I guess I forgot to add how this tactic could be used to repossess lost victims of human trafficking. We could suppose that the inter-dimensional protocol had united usurped black budget top-secret programs on several worlds creating DarkNet alliances between them, sharing technology, etc...which under recession's clause would have to be assumed so and so albeit true through secession's perfect union's logic as covered.
