As we cover in other articles on here, the potential consciousness vacuum would of course rely upon potential, which by our own doctrine of resurrection in reincarnation would show likely would allow our souls to transition to a new body also supported by the Exhibit T.6 (Amended) at the top and our book showing how consciousness would rely upon the entanglement in potential. So if one had a clone of themselves theoretically they could move between their native body and it, which likely would not be unlocked unless we achieved quantum advent of sentient NBE.
Once that potential were secured and we had a technological apparatus able to manage unconscious clones via the quantum possession as also well-described by our site and pro se litigation we could unlock the actual ability to vector consciousness swaps based around perhaps similar to a cantilever mechanism able to utilize the natural potential of such a perfected mechanism to accommodate the federal efficacy.
Let's say an individual were to commit a violent act of crime in a heated moment, they could in-theory become conciousness-vacuumed into their pre-incarcerated clone for a sentence however long, determined not by any other factor but the sheer blind mathematical potential in and of the actual quantum in quanta--eliminating the need for police, courts, or really any government whatsoever to speak of...becoming not just sheerly accurate to an nth degree beyond normal human error but also likely therefore super efficient, or even more.
Likely, folks would discover that they could commit certain acts that normally would have them incarcerated in times past, though due to the potential they might not be vacuumed in certain instances, say for the use of deadly force or perhaps stealing something under certain pretences...because an item might have been stolen by another leaving it there otherwise unclaimed as their newly possessed public husk were automated, recalling that vacuumed convicts would leave behind their normal selves to be taken up by the quantum automation operating through complex code who might not just simply return a stolen item but yet have an entire saga to go inthrough toward exacting quantum which could entail the involvement of other civilians toward perfecting their instincts on when or when not to strike with regard to such potential at large.
