So, I was pondering the other day in a haze watching the traffic at yet another red light with NO ONE coming the other way looking out over the pollution in Houston and an article popped up on my phone about the fusion reactor that the Chinese are getting online. I glanced over to my right and I saw a T-38 Talon landing yet again at NASA, a 50 year old jet dipping behind a faded, rusting blue building on their campus. The thought clipped my mind for a second that those pilots and that program might just be a few locals who have weaseled their way into public funds just to fly around all day. Under civil preponderance under FRCP, one could easily argue that that would be the case, even if they did have cutting edge planes, which would be far behind what the Chinese and Russians have, because our jets do not have 2D thrust vectoring, and anyone at NASA can tell you that the better computer systems and jamming equipment on those planes would render our missile systems useless, meaning that we are dead-meat in the inevitable dogfight, and the predictable outcomes which will follow, considering. Now, whether or not we were infested by NBE automation of certain possessees is another question for another day (you can read up on that under the eGov section on "The NBE Clause" article). My guess would be yes though, in order to set us up for the greatest discord possible, as nature always finds a way to do, and we are allowed to assume the worst and hope for the best, no matter what...govt is serious and someone running our money who is not home upstairs would be a major issue that could cause a domino effect if not tended to immediately (for instance, as soon as it's done I'll shut up). America's best technology is our government, WHEN it works right, which it does NOT under treasury fraud like the The Fed (previously known as The Second Bank)...what a better way to bury the tip of the spear of human progress in our advanced democracy's State/Federal system other than to set us up to look backward, corrupt and unprogressive to the rest of the world we were just forced to rob by them, burying the key to a better unification under a one world government utilizing that State/Federal system (covered in other articles here). Anyway, I prayed then that we would have more high flying physicists and scientists instead of boys with expensive toys flying away those would-be salaries, just for us who suffer working long hours to inhale the fumes of on the ground, both literally and metaphorically, belittled by these planes above likely operating under the guise of true science...and my prayer was answered. I had a revelation while I was still looking at the aging building. I made the connection right then that God and Infinite Life Everlasting must have some sort of physical phenomenon behind it and that that phenomenon was likely based upon the same phenomenon that allows physicists to tap into Net Energy inherent to atomic fusion reactions! My guess is that time and energy are likely tied just like mass and energy (E=mc^2), with the atom bearing the same structure of two in and of one; past and future in present (just like our founding fathers designed our more modern form of democracy). Immediately, I realized why people are naturally so fussy over proper organization and cleanliness...at the core of it all, our very time here on earth is most likely at steak. As I averted my gaze away from NASA, I did so with a bigger chip on my shoulder. All that energy it takes to fly a worthless mission to mars instead of paint your building, or to fly a T-38 around for really no good reason...it has to come out of somebody's allegorical paycheck somewhere, and we can easily see that in the decrease of the average human lifespan in recent years. And there are many points where we can see wastes of energy occurring all over the place, the main one I would see as being vehicle deceleration braking systems. Just posit that against the equation for kinetic energy (KE), which is KE=1/2mv^2. A normal sized sedan traveling 70mph has mind-boggling amounts of energy (and more than twice that at 100mph). Just to bring things into perspective, a normal hunter-gatherer family from the paleolithic era would probably expend about the same amount of physical energy over their entire lives that it takes for a modern family to travel across town in their automobile (for those of you with electric vehicles, just sub in a family afflicted by phthalate poisoning and go get a range extender from Alibaba.com )...and so, the same amount of energy it took to conceive and rear a child in hunter-gatherer society is probably about the same amount wasted from a hard brake from 65 to 0 in traffic (regardless if that child has been poisoned by phenols and phthalates in-utero and has been pre-possesed by automated systems above to shelter him from the shame of genital mutilation). I would bet that there are lifeforms over us who do not overlook such things because of the above, in that there is veritable proof before us in the concept of Net Energy that in some way, poor uses of energy result in poor lifespans for anyone connected to it in time (QE), likely causing shorts of said for those who might be responsible for this galactic or even intergalactic sector (I'm a big SciFi fan, if you can't tell). Us putting on our brakes everyday in traffic without energy re-uptake systems is likely like nails on a chalkboard for those who know the physics behind life everlasting, whomever they may be, God, the devil, the nextdoor neighbors in the stars or otherwise, even NBE's the size of small moons (all living computer, with whispy clouds of ash orbiting their surface...). We saw what happened to races who were backwards in our history texts, and so we should follow our good civil procedures birthed by those wars in our successful government in order to extricate plausible weaknesses untowards environmental criminality as it is discovered, as our understandings of physics and science progress. Infinity's rule always implies that something could be better, though yet also be perfect, it is up to the time to use. Who knows, wastes of energy very well could tear moments from our lives and youth from our faces...the aging process to me appears to be something very serious, and I would suspect nothing less than serious from wastes of energy like millions of ftlbs bleeding off into the wind from brake disks...heck, for all we know, global warming could be half due to brake and engine heat! What I would consider almost even more is trying to update our engineering, training, research and employment systems instead of moving to new tech, because it may cost more energy overall to engineer new designs with old systems higher, than to move onto new systems above and just retrofit the old designs and let free market lassiez-faire trade matriculate like it should, which requires govt intervention to remove the gunk preventing (The Fed being the highest form of gunk one could possibly achieve as-is). For me, the ideal system would be to use HHO hydrogen-on-demand hybridization retrofits such as sonoelectroysis add-on systems fed through the intake manifold, increasing HP and MPG by about 35%, and reducing emissions by about 80% and also lowering heat as well as lengthening engine and oil life (and being a better system for more tinkering such as the Hall Effect), which would be plenty to start off, but I would go further and make some sort of aftermarket rear axle that has electric motors in it to assist with initial acceleration and braking re-uptake, and then install some sort of clamp-on thermoelectric peltier system around the exhaust pipe or in a muffler replacement in order to capture the magnanimous amount of energy lost due to engine heat. The hydrogen system alone would cost about what one of our stimulus checks was and the muffler another if done in bulk by govt programs, and retrofitting a vehicle with the whole load-out would probably be equal to the stimulus checks we have gotten, maybe less...but instead of that money just being lost unto poor economy like before only to create more need for more govt stimulus lost ever more, now then we would have some sort of substantial substance to base that public sacrifice upon which would by consequence of good material arrangement continue to inure society, just like a solar panel or wind turbine, intractably creating a more inviting and harmonious energetic environment, which in turn would allow for more, longer (better) life...and I suspect that that would reflect everyday as a better feelings in the psyche as well, better marriages and child-rearing, onward and upward. Perhaps one day children could explore the woods and feel good like we did in the 90's, all Offspring songs aside. At any rate, our very own federal rules of civil procedure would dictate that we must assume officially that deprecations of our environment with respect to energy are deprecating the same within our bodies. And such a claim would be affirmed by physics, with the space of field of and without atomic matter (space) being the domain of energetics, meaning that it should not just be possible, and not just plausible but all but overtly apparent that a direct path of influence does, in mutually observed fact, exist between technological systems wasting energy and the human body, out into the the realm of space even beyond our own solar system even (and out into the universe at that), which means that it should be a serious security concern for us as a sovereign State and Nation because we not just could, but rather would be imparting negative energy in some shape form or fashion to potential races beyond our solar system, who in due process and course would have the moral duty to intervene in our mortal affair, which is a nice way to say that we might be placing ourselves in harm's way. At the very least though from this we can draw a clear path for sensible and logical litigation and politicking towards being able to reign in policies for manufacturing and research, much like the Muckrakers of the past century and even into things like mid-century policies for removal lead in paint and gas...which imo should be carried over into Thimerosal and GMO's (for anyone who has had to take a lengthy, painful GMO bathroom break after arising psychotically at the waking hour of 3pm just to binge drink again...there is more on that on another article here (mercury in Thimerosal causes lethargy, psychosis and drug use, and GMO's cause abdominal pain, diabetes, etc, btw). On one hand, the new frontiers of life and love might be a little scary, but on the other hand, the implicit rewards are tremendous. Just imagine early modern people, with cars and planes zooming around at breakneck speeds and dangerous factories pumping out pollution, compared to horses, foot and farms like the old world that they had grown up in. Transportation and industrial labor was dangerous, pollutive and very deadly, and the same would go for heavy equipment of yore...many times parts did not fit right or replacements could not be found and things had to be jury rigged and oft times they broke and people lost limbs and life, which was the main force behind our now depreciating modern safety protocols and procedures. There was alot of discord in those days over the introduction of modern tech, which can be seen in the Amish phenomenon and even on into the present day with off-griders and preppers...there is alot of mistrust with modernity, with most of its existence and progress having been under ever higher fraud in the banking systems, stunting its growth, and that is understandable, because there are certain shortcomings with it which we can now pin down moreso than not which obviously were agitating people's keen instincts...albeit, the payoff was likely on the side of tech though. Now, if we do not continue to hone its blade, however malformed it is, we might see those payoffs dimune or even reverse and have no blade at all, just like someone who took out a reverse-mortgage in order to put down a down payment on equipment for a large business that they did not manage properly which then failed, losing them both the business and the house...or as if we threw out good food just for being old, or someone who got rid of a functional device because it wasn't a top notch brand, or perhaps like someone who saved up for a good truck and then did not maintain it properly and perhaps did not tighten a bolt while doing maintenance and then lost their lives in a traffic accident along with the truck, or almost worse, became a quadriplegic. The common sense is bleedlingly obvious though: keep up! We shower, we shave, we mow the grass, we pay the bills...so in the same way we must continue to progress against the entropy. A 70 year lifespan would seem like alot compared to a neanderthal's at about 40; then again, 70 years (the average lifespan nowadays) would seem short to someone from the late 90's (when it used to be 75 years)...and then again, the neanderthal would speak up and ask the 90's guy why his kids are living less lengthy than he, see. For me, the facts speak for themselves. At the end of infinity is more infinity, time has no beginning and no end, so at our core we all possess a magic which cannot be explained, and so we must follow that which follows us: the facts, with the past having charge. We know in some inexplicable way that energy powers us and that its waste most likely causes a shortening of our lives...but how? Well, I have a sneaking suspicion that the process is asymptotic, much like Kinetic Energy. As a body's velocity increases, its KE increases exponentially. I would bet good money on similar principles occurring throughout nature, that as we get faster and faster, it becomes harder and harder to go one step further, and so nature has a sort of natural forgiveness, because it seems innate that it is very difficult to maintain a higher rate of culture...things have to be timed, laid and construed just perfectly...one little screw out of whack in orbit or a part 1/32nd of an inch off in the air means almost certain death or perhaps worse...in a vehicle while driving though, maybe it might...at walking speed though, probably not a problem, just an argument, and then some Jesus. Apocalypses then would make sense for cultures who cannot do simple finite processes that the species they had evolved from could, (like Neanderthals)...things like keep order in your society and screw in a screw tight but not too tight and strip the thread, then you just go back to the stone age, where those genes can be audited, in any sense. With that being said, it us up to us to ensure that our scientific research institutions such as NASA are not setting us up for failure. Like I said in my other article, we don't know who is out there or what they are capable of in the deep dark blackness of space...and we don't know what negative energy does to the the being or how it operates on the psyche...does it afflict us all equally like light radiates throughout a space or a scent permeate a room, cp, or does it operate more demonically and radiate through negativity in the same way...in time's shape of itself, and focus on one person at a time, like that movie “This is the End” where they get corrupted from the inside and outdone by the devil through possession. To me, it would make more sense for negativity to compound onto one person, and then to give another perhaps an even greater sense of wellbeing than they normally would have, in order to elicit the greatest negative discord between the two surrounding...in a greater sense, radiating more equally to all, which should rectify negative situations more quickly and completely, lending towards overall good more efficiently in nature's way, though I digress because that is a tich beyond the scope of this site but you can see how negative energy would afflict people more equally by affecting different people entirely differently. Though what is within the scope of this site is the aspect and possibility of threats to ourselves...would there, could there be an entity capable of corrupting institutions from the inside through possession, could they possess systems to automate the process and perhaps be trillions of years old? Would retardation be retarded? and annoying enough to commit resources against those who commit their own resources against resource? Does the catholic church have lessons for priests specifically on the subject? Does the mentioned movie above have a scene about it, being in the common culture...was the movie “The Exorcist” made? How many other movies are there out there on possession, or true documentaries? Should we be considering that aspect as us just perceiving higher technology above us as something magical or spiritual? Do tribes in Africa and the Amazon still make planes and worship the American researchers as Gods who visited them decades ago??? Would it be acceptable intervene upon those below you intervening upon you by not doing what the were told in the Covenant? The answer would be up to y'all...but more importantly we need to start asking, who's in charge at NASA flying all these T-38's around and making missions and rockets back to the moon at BILLIONS of dollars to look at friggin rocks? Who's designing cutting edge jets like the F-35 and the F-22 WITHOUT honoring the most important aspect of aerial warfare: the dogfight. Who is authorizing countless billions on weapons programs that don't work right, like the new B-21 that already has a modernization program budget in the billions being granted for it before it has even been produced! Then again, who's in my phone software making it so I can't set my homescreen, or copy only a certain part of my texts? Could those individuals actually be possessed by some sort of automatic evolution machine from another realm beyond ours designed to make these people cause hemorrhaging and exacerbate waste in the societies which allowed their citizens to become corrupted enough to succumb to possession in order to bring them to heel more quickly, saving more in the long run? Could we engineer computers into our DNA and make our brains look like a slide rule compared to a computer do do things like that ourselves? Would video games be awesome then??? Would, could such systems give us clues to allow us to reverse or slow the aging process and how extricate evil from our society, or more likely, exhaust remedy untowards our ultimate eviction like so? Who knows...but I would say that perhaps having possessed souls in our society could be better than having an active aggressor situation EVERY day instead of just once a month...maybe we wouldn't be here without divine intervention, but then again, divine intervention doesn't come without a cost...maybe it's just like a buffer zone or an airbag to allow us critical seconds to exit the vehicle before they have to go the natural course that would have happened, though with a last minute ditch to allow good investments to head for the hills, just like Jesus said to do when things are not where the should be...maybe those little clues in our environment like our phones not working quite right, or our schools, our jets etc, etc are like big clues from above saying “hey, we stopped so and so from shooting up a school or setting off a homemade nuke, but the cost is that you have 2 years to catch his possessed ass before we have to follow through with what could have happened” almost like getting bailed out of jail in order to be able to find a good lawyer, or a word processor to write your own pro se litigation and show up for trial in a suit in stead of jail stripes, which could mean the difference between 10 years or probation. WE NEED TO ACT when we see little things off when the should not be and people behaving like they are, for lack of better words, POSSESSED!! Those little clues are likely systems above giving us a hint that they are in control of souls here and are willing to cooperate with us and augment things...if we cooperate and utilized the opportunity, we could turn a soul who would have been a major problem into one that could save our bacon, then again, if we do not, that same system could be so advanced as to turn that same soul into and even bigger problem than the would have been. The answer is obvious, daunting and yet relieving...because we have our sights trained, we know how life operates and how disorganization is mortally afflictive, we know what happens to idiots who may perhaps have been intervened upon and we know that if we take the reigns, we might could be able to utilize these and those perhaps automated systems to our advantage, all that is requited is intestinal fortitude. So please allow us to hike our collective belts and get the job done! Unregulated Covid Rental Assistance is a Ticking Time-Bomb for Fraudsters - Jake - 10-23-2023 If no one was paying attention, the rental assistance checks were paid directly to applicants. What that means is that people who applied for assistance got a fat check of about $10,000 each, and in some cases it was as high as 20 or 30 thousand dollars, with probably the majority of recipients still having income. In some cases, renters chose to pocket both the assistance check and keep their income that would have gone to rent, being able to squat during the moratorium, with many of these folks turning to the illegal markets to flip that sum and then pay their landlords at the end of the moratorium and keep the dividends. I just don't think that these people and idiot America realizes that there are just not enough brain cells to go around for all of these drugs anymore, and perhaps those that are are not even at home. It's time for mass chelation programs for Thimerosal, that's all I have to say to that! I spoke to a guy living in a high-end apartment complex I helped move doing side work on craigslist to make ends meat because I like to earn an honest living and he said that he just pocketed his check and was squatting during the moratorium. He said that all told, he was walking away with about $60,000...$30,000 from covid rental assistance and the $30,000 from rent he was pocketing, because he was receiving a SS check at about $1000 per month, and this guy seem almost normal, there was no real reason for him to be getting such a big SS check, and goes to show how the compounding corruption in the US came to a head, likely causing our society to succumb to a plague, and then during that plague, most of the parasitic issues we had were just set in stone. All that covid did was basically lay a nest egg into a huge swath of parasitic individuals and families. If we consider paranormal aspects mentioned on other articles here, we could be looking at a very dire situation for the future, as in what if we just handed billions of dollars to the possessed? What did this guy do with that money? Well, he implied that he was going to flip it in a huge drug deal he made on the DN buying fentanyl and buy a house in Rio de Junero near the beach. And that was his version...because this guy really gave off bad vibes and I suspected a lot worse, though I knew that he was involved in the illegal drug markets, but I got the sense that he might be up to no good elsewhere otherwise. You see, bad guys are stupid, and the first thing they will do if the get enough money is find a way to have an undocumented child that they can pimp out to the local criminal demographics for income. This is where we get the term dungeon from, and the classic stories of princesses in them are just the child version of what you grow up to realize is the #1 fantasy for your standard crook, those who don't see that need to be marked as either stupid or in on it...and right now I would lean towards both seeing how the economy is. So what the rental assistance program did was allow all of those recipients to pocket their checks. The government very easily could have paid the checks to the landlords, but they did not, and that is due to the fact that we have been corrupted and those powers that be are doing their best to bring things to a head, secession or not. What a better way to bolster the criminal empire than to give out huge checks directly to people scamming the system for the rental assistance? I guarantee that there are millions an millions of unpaid balances on the ledgers of these filthy rich residential rental property owners, who probably are too busy partying, with they likely being the main force behind enriching all of these folks...they were probably bored with the economic downturn, and so that move created a huge class of suddenly rich criminals overnight, who likely did the obvious and turned their profits into a black market bonanza. 50,000 extra in your pocket in a year is what many call making it...that's enough to buy a house or at the very least an RV....or enough to buy a van and tools for just about any gainful job. Mark my words, we are about to see a major economic accident due to all of these yoyos who don't know how to do the jobs they bought the tools for getting all the sales calls because they have the nice equipment they just stole via their corrupt insiders in the govt via the rental assistance program. The only plus side to this is that there are records, and the government has all of the dueness to go through them and figure out who's who...that is the only plus side. And I would bet my bottom dollar that whoever set it up like that did so just for that reason. One one side, the crooks win with the check to their name that they walked with, on the other side, the good guys have the perfect chance to go piecemeal through society and throw people in jail for 5-10 years, and get their money back. As if they weren't already supposed to do that with the unpayable taxes for whomever so crosses the line. And that line should be Secession...as in those who vow to make it happen are exempt.

Color-Code Roads and Highways for Cardinal Directions - Jake - 10-25-2023 How much gas is list every year to people driving the wrong direction? I know there have been a couple times for me that I've gotten on the highway going the wrong direction. What if we painted the retaining walls color codes for direction? Say Blue for N, red for S green for E and yellow for W? How cool would that look?

Technology, medicine and genetics have come so so far in the recent decades that it is putting the curriculum used to train judges too far behind, with no expectations on the horizon for there to be much way to keep up, in fact quite the opposite, exponentially. And we can see this with the rampant issues with our technology and products, which are beginning to prey upon us, which should be expected for those who do not maintain order. By using an eGov system to manage special courts, it would be more feasible to utilize experts and leaders in certain fields as judges themselves part-time, in the same way that the collegiate system has used the same as professors. In fact, jurisdiction could be moved from physical territory jurisdictions to actual logical territories...in this manner, a person could log on to the proposed eGov system and choose a certain jurisdiction for their case based upon its nature in logic. For issues surrounding automobiles, they could go to that section, and within it could be a list of individuals who had earned the office to be an expert judge for such cases. It would still be wise to keep things local as well, but that would be less of a requirement now that we have the internet, whereas before, jurisdiction in locality preceded jurisdiction of logic, for all apparent reason (you couldn't see an expert if they were 1000 miles away back then). Information moved at the pace of a horse, which likewise meant that technology had not come as far and so by that same token, it was not as necessary to have expert judges, because at that point in time, law was just about the most advanced science that there was, and most judges were capable of handling most anything else in that era which began to change exponentially rapidly shortly thereafter. Fast forward to today and the technological leaps and bounds which advanced government gave rise to have outpaced it in the same way that the electron has outpaced the horse, our government still operates on a system more designed for information transfer at that order of rate...which means that the way we conduct government needs to be restructured in-as-far. Power needs to be re-delegated and less formal, broader, more resolute and modern systems for process should be allowed for civil proceedings. And even so on the other hand, I would say that the criminal courts should be worked in the opposite direction, with that power and those courts being even MORE elevated in importance and seriousness than they are now, because those same crimes are worse in the face of progress, whereas civil mistakes can be seen as more common in the presence of technology and the tendency for producers to make common errors in the rush and bus of fast paced commerce...but those changes should come after sweeping changes in drug laws and other key areas. Special judges will be ABSOLUTELY key towards maintaining proper constitution in the civil sectors of commerce, tech, education, medicine, transportation, etc. It should become to be seen as a standard practice for pre-eminents of the fields to acquire office as special judges. eGov accounts would be consolidated by general areas of industry, so that plaintiffs could sign onto their govt account (which does not exist yet, btw), go through the central portal (which is a joke right now too for what we have) and then go to their jurisdictions, which should go by logic firstly these days, logically, with the difference in locality being negligible due to the speed of the internet, though it could be more logical to choose a court closer to you, but then again, maybe not...it might be wiser to choose a court closer to the defendant, say a mfg you are have having a problem with...maybe that judge would be closer to those social circles in that region and it might be wiser in that case...or maybe the more accepted process in the future might be for a more neutral judge to be chosen who is not local to either party. For instance, I've been having a heck of a time with problems on my truck recently. There is some sort of electrical bug in it that I can't pin down. Now, I can't say it, but I sense that it's GM who has perfected the art of planned obsolescence, just like the other companies now with the washing machines and fridges. We've all seen the video where those hackers have a circuit they designed into their thumb drive where if you try to access it without the right password, the circuit catches on fire and burns up the whole drive. Now, we all know that that video is likely related to the booming child porn industry, and so it's not very hard to assume that with that many screwballs operating out in the open designing circuits like that and making videos of it, that some of them have been employed by major companies and are using their power to skim money off the top at the detriment to the greater good, by forcing people to to buy new stuff through engineering hidden kill software. I recognized immediately that if I were in another situation with more money, less time and less aptitude, and less keen on the status quo, I would have just gotten a new truck without even thinking about it...or, I may have sensed that there was something fishy, but would have had to get a new truck anyway, then likely would not have had the time or skill, or even patience to go through the court process, having to wait several months, learn new pro se skills not taught in public school like they should be, and then have to navigate the shortcomings of our antiquated and bureaucratized courts on top of that...it's a hair-pulling nightmare as it is, and then alot of fresh people get into the courtroom and they get hot under the collar because they run into corrupt officials who knows that they are unaware of the processes and laws and take advantage of that and induct them into the MH system just for being a fish out of the water and talking back when they provoke them underhandedly, and screw their lives up, just for being a good citizen in the right place at the wrong time, because they got touched when they were a kid or what have you...which is perfectly legit, because our lackings in upkeep probably did that to them, and lo, people would not get the stick up their hind hard enough to change things without that kind of underhandedness. The badguys know that, and they have not only the proclivity but the duty to take advantage of it, in order to compel us to react and ultimately ensure a better system in the more near future and make a squeaky dirty dollar in the process. My issue with my truck is a great example of how most people are just helpless sitting ducks to the new tech-industrial giant that has evolved over the old school court system. Most people are not able to hold onto their old run-down truck at a young 200k miles, and then even if they can, you can't take a whole vehicle into court with you, and then most judges are not as intimately familiar with vehicles or washing machines or what have you as they need to be to know exactly what to do. Anyone who has spilled a pan of transmission fluid from a 4L60E, or looked at a new Frigidaire wrong and had it gone possessed knows right away they're being jacked with, but it takes a whole lot to convince a court that an entire company allowed a design to be produced knowingly with blatant problems on purpose, but yet you just cannot come up with any other explanation of why something which should work does not. And this is where I would invoke the NBE Clause here, because I got the distinct sense that some or many these company's employees might be succumbing to supernatural processes, with employees literally becoming possessed, perhaps, just like the movies. I would think about the child porn here...it would not be beyond the scope of reason to assume that large amounts of engineer nerd types with LOTS of fresh money, new families, toys, less love experience with young children around them all of a sudden fresh out of college might have gone off the deep end and got too far into the Dark Net and other temptations and banded up for security in the face of an onslaught of unforeseen spiritual torment, schizophrenia and paranoia, fueled by exacerbations preexisting from the last generation from the parent fraud in The Fed, like being sunburnt in a scratch wool sweater in the humid summer. Those cabals might have clustered together for security, in certain companies, and then slowly, one by one, or perhaps all at one time during a orgy which went too foul, got possessed. Then they were like automated crab-heads being instructed by processes far beyond our realm, which may have allowed such egregious infractions to become mass produced in those product lines without anybody able to stop it but the lagging law. Similar shortcomings on our behalf in the courts may have just made for a perfect storm, leaving us hapless victims of our own demise. Verily, it was more likely to get hauled away to the mental asylum going in alone through the courts accusing huge companies like GM or GE of meddling their products, or you would have to spend an arm and a leg and months or even years otherwise paying experts and tinkering to your blowhole, and still, you might just get a judge who has NO CLUE of how to work on a vehicle or even how one operates, who gets schmoozed at a dinner party by a GM exec to get him to sway the ruling, who might be possessed himself, and then your case gets thrown out, or you get hauled off yourself, or even worse, you get in an unfortunate accident when you decide to let it go instead of press into a law degree as the protocols had perhaps intended for you. But the more annoying scenario is that usually the judge and jury has NO IDEA how a transmission operates or what a Passlock system is or how a MOSFET is designed or even what voltage or amperage is...or a solenoid, etc, etc. It takes a very keen litigator to bring things in perspective for them, to say hey, "how long did your phone last you in the 90's?" or “how long has the electrical transformer on your telephone pole in your hood been working?” Some of our old phones are still around today, they have lasted us thirty or forty years, and the same goes for old TV's and transformers. Those electronics are the exact same complexity as vehicle or washing machine electronics, yet those fail us much more prematurely. What I did notice too was that the failures I was experiencing usually coincided with repairs, as if the software were carefully programmed to break down in ways that most people would not notice and would just associate with other issues or blame on a mechanic who was really doing his job well, but because there is no official certification for mechanics, it's hard for them to argue, being blue collar as well...which is almost just as dangerous, because you get alot of pissed off mechanics who know that there is a big problem going on who get blown off or blamed, who just end up zipping their lips and going underground, with LOTS of perfectly working vehicles that they get for pennies on the dollar because the rich buy new with nose in the air, polarizing the classes further and creating more division...most of those guys have been wrung out by the egregious, ridiculous penal system too and the likelihoods of them being seen in a pro se case in court is precisely -0. The whole cops thing is so old...like we've been sitting at a stopsign now for decades waiting for it to turn green...HELLO...these patrols and the cycle of arrests has been going on for so long now that if it were being done in the name of good truly, we should have seen an improvement by now, yet quite the opposite has occurred. Meaning that there is something wrong, and viola: that is The Fed, parent fraud occurring overall in our faces...as if we are being arrested for child porn at a child molestation and sacrifice event, which by the way, is the common event that most rich people are attending these days in the shadows with their Bitcoin...how else would Bitcoin be worth THAT much more than the dollar if it weren't for something huge...yes drugs do alot but where there is darkness there will be shade...it's all over the news, Pizzagate, QAnon, Prince Andrew, etc, etc, etc...the scary part is that this might be a giant possession revolving door, which on the other hand might be our last line for help, holding these individuals long enough to allow us to catch up to them and deal with the issue before we are gone forever. If you could have a 50 year veteran mechanic or an appliance repair tech being allowed as an official judge for only those specific cases in jurisdiction, the problems would simply evaporate overnight. But for anyone watching the devolution of computers over the years, it is quite obvious that we are being troglodized and preyed upon...phones and computers don't work as completely as they used to...they get faster but yet the software stays at the same pace and features slowly get gobbled up. Now, you have to grant access permission and all kinds of hoops on Android and iPhone just flat out denies acces to files, making us look like retards, and grinding productivity to a halt...the fact that nobody has said anything is just big fat proof that most people don't work and just do crime, which would be supported by the fact that our entire money supply is criminalized too, we are about to get thrown to the dogs. My deepest instinct tells me deep down, regrettably, that these rich software engineers who had access to supercomputers eventually could not resist nintendo stalking and other digital crime, especially in the face of gender-bending plasticizers and retarding Hg bearing Thimerosal afflicting so many young kids, making them much more susceptible to advances and less intelligent in responding properly, they turned DN hackers and overlorks, devolved and were possessed, one by one by the systems above us perhaps designed to mitigate losses, to give us that precious moment to dodge under the temple door as the halls of time close upon us. Whatever it is above us I feel may have interceded obviously took away our privileges in a one step back reply...I mean, why would a software engineer nightlighting as a high level DN child pornographer or Silk Road drug lord purposely poorly design his programs or other products to drag down his own economy base and also draw tons of fire and possible investigation upon himself? The only explanation is that something else took over and is at home doing that for him, making he and others stand out as a sore thumb to put them and us on the spot. As if the door for our escape were coming down at a steady rate behind our backs, and some smart being from way higher up had the power and bright idea to hold it open for us and then give us a signal that that was being done by dressing the guy in drag or screwing up his software to get attention towards him in time, because they saw that we probably would not make it otherwise...this way, if we don't come to our senses and escape, they can let it drop and close it all at once. In the previous instance, the door might be open for escape for 3 units of time, but with only 1 of those units wide-wide open, decreasing gradually over the rest...in the other instance utilizing possession, the door may be held open for only 2 units, but with 1.5 of those units being held WIDE open with the clear signal to us that there is a problem needing our attention and escape from, then with .5 units decreasing much more rapidly if we don't get the clue on time, slamming shut then. In such a manner, overall time and energy can be conserved in the face of crime and aberration when the peace is disturbed, we are given .5 units more time to escape well and then 1 unit less time is wasted overall in the process, minimizing retardation overall from errance. But it really pangs the nerves when things die unfairly, protractedly and suffer. If we reorganize our society to take advantage of these possible clues from above and respond accordingly, we could save ourselves alot of time, in the same way that Texit and Secession is the better option vs someone like Ron Paul who would've just Ended the Fed without it, like Andrew Jackson ended The Second Bank, just for it to come back again once people forgot. By using punctuated events, we can use impulse momentum to exact a much higher force which will impact the ages, just like a nozzle on a water hose can draw a design in the dirt which can be seen perhaps months later, whereas a normal spout from the same hose might not be able to be read just a few days later from the same flow of water. Judges could be more ubiquitous than they are now too, reducing their work load and also their power vacuum, which is very important when it comes to corruption's aspects and the regard of a judge vs the people, who are actually vested in a judge, which can be forgotten under the rule of law and officiality, separating the people from themselves and the nature of self-representation and ultimate freedom...one might argue against that, but not in the face of the technology compelling such a structure now in the first place, with that technology also lending towards lie detector technology now able to weed out corrupt officials through routine testing. Finally, more ubiquitous, common, civil and technical officiality in our society would lend more towards social structures evolving and interacting surrounding, placing less stress more grassroots informal importance on our government within, making it more geared towards fun and progress and stuff like flying vehicles, spaceships and new types of fun and vacations and less on foreboding government and uncomfortable invasive ruling, whilst also decreasing the formality of it all, making America feel more like home again, and a cool, self-made place to be in, as if we were our own gods...it would make government more logical and intelligent, making it feel more like a university setting, which is what it used to be back in the old temple days, when government, school and religion were all one institution...for instance, Rabbi means “teacher” in Hebrew.

Car Insurance Per Driver or Per Vehicle (whichever comes first) - Jake - 04-18-2023 Who's tired of paying too much for car insurance? The fact of the matter is that having two cars is safer, more economical and ultimately more constitutional than having one, for a whole host of reasons. And then there are those of us who need 3, 4 or more vehicles Most of the time, the extra cars are not used, but you still have to pay an arm and a leg for the insurance. Then there are those of us who only have one vehicle for two or more people. Well, there should be options to arrange the most economical arrangement for the insurance, that would be the most efficient and sensible thing to do, which would be supported by our constitution. There are plenty of similar caveats elsewhere in our legal code stipulating “whichever comes first' clauses, for instance; 17 U.S. Code § 109...this one should be in there too, because it would be in support of the People's Civil Rights and life, upheld by the 9th and 5th Amendments.

(b) Notice of the election shall be given by inclusion of the proposition in the proclamation by the governor ordering an election on any proposed constitutional amendment to the state constitution and in the notice of that election given by each county judge, or, if no constitutional amendment is proposed, the governor shall order and each county judge shall give notice for an election proposing the referendum required by this section. © The proposition shall be printed on the ballot above any proposed constitutional amendment under the heading: "Referendum Proposition." (d) The ballot shall be printed to permit voting for or against the proposition: "Should the State of Texas reassert its status as an independent nation?" (b) The Texas Independence Committee is a joint interim committee established to study and make recommendations regarding the most effective and expeditious method by which Texas may be returned to its status as an independent nation. © The committee shall consider: (1) recommendations for amending the Constitution of Texas to accommodate the needs of an independent nation, including: (A) the creation of new elected and appointed offices; (B) the modification of the powers, functions, and titles of existing offices; © the renaming of the State of Texas to the Republic of Texas; (D) the removal of unnecessary or undesirable provisions that exist solely as a consequence of Texas' status as a state within the United States of America; and (E) the identification of fundamental rights enumerated by the Constitution of the United States of America that may not be adequately preserved in the Constitution of Texas; (2) recommendations for amending Texas statutes to accommodate the needs of an independent nation, including: (A) the creation of new agencies; (B) the modification of the powers, functions, and names of existing agencies; and © the identification of necessary and desirable functions of government that are provided for under the statutory law of the United States of America but not adequately described in Texas statute; (3) recommendations regarding transitional issues which must be negotiated with the government of the United States of America, including: (A) any necessary or desirable changes in federal law; (B) the determination of citizenship of residents of Texas; © the disposition of the property and assets of the United States of America currently in Texas; (D) a temporary currency union; (E) a free trade agreement; (F) a common travel agreement; (G) the status of Texans currently serving in the armed forces of the United States of America; (H) any necessary disposition of the Texas portion of the national debt of the United States of America; (I) a collective defense arrangement; (J) a postal agreement; (K) the payment of pensions to Texans who have vested in the pension programs of the United States of America and its subnational governments; (L) a social security totalization agreement; and (M) any other transitional issues that the committee may identify; and (4) recommendations regarding any international convention or multilateral agreement to which an independent Texas may become a party in order to benefit the people of Texas or ensure minimal disruption during a transition period. (d) In addition to considering the issues described under Subsection © of this section, the committee shall include within its report required under Subsection (i) of this section a strategy for achieving Texas independence not later than 24 months after the date the results of the referendum election required under Section 1 of this Act are certified by the governor. (e) The committee is composed of: (1) the lieutenant governor; (2) the speaker of the house of representatives; (3) four senators appointed by the lieutenant governor, one of whom must be the chair of the senate committee on state affairs; and (4) four members of the house of representatives appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives, one of whom must be the chair of the house committee on state affairs. (f) The lieutenant governor and speaker of the house of representatives shall serve as co-chairs of the committee. (g) The committee shall convene at the call of the co-chairs. (h) The committee has all other powers and duties provided to a special or select committee by the rules of the senate and house of representatives, by Subchapter B, Chapter 301, Government Code, and by policies of the senate and house committees on administration. (i) Not later than December 31, 2024, the committee shall report the committee's findings and recommendations to the legislature. (j) The committee is abolished and this Act expires January 1, 2025. SECTION 3. (a) Section 2 of this Act takes effect on December 7, 2023, but only if the referendum proposed by the 88th Legislature, Regular Session, 2023, on the question of whether this state should reassert its status as an independent nation is approved by the voters. If that referendum is not approved by the voters, Section 2 has no effect. (b) Except as provided by Subsection (a) of this section, this Act takes effect September 1, 2023.

One of these topics I feel should have been done already, and that is the abolishment of daylight savings time. Daylight savings time used to be a good idea back in the day before electricity and modern lighting. Now, cars have headlights and we have streetlamps and the workday is longer now too, extending into later hours, and alot of that is due to issuance fraud like that of The Fed making people work extra long. If it were up to me I'd half it right down the middle, that way morning people would be happy in the winter and evening people could keep their summer nights...and then we could save extra logic all around not having to deal with it, as well as take away they old excuse to be late to class. Now, finding a way to make every month the same length will be much harder. In fact, the only way to do it is to go back to a 13 month system, as was done waaaay back in the day when we were still an early agricultural society. The 13 month system allows for a uniform length month, and it also matches the lunar cycle, and what half of us already know, it matches the female menstrual cycle...a lesser known fact as well, is that it also matches the zodiac, which has 13 precessions as well. From a mathological standpoint though, having same day months is better for paying modern bills and working with computer software, and is just generally more unifying as well, and should help unite the world into a one world government. The last idea would be to move to a universal time for the whole world. No matter where you would be, it would be the same time. This might seem like a crazy idea, but is something that needs to come about when we take to the air, because different time zones and different clocks on different towers are a plane nightmare, pardon the pun. How can we do it, you might ask. Well, it's quite simple, you just do. The only difference will be that the sky will just be a different pitch for wherever you are...kind of like one of those duh moments. We could keep Greenwhich as 0 hour, and then work from there. So at 0 hour, it would be the pitch of 12am in Greewhich...so then 0 hour in Texas, which is GMT -6:00 aka Central Time, 0 o'clock will just have the hue of 6pm, simple as that.

This is a major reason why I have my passport ready to go at all times. Matter of fact, the passport office is a perfect example of corruption purposefully delaying processes in order to make money. Back in the day, yes, it took 3 friggin months to get your passport, just like your driver's license. These days, you can print the stuff out on site and have it in a day thanks to the internet. Just go look at the Passport website and see how ridiculous it is, they have like 5 different levels of how long they camp on your passport before they mail it to you, which you have to pay for to get it sooner. That kind of BS is what makes us loose our children in car accidents and overseas, because these fraudsters are literally living for free just because they weaseled their way into the government and took over the whole passport area of our government. Likely, it's some divorcee who slept her way up the chain in Washington, and she has dirt on everybody considering all the other stuff going on, and so she got a hold of this little caveat in a divorce and that's her free ride and how she sleeps on a beach house and goes to dinner and vacations and sailing all over the world and high society and then goes home and plays with her computer like a 5 year old while people starve and die because she does not care because she had a bad marriage. That's just speculation, and likely the situation is worse, with these people taking very evil vacations to the filthy child trafficking sections of Thailand, which our laxings over here is metastasizing. And this is the scenario going on all over the government, there are these little fees at the DPS office, then franchise taxes for businesses, even taxes. Most of these bills go solely towards the salaries of those who are paid to collect them, the key is getting into office and passing the bill for yourself, then you're set for life. One family does it, then the next family sees it, gets jealous and does the same thing, which starts a snowball effect. We need to go into a state of secession, then week all of these big parasites and put them back where they need to be in the workforce and away from getting into trouble with our money and making us look bad overseas because they took our Christmas money with the toll bill. it's not like they weren't in a pinch though in a poor economy, and with teaching and other jobs paying so low. I bet if we raised those kinds of salaries too, we wouldn't have a problem, especially with some of these teachers fresh back from Thailand. Then there are the banks which do the same thing, and that is a whole different story, with many of these instances being out of sheer spite, which sounds odd, but you have to remember that many of these bankers are not happy about the public allowing higher fraud in The Fed, which rules over them, making them seem like they are criminal and turning their lives that way, at least that was how I felt until I realized the greater goal of secession through the downturn...but that doesn't stop the need for downturn, and so the parent clause of The Fed has the propensity to cause stagnation below either way, which means that there have been these little delays here and there for one reason or another, out of sheer demonic spite or even to trip up the lower classes in order to slow us down, for good or bad. If a charge can be processed instantly when you buy something at the store, any sort of transaction can occur instantly, so you know right there that there is something fishy going on with all of these charges and delays, just like anybody seeing how they make two different types of PVC for hot and cold water because of leeching chemicals could see how there was something fishy with PVC. Well, that's just where she has put us, and we would never have known how to use secession to make 10 times more progress than if she would have rewarded us with public dental healthcare 20 years ago. The Royal System is one which goes on for time immemorial, being per. Every good feature I love in this world came and comes from a Royal tradition. Then again everything I hate does so too. Without this reference point in the dark, the ages could have been mistaken upon the day's advent...at this point it could be too, though with said advent, it won't, thrice in over, completing the shape of things to come (being it's own point). eGovernance would play a wise role in cohering with this idea, and in the spirit of America, specifically the state federal system. For one must have two which become three...man and woman, mother and child, family, friends and Country: State and Federal. You just can't have something, you must have another, in proper repair (re and pair), becoming...another...you can't just do something, you must also do it well. Most of what we do is how we do it, which is what refinement...royalty is all about...inurement; money not being the object, mere consequence, "con" implying "with" inherence...that life is enjoyable, so...next! Which means keep up and make sure you're headed the right way, and we must lead if not, and hoof it either way, for the devil is always afoot. There, here, for, of, so, as and in: forever's minimum state is 0, where negative and positive come together in a royal pleasure, worthy of the pain: the miracle of creation, repeating inunto...forever...good, good & bad...better...best...worst...holy...royal...royalty(s). For one to be One, there must be two and one and two in infinthree's trinfinity. That's just a fancy way of saying that if we made some sort of system to be varsity, we should probably make the systems which govern it able to keep up with themselves so that it doesn't get stuck like the last one. Capice? Jeeze... Anyways, there will be lots of interest in this topic and a quick firing forum-type online law debate/e-governance system would be crucial towards securing the proper foundations for a successful and royal future. Gone are the days of ignorance, we know now that Royalty is something beyond mere genes, though yet also still can be transferred so. Children born to royalty should be but partially stripped of the title at adulthood in order to earn their way up the hard way, in their own twilight's right. More importantly though, criteria upon entrance into royalty must be modernized to include possible acceptance to all, ostensibly, with emphasis placed on all aspects of finishing, and clever ways to go about them. Systems which mold to the fractal nature of time usually work best, just like the State/Federal System of the USA resembles the past and future in and of the present time. Looking like your background is a good way to blend into it...the greater the accuracy of the instrument, the better the product. At such point horizon, royalty becomes less of understanding and more of engineering. I believe this point is before us. Using a royal system would be like the carat in front of the horse, especially for young men. The aspect of popularity, or moreso certain social divides to react to would increase the virility of men and in turn our women and children...but just like any quadrillion-dollar animal, well-bred over millennia, we must be extra careful with ourselves, and sites like these hope to lay those field lines, helping to give our asymptotically advancing society a proportionally correct spread pattern in the chronos of prize and proportion, like they deserve: mastery...enough with this depreciative homogeny, though thankfully on both ends, because our pictures of the future would not have developed without the dark room and the red light...of a mountain in space made of enough precious metal equal to or greater than the amount dedicated to our fostering, though no more mettle than a speck of infinitesima (which under issuance fraud, the inverse of which has the theoretical power to destroy every mountain or ferrous asteroid in existence, in the entire universe, or infiniverse for that matter, or even they in both past and future, the present going without saying). Rule takes power and power comes from charge, though yet not without potential, and potential must be developed from power, sacrificed though for the greatest good, of having more for yet the same, positive, negative, positively arbitrary, requiting in measure royal, with the cheese, a smile and some coca cola...sans BPA. P.S. - After some thought I decided to add this, however......the power-structures of society, stemming from examples set by a royaling system, should be more polarizing. Privilege should go hand in hand with achievement based not solely upon the monetary, because we have seen how it encourages crime in order to counterfeit success. Quite frankly there is an hilariously embarrassing pygmalion situation occurring right out of a dystopian horror science fiction novel, only possible in the upside-down scenario impinged by the utter confusion installed by a protracted and so compounded issuance fraud scenario, perhaps ever exacerbated by its Global nature this time, whereupon these types who took the unscrupulous shortcut or two, all showed up to their parties expecting to have a competitive edge against their imagined societies, only to find that it was almost entirely a congregation of the same types of individuals who showed up too, everyone else had either fallen a class or died horribly in the upset, leaving everyone somewhat shell-shocked in belied chagrin, like children had died somewhere in the mix...which is and was likely the case, all things considered. All we can do is prevent these things from happening again in the future. Perhaps certain areas of town could be kept off limits to those who don't pass standards outside of economic status...let's say if you don't have a degree...or perhaps if you don't, another sort of achievement would suffice such as a good album or book published, which could be voted upon in an expedient manner on a case by case basis on an eGov forum as well as perhaps stipulations for you to allow certain guests normally not allowed as long as they obey you and stay close by in those areas and if they don't then you could loose your privileges--all making adults more focused on more spiritual/academic achievement and more careful of their friendships, driving bad apples out and away from good folk and their children. Or how would you like to be able to drive 10 or even 15 mph over the posted speed limit for being a model citizen? Or be allowed to partake in certain drugs for having all your children having graduated college or for being a teacher or a cop? The list could go on and on, all scalable and voteable, and even voteable on how votes are even voted in an eGov system. One of the main cookies I'd like to crumble though would be with respect to classified/black technology...perhaps as people got a handle on how to handle it with respect to it's respects, it could begin to be phased into society through such a royal system, giving us true power and really setting the bar to wipe out the ugly genetics which have inevitably led to the systemic abuse of children from the top down, let's turn that around! Hopefully the confusion hardwired through the matter of the Fed covered in that subforum will indicate to people that we all went crazy, and are still going that way, and that there might be more to it than meets the eye, and we could all get off on an NGRI of sorts.
