The NBE Clause - Evidence of a Hidden Third Player
This post is about theoretical imaginings to help citizens understand the importance of maintaining proper standards of social hygiene.
This is a simple "what if" scenario which I employ when people find it hard to believe that someone, could, in theory receive negative karma, even if they were totally spiritually clean, and in fact may indicate that those of use who are more clean might could be foci of ever greater misfortune, just ask Jesus.
Below is an excerpt from litigation:
The NBE Clause is a theoretical, hypothetical, philosophical tool which posits that there are non-biological extraterrestrials from another dimension who live amongst us (much like the movie transformers), able to process information on levels unimaginable in this dimension, living in disguise as humans, who possess an evolutionary drive towards crime, disorder and evil and against justice, sensibility and the expected (they being so far and beyond the mortal realm that they have an evolutionary duty to that below to manicure/test it) and so every action they imparted would in some way be seen as evil, intrusive or discomforting, much like how a garden would perceive garden work being done as destructive or annoying if it were conscious. Hypothetically, in this supposition, these citizens exist in our society and are programmed to purposefully commit negative acts which elicit more positivity in the long run—against the law, religion, one’s mortal survival, etc, which normal people would not or even should not expect (much like how proper strenuous exercise builds better health). The theory posits that these individuals would be capable of committing any type of scenario in order to create controls for the human brain to be able to grasp the possibilities of the impossible or unexpected in order to encourage proper philosophy towards more holistic justice at every level…in order to show a person, people or even a court that something completely unexpected, impossible or even conspiratorial could, in theory occur, even if it were just one time or one chance in infinity, because this is a theoretical assumption after all, in order to help proof that one must always reconsider, respect and protect life and liberty at all costs, for one just never knows. Bearing this litigation in mind, a judge or jury could imagine that an otherwise perfect individual could theoretically just randomly be targeted for personal injury against the law without sense, reason or rhyme, which the courts should still be required to compensate for, ultimately.
Such theoretical suppositions are technically not beyond the realm of possibility and help to prove scenario so that a jury can become exorcised enough to take into account the possibility of crime at any rate or level, which can be difficult otherwise for some, because it is very discomforting and stressful to bend a sober mind beyond its own reason, in that there could be factors afoot in our lives which are especially dire, hypothetical or not. A naïve jury could discount the fact that like things tend to occur alike in association, even when that thing is inherently something which is normally associated with being dissociative: crime. So, crime should moreso than not tend occur with itself none-the-less, accompanying mistake, crime and more mistake, unbeknownst or not…compoundingly, any affect otherwise should only be attributed to crime. Nature is known for being efficient and will take the shortest paths, which means that similar items would tend to occur in same, crime and injury notwithstanding. More oft than not, fatal, federal and egregious crime occurs in complication with itself and strikes unexpectedly in totality, and so missing a split-second in wonder, disbelief, uncertainty or even novelty can cost one one’s future, just ask those who wondered out onto the seafloor when the ocean receded before the tsunami in Indonesia…in the next life, of course.
I would implore everyone to remember this clause because it could be the difference between a beer or a soda at the end of the day. Good enough is not as good as perfect. If there are cracks in the walls of our new State when we secede and fix 'er up, the bugs WILL get in...and I don't want to get bit by a transformer in the middle of the night <insert Hank Hill voiceover here>!
