Ban New Vehicles From Using Negative Clutch Tech

Rear differentials are a key device for allowing a vehicle to turn, but did you know that it works by using clutch plates which simply use friction to slow down one wheel vs the other for the turn? That power is lost to heat and just goes nowhere, which is becoming an archaic type of technology. I recall using tractors built before 1950 when I was a kid and those machines had an older feel, and then as I grew older, I realized that that older feel was from an even older feel from the 1800's surrounding the industrial revolution, from a time when our national debt was at an acceptable level during the time-period when there was no tender issue fraud in our treasure, between the fraudulent Second Bank and Federal Reserve. That time's engineering has a distinct mental flavor that these kids these days detect and which seems like antiquation to them, same goes for the wood railway ties too. These kids know this tech is old and becoming backwards with less margin of error for them and the environment and just general evolutionary maturity too. I think they sense the magic though and know that there are reasons on both sides and that they have to learn the little lessons that these old technologies have before they can move on, which perhaps is the main reason they are there and not just because we are old and backwards and receding, but perhaps because these machines have a history and story of their own...with the dimension of quantum entanglement coming into play which was born from them, maybe they have a story to tell to the new brave little toasters and cars and trucks, a story of how any machine is better than your hand or walking, and that each generation must master all before them in order to get their popsicles...I mean Christmas gifts...see.
Anyway, making laws that ban clutch type tech that wastes energy would be a progressive move in a positive direction. Also, I will have an article in this section on how there might also be laws which could ban technology which is too abundant on the other hand, because certain tech could actually be so easy to maintain and afford that it could actually compel the majority to not have to learn how to work on it, or could just be so simple that certain resiliencies in the labor force and manufacturing are undermined and diminished.
