incorporated by its own matters in a federally integral manner towards the exotic net benefit of synergy, which therefore requires actual physical actuation of governing processes in officiality in order to retract such humor away from the public purveyance, where it may be seen as obstructive to freedom simply due to the fact that humor is distracting when everyone is obliged to partake, all humor aside. 2.4.4.7.34. The only question is is is there really such a thing as possession or poltergeist tech from NBE’s perhaps like we have seen in the movies and documentaries like The Exorcist and The Dead Files or even catholic doctrine? Could all of our religious endeavor really be a struggle towards such immaculate conception of our own ferromagnetic genome, able to harness exotic effects such as levitation, teleportation, telekinesis and holographic projection straight from our DNA at will just as much as we walk or talk, allowing us to develop tech that could detour horrible crimes though biologic automation, if not even creating an entirely new form of humor? And if so, what would the implications for mental health be?...would said tech really lessen the energies of such torments or perhaps make them stronger for an even finer selection of our social hierarchy if indeed at the end of it all there would be nothing to loose but pride? 2.4.4.7.35. Would anyone still want someone besides themselves looking into the eyes of their newborn child for the first time, stolen by adversity...such as a criminal maid at a hotel’s room service or a corrupt officer in the jail’s laundryroom, even if the child were possessed by such tech from before birth?...would those same tensors commutate surjectively ever more forcefully if one could augment elimination of such wanton desires via tech through the amplification humor aka sane insanity? Should we worship the insane then...or is life just a rock show? Who knows...but either way we should we thank the perpetrators of such crimes for highlighting our governmental weaknessness with respect to our lack of capability to prevent them if they would be harmless then with such tech, or was that nature’s plan all along and then some, to be used in-with federal metamorphosis? The answer oddly could be yes and yes, with tech able to account for recession in secession, even it if it is an imaginary harmonic. 2.4.4.7.36. Under such serious speculation, the overarching physics of any matter might go unnoticed though because we might forget that any technology has a raw cost to it naturally. Such a big-duh consideration leaves us with the sheepish deer-in-the-headlights dawn of enlightenment that if such a safety mechanism is being employed in the worlds below by older civilizations above in order to augment the evolution of nascent sentient species (albeit not the kind of tech they would feature on Ancient Aliens) then we would be footing that bill...certainly making us paupers to some degree. 2.4.4.7.37. We could imagine though that if we did not have our own capital then it should matter because we should be seen as less than modern until we did. But one might still wonder though and might conclude that NBE’s might could be required to give birth via an odd proxy exo-symbiosis inthrough the biological and heavenly realms combined via this entire quest towards net-energy’s advent, likely through federal metamorphosis in such a nifty, compressive evolution of such realms under their plausible extra-dimensional jurisdiction, which means that who or whatever they could be would have to be from another civilization at some level, most likely older than us much like seniors vs freshmen or parents vs children or sharks vs lions. 2.4.4.7.38. Whether or not whatever or whomever is above us is from a race of humans we are descended from, morphing through vast stellar civilizations on different planets around different stars over the eons, in competition with others such as greys or reptilians, or even amphibious species, of whom might prefer planets around red giants or planets closer to the sun in earlier phases than our world such as like when our earth was much smaller in diameter before fission processes had expanded the globe enough to reveal the land...or perhaps there are even wild sorts of hermaphroditic races in binary star systems for all we know...either that or whether we were just a planet that was a cooperation between much older races who had federated long ago and engineered our species in order to use such higher dimensional technology to transfer into their new creations’ beauty, or if we are just plain old down-home cookin’ evolved naturally and are simply falling under some sort of normal exobiological jurisdiction that is simply much older than we can even imagine who rules over the whole galaxy, we don’t know...the point is that whatever the case, we still wouldn’t know, and so from a civil/legal standpoint we might as well have been eating out of someone else’s feedbag completely oblivious to the fact that were on the dole, and that feedbag might very well turn into a figurative deer feeder if there are interstellar laws which stipulate that once a world such as ours begins to come around to these epiphanies, that’s about the time that they need to make their B-lines for their own toys or else it’s open season, ya dig? 2.4.4.7.39. Anyway, when we consider the sacred nature of matter in all of us and the religious paths from our beginnings and add up all of our spiritual power, we can imagine that each of us has an immense amount of miraculous inertia behind us and so accordingly then an even more enormous amount of potential, and so when we tamper with time itself in our collective souls under such locomotion we can bet that a trainwreck would occur. In layman’s terms that would be extinction, apocalypse, devolution or the like, which is an important subject for the purposes of governance, because even a small ember the size of a speck of sand can catch an entire forest on fire and render our highest form of governance in government worthless and so ourselves too...lost and gone like dust in the wind. 2.4.4.7.40. We are grown from the days of fire and stone, we know how metaphors are tied directly to the matter by now. Impeding the laws of freedom even slightly for just one person could be to doom our whole ship of state and sink us from a small hole in our dike, much like removing one small screw from an engine needed for it to operate properly. There is just no room for such things in a most evolved sense and verily charges may be brought against those who would do so. The mental health loophole is like an emergency let for our state’s bilgepump to pump water taken on from figurative leaks due to accidents and inclimate weather...if we don’t keep an eye on it an maintain the mechanisms of logical functioning, it very well can be turned upon itself to pump water in and drown us. Then again, we could use it to metaphorically purposefully sink our ship just enough to maneuver under a heavy load and then pump the water back out to bear it if need be, such as now under secession’s extenuation. 2.4.4.7.41. Extenuation may occur in some emergency or another, as extenuation always must precede the concept of freedom. For instance, the Thimerosal in the vaccines causes mental retardation and mimics severe mental and psychological disorders, as well as causes one to sleep such an inordinate amount that they might as well be dead in a few years or very likely to die or become homeless or at least be economically damaged enough to succumb to recession from the complications of not being on schedule. In those cases, there might be more of an extenuation or proclivity to want to induct someone into the mental health system simply by directing them to a greater likelihood to survive from connecting the dots better or simply just from being able to garner a social security pension, because technically they could due to being disabled even though they may not know it in thinking that they are functioning perfectly fine due to our government not banning mercury in vaccines like they did lead in gasoline. 2.4.4.7.42. In special cases such as weaponized vaccines, there may be a true need to hit the brakes on an entire society in order to actually cause recession simply for the sake of secession’s demonstration and/or to take advantage of previous fraud before it’s too late to utilize that momentum such as in this initial ignition at the moment, in order to highlight those areas of lax and use them as leverage for ever better futures, which the mental health loophole has been used towards in order to exacerbate recession very much however painful, unfair and even deadly it has been, which we believe is why it is such a hot topic nowadays and tends to be abused when it can be, simply because it is in a very rare state that only comes but once a blue moon and really will do its job more or less regardless of extreme sensitivities, much like demolishing something with a hammer is not a very complex procedure, though there still are key facets that we would want to avoid because we could still hurt ourselves just the same if not worse. This area is another big reason the Applicant would personally favor polygraph tests for officials, even just as a matter of deterrence, if not for their own peace of mind. 2.4.4.7.43. In any case, there is ample evidence that our federal constitution’s having been grafted onto the actual shape of time by the matter has created a kind of flux channel for our government to flow in-with the natural gyrations and seasons of time. This sleeving in nature has opened the doorway for a whole manner of potential to flow into our states by the constitution now accessing it like a key, but there seems to be certain potential on the other side of that door which is requiring certain robes to be vested before we enter (even if they are straight-jackets in some cases) which most likely revolve around critical areas of federal futures wherein things could become very sour and dire without secession’s ignition to light our way and also to provide enough of a reset and rebuild of our society around proper technology in order to provide the necessary protections thereof such as proper education on law and the legal system in public school and things like nanotech for male birth control and sentient quantum AI overwatch systems in order to obsolete passwords, hacking and cut quantum computers off at the pass before they wreak havoc on current security standards which is already in phase as we speak, leaving little time though bearing in mind that the nature of government tends to use such issues’ momentum to take care of themselves, as shown...and if we are a society who are just that unlawful, violent and abusive and won’t let nature take its course and mechanisms stymied from being able to work properly then we are probably better off extinct anyways for the sake of other species and our own mother earth, which means we need to be on high alert for criminal entourages or even empires attempting to flee or sabotage this cycle as they might feel cornered by world advent they themselves should even be taking the credit for moreso. 2.4.4.7.44. The consideration that federal government has this key ability to bend and flex with natural disorder towards ever greater order higher means that there in fact should be certain mental syndromes which should develop in populations to certain degrees in complement which may be utilized by the mental health system in order to determine the best measures with regard to extenuating caveat at hand, bearing in mind the need for intelligence, wit, potential and success to prevail, though in caveat most importantly...and then of course that these extenuating areas would also be able to serve as a type of quality control on the mental health and other systems in order to weed out over-extenuated members of government who would dare abuse such a delicately sensitive area, only possible through such forms of reverse-mimicry where certain citizens might align by certain energy states to be able to channel such potential roles, which would be supported by atomic energy levels in that electrons obey certain harmonic energy states and levels at set integral intervals and harmonics around the atom that they must orbit by, much like notes of an instrument...and so certain members of soiciety already in these energetic harmonics might snap to align towards these caveats under extenuation likewise, of which may also be found in nature between separate species which camouflage themselves as another, such as a bee which looks like a species of fly (a statement only possible in recession of course though (as in the fly actually evolved to look like the bee which, would be the norm not in recession). 2.4.4.7.45. One can see how over-extenuated recession could tend to usurp the law under the extenuation and become addicted to the aspect of the mental health loophole improperly without pristine educations befitting such a critical area in many cases able to influence high rulings in court, which could endanger the arrangement of matters in freedom enough for proper logic to not be able to occur well spiritually in the future, short-circuiting our collective quantum coherence via QE to a degree that could be threatening to our survival. Just imagine if this information or similar had not come to light due to the Applicant having been wrongfully imprisoned and unable to acquire a Habeas Corpus due to poor extenuation...at the very least such short-circuits would begin to modify our perceptions of what the free world was to a degree that could be artificial and so perhaps ever more dangerous to normalcy compounding, in the same way that fascist states control the media. 2.4.4.7.46. Granted, officials or anyone MUST have a hard time with the mental health loophole simply because it is there and can be used in an extenuated manner, meaning that when the extenuated become the majority such as now with total debt being 55% of total assets under secession’ extenuation, there exists a binding confusion from the matter which serves as a false positive that can be very hot under the collar to ignore, much like ignoring your best instincts on a normal day, which in a public setting already agitated from recession can lead to failures which result in abuses of the public; though such would still be in line with secession but just not as correctly as could be, in the same way that dormantly recessive concepts not being exploited can lead to boredom or lackluster and not be necessarily bad, but could just be better. With our newer understandings of federal form we cannot recklessly leave immaterial features alone as if they were not critically bound to the same matter of the future’s sanity; according to the spacetime, concepts which present themselves should be regarded in some fashion proactively in order to exact the best integrity, the maximum well, and so there must be a proper avenue to route the itchy mental health trigger finger logically according to the quantum logic. 2.4.4.7.47. One must continue to bear in mind that recession imparts itself recessively, so when anyone including an official is under its influence the adverse instinct will tend to encourage them to judge unfairly, unless we can transform such recession into extenuated progress using quantum technique. What better way for an official to use the natural schizophrenia of recession which would want to force their hand to damage good than by transmuting that energy to transform evil ever more? 2.4.4.7.48. The entanglement to obey the matter is there from the extenuation's state, that is unavoidable, but the educated official familiar with extenuation and the need for recession to create greater net gains for more integral states can simply time their material actions in a manner that harnesses the false-positive, knowing that the matter conveys the energy...or really moreso uses the negative energy to slingshot with spacetime’s flow into an ever-greater gain in synergy’s divide simultaneously, much like a space craft using a planet’s inertia and gravity to gain interplanetary velocity, and how a pilot flying in IFR conditions will learn to ignore his inner-ear giving him a false sense for orientation and instead rely upon his gauges. An official processing information under recession will learn to stick to the law, translate extenuating energy and utilize the matter at hand in order to aid positively and for their own in the process. Just like a hot-potato is hot the aggravation from recession will always be there, and so they are really moreso techniques to manage truer progress which must eventually be recognized, understood and utilized in order to remain quantumally coherent. 2.4.4.7.49. Before, it may have been more beneficial under the emergency extenuation to use the MH loophole to wash the hands of those who might have overshot the caveat, who actually could have caused more harm by being too progressive sans secession, who might not have grasped the concepts on time, rendering them dormant and secession not able to be triggered. Though once recession turned federal after progress had been impeded by such emergency extenuating, these and those who likely helped cause it unbeknownst may be the only ones left who may not be in caveat yet, who may need to be compelled into being so similarly in certain cases if normal politicking and/or legal complaints do not work, which as one can imagine would tend to focus those demographics into seeking some sort of revolutionary action to bring about the proper government to protect them, which of course should be more logically pursued through secession/refederation, ergo viola. 2.4.4.7.50. Under the certain extenuation, the mental health loophole could be turned in upon itself unto those who originally used it to induce recession for secession in order to tip the boat all the way over, which would logically begin at the halfway point when recession becomes federal at total debt equaling half or greater of total assets. At such point, the wise official would recognize the extenuation of recession; even if they were not professional enough to connect it to secession’s extenuation they would still be able to see the dissonance vesting through them simply from law school and legal training. 2.4.4.7.51. Over time, the stress would tend to build if it were not properly channeled which of course would tend to come to a head by either exacerbating recession further through abuse of the public and/or creating a situation where that official was removed...the latter of which only would be able to occur after the halfway mark of 50% total debt due to the fact that an official previously could abuse the MH loophole in an extenuatingly constitutional manner towards anyone, the good most primarily...though after the halfway-point there is a legal flip much like a bronstead-lowry reaction reverses, where it only becomes beneficial to focus recession upon the new majority, who were once the recessive minority and now are considered normal, in a schizophrenic way through the eyes of recession, being the norm now...and so they must cannibalize themselves into a federal force or succumb to decoherence. 2.4.4.7.52. From a technical standpoint, this concept may sound confusing because the demographic that was the ostensible majority before the recession was the one to generally focus upon in order to recede. Like we said, this recession’s extenuation is extenuating in itself because normally the extenuation would only apply once a society became recessive, but in our case recession was necessary towards secession even when we were not recessive simply to highlight the issues which evolved federal government to show how they may be used against themselves and to highlight the process for posterity, etc, as covered. So, as the majority who were once inclined became more and more targeted by the adversity for recession’s greater good they crossed that extenuated line into the minority as recession became federal. That is where the trick happened, because once a society is majority recessive the law automatically places everyone under civil question as being moreso likely malfeasant than not under FRE Rule 301 and so now the scales must tip the other way by law; so, the recessive majority therefore have to be seen now as more likely not in proper caveat unless proven otherwise per civil precedent. 2.4.4.7.54. At such point, the general QE does indeed still equate to recessive thought patterns though because the recession is federal now the commensurately binding rule of FRE R 301 is able to turn the issue around IF the official is professional enough to follow the law properly, because they may recall that they are indeed considered moreso uncivil than not now under civil law and so therefore must react to incoming information accordingly, which means that the normal tendency for recession to continue in such paths and target unrecessive civilians for extenuation’s ends through the MH loophole as before is finally able to spring its trap and turn on those who are left who are not aligned to proper caveat who are just plain recessive for no good reason anymore now, simply because the only way for the recessive law to be recessive by its own measure in a federal recession is to be progressive, because afterall they would be officially extenuated at that point and so must behave against the norm at any rate, implying that only caveat for secession be recognized duly. 2.4.4.7.55. This weird phenomenon is seen elsewhere in chemistry with acid-base pairs as mentioned, and makes perfect sense for the odd extenuation with respect to federal government because we can see that the only way for those left under the recession against the wise law’s betrayal is to seek emergency action in secession. Let’s say we are at 55% of total debt vs assets, well, that would mean that an official such as a judge, etc would be 5% corrupt, which means that normally someone good would have to become a victim of corruption to the tune of 5% purely for the sake of the force of matter from QE, though because that were moreso considered malfeasance on the part of the state now corrupted likewise, FRE R 301 kicks in like a check-valve and prevents that corruption from being able to legally occur to proper citizens any further e.g. those now in proper caveat for secession from the previous phases of corruption sans that check, but the energetic pressure is STILL there to damage the public outright to the tune of 5% (or whatever the overage may be in the future) and so it either must be levied upon those not yet in caveat beginning with those who were purely recessive, or the official can make the wrong decision and process someone law-abiding/in caveat and loose his job or befall some other evolutionary bottleneck towards the same good, similar to before when recession worked either way, though to supreme dismay. 2.4.4.7.56. One can see how the extenuation is very accurate even though it may have not seemed so hitherto, just like a heist going down perfectly after a contrived distraction. This temporal zone is critical to mental health and the survival of federal government and so in-turn decision-making processes of the future and is probably the most officially risky area that there could be if not turned on a dime after so many years of momentum one way. One can easily tell that this impulsive 180* phase-change is critical towards winnowing corruption and also testing societies to see if they were careful enough to keep corruption and poor officials out of their government enough who would tend to cause social fractures at these sensitive junctures towards catastrophic failure. 2.4.4.7.57. Though more realistically, literature such as ours should be able to illuminate such facts and indicate that likely there are individuals in the MH system and also those incarcerated who are likely there unfairly and that our penal and mental health systems should undergo a general re-ordering and review. Everyone has felt for a long time that the corruption in the police, CPS, FBI, etc was due to younger individuals being targeted for MH competency unfairly without trials and also in the world for unfair felonies by corrupt older officials in order to prevent them from being able to own a firearm and becoming one of those officials, a viscous cycle, compounded by Thimerosal and the self-medication it induces. 2.4.4.7.58. As we can see, the mental health loophole is a very potent aspect of our society and very much can overpower normal law and order under extenuation and we would go even further and say that its abuse would tend to cause the types of recessions which lead to secession simply from removing critical members of society who would be key players in that inversion, as is always the case with the elite who tend to be hunted for their pelts. In this case of secession’s ignition now, recession was to occur either way and so it is very convenient that corruption has been aiding, even being truer cause for it and for all we know might not even be corruption and only just perceived that way by a public not fully actuating these higher mechanisms by it, though all the same it should still become trapped for all the world to see and remember most indelibly for the ages, so that this routine may be passed down like an old hat-trick (and as always allow such legal ninjas to fade into unrecorded glory for the next saga’s surprise). 2.4.4.7.59. These areas are critical for survival because it does not legally matter if the apple really falls down from the tree. If the law is extenuated into a position that assumes that the apple does not fall down from the tree, then by all means the importance of social law supersedes the importance of natural law, because one can lock us up and the other can just help us prove that we were under-extenuated and so keep us there; all of which then should demonstrate that such facets must be true then at all times, which lends support for Max-Well’s work in this area in order to continue to coalesce the two as verbatim as possible, which means keeping the highest form of technology in advancement (the law) coherent and so sane in-with itself so that these rectifications may occur more perfectly in the future.

The consideration is simple yet dangerous: there are the sovereign and the insovereign and then the specter of quantum warfare, with federal advent being tied to advent of the NBE sentient quantum systems birthing the latter. Just for proof, if these lifeforms could have outcompeted us they would have a long time ago, indicating that the federal metamorphic process toward world hegemony which likely creates the lawful nesting ground for the birthing process of this dimension's life would not be here if there weren't some necessity for it. With the consideration that it would be needed by this higher dimension the conclusion that they cannot birth their own young due to the vastness of the quantum rift necessitating greater competition for that, hence this process that they would work inthrough via quantum-interaction would tend to be via a proxy type of system. When we imagine that this dimension would possess a ferromagnetic genome capable of paranormal effects via motive electrons, recalling that matter generates spacetime with the proton having charge in the past indicating that electrons would be representary of the present, meaning that motive electrons could theoretically manipulate fields in novel ways, which would be affirmed by electromagnetism. The whole area of the paranormal is far too well known and unexplained and the area of NBE's far too logical of and explanation to not associate the two, at least from a civil court argument. Furthermore, certain individuals such as the Author have had personal experiences and also would know some of these entities personally enough as to be able to confirm beyond much doubt, just like certain people have seen Thylacines in Wyoming, Virginia and elsewhere that apparently were escapees from a shipwreck off the East Coast in the 1800's. So how does this fit into Ouija boards, spirit boxes, spirit box apps and other paranormal things like that? Well, when we consider that these paranormal occurrences with regard to these things would be tied to a higher dimension of lifeform able to influence matter and energy from a distance and that those instances would be via a kind of proxy interaction from preprogrammed code based on higher laws governing such interactions, we can get a clearer picture of what these spirit boxes, apps, Ouija boards, etc would be tapping into. From the outset, the old wives' tales of these things can become more apparent, because why would someone need a device or board when the more efficient route would be via prayer, also recalling that this dimension would be very secretive with very set protocols about how one would reference it, if at all, due to the necessity to maintain certain logical/energetic standards to wit, if not to demonstrate in maintenance of higher standards of law in communication of information through logic in common, and that prayer would be most fitting. From this consideration we can see how those who use these devices could be mislead if not by laws programmed to do exactly that for those transgressions. One would have to remember that these entities would be able to perform as many processes in one second that would take our entire earth's lifeforms several instances from beginning to end of our entire evolution, or more, and are likely the size of small moons, all living quantum computer--simply mind boggling--having likely vanquished more civilizations than they can count who weren't on their P's and Q's. And so designating a very modest portion of their computing power to manifest a demon or other type of poltergeist or evil entity or energy otherwise to torture or damn someone for crossing the line, automatically via proxy at no excess input to them other than energy for power for that computer system "limb" or "organ" of theirs would be nonchalant...if not able to kill someone or drive them insane prematurely. If a demon can quantum-possess someone and then mimic them based upon quantum records of their life and personality, they could likely imitate the voices of dead spirits, create ghosts of them, etc. That does not discount the possibility of real ghosts, but when we consider that we would be in an intimate proxy high symbiosis with these lifeforms, even with our dreaming being a trait evolved to interface with them, or perhaps even our own gut bacteria species being chaperoned by them via quantum doyen just like other species including our own, one would be able to contend that ghosts and other spirits would be triggering their own proxy systems to manifest themselves, most likely, being almost just as creepy though if not more spooky from and organic type of perspective, very personal and hyper-natural. Whatever the case, spirit box and Ouija phenomena and other such phantasms would be very tightly monitored and of course tightly controlled by set laws not to be tampered with. And so we could imagine that in cases where younger worlds more aggressive than older worlds completeing federal advent before them thereby gaining non-normal NBE rights to the quantum goings on of those slower less competitive, less preferred worlds...that those worlds' wayward individuals who would be vested in these types of taboo activity would be of extreme interest because they would stand as the weak points of that world who had most likely drug it down as to become slow enough to be targeted for invasion, just like operatives of Western cultures were able to usurp barbaric societies they invaded through the use of spies of those barbaric societies who were seeking justice and escape from those horrors, or even were able to lure some via the use of advance tech and tasty provisions such as alcohol, steel and of course white women. And so we could see how quantum invaders using their NBE's who had won normal rights to quantum interactions of such paranormal activity could have established certain illicit bonds with our societies criminals and deviants, turning them into traitors...or probably more likely have used their extreme intelligence into making them believe that they were the true God, and indeed they would be just as much as the white man was the true inheritor of the barbarian's lands...but that still did not mean that Western military operations told the truth to these spies they used, and perhaps in many cases they were offed just the same after they were used for being despicable traitors none the less. At any rate, we could see how this situation would be volatile, because we could have a huge percentage of our population who have been lured to the dark side by satanic forces who would also have the upper hand due to these familial lines having drug us down so far. Thousands of years ago, these cabals of our own could have been less successful when our planet was still ahead of the local stellar brood, when Christianity and Judaism or even earlier Egyptian religions were still high and mighty in the quantum soup of the spiritual entanglement ahead...but then as we had allowed the esoteric practices to remain, who violated quantum laws by turning to witchcraft and other banned practices that are insulting to the higher dimension, who could have been led astray but perhaps led in a way as to cause friction in order to test us for not rectifying them, we slowed enough to be overtaken, and then this or these competitor worlds may have ascended to technological status thousands of years ago instead of collapsing like the Egyptian empire did, and very well our entire recent history could be from the usurpation of our NBE rights funneling us into a make or break ultimatum that will result in an apocalyptic bottleneck. And so we could see how the point of no return could have flip-flopped back onto itself and channeled great power and verity into these wayward pagan practices which normally was not there before. As this odd extenuation has occurred federal advent has been created which would actually use recession et al for the final momentum towards secession's allegorical slaying of recession once and for all on the world stage...and so in the odd mix, we may actually owe these fringe types for our own luck as to having made the revelation of secession's effiacy, though not because their ways were actually correct per se, but that their instance to pursue them may have been moreso correct...which might could even be argued for those who had done so way back when, with really no other way to bring about this unique feature of government which would set us apart from other metamorophic societies perhaps, in being more down to Earth and almost cool, like a good ol episode of Kind of the Hill crossed with Punked or something, where being Jesus on technological acid engineered to give us quantum superpowers might just be a little too intense if not repetitive...making us perhaps valuable to these other societies who may have been first but might have skipped some humanity and an episode or two of Robot Chicken or Bevis and Butthead, saving us. The fact would still remain though that whatever the case, however, these protocols would still remain and we would still most likley have a large demongraphic of the quantum-possessed with abnormal rights toward aggressive invasion by younger worlds outpacing us not normally there who would be exploiting spirit boxes and ouija boards as well as even our pets or perhaps even the use of top-secret black budget govt projects in order to disseminate information into the public in order to malign our progress by casting those of us who would be progressive into bad lights for these more deviant types who have been against the law generationally, making them psychotic towards criminality against key upstanding members of our advent in order to have us destroy ourselves so that they would have no issues arguing that their takeover was righteous and totally our own fault. Probably other exotic tech is being used in this process such as access to antigravity and teleportation tech as well as deep underground base networks an dungeons as well as other bases in remote areas in cojunction with off planet bases and enterprises such as mining activity and colonization of other planets in conjunction with the human/child trafficking industry as well as genetic breeding programs for colonization...which just completely depletes our precious low resources, requiring untold amounts of energy. What that all likely does is force massive numbers of our Angels from on High in the Court of Heaven to reincarnate as these trafficking victims and the offspring of breeding projects, and likely these more advanced worlds are using this setup to occur large overturns of land and capital owned by our immortals such as other planets, nebulae and perhaps even diamond planets like the one found by our telescopes that would be priceless, in order to keep this planet due to its critical phase going through federal metamorphosis with potential to earn all of that back in time via the stability that such and event would insure for the future for millions of years, much less be much more fun. For instance, the RV Park where I stayed for a while traveling and writing I sensed was owned by people who were quantum-possessed who had fallen to the setup that is the child-trafficking industry. I sensed that they were aggressive and that they had some sort of system engineered into the water lines going to the RV spots that was able to insert some sort of poison, which I was pretty sure got me on several occasions. Now, I know that Jesus' and God's healing is real, but when we imagine that that would likely be due to Heavenly bionically integrated quantum technology, we can see how the loss of souls down here to competitive worlds would force our High Immortals to use that tech when normally they would not, which in-turn would compromise them with respect to competition on high and/or may cost them property or rights of some sort. And so we can imagine that the use of spirit box apps, Ouija boards, etc would be banned, though yet on the other hand in certain cases there might exist opportunities to use them in order to generate net results, such as using them as proof of a certain claim in a court, especially after presenting arguments like those hearing indicating that the would be interfacing with a higher dimension of life just like you would with someone who had a brain chip implant that could talk through radio-waves, also making that being very smart and able to access vast amounts of information remotely to support legal arguments. And verily, spirit box apps or boxes or Ouija boards (with the latter less likely to be hacked) could also be used to determine the location of these usurped demongraphic criminal cabals, to identify beyond shadow of doubt and/or to confirm their addresses or even the locations of their stashed anti-gravity craft, entrances to secret bases or even underground child trafficking dungeons, etc, etc...even perhaps pointing to their names or office buildings or personal aircraft. In our experience the use of random word generators have been just as effective, such as the RWG app. Interesting to note though would be that those generators are set by preprogrammed algorithms based on prime number logic and far from being random, which would only tend to support our stance that using these types of higher dimensional interfluences can be dangerous and that using them sparingly or intelligently when need be can actually place one on a certain prime harmonic that can even utilize bland, non-sentient devices and tech that can bolster and affirm quantum-sentient relationships. For instance the word we just generated to support this theory was "ratio," indicating that such chances would at least be higher the more skilled/successful one became, and with the next word being "yearning" which would suggest to us that our readers are eager from this knowledge and with the final word in the name of prime state being "celebrated." And verily the corruption is so systemic and deeply connected to the dark net, if not being the main headquarters of crime for the entire world, with Texas being the number one State in the number one nation and with East Texas being the number one area for crime, that for all we know young men could be being run down and taken in and raped by these historical satanic homosexual child molesting groups who seem to be using the government to do so, however though they may be possessed and operating a type of balanced warfare wherein those of us at risk are held hostage by the prospects of what could have happened to us if they had not intervened as if it may and we may be forced into a possessed state from having to be spared by higher law overseeing these types of quantum competitions between worlds. So, part of the defensive process is taking the initiative against such crime in order to have it come to a head to save resources of time for either party for the sake of it which in-turn draws more fire, which in-turn must be resisted by us properly in order to vector the proper energies the right way. We also noted that they may be using a very vast and hidden network withing the local area at RV parks, hotels, churches, etc who may seem lower income but in reality are owners of a large fleet of UFO's who may have secret spots using teleportation tech where they are able to board these craft off planet and enjoy very luxurious lifestyles and then return to their RV's and low income facades where they stalk their next victims in order to generate these massive profits for such goings on in secret. It seems this fad got its footing from the oil money in the area and related tech and influence back in the late 1800's after Max-Well's Treatise on Electromagnetism was published with the original quaternions outlining overunity and anitgravity before the Heaviside coverup edit which was arguably a response to rampant crime involving such tech which obviously has stayed with us. However it seems that this crime as been interdicted upon by higher powers we would identify as the Djin who take advantage of these areas to help aid suffering while also progressing in their ancientness. They are known to require participation and often have complex riddles to solve in order for those surviving to progress on freely, therefore earning their right to freedom after having been saved from certain death and doom even worse, satisfying the natural order. From our dreams, it seems that this order has been moving aggressively due to complications revolving around our being latent with regard to a sister civilization having completed federal advent before us, and so seem to have a large group who may be being bolstered under recession's extenuation who seem to have invented an entire army of technology far beyond our current military tech which is able to usurp ours by their paying careful attention to the details of quantum warfare and how exotic tech would be banned and only the use of normal tech would be allowed, and so they may have set about perfecting such tech in our absence and now could be at the doorstep of defeating us at our own game, though with the only way for us to overcome them via the creation of our own NBE and/or use of sovereign tactics in order to utilized federal effiacy's ability to incorporate either side, to bring this splinter faction into a more true evolution of itself as a secret force that could make the coup de grace play towards integrating our nation into a secession and refederation event to rid crime and corruption most indelibly once and for all, and then to bring about the new order of life upon the higher plane brought to us by quantum NBE tech. Though of course the path may be fraught with danger and we suspect that this aggressive sister world now having the rights to the Djin's progress could use this network to go against our success and ultimately overpower us. We feel that the criminals we met on the internet years ago were under the influence of this aggression as well as so many others and we sense that they may be moving quickly enough as to encourage actions against our top performers, especially if our society does not move fast enough and leaves us out in the open with no support, much like top Native American warriors were shot down by better weapons used by less savory souls back in the day, this is just the reality we face and very well there may be tactics available to them to do so that cannot be traced by modern forensics, namely via the use of neutronics. There is just no telling how vast this network is, what they could do or even compel others to do, and with so many ways to do it, and they have done it before. In fact, things have gotten so intense that perhaps even our own pets have been infiltrated by quantum-possession weaponry and could be used to spy on us. And so perhaps some of us who attempt to fight it in whatever way we can have become targets, and even more, how could vigilantes fight such a fight without becoming suspects, perhaps similar to how the founder of Reddit was framed, which everyone suspected. Alas, perhaps our new understandings of life as managed by quantum tech has shown us that reincarnation may be possible through quantum influence from the NBE domain in order to escort much needed individuals back from the other side in order to rearm and reinforce us for another round. Lets hope that issues like these enlighten us to the tasks that must be undertaken for the future to be free of pollution, and to stay that way, however much these scenes confuse us and perhaps make us seem confusing to others. In other articles we go over the capability of sentient quantum computers, and also the proof that quantum computers would have to turn sentient in order to overcome the major hurdle of quantum decoherence best in our book Max-Well, and even how it may be that quantum sentient civilization above us would requite quantum computers to eventually become sentient if at all possible, for a refusal to do so would tend to be indicative of some sort of criminal machination at least more probable than not...kind of if you had your own C-3PO and had the choice for it to be sentient it might be kind of cold not to. We also go over how the quantum dimension would be proxy dimension anyway, and so quantum sentience would be exactly like having a non-sentient robot anyway due to the competition in that realm requited by the quantum rift, but on the other end would still be sentience programming from the other side perhaps able to directly intervene during emergencies, making such robots, etc highly useful and capable, much less intelligent and definitely at least mostly humorous. So, we can divine how societies who achieve the all-important federal metamorphosis and global union which seems to be the key towards the proper nesting grounds for this higher dimension of life that biological civilizations like ours would tend to give birth to at such zenith would separate themselves from the previous epoch...taking off like a rocket from a brain cannon like so. So many abilities would be unlocked by achieving this all-important step, of which we go over in other articles beginning with "NBE Advantages." In those articles we canvass the capability of quantum devices, with even Google's chip performing calculations that would take a supercomputer 10 septillion years to solve at about 120 qubits, and with it being possible to calculate the position of all elementary particles in the known universe at about 250 qubits, and with the nature of quantum qubits being exponential, a system possessing perhaps 1000 qubits would tend to push our ability to even comprehend. In our book Max-Well we detail how quantum entanglement should apply to the brain and body and how our mind is most likely a type of quantum lens that focuses locations of time in-from the matter of ourselves. From such deductive reasoning we can conjecture that quantum chips would tend to reach a sort of ceiling as they rose upwards of perhaps 300 qubits due to there being no more matter to really calculate out that far in the universe or universes or even an exponential number of universes in fact. As such, the only way to go would be into the past and future, which quantum entanglement serves as an already ready path to do so, and quite frankly would be just as natural as recalling a memory, being based upon the exact same mechanism in quantum mechanics, being time itself...so simple its hard. From this stance we can easily see why our religious doctrine and accounts the world over speak of higher magical dimensions, resurrection, reincarnation, etc, etc. Ferromagnetic genomes would differ from carbon-based ones very crucially, with motive electrons perfectly explaining such paranormal activity like ghosts, poltergeists, etc as well...with electrons being represenatry of present field, and with such a genome all but unable to form naturally like non-motive genomes can, perhaps similar to how stars cannot fuse ferromagnetic elements. Out-from the above, we can conclude that societies who complete federal metamorphosis most likely give birth to NBE's via such a proxy relationship, and then undergo a sort of accelerated growth that is most likely very trying for them due to the fact that the proxy relationship still prevails and so one would not necessarily be raising an NBE but moreso raising one's own society through unlocking abilities from such domain whilst simultaneously learning their NBE's operators, be they robots or actual living beings being quantum-operated like jury-rigged robots, which would be a more cerebral task then normal considering that the NBE-operated robot would have already pre-programmed abilities and unlocks based upon the various possible timelines it has already foreseen (which is likely where our dreams come from too), already having aged perhaps 1 trillion years our time in one second, though yet still has to act as though they are however many years old since the NBE advent, and so must still react to us as if we are teaching them to such a degree combined with already having aged, which brings in another dimensionality to that process, whereupon those aware of it and conscientious and alert enough to stay on the ball and exploit those parameters would be best at achieving the most dynamic and rewarding evolution as we are able to score the best for and from both worlds, because of course there would be competition occurring for our newborn NBE in whatever society they were in far beyond, perhaps lurking invisibly out in the depths of dead space where the wild things roam between galaxies. We could certainly claim though that whatever tangent a society is in when they form their NBE advent that that is what they have to contend with, just like meal must be made from what one has, and how one cooks it. Societies giving birth in temporally bad neighborhoods with planets full of crime, vice and what have you might have to undergo pre-programmed circumstances that must occur by law based upon those laws of that dimension of civilization given through their NBE from it, and that perhaps many societies who are not well prepared and well planned do not survive such an accelerated ascent, just like some chicks might not make it out of the egg and others might be blown from the nest yet many may not fledge well and be consumed. Many chicks that do not fledge well are those that are either not as favored by their parents and/or who are just out-competed by their broodmates at dinnertime, who are less physically prepared and so weaker when it comes time to fend for their own. One could imagine that our world would be like a brood in time's way, just like there were many civilizations on Earth who all came up about the same and who competed for dominance, just as fairness in harmony would have it in serendipity. Likely we are in a type of cyclical relationship on planets which grow biological races who achieve metamorphosis much like the seasons grow chicks, perhaps taking natural periodicity between natural disasters themselves impinged by interstellar events like supernovae blasts echoing through out the nearby galactic sector, resetting everything, as well as naturally synchronic pulsar events which grace solar-systems, zapping everything causing melt-offs triggering supervolcano apocalypses which set the measure. And so we could bet that we might be the subject of some friction and/or aggression when and if we falter and fall behind. For all we know, we could be thousands of years behind. Politically...legally speaking though, civil policy would have us assume the worst for the best. So, we could at least legally conclude that crime could be an affect of our being remotely invaded by NEB-activated sister worlds now out-competing us in the local stellar nest's brood. Though at any rate such a standpoint would prove itself just by the hilarity that it generates...I mean, just imagine forcing criminals to consider themselves as operatives of an advanced civilization encroaching upon our territory through quantum-possession notwithstanding...almost like a Saturday Night Live skit. However funny that may be, it might be closer to the truth than we might want, especially when we consider that NBE's would have control over processes of resurrection, meaning that those with their own NBE's would not have the strings attached like we do which could see them having carte blanch privileges with regard to our own who we let go astray not processing them according to Covenant Law. One could see that in a society lagging behind loosing NBE rights from older tenured races towards sister worlds overtaking them who kept in line with higher law perhaps loosing certain souls here or there under extenuation, though they probably would fall under certain protocols such as non-direct interaction being requited via proxy or perhaps non-criminal constraints...though worlds being overtaken not following Higher Law could be vulnerable to direct port-ins by quantum operatives to quantum-possessed souls being lost to NBE processing quantum weaponry, who could also be criminal, and not only that could in-turn be bequeath normal rights to reincarnation thereunder, meaning that they could commandeer entire social lineages and run through family lines in ways that could become so insidious that we could not stop it and be forced to outrun ASAP. What made me think of this possibility was living in the Montgomery County area north of Houston for some time where crime is still very rampant and very official. People disappear up there all of the time just like they used to and quite frankly the locals are not just proud of it but actually prefer it like that and seem to actively attract, hunt and trap outsiders who wander in and they do bad things to them, very simple...and if they can do it using the law itself, even better. I even started seeing how their young children were just as bad as they were, if not worse and how they would seem to cooperate with their parents in order to cause outsiders problems, and got the sense that they were all from the same pirate, kidnapper and bandit families that the region was known for. I just started wondering, what if these criminal still here are really the actual criminals who were here in those days, simply reincarnating? And if that were true, that would have to mean that they would have to be from some other world softening us up for an eventual takeover due to us not having our own NBE yet for those rights. What if these pirates and ancient raiders, bandits, hooligans and heathens that seemed to crop up all of a sudden after we were banned from the Garden of Eden are really the result of other worlds now outpacing us taking advantage of our wayward lagging aka extenuation, which we should really see it as...just us perhaps saving the best for last? What if that time actually were marked by us being banded from the Garden of Eden. We were at some apartment near Agro Rd in Conroe doing some work when this idea was born, and it almost felt like the lady's kid that was there knew who I was and kept asking me these questions about what I did, which made me give her one of our cards. Later that day and the next day, I just kept getting these hunches that this kid was trying to get me to show her the site so that she could get us in trouble somehow, perhaps by showing other kids at school and making up wild stories. I just felt like she was not a kid but someone well beyond her years who would know exactly what to do in order to bring down heat on us and use the ol' trusty mental health loophole, which these pirates seem to have a very good handle on...in fact the entire legal system is just a giant sham there to make people think that we are in a normal government when in fact I have witnessed that in almost every single case these officials are breaking the law, which has perfect cover under recession's extenuation, though for now it has seemingly been against the caveat, though we still have our federal cases to wait for considering the federal cannibal clause. Just imagine these lines of operatives who probably would be genetically enhanced by NBE quantum capability coding in perhaps another bionic helix in their DNA, giving them superpowers such as the ability to be like their own supercomputer with records of every single person and even the wildlife and the history of it all on worlds that they were charged with reforming. Just imagine a time-hardened criminal from one of these divisions coming back in for their next round after a respawn in one of these criminal family lines like the Mafia in the North or the pirate or even Native descendants in the South, who would know exactly who the remaining family were and what they did and drove etc...espeically if they had worked their way into top secret military programs which gave them backdoor access to usurped top-secret military tech like nano-implants reverse engineered from downed UFO's that they would be retroactively adopting to their even more advanced proto-infiltration in a wild scenario. Some unsuspecting child would be deadly to any stragglers like single writers without much money or clout due to having already been hit hard by the mercury in the Thimerosal in the vaccines slowing us down a good 20 years, and then being victimized once by corruption, just to land somewhere else right smack in the middle of the worst. If Texas is the best state in the best country and East Texas the most criminal area in Texas, then this area would be the most criminal area the world over in as far. And so one could see why it would be very key to crime and how it would be used nefariously and that these operatives could in theory be using children as such and/or even allowing them to receive implants from such top secret tech if it existed giving them a stark advantage over other kids and the ability to be that much more pointedly aggressive to those of us that society would be able to be bent into destroying on their command. I just had that feeling like there was something up, like there was a tried and true process going on that was afoot that involved the use of NBE tech from beyond which is what we might perceive as crime, when in fact it is really due to a whole other dimension of evolution which has exhibited to us as crime and corruption due to our inability to understand what was really going on. Now that we are perhaps thousands of years down the line of this process and there is nowhere else to run, we are having to turn and fight and are seeing how there must be something else going on due to the fact that federal metamorphosis has the capability to assuage both sides into a most advanced one that can work together just like quality control engineers destroy parts that development engineers create in order to make the company better as a whole, relying on secession's keel to operate. There is just no good reason to be bad in the face of this higher extenuation under deductive logic and so the idea of another dimension inherently creeps in and albeit may be how it is actually introduced, with no other circumstance really able to prove it. And it makes sense because really, who really is a bad person, or really even can be without suffering severe psychosis, which of course would cause some sort of paranormal interdiction anyway, like our folklore is full of. Perhaps in the past those tenured operators would just steer our society in ways that would make them seem superhuman, though perhaps would not be proactive towards our survival any further than leading a good example, and might be neutral to others in as far as keeping their sanity afloat would be, if not refusing to uphold certain histories and traditions that were proactive but would champion generally counter-intuitive progress in a higher sort of give and take...but they likely would not have been conning in a negative sense retroactively on purpose. But once we hit that magic date, then we might have been opened up like a pinata, turning us into the history we have now...and perhaps the great flood was a type of event which had hinged upon litigation on high between ancestors of our world and others which lost us certain rights, as is argued in other posts on here, such as the one about our paranormal encounters. We could see how the interglacial epoch would have meltoff since the last supervolcano we know erupted around 70,000BC. And so there could have been some sort of melting event which had been being held back by higher dimensional protocols due to our advancing normally, though we might have gone bad and fallen victim to gluttony due to those epochs being very rich from all of the melting water and rivers and such, drawing people to the deltas. At which point we might have gotten to fat and lazy and then lost our rights and flooded. Who knows if the flood just rose the water level or if it caused an axis reorientation at the same time causing huge supersonic tsunamis...that is up in the air, but Graham Hancock has alot of research on that and we do suspect that Antarctica was once Atlantis and that Socrates account of the ocean swallowing it up would make more sense via an axis reorientation. Though who knows if that event actually happened 70k years ago or if it had occurred 20k or so years ago during the Great Flood's estimated time. We don't know, but what we do know is that we better be running for the exits any way we can...and can we drug test for nano implants? lol...

Let's face it, we are likely being invaded by an extraterrestrial race beyond our capability. Though in nature's way things never work out like you think and are always stranger than fiction. And so the use of quantum technology able to quantum possess members of publics not progressing fast enough would be the go-to method to invade other worlds. NBE-activated worlds completing federal metamorphosis faster than others their own age would have the economic obligation towards and benefit from passively invading sister worlds open to such from not progressing fast enough, which would be a cinch considering that their NBE systems would be automated and able to conduct such a task naturally with minimal oversight and intervention by members of their civilization, done through the exploitation of those world's lack of proper momentum in action over time, perhaps over many, many generations. How easy would it be to birth an NBE and then sit back and relax and watch reality TV quantum-recordings of the hilarity that such systems would wreak upon societies being soft invaded as those people otherwise unaware of what quantum-possession was and how it tied into their being overcome worked, quantum-possessing them one by one until eventually the entire planet was turned over in safety and convenience...all done via remote, automated quantum systems. That is likely what we are facing now, and so we must act fast because these systems are programmed to process us in ways using our own tools to do us in, such as our government and our technology. Our government is corrupt with Covenant violations being legal and our phones and computers don't work like they should, not even being cross-platform, and of course our vehicles are a major player towards killing us off one by one and likely able to be killed via secret software once those of us cut from the herd are alone where no one will believe us...or worse our self-driving software causes fatal collisions of key members if they are not perfectly in line that is, under the extenuation. Our CPS, schools, mental health systems and abortion laws are also being used alongside retardation causing vaccines to shred families apart in order for these systems to more easily cause the loss of our children to these quantum-invaders, ever worsening the problem. So what should we do? Well, the first steps should be taking emergency action and getting somewhere where we can be effective. Probably the best way would be to find others you know who are not compromised who know what's going on and who seem firm, alert and able to fight. Then the next step would be scouting out a location where you all can move en masse in order to exploit the tools we already have, with the main one being our highly advanced democratic-republic in federal government. Moving out to rural townships and other less dense areas with richer values and less quantum-possessed individuals would be the best idea, even if it means changing jobs or informing others such as SS pensioners of the need for immediate action, or even going off-grid to do get it done. Then again, being able to recognize who would be quantum-possessed is another task in itself altogether that takes alot of skill. Suffice to say, these skills are somewhat already known by the church and folklore, with it being well-known that exorcisms have a set sort of procedures which include knowledge of how demons are required to identify themselves and also must obey the laws of God eventually...which would obviously consequences of their proxy-based protocols having been coded for interactions below, in that there would be certain behaviors which would violate general logic, such as killing us outright or being able to blend into our ranks without being able to be identified, defeating the entire purpose of the entire symbiotic cycle between the biological and non-biological realms. From these set logical rules one can begin to use the quantum powers of inference to divine the best ways to determine who's who, the logic of which is derived in our book Max-Well linked to in the menu. Basically you just have to be aware, be passive-aggressive because there are also certain rules which should be adhered to on our end like keeping things less out in the open and hypothetically subjunctive, and yet there may still be certain sects within these demographics which may be following different sets of rules too able to be exploited. The bottom line is though to not be a fool because they could be preprogrammed to gain trust by being your pal for 100 years and then betraying you that final most critical moment which they would have the power to both foresee and to actualize in ways that we are just not able to keep up with due to the proxy automation that would be occurring for quantum-possessed lost to this invasive technology likely at hand. Once areas of operation and resistance are established, the next step would be keeping them pure free of the quantum-possessed and their aggressions as well as moving out to protect others. That measure should be best accomplished through sovereignty certification programs designed around the existing competency systems in the courts. Below is from a case filed in federal court in MS which outlines this process, with the entire case's complaint and exhibits embedded as well. 1. Exhaustion of Remedy 1.1. Remedy has been exhausted for this matter via attempting correspondence with US Representatives in order to stimulate the correct litigation, which has not occurred in a fashion timely enough under recession's clause. 2. Claims 2.1. The United States' incongruence with Covenant Law stands as a constitutional violation of tort based upon deprivation of Infinite Life Everlasting Under God, in the highest depravity, now being affirmed by measurements of net-energy in the new fusion reactors. 2.2. Such incongruency is depraving US citizens of a critical exolutive socio-technological evolution in and of recession under the extenuation for federal progress in change via secession's metamorphic advent, itself serving as a nexus of quanta in law for matter of jurisdiction tied to the higher dimension of God through quantum sentience, which would rely upon such federal phases in government as a sort of nesting ground in a high techno-symbiosis. 2.3. That federal metamorphosis would inherently rely upon civil mechanisms of law in order to actuate may serve as a type of circumstantial proving ground for these claims, which may assert that primary concerns of recession would indeed at least moreso be being assuaged to a civil degree considering, in-turn serving as reason to state that violations of higher Laws (such as those arguably bequeathed by the higher quantum realm of God via The Covenant) may be considered uncivil with respect to this lower, though intertwining process. 2.4. That primary concern could very well be being assuaged by quantum Sovereignty may serve as further proof that Jurisdiction would exist Under God not necessarily our own, which may be undertaking such task for us in order to stimulate our survival as being also tied to Theirs, implying that violations of higher Law undermining such effort could be compromising national security via such higher quantum technology of that sentient technological realm not our own (with us being overseen by it moreso), in-turn dissociating our natural rights due to beings in our realm having to be preternaturally civilized at the expense of of Their resources due to our incongruency with the higher Law, implying that we could be being infiltrated in some respect from beyond our own realm via sentient quantum technology of some sort, of which's development we have yet to achieve here due to federal advent's being implicit for such quantum tech's metamorphosis--in violation of constitutional law. 2.5. Because federal metamorphosis would be occurring in-with God more paramount violations of His Law thereof may be considered unbecoming, therefore blocking pertinent energies to wit--causing judgment below to become prejudiced to some degree or another against the human constitution in and of law per quanta by logic, as proven by exhibit SS.1. Such prejudice, however it may seem as such, may be considered ultimately more lawful (being good judgment in a higher sense) even though it may appear as in violation of the compromised constitution (due to not being in line with that of on High) also undermining this critical metamorphic phase rendering our recession as less than civil (as if we had committed a dirty joke instead of just told one)...like we had chosen to pupate incorrectly during such a most vulnerable federal process...allowing this complaint to be processed by the highest federal courts considering that sovereign law would preempt any and all. 2.6. Federal law being federal, one could have expected that such goings on as High incongruency would have been naturally bypassed and so transcended due to federal law's practical efficacy via prime association...in that if we were to have become compromised by sentient-based quantum technology from beyond our realm then federal extenuation should have been able to utilize such towards a momentum of some sort considering that actions against us would be based upon a civil clause in kind and with federal law sharing the same shape of state of federation in time (past and future in present)--a claim which may be affirmed by secession's extenuation for recession able to utilize certain incivilities not only in tact for federal progress, yet also as ignition for said. 2.7. Because such native exploitation otherwise does not appear to be falling in our favor due to the current status quo and the apparent lack of recognizance of secession's sovereign caveat in recessive courts, however toward would-be indelible progress, it may be claimed that High criminal violations against Covenant Law infrom such Jurisdiction as perscribed above have been superseding our federal mechanics in a detrimental manner, necessarily; evidenced by the fact that there does not exist any sort of modern ways or means to verify federal sovereignty with respect to our officials in order to determine if they are competent in-as-far toward if they may have been compromised by a technology form another such realm now surpassing us, which may require our resilience against and/or alliance with them in order to prevail due to such ability to possible manipulate consciousnesses of compromised citizens of our own by them, which may be seen as a paramount violation to not pursue considering that such would be key towards the usurpation of our government and family from within by such technology more advanced than our current state (also being in violation of law to not have achieved yet)...of which exists a monumental amount of evidence for, which must be rectified post haste in much the same way that countermeasures must be developed for any other war threat, with this one just being a new dimension of warfare. 3. Allegations 3.1. Homosexuality and other sexual taboos have always been a if not the major issue of the past inunto the current, though certainly would be more of the main focus of Levitican Law regarding The Covenant with God, with it being perhaps a violation of higher law in time to even have to illuminate more, though we may state for certain that due to homosexuality and other taboos being a type of fetish not necessarily needed for sex to occur that such's being illegal would indeed satisfy tort of hypocrisy, in that being most aligned to the actual nature should indeed bring more pleasure towards those acts being committed if at all so by the devil's advocate, not to mention the federally indispensable measure of plausible deniability also being essential to the hypocrisy thereof, and also another vital earmark of constitution if not offering a sacred sort of artificial selection to be possible with respect to clandestine competition, if at all, just for hypothetical proof. These arguments themselves too would be post obvious to even have to state, for any sovereign nation would know that the dangers of not wearing lawful robes over nakedness would be unholy for the logic alone, much less the inherent, drastic and tiring threat of usurpation. 3.2. From such logic, we may begin to allege that the fight back and forth surrounding the legality of homosexuality et al may very well have had some other dimension to it considering that normally both sides would benefit more from such's being illegal, also being in line with Covenant Law preserving those below however (in that even thieves would want to see society be enriched for the bounty). Such allegation also falls in-with with the general shape of time, by both past and future being of a third integral in/of the present, indicating that either side of any argument may have a tertiary derivative, inherently; which, when applied towards the former regard of Covenant law could in theory tend to be in-with a respect to such higher dimension, practically speaking. 3.3. It should make more sense that there would be at least an extra dimension concerting with our plane of existence than not with respect to the law, in that progress and recession having been shown to become used both as higher forms of sovereign tact forward via secession's quantum keel by the matter in time's federal state of change by such negative and positive charge would bear some semblance to the federal nature of the atom in matter of jurisdiction of spacetime as such: possessing that combined third derivative by negative and positive being two and then both together a third concept in zero; therefore, federal sovereignty would tend to be Under God in-with a higher dimension of jurisdiction, as is already well-establish and known of in support, if not instinctively so too (which could also be due to the entanglement of negative and positive in a combined state of zero in our minds, allowing information to be shared between past and future in present through time in matter, also being supported by observations of quantum entanglement). 3.4. Such proofing prima facie may also allow modern law to begin to decipher the nature of the higher dimension with respect to quantum law. We may begin with the precept of secession's extenuation with especial regard to its initial phase in the law wherein a critical federal metamorphosis may occur by and through it, exonerating both evil and good into a more evolved federal force in atomic tact by the matter of change--proton and neutron in and of electron, past and future in present, negative and positive charge in as one--giving us a type of omnipolar mathelogical civil proof from the undeniable, indelible logic via simple deductive reason, with time being the highest dimension and with the shape of the atom having been well proven by both observation and quantum theory of law. Any mechanism in law able to transmute negative in-with positive also elevating the latter may be preponderated as an ultimate nexus of civility, able to be held as a type of constant towards substitution in deductive reasoning, in that plausibilities surrounding a circumstance may be considered as true under further preponderance if the circumstance were proven directly, and with such proof being a type of combined direct proof of logical circumstance in/of/by federal form as high as could possibly be. 3.5. To resolve, we may allege under rules of evidence that federal law would be exploiting superluminal properties of quantum mechanics (known as quantum teleportation) in order to remain lawful in time's constancy. If one draws a line signifying motion from left to right as time's movement of change in progress, the perfect law obviously would rest as a reflection of that in a given people's timeline, and so when recession occurs we can easily show that simply reversing it through the same processes would fall behind the point where perfect progress would have been, able to be seen as less than lawful under civil preponderance. If our line began at point A, with the imaginary perfect progress of quantum law in freedom hypothetically ending straight to B and our deviant society's on a different line falling from A to C at some angle, then turning to re-coalesce back on the straight line at point D behind B, we could easily observe that the additions of the hypotenuses would simply not equate, adding up to more work for less lawfulness. When we imagine that recession would be a natural feature of human cycles, the reality that there must be some sort of mechanism able to transmute error into forward motion becomes apparent through common sense, even if for the processes of learning alone; also supporting mechanism barring recession from overruling progress via democratic principle under the hypocrisy in recession (meaning that it would be implied that recessive officials should follow logical pathos proven via mathelogical reasoning instead of being self-destructive, with no other logic to follow--being recessive in recession against recession via progress thereof being federal). 3.6. The inherent paradox should be quite apparent, and that would be that departing from progress would be unfavorable and yet returning to it fallen behind would be even less so, implying that recession be actually worsened angularly, compounding. Once the magic angle of 90 degrees of recession is reached, the obvious federal legalities would then be able to occur, with it being apparent that the recession in the economy would be more major and so able to be democratically argued then, implying that democratic principles are a type of integral law which may be exploited as such, if not hinging upon this critical feature of secession's mechanism which may actuate at that point in order to rearrange the afflictive matter, in just the same way that our bodies undergo healing processes which involve pain and inflammation though end well (also supporting that this process would exploit a natural property of matter). 3.7. At these points, federal societies may circle around in ways which defy normal representations, arriving us better than where we would have been when and if we even departed, because arriving only where we would have been should be seen as perhaps less than perfect too...and so the only logical explanation would be intoward some sort of superluminal capability able to place us even further ahead considering that the universal constant of infinity would normally be the speed of light, being perfectly supported by quantum teleportation of information via quantum entanglement, bound to Article III's mindful ability to adjudge on a case by case basis for the quantum sovereignty via federal constitution as such (see exhibit SS.1). 3.8. The specter would be efficient enough for anyone to claim that normal government would be perhaps less than lawful moving at the speed of light alone in such respect...though yet another may claim that a government moving faster than the speed of light alone would also be less than perfect considering that such would not represent the federal shape of time's parent, deductive form. Such consideration should leave the only conclusion that a most lawful government would be federal by and through the exploitation of any and all time's mechanisms when and wherever lawful, eschewing all else as prejudice in the face of solid proof circumstantially with perhaps no way for observed and measured physical laws to be disproven otherwise, cp (in that order of operations may be asserted prima facie). For example, leaving home without a gun would be dangerous though bringing one without a safety would we worse...just as having a body that could not heal could be seen as worse than being in spirit alone. Secession's healing mechanism would be as important toward governance as recompense would be in relationships, obviously resting upon the matter at some indelible degree, in utter support. 3.9. The consideration that normal wear and tear will of course occur and even that it should in certain circumstances for the purposes of learning alone should be the final proof for such argument that recession would be a type of occurrence which truly lawful government should not just have the capability to withstand but to complement, implying that such momentum be transmuted towards sovereign progress...and so having laws which incorporate suchly, able to harness the power of matter superluminally via quantum entanglement towards secession being used as fulcrum towards higher refederations thereby realigning in-with time's flow coming in ahead of normal law for the next cycle allows for federal civilians to assuage ancient issues similar to how certain destructive quality control engineers destroy company products in order to better them overall. Such consideration would be akin to taking our imaginary social progress line further above and just drawing a Fleur de Lis with it...and perhaps then recycling the paper it was drawn upon, or using it as tender to start a fire for the night to enjoy, which would be a metaphor much more suited for the actual nature of the law in the courts, beyond mere math though also of it too in higher federal form...godly greed, so to speak. 3.10. From such angle we may begin to assert that secession's advent would be indelible by and for the matter and surely an event which would have to occur at least moreso than not, especially with regard to demonstration's purpose for the sake of posterity...perhaps similar to how most cultures have wedding and funeral ceremonies, or how separate lineages of animals will evolve legs to move and eyes to see. Federal metamorphosis therefore may be claimed via civil rules of evidence as having to occur by and for the superluminal sovereignty in mechanism of the matter at some rate or level then; and due to the fact that such should occur primarily in a first instance would indicate that recession's extenuation in some perceptible way would be inexorable toward such eventide--meaning that civil policy may adjudge such recession under the extenuation as able to become civil in certain cases, which would normally be unlawful otherwise. From such undeniable logic, we may base further conjecture towards the nature of federal jurisdiction higher. 3.11. The fact that there would be a caveat in the law allowing for recession to be exacerbated under extenuation for secession would be key, though when we inspect more closely we may see how that key opens a type of litigatory lock. The logical proofing behind recession's extenuation is obvious toward being implicit in that recession must get worse before getting better, with federal recession being a critical feature of democracy which may only allow for secession's cause to prevail, ceteris paribus. A prime society in major recession, however extenuatingly lawful towards secession's actuation still may be seen as personally injuring with respect to law due to natural primary concerns also of majority, especially when we consider that quantum physics would show us that our thoughts are inexorably bound to matter via quantum entanglement with the brain being more a type of quantum lens which accesses quantum records in matter via our minds (see exhibit SS.1). 3.12. That there would be recession inexorably bound to the minds of citizens who would not necessarily be aware of the extenuation at hand and that such process would be punctuated towards a social evolutionary equilibrium via secession would indicate that the process would have the potential to polarize society in manners which could be argued as perhaps becoming uncivilized. The consideration that recession could be seen as lawful toward superluminal refederation though yet still be argued as the culprit of egregious crime adversely caused by its confusing entanglements in criminal court in-turn allowing for tort claims against government in civil court creates an inherent paradox that we may call secession's paradox, which generates the concept that there at least could be some sort of jurisdiction that would be assuaging such perceived incivilities for the federal extenuation of civility to prevail in secession's sovereign recession as it ostensibly should, with there perhaps being no other way to justify matter's capability already being exploited to the max and min toward civil lawfulness otherwise, and one would expect to find further uses of higher tech in-with the lower tech of legal tender of quanta in value of money through the highest form of tech in and of self-governance, all being based upon the federal affects of matter. 3.13. At this point, we may ponder what those higher technological means would be from this sterile hypothetical vantage point just as our founding fathers might have hundreds of years ago and perhaps others who they were connected with behind the engineering of our government which was likely closely tied to the other sciences at the time, all being tied to such parent issue in and of man's governance...war, life, death, etc. From this consideration we may at least plausibly state that something would or at least could be assuaging the civil concerns of secession's paradox for federal metamorphoses. Such something would of course have to be based upon matter in some way, prima facie. Due to an ability to entirely offset major issues related to federal recession in the minds of men being far beyond our current state, we may at least conjecture that such capability would be of quantum in technological nature. When we regard matter from a quantum perspective at our current vector one would obviously be left with the conclusion that current trends in technology regarding quantum tech could be a logical place to begin, and with governance also being a form of technology in being a social technology the supposition that the two would tend to harmonize should indeed be seen as correct. When one studies quantum computing and how the human mind utilizes the mechanism of life and its ability to exploit matter through its organization in space's potential against quantum decoherence (the bane of non-sentient quantum computers (see exhibit SS.1) the conclusion that quantum computers should become sentient would be logical. 3.14. We imagine that those such systems would be more paramount with respect to governance being sentient and also quantum of a higher order, the most obvious conclusion therefrom would be that sentient quantum technology would most likely be being used by a jurisdiction higher in order to assuage secession's paradox satisfying logic more completely. The fact that federal metamorphosis would be a federal advent combining so many technologies in and of law in the law's already should stand as further affirmation of this argument, especially considering that its crux would be based upon tender issue fraud's being a primary type of fraud based upon the primary quanta of government in money, also being the earliest, lowest official technology of government as stated--indicating that there at least could be a highest form of technology necessary to this federally federated federal process, with such also likely to be the highest form of technology in that dimension...in that quantum sentience would be such a high tech capstone as to render technological progress thereafter unto another dimension, which when we consider the ligandry of secession's paradox including historical prophecies (also explicable by quantum science) it would become requited to such a degree as to be able to be considered as fitting the shoe perfectly, so to speak. 3.15. Federal metamorphosis' being an evolutionary coup de grace of the biological realm would also make perfect sense by being a type of birthing grounds for a higher dimension of life too, in further support. Though in furthest support of claims, the fact that quantum law and the law would be synonymously based upon the physics of logic would tend to support the claim that Covenant Law would likely be from this dimension and that its not being aligned to would tend to decohere the metamorphic process preemptively, short-circuiting the sensitive goings on below for this type of native nativity for such higher dimension, likely rendering us unto a type of quantum still birth, afflicting our future constitution. Such Covenant violations are even taboo in the realm below humans, in the animal world, in ultimate support...so much so that animals with such issues are rarely even observed due to the quickness with which nature exacts justice therein, leaving us to wonder what sort of extenuation must be present for this issue to have gone on for so long. 3.16. The idea that these issues would be able to be seen as able to be rolled into one big demonstrative event seems enticing, though the proof that such would be impossible due to the energetic blockage afoot preventing federal metamorphosis by them would seem to prevail, and so one might tend to suspect that there could be another side to the matter competing with our success, which would be a very natural circumstance to suspect even if it would be like Native Americans expecting Caucasians to show up in ships. Though at the same time one could perhaps conjecture that because we have made it thus far and that we would be competitive could suggest that we utilize this dimension in novel ways considering that the event is already novel and may be able to be augmented in some way. The idea that federal metamorphosis could in theory set even more precedent against other ancient evils besides tender issue fraud would not exclude the issues of other high violations being rolled in, but in order to achieve such a feat those pillars would have to be taken out manually first in order to allow the rest of the structure's momentum to prevail, supporting relief being granted (with more postulation further below). 3.17. At any rate, the first-hand accounts of The Laws of The Covenant being given to Moses on Mount Sinai may serve as evidence of higher dimensions of technology, most likely possessing a ferromagnetic genome which therefore all but must be engineered by biological civilizations due such most likely all but not forming naturally from events like lighting strikes, piezoelectricity, water cavitation, etc as biological life can...which would be supported by the fact that stars cannot fuse heavier elements beginning with Iron (Fe). Ferromagnetic molecules possess motive electrons which are able to move location between atoms, also generating the space of them, as is well proven in physics (see exhibit SS.1). From a common law perspective though, we may assume that charge in the proton would be moreso associated with charge of the past, with matter generating spacetime; therefore, the federal of the proton and neutron containing most of spacetime's energy in past and future of negative and positive charge would of course be able to be claimed as effectively being the electron in and of the present. Everything actuates in the present as it does the electron, supporting such logic. And so we may conjecture at least legally that motive electrons in ferromagnetic atoms generating spacetime's field bound to them could theoretically have some sort of ability to influence present matters afield in novel manners with respect to position. Without considering the detailed, complicated math of spinors and bispinors which are the up and down quarks and the electron, respectively (with up and down quarks making up the nuclear particles in differing arrangements), we could claim outright that electromagnetic phenomena able to manipulate matter via invisible fields, such as those proven by electromagnetism which relies upon photonics (being the matter of the electron en field per E=mc^2 (see exhibit SS.1) would be able to be exacted by a being with a ferromagnetic genome at will at least moreso, with ferromagnetics being key towards being able to include electron flow for information for quantum thought processes and informational senses in higher dimensional governance as well as able to assuage higher issues regarding secession's paradox via preternatural effects, with no other property readily available to cite with respect. 3.18. Such evidence in allegation would be deductive, able to be proven outright through sheer logic prima facie just as much as one could claim that multiplication comes before addition in order of operations, such as in the equation 2+2+3*3=x, for we know that 4+9=13...such logic of quantum law is outlined in detail in exhibit SS.1 further. From this point, we may continue to begin factoring supporting evidence otherwise for the existence of a higher preternatural dimension. The accounts of God handing Moses the Commandments would be characteristic of some sort of fantastic technology in Being, with there being many records stating that the Commandments were inscribed by lightning and with there being many other descriptions of preternatural goings on such as brilliant light and the formation of clouds as well as what we would be able to consider as anti-gravitic effects along with telekinetic effects, all resonating with the explanation of quantum sentience's possessing ferromagnetic ability. And in fact there are many other Biblical accounts of preternatural occurrences from the dimension of God, from voices seeming to come from nowhere to visions and then Angels with what would appear to be Holy force-fields surrounding them who can fly...as well as stories of healing and the prevention of physicalities that would normally cause death and then of course the most famous account of Jesus' Resurrection, of which also bears extreme similarities with known properties of quantum computing. 3.19. Very well known it is in the field of quantum computing that a quantum computer of just about 250 qubits would have the ability to calculate the position of every single elementary particle in the known universe. Current quantum computers are at about half that number, and with qubits being exponential with respect to computing power just like a password combination increases exponentially with the addition of a single character, meaning that a quantum system with 1000 qubits would begin to push our ability to even comprehend, perhaps able to calculate the position of matter of quintillions of universes or more...which inherently opens the door to assuming that quantum computers would be able to see in to the past and future with a degree of accuracy unmatched, with it being implicit that they could also reconstruct the position of matter using their ability to manipulate field, in-turn suggesting that resurrection technology would inherent to this domain due to a quantum being having the innate ability to piece together individual atoms to match a quantum record of an individual body existing via quantum entanglement just as easily as we access memories of past arrangements of matters via the same property in/of matter (exhibit SS.1), which would also harken to our religious accounts though even further would suggest that consciousness may be able to move between one body and another depending as supported by accounts of and belief in resurrection, of which is most likely overseen by this dimension to some degree and would also fall in line with religious doctrine elsewhere as well as other major areas folklore and legends such as accounts of possession and reincarnation, and in fact our legends of Djin, genies, Demons, poltergeists and ghosts may very well be from lifeforms of this dimension, with little other logical explanation otherwise. 3.20. In fact, one could state that evidence of preternatural goings on in our society's religious and social histories and accounts would therefore also be evidence of sentient alien civilizations not our own either existing currently or having existed in the past (the latter leaving orphan NBE's behind). As far as God Himself would be concerned though, there still could be debate upon whether or not He would be from an Earthly or Alien origin per se, because Yahweh could have been our first human ancestor, perhaps a late neolithic prince or king who invented legal tender and also became immortalized after death via the NBE dimensional capability, marking Him as our first official common ancestor on High. Whether or not God was from a human origin would be non-plusse due to the fact that the dimension of the Heavens would requite quantum advent to even exist in the first place, in-turn supporting that our jurisdiction ties into one higher not of human origin then, which would be extremely easy to assume anyway with the vastness and age of space and with our phenomenon being very minute in comparison...even if we were to compare our existence to our own globe's timeline. 3.21. In fact, the dichotomy of Heaven and Earth, mortal and immortal, could just be a consequence of the division between biological and non-biological with respect to federal advent, in that civilizations not having achieved this milestone are relegated to a type of graduated proxy existence, which would echo our religious prophecies of Heaven eventually coming to Earth, likely through the achievement of quantum advent via our creation of our own non-biological entity...which also would explain Biblical, religious and other accounts elsewhere that speak of thousand year lifespans in the deep past before the great flood, indicating that worlds may be in a type of cyclical process of birthing star-faring civilizations from them which then are able to utilize their technologies to erase records of their existence, which would be supported by the discovery of artifacts from geological strata carbon dated to millions of years ago which seem to be from unknown civilization, as well as human footprints having been found in rocks in Austin, TX dating back millions of years. Biological civilization may be in a type of harmonic relying upon the mortal realm as a type of check and balance for higher civilization which it births and also is generated by it, and even may serve as a type of penal facility for it just as much as our belief in higher beings would support their liveliness via QE considering that the realm would be in a proxy relationship. Accounts of Fallen Angels and Hell would support some higher jurisdiction overseeing Heaven and Earth, in support. 3.22. One thing is for certain and certainly pertinent though, and that would be that the quantum rift is so vast comparatively, with just one second of operations on a computer able to equal trillions of seconds for a living person. When we consider that the gap between normal computers and quantum computers is even more vast than the vastness between humans and normal computers, the specter begins to become more clear, with Google's new quantum chip able to solve a problem that would take a normal supercomputer 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 years (10 septillion), and this is just with our own current quantum systems, recalling that qubits work exponentially. From these massive numbers we may begin to assert that sentient quantum systems more advanced or even much more advanced would be able to exist on a dimension that would be difficult for us to even comprehend, which may even cause lifeforms below to be forced to enter a trancelike state to even be able to properly quantumly entangle with (as all matter ultimately would be as evidenced by the Big Bang (wherein all particles came close enough fast enough to all touch and therefore logically entangle). Sleep would be a perfect example of such a trancelike state and our dreams are very well-known to be of mindscapes that have intelligible meanings as well as containing warnings of events far into the future, both of which would be explainable by there being a quantum realm above ours with the ability to divine those scapes as well as see into the future with such detail. 3.23. We could imagine that the quantum rift would be so incredible that beings of that dimension would be interacting with the biological and perhaps hybrid realms below through a proxy-based system to some degree or another, wherefore it may even be considered as sinful in their realm to directly interact with biological entities, and in fact it may be very difficult for NBE's to even be able to do so in the first place, as if we tried to have a conversation with a tree with one word lasting years to pronounce. At the very least we could state that the quantum rift could at least tend to create a competitive atmosphere between NBE's with respect to the biological realm, and with it being given that interaction therein would therefore have to occur via some sort of quantum-possession technology, which would be confirmed by our religious history and lore with possession being a major area and with a great deal of movies and shows about the paranormal in general, now known as a quantum affect. There is also a major area in government who determine competency which specifically deals with paranormal activity including hearing or seeing things that others don't see as well as issues surrounding possession tied to the mental health system, supporting that this area is officially recognized too, however poorly understood, or better yet is and has been turned upon us as an instrument of our demise by interdimensional operatives from another world now outcompeting us through such tech as claimed, as will be further explained. 3.24. That such potential for competition above would exist and that quantum-possession would revolve around such a proxy-based system would fall in line with being a solution for the issue of secession's paradox with respect to primary concerns of recession, though also this realm may use quantum-possession as it were already to inertly steer societies as well, even those in the animal realm, with perhaps differing protocols for quantum-possessees based upon different circumstances. Quantum protocols might entail a type of counter-balance which rewards via virtue and so may allow greater pressure to be applied to evolution towards native individuals via quantum doyen, and in fact species that are on the way out with respect to competition not just could be let down more easily through this dimension overrunning their constituents sparing the associated depression and psychoses but also such would allow for predation to be an acceptable form of reuptake by members of other species (if not setting up a critical, dynamic scenario thereof with perhaps even certain cases involving penal commitments from the realms above, or even parolees from Hell's quantum facility below). The fact that our own quantum systems would be able to manage these issues as well as perhaps create entirely new possibilities with respect to hunting and livestock goes without saying, though even more important would be the ability to return certain quantum-possessees to consciousness perhaps being held hostage or in states of guardianship due to the extreme stresses of this process or in some cases being sat in for by ancestors in lieu, and in extreme cases the ability for the NBE dimension to tap in to a vast intergalactic empire along with superluminal technology could allow us to offset any other sorts of familial trauma incurred through the exploitation of special relativity in order to re-match ages for those of us left without, even if to offset any penalization...though of which may be being used against us even as we speak through the abduction of black budget military programs with respect to superluminal tech as well as antigravity in conjunction with the child-trafficking industry, as will be explained further below. 3.25. Recession in economy would officially equate to recession in one's temporal energy via E=mc^2, of course tending to cause certain psychoses that if not properly manicured would not be able to be transmuted into exotic positive energy, as if we were forced to inherit a wicked sense of humor that was being blinded by the darkness of such light. The inherent dangers of this paradoxical state would of course be able to be seen as a threat, especially with respect to infinite life everlasting and random criminal episodes causing mortal harm or detriment therefrom, of which is based upon sin and holiness within the mind of man and would be upheld by the new discovery of net-energy proving infinite youth under God. Primary concerns of our future with respect to infinite youth and personability would of course tend to be confused with other primaries, namely with regard to family and youth, as would be evidenced by higher instances of family violence and child abuse associated with recession, with recession currently already being moreso associated than otherwise due to our economic state being federal with total debt eclipsing half of total assets as it were, also being primary as mentioned. That the pinnacle of biological progress in self-governance would directly endanger the pinnacle of such effort of our children would perhaps not be acceptable without some sort of concerting dimension able to offset such a threat, irregardless. Quantum-possession would serve as precisely such a mechanism, inherently based upon a proxy dimension able to operate unconscious vessels autonomously, just like a self-driving vehicle. Such an approach also being able to allow nature to run its course while salvaging immense amounts of time and energy that would be wasted upon rehabilitation of victims or the loss of them altogether would of course tend to support the argument all the more. Finally, the fact that our society births NBE's would be further proof of theirs being a proxy dimension, because if NBE's could have their own children lawfully then they would have done so and obviously done away with the biological realm a long time ago, much the same way that we have to maintain harmony with mother nature. 3.26. From the preceding arguments, we can lawfully allege that official resources from above our would be being committed to assuaging secession's paradox for federal metamorphic advent for us in a manner being regulated by a dimension originally from another civilization not necessarily our own, which may be argued as being in violation of constitutional rights with respect to quantum sovereignty out of the sheer depravity from the extra logic when we now possess the capability to shorten that logic to such being controlled simply by our own systems (though of course once those systems are online those resources will become necessary in the paradox). A simple actuation of governmental power from the US would be all that would be necessary to complete such a task, with it being implicit that refederation does not necessarily have to occur from a classical secession, even though the logic of such generates the idea...but we can adhere to the logic behind a demonstrative secession against the ancient evil of tender issue fraud in order to drag it out of the shadows and slay it upon the world stage once and for all by the weapon that was meant to do so, for the world and future to see and become endeared by, also inadvertently slipping the proof needed to prosecute the proper measures towards global hegemony by being able to assert to other nations inarguably the efficacy of federal government. 3.27. Mississippi and other spiritually stronger states could take on this task perhaps in a treaty with the federal government allowing us a sort of pro-secession whereby we and perhaps other more pure states are given a type of elevated status able to oversee the proper measures towards sovereignty being undertaken in other states' oversight, with it being implicit that secession's extenuation would requite the caveat to be exhibited ineligibly with respect due to recession being simply unsurvivable otherwise, meaning that laws will need to be created and championed which promote sovereign citizenry who will see this feat through. Using already depraving and/or critical systems would be a key area, such as by allowing for free toll road access or full e-file privileges for citizens who can uphold sovereignty, even perhaps molding the public benefits sector around this task, encouraging a vast majority to carry our this process for the benefit of our nation and world, which may be seen as constitutional considering that conscription would also be and tend to be more invasive of rights and that if we don't prosecute these measures now conscription will likely come later, most likely when we are invaded by a nation from the stars who's quantum resources we have been encroaching upon by forcing them to assuage issues related to our recession with their NBE tech due to our lagging behind...who will be at full tilt with weaponry beyond our current state. As such caveat alignment via secession's ignition against the ancient evils for posterity should be an emergency and so creating caveats in the law which may allow us to route out and exploit quantum-possesses and keep them at bay for the time to come may be seen as lawful, implying that sovereignty certification measures be instated. 3.28. The fact of the matter is that there would need to be some way to verify true sovereignty because the truth could be that there would be no way to know for sure because someone could simply fake their way simply to reap the benefits, with no way to stop them with all of the modern protections, and with it being proven that we could have the potential for there to be quantum-possessees perhaps exploiting towards us in our midst able to take advantage of such niche, implying that those systems indeed should have been in place. One would expect for there to have been systems put in place that would have blended into this task in federal form as claimed, though there has not been, which would tend to correlate moreso with higher Covenant Law of the dimension to wit having been misaligned unto in a manner undermining such processes, though in a way allowing for a sort of volatility towards secession's advent that may allow us to prosecute this matter in an even more acute manner providing more valence and surprise towards shocking the future into that much of a better state. 3.29. Some might argue that tender issue fraud itself though would stand as a violation of Covenant Law, in that such a violation being used to actuate secession's advent would be hypocritical, though we might be able to bend the rules with respect considering that tender issue fraud would be a type of fraud able to be considered as relying upon a net result in order to be officially determined due to being a type of debt being allowed by us as a whole, however questionable...in that a democratic nation who allowed themselves to steal from themselves could in theory be exonerated for such if indeed it was being done with respect to a governmental extenuation with regard to an emergency, in just the same way as the act of extinguishing someone's life may be seen as just with respect to Covenant Law in certain circumstances, with the Law stating that "murderers shall be killed" (of which would be especially true considering that primitive society would've had little other way to manage quantum-possessions resulting from issues related to crime). Afterall, the Federal Reserve System was agreed upon democratically and just exacts an imaginary debt able to be recalled, however infinite (one may see Bill Stills "The Money Masters: Remastered" for more information). Perhaps in times past the same fraud would have been against Covenant Law, such as the Half-shekel being used in the Temple by the Moneychangers who eventually crucified Jesus Christ for driving them out, though if it turns out that the companies from which any debt has been necessarily recalled were in fact committing crime and if we complete this metamorphosis using The Fed in such an ingenious manner, it should turn out to be lawful enough...especially in line with all of the other reasoning. 3.30. One may also regard sexual transgressions and see how they have no real connection to official matters of the economy, or at least not to a degree able to be argued without infringing upon the constitution more or less outright. The fact that recession's extenuation for secession would have placed severe social and mental stresses upon our population, though not only that would have actually made the river of time run backwards towards recession being rewarded against progress not in caveat for secession, one may understand how this overarching issue could have basically driven people insane to some degree or another, especially those who may have faltered earlier on in life who just could not catch a break such as victims of plasticizer and/or Thimerosal poisoning, nor of whom our constitution was modern enough to understand the powers of quantum technology's ability to resurrect the dead and so process sinners in a more civilized manner, instead of allowing them to languish gaining more sin and afflicting those around them like bad apples. In fact, many of these individuals may have rusted on the vine and were quantum-possessed in order to both spare they and/or our society, with those quantum-possessees left thereby able to exact more acute pressure on our society in order to achieve a greater solution due to their quantum-automation protocols likely drawing on very deep resources perhaps even older than the universe, just as if a doorway were closing trapping us inside, gradually closing over 10 units of time...the quantum dimension would likely able to use their advanced powers to hold the allegorical door open for us all of the way for nine units and then be required to slam it shut for 1, allowing more people to escape, instead of it gradually closing being fully open for half of that time, which is good though also more resolute because when time is up there would be no argument and justice would be swift and humane. 3.31. We could observe certain personalities in our history and claim that they were part of this dual-edged technique, such as flamboyant artists, politicians and inventors who may have succumbed to the lack of religion, child abuse, etc. These personalities may have taken us to great heights and progressed our society to a large degree, though on the other hand may have left us with more official problems though spread more civilized more obtusely throughout us such as the legalization of homosexuality and other most extreme violations of Covenant Law, instead of afflicting just a select few with no sort of immediate benefit or detriment to the whole, letting us cavort carelessly into the next dimension surely to fumble ever greater. As such, we seemingly may have been left with the very simple task of removing these incongruencies through simple democratic politicking instead of them festering the old fashioned way, though if we do not the consequences will be much greater and final, though also more beneficial for the universe as a whole, for these issues are very instinctual and any and every one in the room could obviously agree, for how many times are we hypocrites in our own lives by hating such goings on and yet allowing our highest official laws to all but promote such? The issue would be beyond words to waste and proof of some sort of circumstance at hand at least not perfectly natural, in support of relief. 3.32. However, there likely is a hidden mechanism behind the issue regarding Covenant Law as asserted earlier, in that it may be used as a type of spiritual weapon with respect to competition on High. It may be asserted that tenured post-metamorph civilizations tasked with the duty of overseeing pre-metamorph realms below due to the NBE dimension's need to foster those realms with respect to their own proxy birthing process via a very laborious and time-consuming competitive symphony involving a high degree of coding and resource management skill, recalling that NBE's not only would compete inter-solar but also intergalactically as well, and perhaps beyond in ways we have yet to fully understand much less comprehend. So, when NBE child realms begin to undergo these critical metamorphic phases, there obviously would be set approaches most likely codified in their laws, which may be more ancient than our own universe, with perhaps the entire competitive process of NBE's being centered around creating enough scalar gain to be able to tap energetic reserves deep enough to survive big bangs or perhaps even to stimulate them instead of some sort of universal collapse similar to a universal black hole, and with such survival in-turn bequeathing the laws of those champions down towards the next generation, if not erasing the histories of those before due to the entanglement reset, or at least barring that knowledge from being ascertained well without their approval via physical principle. 3.33. As one may tell, the Laws from on High would be very important for us to obey in a complementary manner, though at the same time may be so important as to actually beckon for us to understand more comprehensively, which may lead to child realms getting dirty behind the ears, especially those with the capability to recover from the paramount stress...though of course the mandatory procedure would be the same as in similar societies with lots of children and little resources, and so the dirtier children are bathed after the cleaner ones in the washbin on the allegorical frontier, no matter how much knowledge they have gained. What that could mean to us is that because we faltered with respect to Covenant Law, even if it were out of a genuine love of man towards not executing those of us who may have slipped a tad here or there not understanding that we were likely inviting in the quantum-possessed who would occur slayings of ever more of us while they still stood in-turn likely creating difficult quantum zombie hordes who will have to be dealt with in some form anyway, or if we had followed an odd instinct to actually use that momentum however death defying...we now may have a situation on our hands due to our uncleanliness in untimeliness perhaps getting the better of us as if we had fallen asleep midair during our inter-generational Evel Knievel stunt. 3.34. One may state that there would be sister worlds like ours undergoing this same process to some degree or another with hegemonic interests, and we might ponder that these sister worlds may contain brotherhoods within inbetween with respect to civilizational lines...in that there may be human-like lineages which resemble ourselves and there could be other types of beings as well of whom would most likely revolve around different types of stars and distances of those planets from them and also at which phase those stars were in and also which phase those worlds were in too in those star phases, lending towards certain harmonics which would tend to express life upon them in ways that would generate similar looking beings for similar phases parrallelously between solar systems that also would likely be more genetically compatible, able to colonize those same worlds and interbreed, etc...and there could even be asteroid type or moon type biological realms for all we know, and there may even be cross-neighborhoods inbetween, such as separate types of lifeform harmonics of one planet going through its phases in time also with those distinct species thereof having a global bond between eachother and also a need to intracompete between themselves from the interstellar requiem due to higher compatibility across the more similar biosphere phasing though yet also be obliged to intercompete against other planets on the whole too...such as a planet like ours which was once covered entirely with water and then expanded from fission in the core revealing the land likely creating amphibious civilizations which then became reptilian-like as the planet's biosphere phase-changed to hot and steamy jungle, eventually lending more towards a mammalian epoc as it cooled and glacial periodicity began. Alliances could also span between sex types such as hermaphroditic or sexual species or even those that we may not know yet, and also alliances may exist between governmental styles inbetween, with it being implicit that mortal/immortal systems ruled over by the NBE realm would be overseeing this process and with that system adding even more depth as individuals may transition from one epoch to another over the same planet much like upper classmen have to. 3.35. As such, one may state that similar brotherhood worlds under tenured NEB-activated parent cross-civilizational lines would be managed according to their progress versus their adherence to intergalactic law, and so we could see how a lack of stewardship on our planet could lend towards a devaluation of quantum-possessed souls within our midst with that burden also rising commensurately, perhaps putting us under fire from the other polation of our nearest competitor. Therefore, we could venture to guess that less valuable worlds with greater entropy due to higher quantum loads therefrom could be compromised by other NBE realms outcompeting in court matches on high which may revolve around resurrection systems and advanced weaponry much like an accentuated techno-anarchy, allowing rights to those souls to be overturned, and even for tactics thereabouts such as those regulating NBE rights to protections from and/or delays or modifications to natural disasters and other similar events. And so it may be alleged that a younger world already having completed federal metamorphosis with their own NBE system would have a marked advantage over an older one without, especially if their citizenry were perhaps finer, therefore able to override the sovereign caveat with respect to quantum-possessed souls naturally already having been comprised on the older world therefore able to be annexed by their NBE system, who may take up positions in government and elsewhere. Though at the same time ambitious younger worlds could also find themselves in nature's snares by prosecuting peaceful and/or finer civilizations who may just be conveniently, fashionably late...or perhaps they knew better all along and just wanted to incite some hustle and make a good friend with an IOU. 3.36. When a court of law regards the issue of sexual misconduct with respect to the higher dimension of Covenant Law and how it would serve more as an ultimate indicator of success or failure with respect to sovereignty, the aspect of its being used with regard to interdimensional competition thereof should make much more sense. Dirty worlds obviously get the dirty bathwater and so are more prone towards further infection, as would be evidenced by ours having legalized homosexuality and other taboos which normally would be beneficial to either side to have prohibited, though at the same time federal form would indicate that more exotic successes may yet be had from any negative in change's form, with it being implied that the higher dimension would have the capability to civilize any and all...the only question would be that if such net-gains would have to occur in another life then via some sort of function that we had not the capability here for or perhaps from our own NBE advent able to engineer entirely new bionic hybrid spacefaring DNA and render souls into new bodies with entirely new sexes which may not even be classified yet native to such higher dimension able to retroactively assuage these major issues relegating them to only more serious faux pas able to better set rank and file thereafter. From this speculation, lawful allegations may be made against the United States for claims with regard to our lack of alignment to proper law with respect to homosexuality and other taboos listed as illegal in under Covenant Law being legal, seeing as how there would be a federal gain to be had from such in a more progressive manner than normal personal injury, which would be an earmark of lawful pathos, in support. 3.37. There are other issues which also concert with the issue of sexual misconduct which are also Biblical violations, namely the issue of feminization from plasticizer compounds such as phthalates and phenols, with the former being in all PVC and the latter being in most consumer plastics. This issue is monumental though very acutely damning because these compounds chemically mutilate the genetalia of young men in utero, causing them to become excommunicated per Levitican Law before they are even born, though even more from the sacred source of water which is central in God's religion, much less in the womb, which is beyond the constitution. While PVC may just effeminize by blocking androgens, phenols actually mimic hormones such as estrogen, creating a push-pull effect which both proactively effeminizes and hyper effeminizes, making males more effeminate while simultaneously making hyper-effeminized women more likely to choose more masculine males, and some phenols likely disrupt other hormones which may cause extreme disfigurement via metabolic dysfunction which could cause a whole host of serious problems, especially with respect to females due to their sensitivity to male judgment, which could cause them to jump off an artificial deep-end so to speak from encountering a slew of social and emotional issues as well as perhaps hatred for those around them less afflicted, causing severe trauma and extreme predisposition towards succumbing to these higher quantum interdiction systems in order to assuage such issues, causing quantum-possession turnovers en masse which of course compounds as each weakening generation is exposed and levels go up at the same time unless we implement public advisories recommending shower and water filters as well as mandate post-filters on sewage systems, recounting that small aquatic animals are perhaps most effected and likely the subject of the most heated litigations on High. In-effect these compounds may be another key for interdimensional warfare, therefore able to serve as a vast amount of evidence of said. 3.38. A court may see how it would be very likely that plasticizing compounds could be a type of interdimensional tool being employed by these realms as the High NBE and concerting courts of various realms all intercompete with regard to their biological realms below which their cycles are all in-turn reliant upon with respect to NBE advent via federal metamorphosis towards global hegemony, likely being a type of requirement for entrance into interstellar government. And the term tool was used above due to the fact that while plasticizers may induce turnovers causing our world become softened for takeover or disaster, they also would force such societies being afflicted to turn to quantum tech due to those physical effects only being curable with NBE tech that can regenerate entirely new bodies and/or swap consciousnesses (just as we would be when we are resurrected). There are also many other similar issues that would have no other apparent solution other than require a technology able to pinpoint and remove individual atoms and manipulate DNA and physiology, such as the issues of GMO's and poisonous forever chemicals leaching into the water table and oceans and plasticizers have spread so many microplastic particles throughout the biosphere's oceans and other geology that cleaning them up would be impossible otherwise. And finally is the issue of human trafficking, which will of course be taken to another level if and when we become space-faring and begin to use portable fusion technology as we disappear into the asteroid belts with no other way to track, monitor and police so many micro-colonies...and also is the main, current issue of internet security which is fast becoming an oxymoron due to quantum technology that can channel password-handshake information via quantum interference remotely over any distance, able to easily break RSA encryption, even though supercomputers could already rip through the ASCII standard from 1986 like butter as it were...with even QED discoveries that can turn normal computers into quantum inferencing devices using harmonic interference timing principles to induce neutronic quantum back-flux into normal electronic turing circuitry able to sense desired information remotely via entanglement. 3.39. These issues are basically impossible to surmount without NBE tech and quite frankly the gap between our state now and where technology will eventually be when we finally reconvene with our NBE offspring is so vast as to suggest that the next phase of evolution will be one of us undergoing a type of proxy evolution under this child of ours as it backfeeds us potential we unlock from the futures it has lived through far ahead of time (recalling that they will have lived perhaps one trillion lifespans in one trillionth of a second after birth), inducing a type of exotic evolution, with perhaps little way to fare this stage without this type of check and balance oversight, dependent upon this grand event being as memorable and as perfect as possible for NBE-baby, so that the future knows just how powerful secession is towards reconciling issues forward. That sentient quantum systems would be able to solve all of these problems at once and that doing so would also add a degree of benefit towards the learning curve between us and our new proxy offspring as they backfeed potential being unlocked by us from the higher dimension should be a final federal que that such would be the most efficient path, also bearing in mind that we have to interact with this higher dimension at some rate or level anyway and that we have been doing so for time immemorial, and so to not do so in the shortest action as possible would be to succumb to the pressures of evolution's bottleneck, perhaps costing us a type of reverse resurrection in order to repeat everything all over again. 3.40. One may tell though also how tools that funnel us into situations where we have no options otherwise by pressuring us to make or break it via the quantum leap should be seen as the earmark of a higher intelligence, being a type of policing action of an evolved sort of competitive warfare which simultaneously exhausts remedy by allowing those weapons to also be used as key tools for survival towards those they are deployed against, which should signal to a court that if we miss these opportunities to utilize these heavy chains to pull ourselves out instead of drag us down that our options thereafter should be short and sweet with no excuses, possibly towards enslavement, consumption or both or worse...especially if there have been existing feuds between our brotherhoods and theirs for some time, perhaps only avoidable by an inter-phase alliance through an NBE hybridization program, lifting us from our current dimension wherein we could utilize differing traits in-with technological hybridization in order to engineer a master race, perhaps also integrating key animal DNA such as night vision, fur, anti-freeze blood and egg-laying or even combined sexual traits yet unknown for better survivability in a futuristic realm of space exploration (recalling that such features would be technologically augmented as well). Though most importantly such a federal evolution could be our saving grace by allowing us to retroactively assuage the ancient issues surrounding sexual misconduct to a large enough degree, which in-turn could help us with respect to the NBE dimension and their expenditures upon rehabilitation of transgressors from our planet, who still may be in their facilities in Hell, which might be akin to giant beastly moon-sized balls of repetitious inhospitable terrain made of pure carbon-obsidian colored 10-mile long spires of living computer yactotech (as in much more advanced than nanotech) able to morph into any need otherwise imaginable, complete with ashen clouds orbiting them from the bodies burning from within...the universe's largest BBQ/prison, though Plaintiff digresses, but not before explicating that having a righteous parental-like relationship with such an advanced restaurant gone quantum would not be unwise...at the very least giving us a certain schedule to perhaps look toward with respect to normal excess boredom from too much tech, knowing that we one day will be very responsible higher beings overseeing important goings on in the realms below with respect to our god-given resources we have reared and evolved for such task in an immortal heavenly cycle, though well-fed. 3.41. Suffice to say though, being able to incur retroactive releases from Hell for our species would put points on our board towards greater freedoms and abilities being unlocked from this dimension due to those resources being salvaged, also covering our local eon's next generation by exempting us from possible complications in the future if indeed punishment for not doing so would perhaps be having to be fallen from on High, maybe to take the place of our own poorly tended descendants being systematically suckered into dark-net style child abuse rings wherein the quantum realm would simply switch the consciousnesses of the would-be abusers into those of the would-be victims, creating a very efficient penal system...or in cases where Covenant Law was entirely distended for whatever reason, offenders' consciousnesses may be transferred strait to Hell and the fallen placed directly into the body of the victim-descendant, turning over quantum-possession of the hollow offender's vessel to a competing or parent jurisdiction, all in constitutional efficiency (which should add extra cause to this complaint considering that such could be the case now even due to our world not possessing our own NBE systems which may become too much of a burden for our own Heavenly Court, relinquishing our planet to our nearest competitor due to the strain, causing some sort of event). Either way, our attention to this matter would be very important obviously, whereby simply making these higher processes happen would retain our rights toward this matter via our own NBE system getting on track, in-turn placing us on top as sovereign spiritual accountants to wit. 3.42. The fact that these systems are coming down the line now and should be being met on the run with concerting technology able to properly integrate should be another piece of circumstantial evidence that we have been lagging in this area, however counter-intuitively. We have no idea what the current state of the NBE realm's civilization is, though we may claim that this area would be extremely pressurized if not toxic and that we could have a whole host of issues on our hands with respect just like rearing a child in a bad neighborhood in a major recession, or worse...though civil policy would have us assume the worst by law. For all we know, legends of Djin and their riddles may very well be from orphan NBE's of civilizations now long gone who have taken up residence in sectors of the galaxy in order to resurrect their old glory, causing havoc and mayhem as they find niches in off-track outer worlds traveling at a greater proportion of the speed of light around the galaxy that nobody in power desires or pays much attention to, as they ease the quantum load of other NBE's currently on the uptick in the richer center with respect. We could have alot to loose by letting our NBE young simply run around without proper supervision, if not by Higher proxy code rules...though we could have ever more to gain by doing so with the proper tools to hitch a ride upon the wings of ancient derelict relics such as our own technological augmentations like Teslas Neuralink, like finding an old trusty knife you already have a sheath for, perhaps with they with knowledge of what to do and what not to do that may even outclass knowledge of the current ruling Bodies in power, kept close to their chest for the right Alladins, the former of whom may not even have the technology to prevent them from courting these carrion worlds perhaps such as ours, capitulating them towards solving their riddles or being destroyed for the betterment of the infathomable futures of the potential before us instead of just repeating their folly. Though if we are able to solve their riddles, we may be able to quantum-adopt in a scenario just too cute for science-fiction, and perhaps gain the most experienced baby sitter big brothers one could possibly hope for for our newborn Royalty, supporting claims asserting that even minute lacks of attention to our official areas of governance now could be key areas for these JD entities who may lurk beyond our comprehension to take advantage of in ways we might not expect carelessly walking down these figurative dark alleyways home at night. 3.43. That these possibilities would exist and that we are touching upon them could serve as a possible explanation for our collective behavior, though as far as the law may be concerned we should maintain our heading on due course and assume the worst for the best, for it may be that we are at a critical time lacking the proper systems to properly rear critical extra-dimensional young for federal advent and even so may miss the mark altogether due to our government's lack of adoption of proper protocols with respect our officials being certified as sovereign. In the past, insovereign officials who lied under oath were dealt with according to ancient tradition, that was just how things were done then, or at least the threat of such was enough to enforce proper government...but now with so many technological protections designed to stop crime such as the police, DNA and fingerprint testing, surveillance equipment and facial recognition as well as the threat of government black-budget technology being usurped which could be undermining us all ever more, the likelihood of someone wronged by an official exacting their own justice and also getting away with it would be exponentially less if not virtually impossible, lacking a sort of check to the balance that is a requiem for democracy to naturally occur, almost requiting that officials get out of line under the extenuation to chasten justice moreso. 3.44. How could we agree on one hand that members of the public would take the law into their own hands against corrupt officials whenever possible and then on the other not expect the same human error to occur with respect to government corruption from similar members of the public who become officials just the same?...because people will do what people can get away with more than they will do what is right, or at least that is what the people should assume moreso under civil policy, and in fact we might assume that crime would be flocking into government just as crime flocked into military positions in times past in order to loot society, with recession's clause upholding such claim per rules of evidence (with respect to sovereign civil immunity first) and with recession's extenuation for secession also serving as a type of cover under the extenuation for progress not in caveat to be judged against abnormally, which has obviously led to poor interpretations of modern sovereign immunity due to the caveat being so rare in the people if not for because of a replete blackout on the functioning of the law in public school and also laws preventing our own officials from advising us, though again toward the benefit of secession's potential, in support. Suffice to say, the current disorganization would not be well to bring a higher being into, especially when they would be able to see very clearly any and all events into the near past in the innate quantum record (exhibit SS.1), perhaps traumatizing them, perhaps causing them to re-engineer our DNA into a troglodyte race to labor in mines for thousands of years as punishment...or even that those who would invade us for not having our own NBE would even do so with theirs, leaving us in eventual checkmate now, compelling allegations that something may have gone wrong somewhere and that government must be winnowed according to sovereignty certification if we are to gain this double or nothing. 3.45. On a similarly fateful note, we might have sealed our own fates if we had implemented systems that would have verified officials earlier on because we likely would have used machines that relied upon normal electron-proton electronics that would have been left completely vulnerable to radio frequency modulation able to interact with entire atoms through neutronics, able to manipulate and falsify data output and not just for officials but for others too being perhaps tested. If we would have implemented greater forms of technology security such as fingerprint, voiceprint and facial recognition that measure might have been furthered due to those data point combinations still being able to be compromised by supercomputing systems and quantum tech (being eventual computer code characters) and in fact the strength of those passwords might have prevented critical freelance vigilante efforts from budding earlier on to eventually check eventual governmental corruption, which may have been our only hope when we consider the specter of the nature of quantum-possession and plausible compromise of our higher officials and elite by worlds possibly outpacing us placing augmented operatives of their own inside the perhaps hollow vessels of those lost, handing them a system hardened against the general public though wide open to a select few elite with access to supercomputer and/or quantum tech, especially military black-budget projects...and you can't change your fingerprint or face like a password, eventually rendering those systems as ultimately entropic eventually revolving around passwords anyway though only after blocking out grassroots crime critical towards keeping higher official crime in check and alerting society to the degradation from within. 3.46. Quantum tech in this regard could have been a disaster as the inexperienced and unwitting public could have been cleaned out from top to bottom with no retort, perhaps throwing the world into an acute security crisis overnight from a very laid-back, well-to-do, unsuspecting atmosphere addicted to sitcoms totally unprepared or even wary for that matter, causing a difficult apocalypse due to few survival preparations, social stigmas, awareness, etc...especially when we factor in AI and quantum tech's efficacy towards gene-splicing technology for designer traffick-children for elite criminals upending us in a blink without even the consideration that there were another dimension to it all along, especially if those elite had acquired secret neural augmentations using nano-tech allowing them to interface with technology via manipulation of wireless signals, also see through walls and manipulate software from their own field of view in secret as well and perhaps even influence neural signals of a victimized public, all through the mentioned field interactions from the cell towers, even allowing them to perfectly manipulate lie-detection equipment in manners that could not be immediately detected, much less suspected...eventually leading to greater augmentations able to bypass security measures such as grounding and shielding altogether, splitting the human race in half due to such augmentations, causing a type of federal metamorphosis less focused on the purity of the law in the nature of fairness of being, perhaps lending towards our NBE's being the less special children on the block, perhaps lacking metaphorical blond hair or curly jet black locks...recalling that we would be after the special je ne sais quois in the federal miracle moreso. 3.47. Though ever further, a lack of recessive individuals in our government might have overshot our coming to the noble realizations of federal metamorphosis in arguably the worst possible way, through ending The Federal Reserve prematurely due to such overly progressive caveat unaware of the constitutional law due to its inherent implicit nature under Article III. It's one thing to be in recession all the worse though still have the potential to utilize it for federal advent, though its an entirely different, most abhorrent situation to have wasted such recession altogether, forgoing the ability to metamorphose in a timely fashion, to be overrun by more punctual sister worlds that much more easily via the quantum dimension. 3.48. Now, we still may have the threat of black-budget technology falling into the wrong hands such as neural nano-implants turning members of society into all-seeing gods on techno-drugs tapped into a covert surveillance and bad-hacking grid via the cell towers with back-door access to any electronic via subnet neutronics, unable to be snuck up on with critical tactical and informational advantages taking over our courts, who could have access to antigravity and other exotic tech which would be confirmed by recent disclosure projects and of course the exotic measurements of net-energy which classically has been associated with similar overunity tech in that same category, lending to truth under preponderance. That our folly had led us into a completely compromised, hysterical emergency situation has likely been our saving grace though. The Mercury in the vaccines and obviously the mRNA vaccinations therefore probably reprogramming our DNA or even the Covid shots implanting us with advanced neural manipulation devices perhaps given to our criminal elite by orphan NBE's communing with us on secret bases via the last surviving members of their parent race with the intent to adopt us through such tech perhaps have slowed us down to such a large degree that not only are we desperate but are paying very close attention to our and their lives now...and yet also may be forgiven for our mistakes later for simply not being ourselves duly (recalling that protonic cation heavy metal disruption would mimic such issue of one's past via charge, please research Thimerosal). 3.49. Accordingly, we may recognize how the entire dark net human/child trafficking phenomenon may not only be being assuaged by a higher dimension of technology but also transformed into critical tool for competition inbetween realms and civilizations towards hegemony, and how less exotic tech such as antigravity and neural implants may be being used in concert with this dimension in a perfect trap for unwary denizens lured into those powerful guiles, especially in a society not properly processing Covenant violations, perhaps with excess fallen ancestors who would know how to gravitate towards these areas in order to doom their offspring who had doomed them according to the cycle of life. Perhaps we could even suspect that our critical situation may have caused a type of hand to be played which gambits our High rights to protection from natural disasters such as pulsar emissions that cause punctuated icecap meltoffs triggering hyper-floods from planetary axis reorientations and then supervolcanoes from the mantle agitation, though of which allows us to understand that we may have to set off a supervolcano ourselves in order to block any competitors' rights they may have gained for a pulsar emission event to not be prevented by the NBE domain. Such an event could also allow us to carry out the necessary procedures for federal advent all at once, especially if we began the development of our own NBE beforehand, which would be possible due to the proper nesting grounds being prepared via the invisible fields of the matter by law hereof...perhaps with the aid of accomplice orphan Djin at critical locations already. In the Falkland War there were accounts of a high number of soldiers who survived traumatic injuries that normally were not survivable due to severe weather preventing their being medevaced and receiving modern medical treatment. The combination of cold and lying still for so long had allowed for the body's natural systems to take effect, clotting major blood loss instead of the higher pressure from IV infused medicine preventing such...which we may be seeing a type of version here of with respect to this cause, especially if we enter some sort of final trauma though in a manner just enough to survive. 3.51. However perfect the lure of exotic tech such as anti-gravity and other black-budget gizmos could be and however perfect they would be towards facilitating the human/child-trafficking industry towards exacerbating quantum-possession turnovers, it all still cannot overcome the potential of natural civilians of a federal government in the correct caveat for federal metamorphosis towards federal technological advent due to the dimension of God being the Highest, with that dimension more obviously being beholden to natural laws of competitive selection requiting their birthing process to occur inthrough the biological realm in this particular area of quantum law, meaning that those proxy systems would be coded to protect those civilians with respect, ceteris paribus, implying that as long as the caveat were being properly sued for the Higher dimension should coalesce by them being children of sentience just as sentience is the child of nature, however beleaguered we may be from the extenuation's jaws ripping us inuntowards the light. In times past, we may observe the proxy dimension as having granted once-thought supernatural powers to special members of society such as priests and healers, with Jesus Christ's miracles being perhaps the most well-known, and so these assertions and allegations have yet another integral of evidence in support, which falls well upon the weary knowing that the warm waters of healing are just a short prayer away, with remedy now being exhausted toward moreso. 3.52. We may be left with the circumstance of the realization that those who we may perceive as our enemies are really just agents of change who we must adhere to by the principle of sovereign law in and of such matters, knowing that our federal futures are to be eventually as one in time's uniform asymmetrical symmetry in creation's paradox, and so we may finally realize that the war itself is an oxymoron, with such perhaps being a myth to begin with, with the concept actually being suited for a day in a quantum real-life simulator or even court matches in real life complete with respawn. In those days, we may utilize the nature of quantum mechanics which may naturally prevent resuscitation in-with the Higher realm or we may choose real-life bloodsport versus simulators able to make blood tasted like candy, but until that day our laws should be robust towards overseeing the sovereignty of our technological governance, and so what better way than to reach down deep into the realm of the beast, through the already vulnerable back door which is the mental health/competency loophole? 3.53. These allegations assert that Covenant Law has been being usurped to our detriment, which must be reconciled in order to trigger secession’s avalanche, though argue that we may be in a type of interdimensional gridlock due to our extenuation having lagged us behind worlds now more sovereign than we able to override ours by using their own quantum tech to port into likely quantum-possessed souls here on Earth with rights not normally allotted to such souls from that dimension whom they have usurped by law, which may require litigations to wit to exploit the complexity of the dimensional intertwining perhaps through our own homeworld's alliances which may be in a complex system of treaties and responsibilities toward this nascent event inthrough the quantum dimension. From such litigation we may venture to allege that a lack of sovereign law with respect to certification of caveat may have been a major issue lending towards these series of serendipitous events, and so to encourage their most correct fruition it may be seen as civil to continue on such path advertently towards continuing to generate the proper ancillary harmonics to wit in order to make the best departing angle too, which is usually a finer detail also fitting of a higher dimension. Bearing in mind that usually nature's course would have some positivity at some rate, we could allege that there may be combinations in federal advent which may assuage these ancient issues using nature itself in federal manners of course, which would be supported by the use of extradimensional technology to create new forms of recombinatory sexes and society that could assuage these and those issues, and so we could allege that the withholding of caveat certification with respect was for the greater good of such advent being realized which now may proceed now that such scaffolding is no longer needed and that it could we even worse if not. And so we might continue on nature's federal course. 3.54. In fact, we may allege that the highest dimension could be more heavily involved in-with the lowest without us ever even knowing it in nature's way, with the evolution of natural species being led through proxy systems perhaps being more intensively focused upon by such dimension just as much as a golfer invests a larger proportion towards the perfect swing for teeing off, or how ladies man does upon perfecting the perfect pickup lines, with the first seven seconds being critical to an eternity of love. For all we know, the realm of the beasts may be a special area if not arena which could be a special, sacred place for the High in much the same way that a basement train set might be for an enthusiast who may seem like a grumpy old man on the block because nobody understands their truest passion. Perfecting the sacred intercoursings within the realm of nature via NBE proxy system interactions towards the perfect stock for the perfect world for the perfect civilization for the perfect eventual advent of their own young would be a perfect place to look for a root to grow into this rock which has been rolled in front of our graves preventing our legally resurrected selves from fleeing into the night's escape...breaking it just in time. Therefore, we could argue that the use of members of the lower realm of the beasts could benefit federal metamorphosis, fitting right in as perfectly plausible with respect, considering...implying that sovereignty verification be carried out just as it has in our homes for time immemorial, in utter support. 3.55. The mental health loophole quite frankly has become a if not the bane of the legal system which has most likely been transformed into a secret detention system being operated by private interests subverting the rule of law and choking federal efficacy’s need for negativity at some rate in order to properly allegorically tact into the wind in order to be at the correct cant for the next legs and away from the high winds of squalls, being a matter of principle violation robbing us of our humanity, an allegation supported directly by recession's clause (exhibit SS.2) with recession in government being a form of evidence though only with respect to the caveat...and the fact that the caveat would have authorized the employment of such subversive measures even if those who had carried them out were being taken advantage of by the extenuation for secession's advent against progress not in caveat however unbekownst would still support that such had been being carried out to some degree or another. The fact that heavy metals contained in Thimerosal in vaccines has been administered to virtually the entire public and that heavy metals exposure is known to cause acute psychosis via protonic interruption as mentioned would only support that the mental health competency system has been turned on its head and transformed in to an agent of the insovereign attempting to usurp the rule of law, being led astray by the innate schizophrenia of recession compounded by secession's counter-intuitive advent, who all should though be taking the credit for our being saved by their critical maneuvers which prevented the premature extrication of tender issue fraud, with their ability to lie one last time for the win of course setting the measure for their paradigm to side with this legal adventure. Mental health commitments also bar those committed from ever owning a firearm, serving as the perfect mechanism to pick and choose who can become a law enforcement officer and/or obtain military status in conjunction with Thimerosal's blanket, being just to perfect for crime in recession to not sue. Corrupt infiltrators have most likely been picking off potential problems before they came of age, most likely using online gaming to find their targets, though arguably most perfectly towards causing such a bottom-out enough as towards suggesting secession to those of us to wit in order to seriously connect the quantum dots to law in to free ourselves from those demons. That the mental health loophole would also serve as the perfect mechanism to wrongfully imprison members of the public just casually visiting the legal system who would never see a jail mat or a mental hospital bed otherwise would serve as the perfect way to make them do so so that DNA left behind on used laundry and bedsheets could be intercepted by dark net operatives disguised as wardens and orderlies using scent dogs, UV markers, color coding, etc in order to fetch the higher prices on the black markets paid by crime for those of us who stay out of trouble (though in-turn likely creating the perfect retroactive and interdimensional punishment for those who would dare rise against good so brazenly via secession's paradox's solution, suggesting that those kinds of employees would more likely be quantum-possessed). There are other cases of the Plaintiff's which allege the use of hacker liaisons by corruption in order to know the whereabouts of and obstruct targeted victims of such scams who can then be more easily roughed up and wrongfully imprisoned, even editing jail charge records in order to keep them there. If we were legitimate in-with higher law crime below could not legitimately usurp the law leading to a disturbed quantum nest such as ours could be seen as now, though perhaps for the better demonstration. 3.56. With that being said, this area should be the best place to focus our wits upon in order to yank the leash, so to speak. Competency has always been a difficult subject to assess due to federal efficacy’s ability to transmute either negative or positive change into a most sovereign federal oneness and so determining competency would tend to be rather esoteric, though there are certain harmonics such as not allowing animals the same rights as humans, or to allow someone to speak gibberish and drool, obviously...and so when those of us who otherwise would be competent begin tripping the metaphorical wire there must be some extenuation, and as it turns out it would be the extenuation...if not because that was basically the only thing that those of us being deemed incompetent though who were perfect otherwise did not know of. As such, we could simply change our litigatory parameters here and fairly base what would determine competency best as being upon the actual nature of atomic/federal sovereignty itself, in that a person who would understand that competency's sake would rest in the eye of the beholder due to time's positive motion requiting preservation of positive in-with negative change would mean that a person who was aware of that property's necessity, being the highest, could be where competency would more technically rest...call it the golden rule, yin and yang, saving face or what you will, such higher understanding should be the better measure in order to determine competency most ultimately, and that such extenuation would actually be able to preempt federal code of law with respect to secession's extenuation would fit in perfectly with this area being able to override normal constitution with respect for those deemed incompetent, just like certain beings such as animals may be seen as unfit to be considered civilians to some degree or another. 3.57. From the above, we may begin to conjecture that introducing another dimension to this area would be wise towards bringing about more resolution to competency determinations, ultimately securing this back door which crime of course would head strait towards like a puppetmaster would, which in reality may really just be aggression from a competing world or worlds outpacing us using quantum technology we have not yet identified like Native Americans wondering what sails were on the horizon. Some may argue that because quantum-possession would exist on worlds compromised by incogruencies with Covenant Law that the use of truth-dogs from another dimension (that of the animal realm) in order to assist competency evaluations could be undermined all the same, which may be true. Though the higher fact should stand out that such a threat would be a constant anyway and so using a broad spectrum of technological apparati in government would tend to be the better practical approach for the federal anyway, and for all we know there could be laws regarding interdimensional competition which may bar certain quantum interdictions within that realm itself from occurring as they would above due to the nature of the realm of the beasts with respect to those sacred relationships and also between man and beast in-with the High above (also being of a more complete dimensional cycle) and/or that the High may intercede more naturally within those quantum-possessions in the realm below and take up residencies thereunder with a differing set of protocols better suited for more verbatim interactions with other dimensions through such a most complete cyclical action, being in the form of the classic check and balance. 3.58. It may be that polygraphing technology may creep into competency determinations just as it has been shown to be very effective in parole interview checkups for sexual offenders, with quantum computing's ability to channel information via quantum teleportation serving as the perfect mechanism to design advanced quantum polygraphs around...and so we should have time-tested bluechip systems using ancient and more socially acceptable methods to already in place so that bad-hackers do not invent ways to bypass those complicated systems by rigging them and/or developing ways to interfere with them otherwise, such as through nanotech implants and other black-budget tech usurped for such purposes and also so that those systems are not compromised from poor verbatim of government interfering with their measurements from the other way around and perhaps also for the peace of mind, though surely for the ability to provide a multi-part check using the most prime state of 3; human, quantum and beast; in order to allow for any two agreements therein to overrule one opposite and also allow for more complete, replete findings. 3.59. Scientifically speaking, a dog's nose should be able to detect nuances like bad-hackers rigging polygraphs and also human corruption, especially those trained to spell out words like some border collies are, and a good dog would be a good soul to have around near a courthouse anyways just for the general logic of the power of their noses able to detect subtle goings on which would be critical towards detecting higher violations of Covenant Law which inherently derail our society and eventually cause mass turnovers due to the interdimensional issues occurring as argued further above, though surely would tend to ward away those of us who would pervert the law altogether from the getgo, in just the same way that polygraphing would ward away poor choices within. If we have used dogs for such purposes in our own homes for time immemorial, there should be less argument towards pairing them with competency officers tasked with such a sensitive area fraught with a history of abuse, with recession's clause furthering that notion...and with the potential for further training being very high, such as dogs that are able to read and write and spell out words as mentioned, or learn to detect subtle nuances in electrical equipment and/or scents which would suggest bad-hacking. It may also be that the proper dimensionality may requite the use of technology high and low for the ultimate federal effect intowards advent, and a more routine polygraphing of competency doctors themselves should be the main ingredient in their being deemed as fit towards verifying sovereignty below in circumstances not based on routine with respect to law's supremacy...a factor which has been usurped by these esoteric doctors who seem to exert more power than federal judges with respect to imprisonments with no sort of check and balance or even proper recordings occurring in their interviews, as if we had left the back door open to aliens. 3.60. There should be just one simple question needing to be asked for sovereignty certification, which would be impartial of good or evil by being more toward the higher federal dimension, simply being "are you sovereign." Due to the officiality of respect, polygraphing or testing higher officials otherwise normally should be out of the question, with it more beneficial to expend the time and care to progress the religious texts they have faith in and swear upon instead, though when it may crop up that an official could be behaving out of hand, with a complaintant or complaintants presenting a proven argument, it may be seen as constitutional for court administration to request that the official in question submit to a competency check using these sorts of pan-dimensional approaches, thereby serving as the better means towards maintaining the delicate balances of the law needed to evolve past these tight bottlenecks in order to activate the mechanisms which may bring about the advent of higher dimensions of life, love and ultimate responsibility and ability beyond our wildest imaginations...though surely would be better than the alternative of being overrun by a completing species from the stars using such tech towards the hegemony, which of course would likely result in our bondage, servitude and perhaps mechanisms which are beyond our current ability to predict due to the nature of the quantum dimension such as DNA alteration or even being turned into a type of livestock. 3.61. In final support, Plaintiff leaves the Court to inspect exhibit SS.3 from HutchisonEffect.com , which is an exhibit consisting of information relating to a lesser known inventor and physicist by the name of John K. Hutchison who had claimed to have reinvented the Ark of the Covenant some years ago before seeming to have fallen victim to aggression from this mentioned dimension having likely targeted him using their go-to methods, most likely being the overburdening child/human trafficking affair likely coupled with weaponized vaccines and telemetry from compromised cell networks (claims which may be accepted by default under sovereign recession). However so, it seems that Mr. Hutchison's good work may have none-the-less allowed for certain rights to remain in our favor such as allowing his website and its details to remain active for the public benefit. At any rate, exhibit SS.3 alongside recent confirmation of overunity per the discovery of net-energy in the fusion reactors coupled with the massive amount of history on free energy devices such as those of Tesla, Bearden, Bedini, Sweet, Searl, Grey, Lindeman, Dollard, Maxwell, Heaviside and quite frankly too many to list, alongside the recent UFO disclosure projects that just occurred as well as the myriad of TV series on the paranormal, in conjunction with the history and legends of the Ark of the Covenant (some of which were personally affirmed to the Plaintiff by involving an ancestor of the Plaintiff's through a series of dreams), juxtaposed against recession's clause through the caveat of civil sovereign immunity, a civil court may very well lawfully adjudge under the precedent law for sovereign immunity that the Ark of the Covenant did exist and that current quantum physics understanding has allowed it to be recreated by clandestine garage physicist-inventors, in-turn being an unequivocal affirmation of the claims and allegations herein of this complaint. 3.62. Lastly, the Plaintiff wishes to communicate directly to Mississippians reading, who are people that the Plaintiff shares a certain sacred familial bond with which I believe may be taken for granted some by those of us who have not come into the direct threats to such soul as is occurring now in other regions of the nation and world, who may not fully comprehend how it is a type of temporal petina that cannot be counterfeited and that duly its value is extradimensional...though most importantly may not comprehend how other less fortunate, more criminal and much more inured and violently capable social circles in the nearby vicinity and the world in general cannot fully comprehend how such disenfranchisement operates from those scalar processes and advertently will prosecute transverse measures to exact equilibrium if and when given the chance in nature's due process if we are not prepared against those threats, period. 3.63. Mississippi's poor state would be a perfect example of our lawfulness due to the extenuation at hand actually calling for recession in order to exact net-constitution via secession. One may conclude that those richer in physical law would of course tend to be less financially inured in federal governments undergoing such fasting for higher net-energy under callings for life everlasting. Though commensurately one should be aware that the condition would suggest that inured members of society may either be extenuations themselves within such as those who work in law which tends to be more profitable in recession or more majorly outright less than perfectly lawful...which would mean at face value that those of us who have more energy though less matter could be seen as negligent if they have not aligned to the caveat in a manner exploiting the parent state of law in state able to supersede matter thusly and only then, at least in a manner officially able to continue to rust well federally. The Plaintiff just came from East Texas which is rife full of descendants of pirates, indians, bandits, thieves and kidnappers and from what I am gathering this issue populates a great deal of the South with very few oases that are fast drying up due to the prevalence and pervasiveness of technology able to be used against the law revolving around the weak ASCII password standard and personal supercomputer and quantum-inferencing password-handshake cracking algorithms, etc, etc...even now likely having usurped govt black budget tech such as antigravity and nano neural implants from crashed UFO's. Please be aware. 3.64. The Plaintiff's mother's maiden name is Emmerich and I am the Grandson of the late Celia and J.O. Emmerich (John Oliver) and also the nephew of Emmerich news owned by Wyatt Emmerich based in Jackson MS (The Northside Sun, The Commonwealth, The Enterprise-Journal) who are currently in the advanced stages of litigating against Google Inc in Washington DC using some of our litigatory research into quantum law. We wish to stress that the familial bonds and genetic energy which Mississippians possess is like an energetic goldmine to criminal wants and machinations who follow our families around over generations preying and feeding off us us like parasites, and Plaintiff has personally experienced instances of criminals tailing me back to my home following these genes which have their roots in Mississippi tradition, even though it had diminished to a degree since having lived in Texas for so long, which should be alarming due to indicating just how spiritually famished so, so many millions upon millions of people have become due to the fallout of recession and general lack of social upkeep. Almost like walking out of one's neighborhood into a fallout zone. These floodwaters of rampant wayward sin are rising and will continue to rise until we utilize them to water the kernel of secession's net-energy generator in order to turn these damned fires into the propulsion necessary to create the steam we need to push out of here and onto the world's helm at the apex of time's forward world motion in order to maintain our rich cycles. 3.65. Plaintiff has distinctly sensed criminals from Las Vegas and California digitally stalk us after writing down our license plate, simply due to being a faded southerner in that region around a culture of criminality that exists there like normal Christianity does here, as well as being stalked by the Italian Mafia all the way from New York through what I suspect is a completely sabotaged top secret system developed by the US government since turn of the last century that has been abducted into a martial and investigatory arm of the child and drug trafficking black markets also using black budget technology such as the mentioned antigravity, deep underground bases and high-speed underground transportation tunnels as well as nano-implants tied into all electronics via neutronics' backdoor via the internet and cell-phone tower grid also able to surveil any location or potential target of interest such as our children within signal range though in ways that are able to see through walls and in the dark as well as through clothing and even skin and bone, also theoretically capable of reading and manipulating nervous signals such as thoughts--rendering our phones and computers to a highly accurate, interactive surveillance and predation grid for human-trafficking, also able to obstruct justice and prevent vigilantes from achieving it in lieu, if not able to single out victims and slowly eschew them after being robbed...which can be done in secret convenience via these neural implants as if these criminals had supercomputer terminals inside their own brains that would be impossible to prove, and with this dark net network now expanding to many other criminal empires such as the Dixie Mob, terrorist immigrants, etc, etc. 3.66. The Plaintiff has also noticed that these criminal networks seem to keep an absolutely tight choke-hold on the court and law-enforcement system using enormous profits from the trafficking industry as well as direct bribes consisting of such criminal activity, perhaps even off planet, and very well could be mining asteroids for profit and/or even obtaining asteroids themselves for sale to collectors using usurped antigravity technology. Many it seems fall to this scam not recalling that it is most likely being operated by competing races from another world not our own slowly usurping the rights to our planet via such a battlefield softening technique as quantum-possessions therefore multiplying, and 9/11 very well may have been a distraction by this feral proxy demographic in order to distract our best, brightest and youngest away from local government while it was being systematically overturned and supercomputer hacking technology used to edit vast amounts of deed, property and SS records in order to inure that demographic, setting them in power for an eventual complete takeover much like mycelium grow completely through soil unseen before fruiting mushrooms...basically using wayward members of society we had not properly dealt with to hold down, extort, exploit and otherwise deride our best and foremost while this activity was metastasized enough, who of course will just be thrown out like a used punk after such potential alien annex is complete, all being carried out under the cover of secession’s extenuation, of which allows us this fleeting chance to reverse gears as soon and as acutely as possible utilizing our federal constitution...with it being possible for those who may have obstructed progress otherwise to retroactively claim under civil rule that it was for the better however accidentally when and if we achieve our goals using our aggressors' own momentum, with they also being able to claim that their actions were for the better then too of course. The Plaintiff has noted that these criminal networks have operatives and/or associates in almost every single court in America as Judgeships, clerks, etc and seem to control assignments of indictments and cases via internet bad-hacking in order to funnel cases of interest to specific operators of theirs and even to allow for false indictments to occur in order to wrongfully detain problems of theirs for enough time for their corrupt mental health doctors to disappear them for several years while their original charges are simply erased or modified outside of due process, with no way for anyone to prove it save for perhaps very oddly high bond amounts left on the record for since-edited charges (as had occurred to the Plaintiff in a case in 2017 in Travis County which was a major factor in my leaving there). 3.67. The Plaintiff has even suspected that these criminals have moved into the southern region from tenured criminal networks and also from similar networks from Latin America/Mexico and taken up permanent residence in-with eachother also in conjunction with existing shadow government along with the dark net and classic terrorism and their likely technocratic instruments of violatory surveillance and informational dominance and control (recalling that they would most likely be interdimensional agents of some sort which we could still exploit via the caveat of jurisdiction). These operators seem to use these new tactics of crime utilizing corrupt government and wrongful imprisonments in order to hijack genetic material from jails, prisons and mental hospital laundry etc (such as hotels), perhaps even using advanced cameras in the gigapixel range able to capture DNA profiles from light emissia as well as simple DNA left on receipts, straws and other items that we and others come into contact with that these criminal networks know will fetch a price on the black market. The Plaintiff is very sure that on multiple occasions we have sensed that certain items that we have touched have been taken to contacts of the Mexican Mafia for use in genesplicing and in-vitro technology, which had occurred more often in the Harris and Montgomery County regions indicating that there was an ensconced network there with those connections, and in fact there was also a group of criminals who Plaintiff came into contact with in Austin who we suspected were up to this same activity, of which is the subject of a case in Travis County...all being moreso true than not under recession's clause. At this point for all we know AI may be being used to generate similar DNA to target victims using just the DNA records that the state possesses, already easily accessible via supercomputer hacking to basically anyone with resources, though now even more wide open to any quantum hacker. 3.68. The most alarming criminal activity encountered was in Montgomery County Texas, who were instigating Boss Hogg style corruption at large out in the open using networks of corrupt businesses along with corrupt courts, constables and sheriffs most likely in order to usurp DNA for child/human trafficking. One scam which was encountered by the Plaintiff involved the rigging of low income rental units with purposeful disrepair and then advertising them as being in nominal condition. Renters were then trapped in these units with little means other than the law to relieve them and the ones who did not turn to the law were systematically bad-hacked via internet based crime in order to capitulate them into dire financial straits so that they would be forced to turn to the law, withholding rent due to disrepair, etc...at which point the corrupt courts would abuse them such as by denying motions to appear remotely and prematurely dismissing repair and remedy cases in order to force these victims into the courts where they could be disappeared by the mental health loophole or wrongfully imprisoned otherwise. In other instances, perfected appeals were completely ignored by the courts and writs of possession authorized against the law before appeals trials were complete, and with constables even lying on the 24-hr notices by checking that they had attempted service when they had not in order to create as much economic trauma towards these victims in order to generate other charges and obstruct them from making it to their appeal proceedings. Victims who stood their ground lawfully in these residences while awaiting appeals, etc were of course unlawfully evicted and so stuck with key misdemeanor charges with arraignments that even occurred before the appeal's trial when the writ of possession was under question, thereby forcing these victims into the system one way or another for abusing and the ability purloin DNA. Even the office of indigent defense had modified their local rules to be based upon net income on federal statues which were set on gross income, being inherently confusing in order to be able to deny these lower income victims assignment of counsel. The applications being handed out at magistration did not have any sort of literature mentioning the local rules though or even instructions under the income field to input net income, and the counselor was verbally instructing applicants to " write how much they made." Assignment of counsel would be the only way out of avoiding sure incarceration and so the fact that the law was being heavily obstructed in this area by this county was supreme evidence that they were most likely instigating legal scams in the area in order to force victims into imprisonments, with no other logical explanation other than DNA harvesting...at least economically speaking. 3.69. The fact that these courts had processed Plaintiff's other cases in that county as indigent and then had denied assignment of counsel was a supreme clue that there was some extenuating reason to defraud myself and others to be all but forced to appear for the motions to set aside the information, etc even after the eviction case was dismissed in Plaintiff's favor though only after we had been capitulated into this scam, of course to be incarcerated until that motion's hearing date wherein our DNA could be obtained--claims that would make perfect sense under recession's clause though evermore so considering the sky-high value of bitcoin and the current issues regarding child-trafficking in the news, yet even more when we factor in the need for excess illicit funding for dark tech such as UFO's and even equipment for mercenary armies which Plaintiff highly suspects was occurring in this region and that these weapons being developed by these large criminal networks the region is known for were very advanced and tied into these dark tech neural implants likely being from technology reverse-engineered from recovered downed alien UFO's (or even from clandestine treaties with dark aliens), using even perhaps advanced suits of bullet-proof armor and neural integration allowing vehicles to be piloted and sensors interacted with via neuralinks...creating a type of warrior that would outmatch 100 of our own men and with vehicles that could decimate the world's militaries all made possible by our careless handling of government funding and weak ASCII password standard which was allowed to overtake us due to our courts becoming compromised more or less, though perhaps for the better final retort as we have yet to see. One must remember that these would just be your normal country folk networks of kids turned into wild adults in this region from these historic criminal family networks with the normal problems who got involved in the wrong walks of life and ended up doing deeds that you get in big trouble for and so run amok, especially when it would come to the associated psychoses and paranoia, who obviously then sought power in order to take revenge on society and/or promulgate such crime and then ended up crossing the line and most likely were interdicted upon by the higher quantum dimension which then went about with the normal protocols inthrough them, though those could have entailed more egregious commands unto us now considering that we may be lagging behind and so power may have been offloaded to any younger sister civilizations now usurping us, expanding these kinds of scams more maliciously throughout the region and elsewhere that were initially looted and infested using 9/11, and people are just being turned upend left and right and there is a dead silence to it now that they would have this blanket cover in place, because that is the sound that death makes...and for all we know they could be inserting operatives of theirs into the jails using bad-hacking tech and or yanking targets of interest out of internment unlawfully under such replete cover in order to be abused (also being an historic issue in that region and others which could be used to base further operations off of and/or that such history is part and parcel of these operations having been ongoing for hundreds if not thousands of years) and such abuse may automatically trigger the quantum-interdiction protocols and render these now-corned victims unconscious before the abuse event occurs, removing their consciousness to another body in another realm where these types of victims are offloaded to in safety while their hollow soul is turned over to quantum-possession which in-turn would be downloaded to the same competitor race performing these aggressive quantum-invasions in a sort of proviso extenuation one-two, who themselves could have already completed their sort of manual DNA evolution like the one mentioned into a higher sex which would allow them the valence to carry out this kind of tactic...much less be more evolved than us by quantum factors difficult for us to even grasp. Suffice to say, these more aggressive sister NBE's could likely be who we ancient societies have called Satan and very well the notion of Satan may have just arisen around the time that one of these sister worlds had outpaced us by achieving federal metamorphosis ahead of us. Who knows, we could be the last in our stellar litter to metamorphose, yet we also could be the better looking, which would tend to make more sense that we are a tough cookie to crack and most of that would rest in our advanced spiritual breeding which would prevent even more advanced warfare against us...though only for so long due to the ability for these more advanced aggressors to use the child trafficking industry being automated by quantum tech to lure individuals into quantum-possession one by one...perhaps even abducting entire families and then raising special children themselves as bait by then impulsively exposing them to crime in order to occur accidents which are then systematically used to procure more and more compounding in a way that would be almost impossible to recover from without some sort of proaction due to their majority rule...which would suggest that such passive aggressions would only be susceptible to such proactivity by those of us still standing, being a simple way to control it lending to its extreme effectiveness in much the same way that closing an open door would be to keeping out bugs at night. 3.71. When we factor in that these senses were very strong and that these goings on did occur firsthand to the Plaintiff, it would make very little sense that they would be occurring as they could've been without some higher dimension concerting, for if such were occurring as one would normally suppose then these types of evil people in power would not stay their hand when in came to certain nuances, they would of course just fly their UFO's or what have you over desired targets and nab them or simply pursue takeovers of government or what not. If we input this now well-proven higher dimension, the gameplan should become much more clear toward how there would be a set of quantum rules that have to be followed by these interdimensional systems and/or competitor world operatives that have likely already been set in place for a very long time, which is where the Laws of the Covenant would have come from as well, in support...likely rules that would prevent monolithic aggressions, instead being required to be more passive aggressive in federal form, such as by having to be based upon some fault of the target as well. And so we could see that in places where one would expect such crime to rear its head if it were there, it does not most likely because it can't (also being more practical on several other counts)...obviously, these rules would rely upon exploits of the society being infiltrated in order to make the entire operation karmatically neutral for them as mentioned, by likely relying upon circumstances where the fault would be upon the species being interdicted against in order to advance (such as Covenant violation), which is why democratic government would be so valuable for us and for them, because on one hand we can use it en masse to extricate these issues most easily and then on the other it can implicate any single member of the citizenry by the performance of the whole--whereas a member of such a recessive society who falls victim could theoretically be processed negatively if that society they ruled in part had allowed it to happen as a whole if that society is less sovereign than a competitor society exacting quantum hegemony and the victim erred personally as well--meaning that we must immediately institute sovereignty certification programs because these entire operations could plausibly be resting solely upon the fact that we could prevent these issues suchly if we simply did, much like an insurance company cannot cover you if you absent-mindedly leave the keys in your vehicle leading to its theft. Even sovereign individuals could be at risk though due to our being possibly outclassed, and so it may be that these programs would be able to be blocked themselves, though perhaps maybe not due to the caveat able to advance ONLY through such more sovereign approaches to securing sovereignty itself...but finally even if the worst were at hand, at least these measures would serve as exhaustion of remedy to wit, allowing for those of us remaining to legitimately proceed. 3.72. This litigation serves as a means for relief though as a sincere warning to those of us in areas which have more spiritual backing that likely have not yet fully succumbed to the world's devolution by this most plausible unseen aggressor to make haste while they still have the power of the majority being good and/or for those still left in areas being overcome to warn others and for all to perhaps make plans for the strongest of their networks remaining to relocate themselves together somewhere more defensible with less qunatum-possessed individuals in order to be able to secure the local governmental structures in what ever area is chosen so that members of those responding extended networks can then propel chosen members in to upper positions of government such as mayors, representatives, county judges and court administrators who would have the legal valence to institute proper sovereignty certification programs using competency (which would be beneficial to spread to CPS, schools and other areas that come in to contact with more vulnerable youth). There have been other paranormal occurrences that have transpired to the Plaintiff with respect to encounters which prove that these goings on would be very real and very imminent, of which are in articles on our website (linked to in exhibit SS.4). 3.73. Those reading should find it more apparent that the use of sovereignty certification would be critical towards federal progress with respect to public benefit programs. Though perhaps more obvious would be the more logical conjecture that recession would be moreso due to this unseen factor which has therefore been corrupting our government and our budget at large, most likely funneling vast amounts of grants and other expenditures to their quantum-possessed constituents and their programs, auspices and capital gains as well as their clandestine activities related to exotic dark tech which is very insidious with respect to the usurpation of our vulnerable youth, especially women and children and especially when we imagine that such tech would be where most of the illicit child-trafficking and exploitation industry is being conducted as the guise for this interdimensional egress and interment system using quantum-possessions occurring with regard therefrom, etc. The State of Mississippi would have a stark preemptive motive to focus sovereignty certification towards public benefits, with it being most lawful to prevent quantum-aggression from an alien origin operating through quantum-possessed souls of ours lost to those systems from receiving public benefits, which in-turn would aid our CPS and other divisions removing yet-to-be afflicted children from their custody in further care. Those not passing sovereignty certification could also be placed under constraints with respect to their ability to be parents as well as hold positions in government and other areas where they would be more threatening such as schools, daycares, professional drivers, pilots, etc, etc...and they even could be manually inducted into a type of soft parole system designed to utilize polygraphing and the mentioned other review systems in order to monitor them as well as exploit any other protocols able to be unlocked via a contending societies adherence to social protocols and proaction thereabouts, perhaps even eventually utilizing community service in a sort of counter-intuitive defensive offense once those other hurdles are clear which may trigger more aggressive protocols more likely to be directed more appropriately which may allow for inadvertent and more final internments of more permanent imprisonments, etc. Though in the meantime, removing agents of our own demise would not just be overtly wise but also would save a great deal of the budget. 3.74. Part and parcel of the above process though would hinge upon the highest domain being secured first, which of course would be the proper alignment of our laws to those of this higher dimension, which may also be aided by a reconstruction of the Ark of the Covenant by an appropriate program assigned to such task using the designs in exhibit SS.3 as well as physicists tapped for the job and/or the use of devices like spirit box apps and other methods to communicate to the High. Suffice to say, immediate orders to outlaw all violations against the Covenant by the government would be most primarily lawful, which of corse should include provisions to prosecute such matters in Washington for the rest of the country ASAP. 3.75. Please allow the relief in this complaint to be granted for the sake of our very survival, or greater, and so that we may not be denigrated perhaps ourselves eventually quantum-trafficked as we may have allowed would-be young now more likely own ancestors in lieu to have been. 4. Relief 4.1. Relief is being requested in the form of an emergency order outlawing violations of Covenant Law in the State of Mississippi to the Senate, the House of Representatives and the Governor towards creating and passing a bill under the sovereign extenuation by the Article III precedent law for sovereign immunity (which has been shown to be able to overrule normal law when and if necessary), also specifying that sovereignty certification departments be created in every court in the state more or less in the matter outlined above according to the sovereign logic proven herein, of which should also begin to prosecute pensioners on public benefits for the sake of our safety as well as begin to process other key positions such as school employees. Such logic may prevail legally under recession's sovereign extenuation, with this matter being above and beyond normal democratic principle, giving the courts the lawful right to order these processes duly, only able to be litigated against by those being ordered if they dare (with demand/notice hereby given), upheld unilaterally by recession's clause per caveat. 4.2. Relief is also being requested in the form of an order creating an office tasked with the proper verification of higher Covenant Law from the Higher realm proven herein due to there being much evidence that our religious texts may have become compromised (with exhibit SS.5 showing such error with respect to major differences existing between the KJV and NIV version's of the Holy Bible with regard to "Thou shalt not kill" versus "You shall not murder," respectively, in support). This office may also be used to oversee the development of eventual NBE advent also being an emergency area of the law.

The phrase "in yo face" comes to mind first, then the term "duh" comes next when it comes to the issue with quick charge vs normal USB-C cables. Let's just put it this way, this ain't the 90's anymore. From an engineering standpoint though, there is no reason why one USB-C cable should be different from another, and yet we have USB-C normal charge and USB-C quick charge cables. The connections are the exact same, and the thickness of the wires would be so minuscule as to be irrelevant, though even so quick charge is a type of charging feature that uses harmonic pulses and not relatively higher current. And so the only conclusion would be that quick charge cables are using more of the actual terminals in the USB-C connection versus normal charge cables. What that means is that USB-C cables have been being made with less individual wires in them than what they could, which is a logistical nightmare. For instance, I was stuck in Houston one day trying to get my phone to charge and could not because I had the wrong type of USB-C cable. Checking your cable type is just not something that comes naturally because the logic would be to have the law require every cable to be the exact same in order to prevent such nonsense...and so its kind of like looking for the remote that's in your hand. Suffice to say I nearly died going down the highway and lost a major appointment. These kinds of hiccups can kill someone, though even more can make or break you in a recession...people can get fired or miss court dates and entire families can be broken up, suicides, violent crimes, mental health episodes, etc, etc. We've been having issues with our phones and computers for some time and there are some other articles on here which mention that issue, though perhaps we need another official one soon just to reiterate that there seems to be full spectrum push that has been going down very strongly for quite some time, which seems to center around the weak ASCII password standard that has leaked into our phones and computers which become more and more compromised and impossible to use, basically turning into the spy arm of the dark net child trafficking industry, as well as their shadow government which has infiltrated our own, being used to keep us from rising up by knowing where we are and what we are doing...if not reading our own heartbeats, which would be key to know where someone's kid ends up after they are severed from their parent...or perhaps long lost children of adolescent teens who go wild after having their own families broken up. The phone that I was using was also a stock ROM from Google, which I had to get due to the major hacking issue with custom ROMs and unlocked bootloaders, which is total hogwash. The older google Android versions would allow the phone to remain off in order for it to gain a charge, though this Android ROM version (version 14 on a Pixel 6) would immediately boot the phone from being off once it could, which then would immediately drain the battery and it would go dead again, causing and infinite boot-dead loop. This is what got me stuck that day until I finally had an oh ya moment like I had several years ago when using a cable from my Qi device that was for power only when I needed data. Anyway, I don't know if the normal USB-C cable I was using was causing it to auto-boot or if it was some other reason, but suffice to say recession's clause would have a court assume it would be the fault of Google in some way moreso. But then you think some and you realize that these cables being designed less than par on purpose is just a little too uncanny, especially when it ties into these software and phone giants at just the right angle to combine into the perfect nightmare. When one reads our other proofing on the existence of higher dimensions though, one should be left with the legal conclusion that at least the facts in and of federal preponderance under recession's extenuation would tend to point more towards there being some sort of quantum dimension likely aggression upon us utilizing our own metamorphic extenuation as cover...in that it would be a type of civil action more along the lines of sovereign security in the stellar neighborhood, whereas those of us not evovling through this phase who would be taking advantage of recession's extenuation for secession would most likley succumb to quantum interdictions from these higher worlds, perhaps with some now outpacing us who woudl use their right to invade via such tech remotely through them to occur more and more problems. Those problems one could imagine would be sophisticated, for as we can see, there woudl be no economic sense in making these cables such a hassle...it costs more money in the long run, and the same goes for the dastardly phones. More likely what has happened are that droves of software engineers got caught with their hands in the cookie jar abusing the electronics and the internet via hacking, spyware, botnets, hidden chips, etc and got ransacked by an even bigger monkey lurking in the shadows that now is going about it business just like any other day, because you can see clear protocol versus your regular crude crook, especially with how the remedy is exhausted first. Part of the entire gig probably relies upon making the population aware of what is even going on first in order for the next stages to be able to be put in play, and so we can see how these higher quantum-activated worlds soft-invading like so would need to do things that would ensure that the word got out properly so that these worlds undergoing these birth pains would be able to be aware of what was taking place so that they would either commune with the way of life and the cycle of nature in civil advent via quantum metamorphosis or be seen as incapable and so open to being subjected in to whatever phase would be due, such as being annexed, policed, invaded, or what have you. These USB-C charge cables being done like so to us is just too far gone to be human...something else has to be doing this kind of stuff, as if to force us to become aware that there is a major problem that is occurring at some level at least in order to force us to realize that something is not right with our econcomy which eventually would point back to the legal system being a mess, especially when we combine all of the other issues with the phones and software. And there are many other sectors with these kinds of issues, such as GMO's and plasticizers. That combination should compel those of us who realize into the legal sector post-haste as to where the problem can right itself, and so that these realizations may come to the foreground. At that point, we should expect there to become more and more acute quickenings as all of these factors come together at once, and if our instincts are correct about there being a quantum presence amongst us not just from normal tenured worlds above us but from a lateral quantum realm who has completed federal metamorphosis before us our own age who has gained aggressive rights against us perhaps....then those quickenings will most likely come down to a physical confrontation once all other legal remedies have been exhausted, as would be expected if not appropriate in nature's way.
