An eMail Correspondence for a Micro-Loan Application Showing Stray Sovereign Immunity Practices
This complaint is a legal notice alerting the Consumer Financial Protections Bureau that we have discovered a potentially unlawful business practice being conducted by lenders with regard to loan approvals for non-profits.
Anyone familiar with non-profits understands that they are just like S-corporations except they do not make inuring or luxury profits. Non-profit corporations are arguably more need of loans in many respects than otherwise though there appears to have been a practice that has become accepted as normal when indeed such would be unlawful.
This practice involves denying non-profits loans based upon a lack of federal tax-exempt status. Certain non-profits fall under classifications that are eligible for tax-exemption which usually include low profit organizations that are meant for public outreach or other civic organizations with the public interest in mind such as chuches, PIO's, etc. However, non-profit corporations for the most part are operated by normal businesspeople who simply do not make luxury or during profits and are not able to qualify for tax-exempt status, such as modest online buying and reselling businesses or eBay businesses that are not feasible to operate profitably as an S-corporation due to the higher taxes. This issue is created a type of pinch on middle class Americans attempting to progress in recession due to the overall economy being in recession and with larger businesses thereof not offering jobs and with there being lesser ability to progress under an S-corporation or a non-profit corporation as well due to one having taxes that are too high and the other unable to find loans for due to this issue for the latter. This issue is actually conducive towards a better net refederation if instrumented correctly, so if this metaphorical gun is not pointed at the correct target we could end up shooting ourselves in the foot.
As you may research, there's no specific line of code requiring non-profits to have tax exempt status in order to be considered for a loan, how this tradition or otherwise normal operating procedure came to be would be anyone's guess, though we would clarify that it would center around sovereign immunity from recession. Sovereign immunity precedent is simply a fancy term which has been adapted to modern federal government to imply our ability to remain above criminal issues using civil processes revolving around secession and refederation, as evidenced by the previous instance which did away with slavery. Civil issues of recession can actually be harnessed by secession through compounding the issue in order to create a circumstance needing of refederation, which federal government would have the efficacy in technological feature to handle. In such instances judging in favor of recession versus progress not aware and within this caveat would actually be more lawful towards the net gain, with recession at least being more toward refederation from secession. This area has been very confusing though it revolves around interpretation of code. In areas where there is no actual code able to be violated the law may be interpreted away from those not in caveat in order to occur their own recession to them per the 9th Amendment. Those within caveat though can actually be judged in favor of even more than normal and of course more than those of ostensible recession due to recession's burden of proof resting away from them.
We sense that this tradition of denying non-profits loans based upon a lack of tax-exempt status has been founded in the need to align the caveat toward refederation therefrom, namely regarding tender issue fraud in the Federal Reserve which would be a type of quantum issue which should bring us into a new era of governance as detailed on our site at (http://FederalRecession.US). However, now that those of us are exhibiting caveat we are still being denied loans and that would easily be attributable to there having been a general absence of civilian sovereign caveat for hundreds of years in the US as government sovereign immunity and interpretation away from those not in caveat has aligned such. Just like many traditions practiced for years can actually forget the purpose in the first place we believe that denying loans to non-profits based upon a lack of tax-exempt status has simply come from a lack of any sort of understanding for the most part there's the years have faded this already implicit knowledge, not knowing that it all was meant to align the highest caveat against recessio--of which would be a most primary purpose anyway, in support of such likely being more as so.
We are reaching out to your office in order to compel a revision of policy around this subject which should include some sort of notice sent to lending sectors and other offices advising them that this practice would be unlawful toward those within the correct caveat of recession's sovereignty only. We have created an article with a copy of an email conversation with a microloan lender known as LiftFund. This email goes in great detail into the logic behind this issue and shows how these lenders would in effect be breaking the law by denying these types of loans.
Please note that this correspondence may serve as a legal demand as well seeking that this issue be rectified. Thank you and below is the link to the article on this matter with the email conversation pdf.
