  • FRCP Preponderance Indicates Illegal Aliens Prone to Crime

FRCP Preponderance Indicates Illegal Aliens Prone to Crime - Jake - 10-16-2023 We MUST assume that illegal immigrants will moreso than not tend towards crime, under FRCP Civil Preponderance. What that means is that those of us who already know know that common law and our constitution being based upon it are correct coming from the trials of evolution. We know that there is no fence or wall between lots of white, sexually attractive and compromised Americans with no experience or knowledge in the nightmares that have been Latin America, mostly fueled by our hedonism. So it should be no surprise that these immigrants have basically one or two things on their mind, and that would be the abduction of our children and seed and then probably a good fix to wash it all down, after all, most of those industries have been outsourced to Latin America anyway, so just duh yourselves in here. We have on our hands a fallen empire which did so we know due to cannibalism, sacrifice and the abuse of children all likely together, as the adult version duhs. The past 100 years of Americans riding the gravy train of The Fed's Federal fraud have done one thing and one thing only and that is ensure that there are billions of rapacious victims with lots and lots of experiences and reasons to do just that back to the US for decades on end and more. I mean, what would you do to people who gutted your community and country and turned it into a third world to produce drugs and sex slaves for them? FRCP entails assuming the worst under declination, per animal law...Murphys law notwithstanding. By our own laws, that is what we are facing South of the border at our own faults, largely. Now, that fault is part of a higher plan which has the potential to end such things more soundly altogether in the future via Secession that predates this modern version of the ancient struggle between good and evil, which is the ONLY thing holding the devil back. But sometimes I just wonder who's who..and if we really needed to go any further than starvation with it, and if there's anyone out there critical about style points...that is all. Who's hungry?

  • Nonfungible Token System (NFT's) for our [Fed/Fraud Free] Treasury

Nonfungible Token System (NFT's) for our [Fed/Fraud Free] Treasury - Jake - 03-17-2023 This post is sort of related to the one about requiring itemized receipts for government expenditures, and will be especially important if our updated system phases out classical taxes, utilizing the more optimal design of a modern treasury. NFT's should not be confused with e-currency such as Bitcoin, although they use the same technology...for instance a Bitcoin is an NFT, NFT's being a class. In order to prevent people embezzling and keep at bay people trying to once again hijack our Treasury (which they of course will, like there will always be adolescents who vandalize), NFT's would be a go to approach due to their non-fungible nature, fungible the technological equivalent of counterfitable. Although they can be, it is much, much, much more difficult to, with the processing power/electricity required to crack a key almost more than the token is worth. Employing such tech would be wise in order to encourage its advancement, especially with quantum computers on the rise. The better tech to use would be the new ICP Web 3.0 protocol ( https://kindgeek.com/blog/post/web-3-0-a...-new-world ) because it is a cutting edge revamped top down approach which almost eliminates the major issue of the CPU processing/carbon footprint caused by the older protocols, and is also even more difficult to fung. (And in fact an entire transition to Web 3.0 would be a wiser approach...more on that in other posts.) With NFT's and other novel tech, truly modern and relatively secure digital currency would be a reality, which would be a very wise business move on the behalf of Texans because we are one of the most dense economic powerhouses in the world, which normally gives us an advantage already, but on top of that, our economy has the most internet tech companies per capita...and on top of that and almost more important is the fact that the USD is the world reserve currency, which combined with the former would give us alone, hands down, the best numbers and most opportunistic pathways available in the entire world to best expedite the world's adoption of an advanced monetary system per said, which would naturally flow through an entire update for the www. system (World Wide Web) as well, which is very needed, especially for people who want their own websites and VPN's with less hassle. Right now, the way that the web domain system is set up is pretty ad hoc, it having exploded almost overnight. The govt ICANN system basically has a clause written into the law that says that it owns EVERY possible website imaginable, which means ANY address you could think of...even if it hasn't been imagined yet. I'm not sure how, but these rights are delegated out to registrar companies who pay the government for the license, who then make profit selling domains...intellectual property that you already should own, which is not precisely American, kind of like toll roads...or perhaps like being made to pay to be on public property. It's your imagination, so a domain you come up with should be yours if you file it, then you should be able to sell it yourself, YOU making the profit, not some rich guy with connections, that kind of shenanigans can sprout criminal empires and we can sue for it being a Deprivation. One last thought and that is that a Web 3.0 like system would go well towards phasing in free internet (perhaps with a phase-in subsidization program stipulated in proposed eGov system) just like we have free highways and most importantly--a system of a more universal global currency would serve to eliminate possibly the second biggest scam upon the world's hard working classes after the Fed, which is the currency disproportionality issue causing natural market competition to be forced to abuse it, specifically by international companies, which must be rerouted, because Texit.pro knows the achillies heel...having a legal/logical reason it should, which would benefit all...more on all of these issues in other posts.

  • Mandate Bidet Toilet Seats and Urinal Toilets for the Environment

Mandate Bidet Toilet Seats and Urinal Toilets for the Environment - Jake - 04-19-2023 Future governments will have to be more and more compliant with the ancient rule of waste not want not. What a better way to do that than through your own waste? Bidet toilet seats are low cost and are add-on, reducing paper waste by half or more. One day, toilets could be made with a urinal system to conserve water, or someone handy could invent something like bidet seats for existing toilets, perhaps halving water consumption, depending on how much extra beer guys buy with the extra money. Either way, our wastewater workers will thank us.

  • NOT Pursuing the Advent of a Federated World Govt is Technically Unconstitutional

So I was ordering some car parts the other day and ran into one of those sites that made me wonder if it were another front site. I've ran into them before, they have items up, you pay, you card is charged and you're never sent anything, you forget to claim it and it just falls through. It made me wonder, who gets sued? How would Americans and/or their businesses pursue overseas crooks like that? Once the money has been transferred, it's c'est la vie just from a language barrier standpoint, much lest costs...at which point vigilante justice is the only way, but then that makes you a crook in another country, technically...being less than stately, federal perhaps, but only in a pinch...which means that a federated world government must come about, in as far as the eye can see. A federal world government is moreso constitutional than not, and so the US's lack of pursuit of one, cp, would stand as a violation of civil rights unto federal corruption, much less make it impossible to remedy international theft, especially in an age where there is federated internet traffic between nations, see...and that goes from our side to theirs, too, where there likely has been MUCH more theft going on through the exchange fraud and sweatshop slave labor. What that means is that both sides of good in both countries are getting a taste of eachother's bad sides, which inevitably will make them fight eachother.

  • Revamed Drug Scheduling and Approach to Recreational Drug Use

Revamed Drug Scheduling and Approach to Recreational Drug Use - Jake - 03-17-2023 This should be a big topic for the younger crowd. How many of you older guys though would've been a cop or been more involved with the military if you just could have been able to smoke a joint every now and then. How many of you feel like you would've had a better life if you could have had your freedoms? I know for a certain fact that I would have had a much better shot at being the person society meant for me to be if I could just have been able to align with both sides of the spectrum. It's not fair that good kids who enjoy life have to choose the music and arts crowd OR the steely military crowd. WE WANT BOTH!!! Because that's where we came from and that's where we'll be. Let's be honest, if people can get into their vehicles after 6 beers, they can do so after a joint. Comparatively speaking, I or anyone else shouldn't give a flying hoot if you're a cop or a soldier and partake in libations responsibly on your off-time. There will always be that person who abuses the law, we see them in police brutality incidents, etc. If we work on things such as Mercury poisoning from the vaccines and shore up education, etc...we can reduce demographics who would abuse drugs, and better relax our constraints on drug use for public servants and military. We could see a broader spectrum of people in our public offices, and help to offset people who are corrupt enough to throw out their party lives in order to obtain official power. I would bet that such things would make for a much more chill police force. I have alot of ideas on this subject and would like alot of input too because drugs are here to stay and we might as well work with the grain instead of against it. Drug use in children is a touchy subject, but we all know that at that age, sometimes the goal of getting lit and socializing can overshadow almost all of natures calls (especially for children seeking to self-medicate due to Hg poisoning). I have read alot of success stories involving parents utilizing the allure of drugs in order to increase productivity in school through using them as a reward mechanism for good/completed homework. If we had more intricate and case by case approach to drug scheduling, licensing and enforcement, we could manicure a much more dynamic and responsible society surrounding drugs and ultimately wean into a strong, respectable culture, much like the Native Americans and other indigenous tribes. One of my ideas was to have a family/peer based system which would allow adults to manage what they felt appropriate for themselves and their offspring...this would be a peer review system that would monitor reports from other families and people regarding observations and opinions, so that everyone would have a crosscheck system with everyone else. When cases of abuse/misuse would crop up, a case by case basis could be applied to those individuals in order to restrict their ability to buy or use drugs as well as rehab and other medical evaluation, etc.

  • More Advanced Roadway Materials Such as Luminescent Paint & Markers

More Advanced Roadway Materials Such as Luminescent Paint & Markers - Jake - 04-19-2023 Luminescent paint has been around since the 1980's. I feel like Luminescent paint should have been integrated into the public roadway system. For one, it would look really cool, but more importantly, it would be safer. Lanes would be more visible and so would signs with the paint. There are all kinds of luminescent products out there and even systems that can store solar or heat energy for glowing after dark without having to be illuminated by a light source or pressure activated first. Pressure activated luminance would be cool too, such as on lanes to show that a vehicle has changed lanes, with perhaps piezo activated reflectors. On stop lines and crosswalks, paint could be used that glows permanently. Also, things like passive nano-RFID chips integrated in to paint and pavement could be used for short range geolocation, with pressure activated emitters able to transmit data on weight loads and their positions...for being able to help calculate direction and speed for prediction software. There was a guy I saw on an old video about suppressed technology who had made a paint that turned sunlight into electricity in the early 90's, he was shut down by the power companies, but I'm sure his patent is still out there somewhere and could be adapted and improved for lumi-paint and asphalt.

  • Ban New Vehicles From Using Negative Clutch Tech

Rear differentials are a key device for allowing a vehicle to turn, but did you know that it works by using clutch plates which simply use friction to slow down one wheel vs the other for the turn? That power is lost to heat and just goes nowhere, which is becoming an archaic type of technology. I recall using tractors built before 1950 when I was a kid and those machines had an older feel, and then as I grew older, I realized that that older feel was from an even older feel from the 1800's surrounding the industrial revolution, from a time when our national debt was at an acceptable level during the time-period when there was no tender issue fraud in our treasure, between the fraudulent Second Bank and Federal Reserve. That time's engineering has a distinct mental flavor that these kids these days detect and which seems like antiquation to them, same goes for the wood railway ties too. These kids know this tech is old and becoming backwards with less margin of error for them and the environment and just general evolutionary maturity too. I think they sense the magic though and know that there are reasons on both sides and that they have to learn the little lessons that these old technologies have before they can move on, which perhaps is the main reason they are there and not just because we are old and backwards and receding, but perhaps because these machines have a history and story of their own...with the dimension of quantum entanglement coming into play which was born from them, maybe they have a story to tell to the new brave little toasters and cars and trucks, a story of how any machine is better than your hand or walking, and that each generation must master all before them in order to get their popsicles...I mean Christmas gifts...see. Anyway, making laws that ban clutch type tech that wastes energy would be a progressive move in a positive direction. Also, I will have an article in this section on how there might also be laws which could ban technology which is too abundant on the other hand, because certain tech could actually be so easy to maintain and afford that it could actually compel the majority to not have to learn how to work on it, or could just be so simple that certain resiliencies in the labor force and manufacturing are undermined and diminished.

  • Informal Mass Jurying via eGov (Real Law & Order)

Informal Mass Jurying via eGov (Real Law & Order) - Jake - 07-01-2023 The internet has one possibility that I think that our nation’s founders would have expected to be implemented at its advent, and that is the idea of mass jurying. Mass jurying would be a key player in the modernization process of the government with respect to the internet. I would like to see people watch less and less TV and expend precious time on watching entertaining videos which are only that, and move more towards combining their intruge and entertainment with things that also are conducive towards progress, which would be perfect for browsing a massive eGov database full of trials, cases, evidence and testimony, as well as people’s profiles and pages where comments can be posted and perhaps interactions occur in some respects (of course governed by law). Even better would be if those trials were broadcasted live, or somewhat live, with maybe a 10min delay for editing’s purposes, just in case (you never know). After all, government goings on are public in nature, and records of any trials or what have you can be procured by any member of the public via an FOIA request. Other ideas on here such as a national CCTV system would go hand and hand with such a process and make the court systems a very robust and detailed online mega-base, especially when we factor in the other ideas on here like specialty judges, power delegation and official hybridization…our govt will truly become interesting enough for people to take a major role in it. People could get lost in endless trials, recordings, live feeds, etc, etc, etc…out the wazoo!! The informal mass jury idea is a good one to augment the trial system, and a must in a digital era, because corruption is eaiser to get away with in a big, anonymous world. By bringing the eye of the entire general public over all of its goings-on, officials will feel more scrutinized, in the same way that jails designed with mirrored guard windows make the inmates feel watched more, and so are safer. With a mass jury field available for people to put their opinion in, there would be more likelihoods of cases being judged fairly, with more pressure behind judges and juries to rule fairly, and less options for them to be bribed well, and even options for such mass opinions to be input, so if a judge or the official jury misses something that a browsing user notices, they can inform the court of their observation, which might be critical in some cases towards solving crime or making a case.

  • More Advanced Sinage/Lights - Stop Signs, Traffic Lights, Hazards, Emergency Vehicles

There should be an update in our signs other than lumi-pant, and that should be in their logical aspects such as new types of signs themselves. Traffic lights are also long overdue for an evolution. One idea I had was for a different stop sign for two-way stops that could be yellow instead of red, with two-way written on it, like it is below an all-way stop. Another idea I thought about was the Stop/Yield sign, which could be used in less busy neighborhoods where there is only a single stop sign...the stop/yield would allow drivers to assess if there was no traffic and allow a driver to treat the sign as a yield sign, meaning that a rolling stop could be performed...but if there was traffic, the driver would treat the sign as a stop sign. Such a thing would be easy to push through litigation due to the amount of gas and vehicle wear that would save annually, as well as a hefty amount of paper tickets...if we made it look like a triangle behind a circle, it would be golden. AI camera systems could also be used at stop-sign intersections to flash a red/green cue to drivers to let them know who's turn it is. A cube with 4 lights should be suspended with cameras connected to a high speed AI system, with laws instructing drivers better on how to use it to aid in the stop sign process, such as how to still use an intersection when the system might be malfunctioning. Traffic signal lights should be totally modernized, with high output OLED flat panels able to display words as well as lights, such as warnings that emergency vehicles are coming through from behind, etc. Instead of three lights, these would be one big huge light across...they could be made smaller than the standard traffic light yet still output twice as much or more than each of the old lights, in the end saving costs and weight. In fact, they might have to be weighted on the bottom to keep still in the wind. Emergency lights on vehicles should be upgraded as well. There should be a separate light for emergency hazards which could be the same green lights that have been put on some emergency vehicles recently Trust me, when I saw the new green lights on the emergency vehicles in Austin that just flashed like the others, I knew that our government needed a major rework. Why in the world would we put another color of light on our emergency vehicles at the tune of millions of dollars that does the exact same thing as the other lights? Like I said in the Article "The NBE Clause" in The CORE section, we might not want to know the answer. The fact of the matter is that we could turn a step back into two steps forward if we roll with it...let green lights be the new hazards and yellow lights just turn signals for vehicles to come, with older vehicles hazards to still be recognized...which creates more of a logical separation, making it more organized and therefore timesaving in the end, and now we can have turn signals for emergency vehicles when their emergency lights are on too, which is not an option now. An ambulance or cop car able to signal its intent to turn well would reduce fatalities and injuries, but especially would save alot of frivolous personal injury claims and repair bills, keeping us all richer and wicked lawyers and back injury fakers down!

  • More Attention to Homelessness and Lower Class Mobility (work programs, etc)

More Attention to Homelessness and Lower Class Mobility (work programs, etc) - Jake - 03-17-2023 One of the greatest resources known to be is desperation. There is a huge workforce out there that remains basically untapped. The lowest classes: the homeless and destitute have very few options which involve much desperation. Granted, much homelessness would be cleared up by a public detox for Thimerosal/mercury poisoning from the vaccines, but homelessness will always be an issue none-the-less. Languishing homeless and destitute individuals usually resort to robbery or worse and most of the time languish in jail or on the streets with not much help, and can't even find a shower or a restroom for God's sake. Attention should be paid to these people because after all, they are humans, but more than that, they are an untapped resource which needs to be retracted, because they create alot of drag, much of it spiritual, which makes us look bad, much less drags us down as a respectable economy. I have alot of ideas on the subject, as do others. One of the major things which should be addressed are public facilities which would allow the homeless to get a leg to stand on. A major issue with the homeless is finding a job and keeping it due to hygene. Many homeless just flat out cannot find a shower, and in most cities, cannot even find a public restroom. If you aren't clean and presentable, you cannot hold a job, even if you are qualified. Such a situation encourages criminal behavior, which promotes a society of criminals, which debases propriety and general skill levels, which without doubt has led to the situation we are in. Day in and day out, I see alot of rich people who I sense have stolen their way up, who then are able to have children and spread their bad genes. Meanwhile, good, more finely skilled and tuned people get washed out because they chose not to turn to crime, yet were unable to hold a position in society, over peanuts. Every city should have a designated area where the homeless can come in and get a shower. Many cities do have facilities, but they are usually on a lottery basis and are way overcrowded and not functioning as intended. These facilities usually focus more on boarding and less on hygene. The homeless should be given free bus passes and access to an open air type facility where they can get clean. In another post, I recommend free public transit, which it should be anyway, taxed through the treasury instead of through the individual. There should be designated land set up outside of the city where the homeless can camp, providing tents and an area to charge electronics, with public transit to a hub. If boarding facilities are created, these facilities should focus on employing these individuals in return for board, with options for people to work more in order to save money for a place to live. I believe that the State should also have a public work program for the homeless, etc, so that individuals who absolutely need work, can find it, though at below minimum wage. These programs should require a few months' or even years' commitment, and could wisk participants off into the countryside for labor intensive jobs where they can get their hands dirty and get some fresh air. These programs should dock a percentage of pay for a lump payout at the end of the program, in order to ensure that participants get set in life better. But most of all, these programs should be profitable to the State. Massive amounts of public expenditure is wasted on the fallout of the immobility of the homeless. With just a few simple fixes, we can reduce wasted expenditure yet furthermore, tap into these individuals as a resource and simultaneously train them into a worthy commodity, elevating our society's value, benefiting all, in synergy's way.

  • Mass Shootings Will Result in Anti-Gun Laws: POLYGRAPH GUN BUYERS

Mass Shootings Will Result in Anti-Gun Laws: POLYGRAPH GUN BUYERS - Jake - 10-26-2023 Most guys know that when you shoot something you're not supposed to, you get your gun taken away. We've all seen "A Christmas Story." Collectively, Americans are shooting at things they are not supposed to, themselves, which means that the powers that be are more inclined to take our guns away. The ONLY ground anyone has to support these mass-shooting atrocities are that there are those of us who are buckling under this great balancing act of socio-nature as our society metamorphs and buds into a technological phase, which is centered around federal govt, with secession's mechanism at its core, requiring the blood of patriots to germinate through the very evil which has tempered our mettle. Enter the polygraph. I have included some litigation I have done regarding polygraphs and their recent stigma, which shows that errors and lack of faith in polygraphs are moreso likely due to undermining energetic deficiencies in our government causing them erroneously, in the same way that extraneous variable cause flawed scientific measurements. Polygraphs should be used to discourage crime just like guns were used to do the same. Now that we have polygraphs, that should be a big clue that they need to go hand in hand with other deterants, in the same way that other modern tech must have bracing, or it can fail catastrophically. Everyone has heard the story about the neighborhood in Chicago which required every homeowner to own a gun and advertised that in signage around the neighborhood that had zero break-in. Well, we need to have a story for the next gen that goes along the lines of there being a State that required every gun owner to be polygraphed, which ended up seeing zero gun related murders, though perhaps had a few people killed by gun owners (with us remembering that a "kill" is a slaying in the name of good, and a "murder" is a slaying in the name of evil). And you know that the cops and the judges like this idea. The questions should be deep, and should test people on suicidal thoughts, their reasoning for having a gun, if it is for self-defense or for other reasons, and if they have ever thought about harming and official. Gun owners should be tested regularly, with handgun owners tested once per year, and assault rifle owners tested once every six months, with even more stringent questions, with options for that to abate after some time and repeat passes, and after the issue is righted, which of course should coincide with better gun safety and education courses, which should also bring together local communities ever few months, so that people get to know eachother and their families and to create more of a militia atmosphere, which is healthy and very beneficial if done right, just ask the American revolutionaries...but it would make sure that people are networked and keeping and eye on eachother, and would also in turn help the legal system, with judges not being threatened by every single idiot gun-owner that comes through their courts, granted though, the public school system does not teach ANYONE how to use the legal system anyway, but hey, even so (we will fix both of those issues). Now, I'm not going to say one thing or the other, but it could be seen as moreso constitutional than not to have those of us who cannot pass a simple polygraph for gun ownership to not own guns, for all of the obvious reasons. And even now, I am somewhat hesitant to write that, considering that the US might be passing the point of no return, and that the majority of us are criminals...then the other side of me proceeds knowing that if that is the case and the word gets out, it is a. better for us all, even if we are invaded by other criminals, because at least both sides will take eachother out, and finally b. it will put a large gag in the mouths of all of those who we have struggled with over the past years who have denied that there is an issue at hand. Now, this is not to say that most of these folk were just following the better instinct, and were the critical party responsible for even bringing the buried treasure of Secession to light. I mean, we all know that the redneck yatchclub president Bob pops his first cap at 10am...but we never expected all that BPA laden can lining to make he and his wife so effeminate as to cause such a horrible birth defect upon the family jewels of their son that he went transgender and shot up a whole parade...but then again, we never expected Bob to be the real president, stumbling off the dock and into the driver's seat of the party barge, did we. Nope, we'd have been halfway to getting shot by some fully fledge hermaphrodite alien hybrid from the future if Bod handn't have been there for us, even when he GW'ed it...he was still on target, as always. Thank you Bob, this one's to you, and your half girl, half son in the mental hospital. So, all you Bobs, out there with your flip-flops on, you know the drill!! And don't forget to read the attachment!

  • Pass Legislation Requiring Minimum Wage to Fluctuate w/Living Costs

There was an article I read the other day, which stated that it takes 3 adults working full time to afford a 1 bedroom apartment, and that was in Houston where rent is the most affordable in the nation. We wonder why crime rates are going up, it is because people simply cannot afford to live honestly, which should be seen as a direct result of fallout from higher, historical fraud in the Federal Reserve, which basically trickled the fires of entropy and misorganization downhill. One way to compel heinous crimes such as child trafficking is to maintain minimum wage at a level making it basically impossible for a single adult to afford a place to live. Some may say that minimum wage should be at a level where 2 people working full time could afford a place to live, and I would agree, but we must remember here that we want our society to be enjoyable if not fashionable though also have those principles of competition. Setting minimum wage at a level requiring 2 people to work full time takes the romance out of society. A large aspect of marriage and family is being able to save money by pairing up. If a single person cannot afford a place on minimum wage, how can they ever find a mate, or have something to look forward to for that matter? Furthermore, what about the kids? Why would we set minimum wage which makes no time for children? It should be unspoken that singles should be able to afford a place, then once they are married, the extra money and time saved would of course go to child-rearing. If we don't have time for our kids, then society will devolve, which is what we are seeing now, where 3 adults must work full time to afford a one bedroom apartment, which is totally backward, if not troglodyte...I mean, do you really want Uncle Fred alone with your kid while you're working the nightshift, in the dining area behind a sheet for a partition? NO! Every few years this stuff comes to a head, and then it gets fixed by a rise in minimum wage, but what if our currency ever starts to deflate, which is not a bad thing at all, by the way. People on minimum wage might make too much money then. And then it hits you, for those of us with legal experience, that having to change minimum wage all the time instead of create a policy allowing it to fluctuate is a deprivation of rights alone. MINIMUM WAGE SHOULD FLUCTUATE at a level making it reasonable for a single person to afford a modest place to live. If we do not cater to our good workers who are NOT on SS, and basically pay the way for way to many people who are disabled, we are only asking for it. Such a law would compliment our inurement and help to reverse our degradations, and could even be tailored to each state, in order to be more responsive.
