- [JUD] Allow Pro Se Litigants to Litigate for Changes in the Law / File Class Actions
- Jake - 03-17-2023 Currently, the law does not allow pro se litigants to litigate for changes or file class action suits. Such may have been a good measure in the days before widespread education and high tech. Now, with public skills and knowledge more ubiquitous, especially considering tech and the internet, pro se litigants should be able to litigate for changes in the law and file class actions. Texit.pro’s suggestion would be to combine the two for citizens to more realistically attain changes in the laws in a timely manner. As of now, lawyers recognized and allowed by the government to practice law (Esq) are the lowest level of litigants allowed to litigate for changes in the law, which was likely a good idea in the days before widespread modernity (this law dates from the days when many people could not read or write). Nowadays, it still wouldn’t be a good idea to let just any pro se litigant alone be able to litigate for changes in the law, but it might be a good idea now to allow that type of grassroots litigation to be done via a pro se type class action (which does not yet exist) by allowing such complaints to proceed if there are enough pro se litigants litigating under the same Complaint—a “pro se class action,” if you will. Once a pro se class action is brought forth by enough plaintiffs, the law could have further provisions for it to be required to be assisted by a professional lawyer of their choosing, with stipulations of how that lawyer is paid, which would be a set value for those litigating normally and subsidized by those meeting the informus pauperis requirements…this would ensure professionalism and commerce, similar to how the courts must provide court appointed lawyers, though in a different, better light, considering it would be civil pro-action…so litigants should have a choice of lawyer, being plaintiffs and not defendants (not having been charged with a crime). Even further, the law could be extended with stipulations to allow such suits to be statutorily organized, instead of those litigants having to coordinate unofficially, which could be seen moreso as a deprivation of time in general (an amendment violation). The law is there to help organize the public according to logic, so hey why not?...would it, could it, be seen as less of a deprivation to do so?...that could be argued either way. The way the law stands now, aiding the general public with respect to their cases is not allowed, and that is in the name of freedom and equality under, which so encourages the public to learn and achieve on our own and not become dependent on governmental assistance. One might argue that such an organizational precept and provision as aiding in the organization of class actions, pro se included, would be too great of a governmental concession, especially in the traditional regard. Many court officials have more of a “the law should evolve us rather than help us” stance, which is becoming antiquated by more modern standards, one being sheer plausible deniability, and the other more unitary, if not greedy, though but in a greater aspect more logical…being evolved standing as being helped—and so chooses to treat the law as having capacity unto duty to both harm and help when and where it’s needed (in the sheerest of logic, why should the law not help foremost, cp?..would that not be the antithesis?). Such theory would make more sense; the law serving to relieve, innocent and guilty—past and future: of the present; one second to the next…state and federal under one roof, one nation under God. These days though, there might be a different atmosphere, and certain provisions could be modified, with the potentials of mass disorganization becoming too great a threat from sheer population sizes and advanced technology, warranting similar safeguards or help if you will, in the same way that provisions have been made for people submitting filings under indigent status and being granted waivers of payment by the Court. In times past, it might have been better to let people starve to death to preserve life…these days though, with so many people with access to guns, that might not be a good option. In times past before modern government, keeping the delinquent out of modern affairs might have been better, whereas now, most of us are descended from those who worked hard to ensure modernity, so it could be seen as more of a curse to disavow those descendants without some sort of dowry, just like all gentlemen deserve a proper burial. As society burgeons, the courts can decide where and how to operate and stint accordingly, in the same way that permission to proceed in forma pauperis can be granted, other provisions can be made if they are indeed seen as appropriate, this is the beauty of modern government…which is derived from the word itself, to govern. Just like a driver governs a throttle for different terrain, a good government should adapt to the terrain of the present and future, to steer us from death—democracy the evolutionary constant and not the other way around—the functionality of government thereby being, functional, as in even if that society fails it would be overall more beneficial in nature’s eyes, given that control, and so therefore could only fail by lack of proper participation in that government, implying that a perfect government need only be exercised (tongue in cheek). That is of course ceteris paribus, because there is nothing you can do about stupid…though if on occasion stupid people even remotely, accidentally participate correctly in government, they would by course use it to transmute themselves inthrough intelligence…when done proactively, evolution might be through things like social security, education and upkeep, or even things like sterilization of chronic sexual offenders, or requiring government approval to bear young, but usually it’s done in a crass, last-minute, forced sorts of ways, which usually means war, genocide and death, like a garden being weeded or like more primitive slash and burn techniques. Those days should be t hings of the past, with so many options now to metaphorically prevent weeds altogether, and we could see this pragmatically through government’s affects, in technology. AI programs and robots could easily be used to make things like weeding passe, and so likewise, the advanced government should be able to reduce more arcane methodology. An evolutionary government doth help, does it not? Pro se class action should be moved forward in the cue. Just as a side comment, there are so many people on Social Security these days who would not be if society were fit and not becoming disabled. It should be no surprise that as our society degrades, so do its people directly, with disorders more likely manifesting from the unsanitary disorganizations resulting from lagging in the technological and bureaucratic backbones of our government, where they could be helped, which makes sense because the energetics of nature should not be able to afflict someone innocent. Perhaps these new-fangled disorders are karma’s way of touching those unaware of the inavoidable criminality of their lack of adult participation and stewardship, which is slightly scary, but would make more sense to the adult or even to any kid who has seen something die harshly in nature, or even killed it, like a bug…life is valuable and even just casually being in the wrong place at the wrong time can get you, even if you are just a happy normal bug. Psychological disorders surrounding societial depression are more likely the subconscious instinct subtly influencing our paths like the butterfly effect towards our futures as the allegorical feet of karma intersect our paths, so that the strong survive. To the casual observer, it might seem random which bug gets stepped on, but to someone who has followed the time leading up to mortal events, likely it would seem much less so, with the less innocent coming into contact with the edge of the scythe at just the perfect time, and the innocent seeming to be missed by every foot. One might could get confused and think that good policies have not helped us, when they have, because we do have successful technology now outpacing those systems which gave rise to that success, don’t we? It’s only the unsuccessful upkeep of successful systems which makes us seem to fail. But yet, we have alot of collective detritus, and probably roque psyche doctors in back rooms handing out disability checks to people they might, or perhaps even should treat preferentially, having no democratic oversight or crosschecks…for people who so much as have bipolar disorder, which to me more resembles astrology rather than medicine, though I digress. Not one person really knows what bipolar is, other than just “ups and downs,” as if you acted like a Virgo or a Taurus at just the right time. There’s an old saying: throw enough mud on the wall and some of it’s going to stick, but I digress again. The point of the matter is that the poor arrangement in and of the matters of actual matter could be causing interceived energetic dysfunctions manifesting as incontrollable ups and downs in the psyche, just like how too much play in a steering wheel would have the same type of effect on a driver: poor control. What our system seems to be doing is labeling the driver a poor driver, instead of the vehicle—our government—as an improper, poorly maintained vehicle, when in actuality the driver might actually be more skilled at steering than the average driver, due to the play forcing greater skill, yet would appear worse. As time wears on and such a driver is forced to concentrate on compensating for poor maintenance instead of expending that on repair, his skill and time would likely decrease in other areas, which should be seen as a general deprivation…though conversely, if caught at the right time, handing someone now who is very skilled and very appreciative of a working vehicle might be ever more beneficial, in the same way that stressing a plant before harvest can yield better fruit, counterintuitively enough. At the end of the day, likely it’s not the person, but the people at large that is the issue, which is good news for many of us (Thimerosal brain damage or not). The key to gaining the extra edge over normalcy might very well lie in small, homeopathic increments of abuse, torture, oppression and depression, much like boot camp or special training, so that the end product becomes better. What that means to the social animal unto evolutionary anthropologist is that these heights to achieve can lay in the future at random, which would have natural draws for us “bugs” to follow…now, which ones of us follow these paths knowingly would be of the keenest interest, because those who would do so without wit in many ways could be seen as committing criminal acts against others, who would benefit more from those lessons in the long run, in their need to be stressed foreso. This presents us with a humorous picture…I mean, what do you do to the person who commits a random act of violence towards you, just to move you three yards to the left, just in the knick of time to miss the proverbial piano being dropped from seven stories above. Do you hug them?...do you send them to jail?...both??...who knows? At this point, hugs might be best, with society having been retrograde for so long now—all of us being born into the snakepit, and so at the very least excusable by a legal Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity standard, which might could mean that one should marry them to boot!! I would bet my bottom dollar that almost each and every one of us has some sort of weird, recent or semi-recent story surrounding them being oddly or unjustly thrown into direr psychological straits, which caused some sort of normally disagreeable event to unfold that ultimately led to an outcome which outshined the initial discomfort and deviance by a factor great enough to overshadow it all, if not make it immediately forgotten…like being haunted by an angry spirit for years in a new house, just to get into a domestic altercation, punching a hole in the sheetrock, only to find a hidden cache of gold and the answer to a cold case, who turns out to be your ancestor, you the only surviving heir…presto, the ghost is gone, your wife loves you now, on the beach in Sri Lanka, problem solved. The saying “no good deed goes unpunished” may very well have its roots in truth, as good karma flushes the heir at any rate. A large number of Pro Se litigants litigating for the same causes should raise the eyebrow of a good judge or two…if I were a judge though, I would not force those cases to hearing outright, in the same way that legal officials and staff should not advise people on the law when they can go look it up themselves, as mentioned…but a large number of proper pro se litigants like that should already demonstrate a higher level of diligence, volition, education, etc…in turn due to the control that law disallowing officials to divulge legal advice provides (demonstrating its utility in just that alone), all of which speaks for itself. Therefrom, a keen observer might conclude that some assistance by the courts could might be due, simply because such good citizens, who are worthy, who added stock and value to the future could fall victim to the mentioned extraneisms surrounding the natural eddies of imbalance found in richer waters of progress’ turbulence, where sharks do so live better too…with high-tech naturally being unable to be congruously well-implemented in government during those natural crests and troughs of our fervent pulses (frickin’ laserbeams included). It should not be beyond the realm of successful tradition to simply advise those Pro Se litigants that the courts have noted that their complaint has fallen into the same category as so many others’, whatever that number or percentage would be, and provide that list of litigants, and might provide information on professional Counsels too (lawyers), perhaps not directly, but surely could direct the public to common databases where that information should be stored. In the past, such databases would have been more of a deprivation to maintain, likely being mostly unused before the internet, but now they would be indispensable. The court would of course leave the leg work up to those citizen litigants, to then form their own class actions surrounding, which would keep in line with the spirit of freedom and progress, so that each man or woman does his part on his or her own, fairly, squarely, and in the spirit of nature’s most ultimate way. Similar complaints could easily be earmarked by court clerks and augmented by AI—reading, cataloguing and performing organizational tasks on millions of documents in split seconds. Right now, the courts are so disorganized with respect to technology that such things are less likely than a free ride. Let’s take a more well-known case in the Volusia County, FL official court website which is www.clerk.org, and then lets look at say the Travis County, TX website which is www.traviscountytx.gov and also note that the Travis County Sherriff’s website is www.tcsheriff.org. A few other examples from around the country give us the same disorganizatia; for instance, the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) does not have an official site, at all, which is a joke. Going to sites which list the county websites from different States, the story is the same, with no control over format, domain suffix, etc…which means that there is a lack of upkeep occurring in the law with respect to technological organization in a huge area, which could be fatal, especially in the nature of politics, in the same way that not caring for any important aspect would be, especially for one so cutting edge, new, and revolutionary as the internet. Government offices are set in stone by the law, the format of their physical addresses are as well, so should their websites be. Just imagine how we look to foreigners coming over here…we need to remember to pedigree well or we might be cased for our wealth, period…that’s how things are supposed to go, the strong conquer the weak, saving the future moreso. When you want to look up an address, you don’t get back, “over yander, around the bend across from the big tree next to uncle Joe’s house,” NO…you have the address number, street, city, state and zip. In the same way, government web address should be the same, going from country, to state, to district, to county, so on and so forth, and be required to have the same suffix: .gov, and ONLY official government websites should be allowed to have that suffix…like such as: us.tx.western.travis.gov, for the federal civil district court it should be us.tx.western.federal.gov/civil and for the 5th circuit court it would be us.federal.5thcircuit.gov, or something along those lines. Right now, some of the only sites which do have a cohesive nationwide format are the Federal Courts, which likely was implemented by a federal judge who was just not going to allow his courts to seem unprofessional in one of their most outward respects to the public…we need to take a hint and make the rest of the country uniform, I have no doubt that the upper courts would oblige in small changes to match, given that the format is done thoughtfully. Government office websites within the county should take up directories in a universally mandated manner as well—the Sheriff’s office for any county in the US should be “/sheriff” and nothing else…not /tcsheriff, just /sheriff, for every office in the country. This way, if you had an emergency and were in a different State you weren’t from, you would be able to access the website you needed more quickly without having to look it up, just knowing the county you were in. Let’s say you were in Houston and wanted to access the city of Houston’s page, you would input us.texas.southern.harris.gov/houston. Saving little bits of time like that are what separates good models from bad ones, not to mention saves alot of energy/carbon footprint just by people not constantly using google’s electrons to find their own government’s web addresses, and who knows how much breath is wasted by this kind of commentary due alone, in both utterance and in reading. We are never going to get around to updating and organizing the tech in the offices below if we don’t even have their main web addresses right, that much could be said. For eGov to come about for the next era, such things are a MUST! These kinds of misses are fairly egregious, given the level of sophistication our country claims and is reputed as having, versus the amount of disregard shown in one of the, if not the most sophisticated social system of our government’s avantude. There has been plenty of time for such things to be fixed and working well, against deprivations guaranteed by the Constitution. That such things have not only not been well-kempt and manicured, but have almost been indelibly left to encroach upon the lives of others is a supreme signal which could mean one thing and one thing only: that all of these men and women of the government are blindingly intelligent, and have without doubt all but set the table for us, making litigation towards mending the future all the more easy, and effective. Which again is a big clue for all…that when you see something so out of place that the only other answer would be that a person is criminally insane, take a step back for a second and think, keeping their large amount of money and property in view, “maybe this person is just so smart that I’m not getting it, perhaps they are setting something up, like a give and go for a perfect score?” And voila, nine times out of ten, those people are…and in almost every case, it’s the only way they can do so without losing power, or causing harm. They are in better standing than we, on paper, and in most other respects, and have already seen that there are issues coming down the line which normalcy probably won’t be able to account for, so they throw things into such an abnormal state that the common man is left staring with the conundrum, which we but only perceive as oppression, when in fact it is merely a warp in the fabric of legitimacy’s spacetime…as if a large shark has just come up to us with its mouth agape. The initial instinct is fight or flight, but if you let in the warm light of sentient evolution and human cunning and reason in, you can quickly see that it all is more likely an informal emergency mechanism passed down from the old-world which bootstraps into the existing court system and allows those below with the wit and skill to play off the ball and pass back with their numbers and abilities to assist in much needed goals, like a good fan. The shark is just in need of legal symbiosis—a teeth cleaning, and we are the clownfish, those who don’t comply intelligently and quickly might soon be supper. From a neutral perspective, these processes achieve extra tasks in the same swoop vs normal progress, by not only achieving the tasks at hand, but doing a better, more thorough and complete job of it, by and through waking up normal citizens who usually would not have become involved, and by also further displacing, separating and illuminating unwanted behaviorisms for care, which normally can go unnoticed and blend back into the background, just to become more of a problem later. The big suits on the top floor just can’t make a sign that says “Help me, I’m going crazy when I try to use my computer, or my phone…my office is a schizophrenic minefield, someone might soon be stabbed, possessed, divorced, murdered, or worse PLEASE HELP!” You just can’t do that when you’re a big guy, all humor aside…things could be worse if you went around manually asking people to get involved to try to help your issues, even if they are common…your wife could see you as weak, for one, who knows? Or maybe they just don’t have the time, but their lawyers might. If all these big guys conspired by artificially compounding the smaller bumps on the road naturally driving them nuts, people in smaller vehicles might start to notice more and get the job done faster without the status quo being disturbed, which makes sense, because why should the big guy move for the little guy, from a sheer physics and conservation of energy standpoint? Once the work is done, they take the pressure off and the road is totally smooth for them. Some might feel disrespected, others would see those actions as a sign, reading, “please fix these issues because we are wealthy and own large weapons manufacturing and technology companies and don’t have to time to do so ourselves, nor should, because it’s your job to sweep the metalogical floor, not ours, talk to my lawyer for your recompense, have a g’day” and so you do because you know that they don’t care either way, and can just blow things up if they feel like it, if it’s not being taken care of in a timely fashion and warranting dismantling in the cheapest, funnest way, all around, for them which we then have to pick up and rebuild. Plan B is just as good or better than Plan A for the elite, not for us…for the majority, it usually means being conscripted to serve in a war, where things are figured out the old-fashioned way, away from one’s wife and family. Be that as it may, it is all perfect cause for Secession. Something was supposed to be done, it was not done and then corruption, societal unrest, depression and recession ensued and innocent life and time was lost. Litigating for those small things to be done retrospectively would only clog up the courts for the increasing issues coming down the line, putting their timetables of getting taken care of out into the range of perhaps forever, who knows?...which in lay terms should mean some sort of collapse or similarly devastating occurrence. At this point, one can see that we’ve been put in great enough danger, warranting us to deploy our government’s safety mechanism: secession…and who knows, maybe these guys are doing this to us on purpose to force us to deploy it, just so that history remembers it as effective and it gets broken in, so it will be more likely used again, like a rusty hinge or a new pair of boots or a baseball glove…almost like governmental masturbation, pardon the phrase if you would, but it could be seen as a proper course of action to begin, in the same way that new brakes on a car must be tested with harsh stops that normally would be unfavorable. Either way, we as citizens should seize this opportunity like children seizing candy on Halloween. States could compete with eachother on ways and means of self-improvement and eventually collaborate on the most successful methods and courses of action towards a reunionization best, call it America 3.0 or whatever, but the baseline will be one that does not automatically elicit schizophrenic reactions from the general public being disorganized and throw us into an upside-down state of never never land every time we turn the corner. The din and hum from allegorical construction will always be there…should we rather it be at a din all hours of the night and day, or at a roar during the working day and silent for the evenings and night?...the latter would be better suited for our natural schedules, sleep, health and sanity…and if done right should likely lead extra spare time for fun, memorable metaphorical vacations, which is the real legacy we need to leave here for the future’s posterity, so that as cycles repeat themselves, those future people have that last drop to push them through to the next monsoon on the serengetis of life…where the law is live and let live and the motto CYA. Such systems would give the citizen more direct control over our laws, and would flow together very well with an updated, centralized technological infrastructure revolving around an eGov type interactive interface…which would basically be like the court websites now, but with more integral, top-down organization and the ability for citizenry to have an account linked to their social that would allow them to navigate and more importantly, interact within and between any court, district, representative or what have you…naturally drawing people closer together, eliminating negative logic in-as-far, and providing more interaction between greater wills of the people and their representatives, who would also gain more of an edge in being able to more closely respond to change—eliminating the play in our collective wheels, avoiding accident. Effectively, this would gradually work around the metastasized bureaucracy stemming from the need for a [expensive] lawyer or the need to be a lawyer to change the law, which most people in dire straits in need of relief cannot and should not afford, which is a major blockade, and especially under economic depressions when time and money is short for everyone, but especially for the law, and when that litigation is mostly needed. In the past, it was likely less advantageous and more of a hassle to allow this type of litigation and organization, with local communities around lawyers more capable, considering information moving at the pace of a horse, but now with technology’s advent and modernity, times have changed, offering more conducive routes whilst making others less so. Relying on those older trails like older roadways could be more hazardous and slower, even if they are less distance as the crow flies, they still cause greater losses of time overall, being paramount, which lends more towards the dangers and blockages of bureaucracy…just like a tumor, the longer it goes unremedied, the worse it gets, and the more difficult to remove and adjust to after that extrication. All of this stands as a supreme obstacle between the average citizen and their wishes being addressed properly and timely. In the same way, we should phase in more internet-based democracy and we should focus on phasing out other antiquated systems which used to serve better functioning but are now causing deadly bureaucratic buildup, which naturally encourages fleecing and corruption in natures natural rectifictory processes, which is undue in sentient modernity, being preternatural. Law is actually an easier subject once one grasps how it generally works, being a lesser science, easier to perform (cp) than math, biology, chemistry, physics, etc…which is its only difficulty…in wrapping one’s mind around its sheer simplicity and unexpectedly direct usage of logic and math in and of the person in real time, as truth could only be. The incongruous padding of current lawyer pay grades could largely be due to Pro Se litigants' having been barred from litigating changes in laws and class actions, which attracts too much talent that could be of better use elsewhere nowadays. Modern law required higher talent to bring it about in ages past, just like other legacies which are becoming less and less cutting edge and more common like Calculus. The buildup we are seeing is just a simple sign of the systems in-between being rough and failing to provide quick, slick social mobility, like a clogged system should exhibit, though perhaps this one is due for a full overhaul now that we know. Evolution is there and we need to evolve accordingly…which in itself would be evidenced by the Texit.pro Author hereof, possessing only a high-school diploma, though mostly able to perform at the college level and perhaps higher in some respects, simply due to having access to the internet for as many years, as if I had my own college with a library the size of multiple sport stadiums in my back pocket for years on end, which would go the same for anyone with a computer since the 90’s; standing as a massive sea change in the most important aspect of logic in understanding—which is directly related to law: information. To my benefit though, I did come from a well-educated family who also placed alot of value on the same…but for so, so many to have the internet now, that trend will only exponentiate through the masses, just as fitness, good looks and religious excellence did so from darker ages past, which should be exciting for us all, as our mixing pot only tastes better and better…and is something to rejoice over and not to squander by burning it on the stove…all it takes is just a bit of a stove burn and the whole pot is toast from the carbon. Now would be the time to keep the keenest of eyes on our pot…or perhaps just put it in the oven to finish now that it has been mixed well with the ingredients. The fact stands though that the metaphorical oven does not work right and is outdated from the 70’s, along with the other appliances…why not just stick the pot in the freezer, grab a sammich and renovate the whole kitchen so we can do it justice in a few days, and then have a nice kitchen for the next generations? Finally, I would say that for just simple Pro Se class actions alone (unrelated to law changes), the courts should take less stewardship, being less related to law, but though still allow pro se litigants to observe a list of similar causes, whether pro se or not, but though not allow a lawyer to be assigned. Fairly I should say that the FIOA system already possesses the ability for such information to be found, though verily, it is difficult to use, being antiquated and unsearchable, upon request only…which is evidenced by the fact that the government web address formatting is almost non-existent…one might could argue that that fact alone has made every other government system connected to the internet difficult to use, as if we are children who hath been scarred, lackaday! It’s high time that things get more organized and the need for Pro Se class actions could be very well be evidenced by the lacking in other areas, especially with regard to the web address disorganization…then again, it may have been left disorganized on purpose by officials in order to give litigants more weight and thrust in the courts.
- A Total Revamp of the Penal System (work programs, etc)
The jail system has become a revolving door, which is becoming more like a revolver pointing straight at us. Gangs and gang related violence are fueled by the penal system, which overburdens the police, creating cultures on both sides which polarizes society, dividing it for the wraths of nature to ultimately conquer. Lots of issues these days can be traced back to heavy metals poisoning by Thimerosal/Hg and Mercury amalgam fillings, but besides that there are still underlying issues related to crime which still cause problems with the current structuring of the penal system. A major empirical issue with criminals can be traced back to education and work experience, which no doubt has been interrupted by the penal and CPS systems--severing old routes of wisdom and family lessons. Good work habits and education are sacred things which classically are passed down from parent to child. Broken homes and bad family situations can lead to individuals with broken tradition who just don't have good role models, who so tend to develop poor life skills more slowly, which of course leads to more crime. With the penal system not focusing on the root causes, individuals can get trapped in vicious cycles, like cold, hard logic focuses all of societies evils on as many perfect members as possible in order to inflict the best harm type stuff, causing the most detriment to all, per capita, as it were. With simple programs in our jails and prisons, much of this can be avoided. Some of these programs do exist in prison in minor aspects, and there has been much success associated with them...and so they should be expanded!! Inmates who are sentenced with extended stays or who are chronic visitors should be put through mandatory evaluations for aptitude in arithmetic, reading and writing...Heavy Metals/Thimerosal poisoning evals going without saying. Jails and prisons should have mandatory classes for individuals who are not basically educated, in order to forcibly bring them up to speed. Inmates who are not skilled in very basic education should not be released until they pass and if they can't, there would be the necessary records to determine the how's and why's of an adults mental health status and proper treatment and more effective rehabilitation plans to be made, perhaps allowing society to develop better outpatient programs to better work, house and educate such individuals as long as they comply with community service and education building tasks given to them part time, yet though would face stiffer penalties from illegal profits or basically getting into trouble, in return for being partially subsidized and relieved from the full onslaught of a society in a turbulent burn-up...this is all in an imaginable future where drugs, technology and government are more tended to, where we would have protocols to allow more successful individuals to partake in more of life's libations, more responsibly, mind you--using drugs and evil pleasures to drive life forwards instead of backwards...how it should be, and the only way one can every actually, scientifically, energetically, psychologically/logically enjoy them. The above could be a way to ensure that people who can't do math still have a place, a role, and truer social security all around...right now, we just hand out disability checks to anyone who gets committed for Bipolar Disorder, and we really have no clue what that is anyway. My knowledge would indicate moreso that ramifications of psychological abuses stemming from simple misappropriations of simple laws surrounding us which just so happen to affect a huge amount of technical property are to blame, which human decency just so happens to rely upon, duh...that those obvious symptoms are being generated by our affects, and not the other way around...the same would go for Hg/Thimerosal poising, which accounts for the vast majority of cases...once again, just another simple material situation manifesting in the human condition causing stress until it is properly rectified...not from issues within the actual person, necessarily, if there even were such a thing. Anyway, massive government subsidized demographics who failed the 6th grade shouldn't be allowed to dedicate government income to investments in crime, and party on taxpayer money in their SS checks, displacig more inured genes, and then get behind the wheel of a very big, fast, expensive vehicle on those drugs...matter of fact, with the finer resolution of an eGov style system, MH evals could be barred from owning vehicles above certain costs, below certain safety standards, within acceptable thresholds of performance and weight, and with more accurate/broader driver intoxication sensors, in order to minimize major accidents, of course, but sheerly, really to force society to stay educated, and blow up the easy way. It's worth it to cause a little discomfort in teaching man to fish instead of him robbing you later for yours and your family's. Jails/prisons should have programs to teach inmates basic work skills such as OSHA and CDL certification classes and have more serious classes and videos showing young men basic work skills, such as how to move heavy objects or work in hazardous conditions with large equipment...even things like basic cooking and chemistry classes would be a very good thing for the richer classes to ensconce into convicts, because likely one will end up behind the grill or the counter after rehab...and heaven itself is built upon the divine. Jails/prisons should be rife with mandatory education programs, and I would even institute mandatory PT in there too, just to add salt to the sweet bitter, compelling all to steer clear and listen to their mothers and fathers. Most hot headed young men need some good exercise and a good lesson anyway. Honors performance in prison college programs, which are already offered by many colleges in most prisons should be put into the legal code as a stipulation of granting parole sooner, and stellar enrollment in jail associate type courses should count for extra credit too, etc, etc.. The prison population, to me, represents a large, free labor source. Less violent offenders should be able to be tapped for free labor/community service much more easily now that society is more modern, education and standards of living higher and more widespread, and people associated with the penal system being more along the lines of in trouble with mom and less with big brother. The State should incorporate more programs to use these individuals to perform more tasks in the community with a HUGE expansion of community service to the private and public economy...right now there are tiers and tiers of beds and beds of inmates rotting in jail, taking up lucrative taxpayer money while the military/industrial complex profits immensely as society rides itself down into oblivion. Most of those fellas are just in there for normal guy stuff like fighting and/or mild drug use anyway and would do just fine cleaning up more trash on the highway, giving good people free car washes, raking leaves, etc. There is alot of community service that is used these days, but it's just with backroom stuff at public facilities like libraries, doing jobs that really are more there for community service and not the other way around, to come burn off hours on, and is not taken quite as seriously as something that could and should be used on tasks that could really bolster society and make it acceptable to enjoy. How many times have you looked over at trash on the highway and been distracted not only from the road, but from your dear life and shiu feng on an existential level, doctor? We see guys picking trash up every now and then and I feel like in the past there used to be more because there is definitely more trash these days and the jails only get more and more efficiently designed and paychecks fatter and fatter keeping taxpayer money in their pockets with people in the jails...they need to be drug back out and given a whole new class of community service options, for all our benefit. It might upset a fat cat or two for a little bit, but especially the upper class would be back on their feet best after a good spring cleaning, hey, they would match better, right?..it's our job to do that, if only to ensure that they don't cannibalize the lower classes. The main routes in performing such tasks is just how we do anything--with technology. Government is a tech, jail is a tech, and so when things like electronics, government and jail come together on new tech itself, such as eGov systems, better tech to be will only follow in the win-win, loose-loose, make it-take it laws of life. A vision would be for collars to be allowed to be dawned on inmates doing work, supervisors would of course be given digital interface and command suite with the locations of every worker likely from GPS in the collars, which could be works of the next era of American technology--synced better to supervisors, giving them video feed and voice conferencing, so inmates could communicate with eachother and to them, which would maximize productivity and safety. If an inmate does not respond to voice comms or vibration, further measures could be integrated into the collar...slow-leech chems could be released to calm workers, or even severely inebriate them to make them less combative for restraint in the case of all but inevitable altercations, and could even go as far as having a tranquilizer injection for emergency scenarios...I'm not saying it'd be totally necessary, hey these inmates would mostly be guys who had unpaid traffic tickets, but such a feature would be a better protection for society itself, so no smart frat kid can fake a trip to jail, specifically just get out on a work detail and run amok through his friend's company's office to scam a multi-million dollar insurance payout from the State. With a quick flick of the red switch, he could be out cold on the lawn before he even gets in! Drone and CCTV tech would be a good compliment, perhaps armed as well with new, cost-effective non-lethal tech which at the very least could tell Phil, who neglected to pay his parking tickets and socked his girlfriend drunk where the next piece of trash is...every dog needs a good collar, and so those of us who dog ourselves through American government could be given one. Successful work programs would be more guaranteed by ensuring expansive forced-education and physical training (PT) through the jail/prison systems, requiring these young men and women to finally aspire to and attain basic levels of education and physical fitness before being allowed back into society, where those habits would matriculate.

DN Hacker Spy Grid Likely Gathering Footage/Recording Blackmail Databases - Jake - 06-30-2023 It is very likely that there are passive recording systems which have been implemented for targets of interest, such as judges, lawmakers lawyers, presidents, executives, police, FBI, etc, etc. These systems could easily easedrop on both microphone and video for them and their families in order to compile databases of sensitive data which could be used in the future to blackmail them for certain outcomes with regard to certain events such as trials, elections, laws, arrests, testimony, etc. Considering the parent clause of this section, this should be considered a very dangerous aspect for our evolutionary survival. The only and easy way to beat it though is to be proactive and cut it off at the pass by creating circumstances which would give such activity less of a moral founding to do so. Let's just say this, we've all seen the phone cases and the webcams with the physical shutters built into them...that's a HUGE red flag that our private lives are far too easily spied upon, couple that with a retrograde economy along with the implications of the confusion and schitzophrenia that such things naturally encourage, aka bad decisions, and we are just asking to compound an already poor situation, just ask any mechanic...one thing not taken care of properly can start a whole slew of problems, leading to a NIGHTMARE. These crooks could already have picked and chosen our best and brightest to remove from society like an army targets leaders, power and defense stations first. I know I have had experience after experience that has kept me down and less able to lead well, which has lead to alot of other people going through similar issues. Now, the smart guy might interject that nobody would do that to their whole species, but then again, we might not be dealing with our own, per se...who knows? The option of being open to any possibility for survival would supersede, and I say would because the need to be appropriate should come before that, just in case.
- Welcome
Texit.pro is what it sounds like: a professional Texit, dealing with general Texit information related to the professional sectors and economy through government. "Texit" is a term coined specifically for secession--a legal mechanism in our government (just like impeachment) which helped to end the issue of slavery the last time it was employed, anyone who would argue with that should read this article (http://texit.pro/forum_core/showthread.php?tid=36). In the word Texit alone one can tell that the idea has gained popularity, driven by the possibilities...the buck ruling, which we seem to have been needing more of as a whole rather than not these days. It doesn't take a genius to look around and see. Homeless encampments everywhere, small towns and cities in disrepair, congested, dilapitated roads, and pollution so bad it poisons our very water, the water we bless and baptize with, no less. Most people spend much of their days hemorrhaging money accounting for things that should've been shored up and working well already, not just "OK," making work not as rewarding--hectic, wasteful and disorganized. By the time the day is done, most us folks are just exhausted from now dead end jobs which wouldn't feel so otherwise, with far too much work being done to compensate for poor organization and deteriorated infrastructure, with equipment that doesn't function ideally to boot creating a general snowball effect which stands as less than true--regression, not progression. We sense this with our instincts and know it does not bode well with the soul...or feel totally righteous for that matter, just confusing, finding us waking up homeless wondering what has happened, just like Thomas Jefferson warned (his quote below). "If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered.... I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies.... The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs." - Thomas Jefferson By many accounts, the most significant thing our workforce does now considering is endanger themselves driving to and from this poor insult to progress, with vehicle-related bills sapping up the precious remaining money we would have had for lives our forefathers fought hard for us to enjoy. At the end of the day, most people are left with about as much money to spare as if they were on the street or living somewhere foreign in the second or third world. Life has begun to become wayward, pointless for many folks; the causes revolving around a lack of upkeep of the dollar and its value. What is the point of more hours in the day for no reason? We don't live in our cities just to watch rich criminals drive around in nice cars trying to shame us to keep the finger pointed away from them. It goes without saying that the deficits in our Federal government have led to higher crime which has begun to develop cultures which further compound, creating castes who are forced to turn to crime in order to keep up and fit in with the criminals ruling above them; demographics which have begun to lock us into a vicious cycle of errant deplorability--a crushing weight which falls upon the shoulders of our children, sending them on b-lines to emotional dysfunction and even manifesting as diagnosable medical conditions such as asperger's syndrome and other forms of retardation (which would make perfect sense), and in my mind that is the highest form of treason one could achieve: that against one's own nature. We must take action in order to correct this issue, if we don't things are going to get exponentially and exceptionally worse--simple pure logic. Secession is a viable option against clear and present danger emanating from Federal corruption and would serve to sever the head of the snake, which we should attempt to still be mindful of even after it is decapitated. This snake is deadly, which many of us have already died from, both dead and alive...on the roadways, from crime and hazard in the flesh, or from various related psychological conditions which cannot be exactly pinned down, though of the soul, like the walking dead. The animal inside can put two and two together to know that responsibility and success go hand in hand. Leaving snakes in your house is just a plain bad idea, prima facie, though transforming every iota of matter quantifiable by a [maligned] dollar into a snake, including those snakes is even worse, making snake houses. We just had a virus ravage our society, killing millions of citizens. Could this stagnation, improper arrangement and weaknesses in our society have created niche for viruses to prey upon? The wise beast's answer would be more yes than no, ostensibly speaking...which is a no go for the contentious parent...Texan notwithstanding. There are definite, recorded, well-documented and known mathematical entropies occurring at the headwaters of our economy (for more information, please watch Bill Still's documentaries: The Secret of Oz and/or The Money Masters). Foundational weaknesses unto corruption in our Treasury has trickled down, causing the universal fallout to be as is so--the Federal Reserve Note (aka US Dollar) standing thusly. Not too much is known about viruses and human behavior, but I would reckon that the chances of having a plague are less with a kosher/proper economy. Falling down a mountain, careening and crashing from one precipice to another, our economy growingly fails from the poor up...the starved upper classes come through after every major recessionary impulse and basically cannibalize what little had been allocated from the growing poorer since the last, and you can bet that real-life funerals occur that shouldn't be when this happens...those energies permeate through us and make us weaken psychologically, much less attractively, and I would bet our mirror's may agree. Each recession basically does the same thing as the last, though but compounding each time as our collective bodies and face are crushed further and further each time, with the initial slip at the top of the mountain coming from our carelessness in allowing FRA1913 to pass on Christmas day, while we were busy with the holiest of days. To an outside observer, America has been backsliding ever so greatly into harder and harder depressions and greater and greater disorganization, like a person succumbing to AIDS. It's time for Jesus, folks...past time. 9 times out of 10 what you feel is happening usually is, and our excitement about secession I could say from a wiser perspective is feeding off of actual possibilities--future potentials which are better than the current status quo, causing us citizenry to positively tropate towards them in our thoughts, even coining phrases such as Texit. Bill HB1359, a referendum on secession was voted upon in the House, supporting that popular opinion...further indication that there likely could be a better future succeeding rather than not. Sure enough, there are a whole bundle of things which we could have more of: cold hard cash being the liquid gold elixir of life. Texas life was built upon big dreams and bigger money with a side of rock and roll, country and a little R&B to wash it down. Texas ranch life was hot, hard and grueling, dangerous going without saying...being emmigrations inspiration to begin. Having to do all that on top of fight wars all day was not something to be taken lightly, if you wanted to make it rich...that is. The Oilfield was not that much easier, but at least now the tech sector is mostly indoors in the A/C, which was something that was strived for tooth and nail, likely by those who died in wars surrounding confusions leading to confusion of why such tech was delayed in their lives anyway. Nature is wicked with things that we work so hard to procure from her and will take them back in an instant if we aren't careful!! Texas people love their resources...we're proud of our mastery of mother nature and want more of it, and we also enjoy time to enjoy and being artistic doing so, life has to have good sitcoms too! How can you have sitcoms if you don't have time for them? So how would secession achieve a greater good when it serves to sever ties? It doesn't take a rocket surgeon to conclude that there must be something in our government which could be holding us back...for those feelings to come to us from those possible futures--as being exciting. After all, if money, big toys and property, more vacations, movies & music, better education and degrees, or perhaps even better healthcare are all we really needed anyway, Texas being near darn perfect otherwise, why else would our opinion change so dramatically when considering those things around secession...if there weren't something just as great in temporarily relaxing the relationship between us and our Federal government? Order out of chaos as the old phrase on the dollar bill goes...who knows?...but would a good Texan ignore it? I should imagine not. One thing is for certain, and that is that there are alot of dreams I feel that haven't come true yet, with our wishlists piling up like the bodies of those who tried and failed to conquer our spirit in ages past. We have things to do now which transcend who's who and what the power and social structures are...those things come and go with time like our flags wave throughout the day, yet beautiful ways of life must stay raised high for them, which implies that people have to even be there to be good or whatever, arbitrarily speaking. When our dreams don't come true, it's a simple case of a necessary part of you yourself not being there, anything desirable being dreamworthy--a threat to ourselves: our significant others...to us, as We the People. We have certain expectations which must be fulfilled as a duty to time itself--things beyond mere government--to our ancestry...who gives a dang how we do these things, but by any stretch the ways in which they are achieved at any rate would be a form of government at any rate, so why not use the exact same tool we have at hand, and not only that; a tool which has been well crafted throughout the ages--specifically for by and through such purpose in purpose? It would be a bad day in hell for us to try to fashion a new one that would likely work in just the same way, which is a waste of time, or in more modern terms--a violation of the 14th Amendment. Y'all has to get 'er done quick or else we'll drop the ball for the next guy, which means that we're out!...and that's just not an option in the good book of salvation, and and for the sake of life to come. Now, you can call a dream what you want, but in my language they usually include terms such as horsepower, ton, caliber, ghz, entree, bridge, chorus, shot, acre, altitude, carat, location, Sunday, desert, fire and Amen: life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness and/or property. Good men and women here in Texas and other States have been doing such things for time immemorial, and we'd like to continue doing them. Nature tends to pile up everything for one big chomp and the entropies...the inefficiencies besetting us have become clear-er (though lackluster to ever be quite clear). We have all had the blessed opportunities to know and observe where exactly our weak points are and the time to come up with ways to fix them, some points are worse than others, though all ideas progressive and constructive...great for not getting shot at or what have you in the next life. Many, many, many of us have been accruing even further ideas which should truly expound into a post-modern future for Texas--ideas which are highly intelligent, efficient and effective, if not ingenious. This website serves to pay special attention to these ideas, especially the fun ones which deal with more futuristic objectives and infrastructure, like A/C, airplanes, trucks, cold beer and electric guitars, in keeping them..and becoming our forefathers in laying the groundwork for the next levels. So here it is, y'all, this is a site worth saving for, so please help disburse the intellectual stores...let it rain...let's end pain and win game, this forum will help to keep our eyes on the prize. What is the game, you may ask? Well, it's the little things, which stem from one big one: inuring wealth--the almighty dollar...this isn't church after all, this is what builds them. I would wager my six-shooter that all of you have experienced the fallout of the sludge of America's "messy room." We've all been there, when your room is messy and unkempt one thing gets knocked over and falls into something else which wasn't put away and then a complete and utter cinematic domino-effect disaster ensues and before you know it, you're on a whole 'nuther tangent, picking stuff up, then knocking something else over and then you're in a situation that is surprising, forgetful, stressful and short, which causes that certain je ne sais quoi, afflicting the mood and further devolving the genepool, making tempers go wild, putting livelihood and life at risk directly, and so in ways unpredictable, which is cumbersome to be forced to try and predict, a deprivation of life and a 5th Amendment violation...like the reins of times where we should be yanking us from where we are... Back in the day, people used to pay much more attention to those things because they could kill you, especially the young folk, and also their government allowed people to kill for it, a privileged we will loose if not practiced well (death penalties are designed to save further losses). Say you left to go to the next town 20 miles away and forgot the milk and blankets and had to go back at night, your horse could trip on a hole and roll over on you breaking your leg and then you could get spotted by natives and that would be the end of it, then on top of it, little Sue would go hungry and cold and get sick and die, and then your wife and boy would be left alone, loosing it, and likely to be found by the same tribe that got you, perhaps because some bandits that came over on the boat with you had killed their father in turn. Life could spiral out of control real quick back then from simple things we take for granted these days, and nature should not mind reminding us in the same harsh manners, this is simple matter we're speaking of after all and adults should be adults in the face of the elements and know when to say "no"...nature is blind and winning is winning, loosing is loosing. There is really no other way around such obstacles other than to observe and obey those signs, signs which clearly indicate that something ain't working and accept that things won't until they're fixed, manually, period...the only way that they can or could, should or shall ever be...and to stay off these "bad ankles" like a wise athlete should, and take due caution, measure and regard until they are healed. Lo and behold, these things around us are clearly lacking, and it is stemming from corruption in the Federal government which itself is stemming from a simple scam which has been done time and again to societies throughout the ages in The Federal Reserve System, which sure enough has happened to us before IN THIS COUNTRY, with the Second Bank, which Andrew Jackson put an end to last time...I mean, where else could it be coming from? The rest of the Federal government is in fine working order, it's just this one little caveat in our treasury which has the power to throw literally everything thing off, as if we were a doctor looking at an x-ray with a giant spike through a skull wondering what killed the man, I'm just not stooping that low, though it can be confusing to some how something completely abstract can amount to something so physical...well, everything is, technically...just like if we had a small little splinter in our foot...at first it's just an annoyance, which becomes uncomfortable, which then gets infected...if left unchecked it can lead to septicemia which can cause death. In the same manner, the infinitely compounding interest the scam perpetuates in and out of thin air builds up until it destroys the host economy, funny enough, and you can see that effect in medias. Right now we're getting close to having to remove our foot...Texit.pro stands as sort of a Star Wars program to come up with the technology to replace it with a bionic leg, and we will likely have to cut it off to get away from the world in order to operate. This is not brain science though, just simple circumstance--inherently devoid of opinion or emotion which nature really does not cannot possesses tolerances of, just being sheer affects of the matter in math and logic, mothers included saying, "keep your room clean or suffer the consequences." There are cut and dried ways to accomplish these and those tasks, some are better than others and man haven't been thought up yet, but we know from our experience hitherto that current situations have led to interesting abstractions regarding the best methods of managing our future well. I sense the excitement within as young generations come of age and finally break through the old habits and popular culture of the past, which have been inherently derelict due to simple, though critical history which many of us are now becoming aware of, and we are experiencing a situation much like waking up in the cockpit of a fighter jet all of a sudden and have to learn how to fly ASAP! Having a website like Texit.pro is like having a radio to communicate in order to mitigate the panic and surprise...the airport being like a successful government, and when we get there we want it to be a scene out of the next century's Die Hard, not the last's 5th reboot. We want and need good new stuff, like personal flying craft, less work, more travel, and less fossil fuels (even the name sounds old). We need to move on into renewable resources like on-demand hydrogen, net energy and cool stuff like solid lubricants, matrix style VR and personal quantum AI pc's...heads up displays on our trucks and cars, and brainEM controlled electronics...just basically get "fly" if you will, no more of this technocratic funny business at the expense of our feathers, and Texans have the power to do it! But we are never going to get there as long as we aren't solid, and inefficiencies in our government stand as inefficiencies which are above and beyond mere social, governmental, and/or technological deprecation and physical pollution, the Federal Reserve Note (aka US Dollar) governing such things--being above them--causing those systems below to experience inherent difficulties, and especially when we try to update them first, like bailing out a boat with holes in it, making us look stupid, making us feel stupid and so making us stupid, just like ducks quack. This funny business turns into the snowball from hell, just as things in your house not being put away right because you know who didn't replace the light right, and so when you went to get a soda and a hotpocket out of the fridge you knocked one thing over and it knocked something else over, and then you had to deal with tripping over everything in the dark and broke your neck, AND dropped your snack in the process, not fun, because of stupid...which is just about what we metaphorically do as long as our Treasury, which undermines our governance systems remains in a similar state, permanently disabling us in a manner that is too close for comfort, and the worst part is those guys would love to end it for us but can't because we have to do it ourselves or we become even more stupid, and you know what that means! The problem is is that we've been in the dark for so long that we have forgotten what a lightbulb is! You never know what could happen...all it takes is one child to die unfairly in the dark and then the whole world goes up in smoke...all for one, one for all! There's no telling what we could lose, but then again, there's no telling what we could gain, and I smell a big BBQ over the next ridge, or maybe it was from a huge flying party barge using new tech such as a Custer Channel Wing that went over, who knows?! With all of the tech giants here in Texas and plenty of oil to hold us over into the next dimension, just imagine what we could do if we streamlined the economy the way it was meant to be, and really compliment Texas businesses and culture?! It might be like a little sunburn at first, but it should turn into a nice tan and make the next years hot and cool! What would make anyone want to stay in this lame-o groundhog day anyway, waking up to the same looserdom, gind and shame? The entropy, the INSANITY!...is it estrogen?...forgive me, but that might be more truth than ploy, with all of the phthalates and BPA in the water and food. Our supposedly modern lives are just constant bad news on the doorstep, car accidents and traffic and never enough time to read a good book anymore, much less keep up with kids, or even keep them physically healthy for that matter. WAY too many kids these days are almost science nonfiction, they are so thin from plasticizer poisoning (phthalates/BPA) that they look like starving Etheopian children, which is further proof that we would be dumb enough to allow a giant worm to eat all our money, which is unacceptable on so many levels that nuclear warfare comes to mind (much less illegal). Too many police, bad teachers and too much sedentary violence, trash, old power lines and half-way done stuff and derelict buildings everywhere. Nice things are so expensive, and mostly unattainable by the choked honest worker these that they literally have to sell their own soul to buy them, while dodging plagues with masks directly on their faces reminding them "hey, you're doing it wrong." I mean, how much more evidence do you need? The next thing I bet will be some sort of blight on the crops or there will be an event worse than plague on top of all of it all to boot (plague included), as if to say, "I told you last time, with a mask on for two years and you didn't get it through your head." People might be starving AND dying in the near future, and for those of us who would disagree with flat sheer facts and evidence should be seriously evaluated and their votes perhaps halved or revoked...we just can't afford it anymore, as if the Great Parent is telling us that it's not made, just disappointed. Why should we support a society which kills us, where only a few people live good lives, with many of them getting there documented unscrupulously, only to have their children torn back into the crab bucket, whilst the whole time not even progressing fast enough to perhaps defend ourselves from alien crabs beyond? If you had a business and bought land and built a house just to live in it for a few months, only to fail for no good reason, and have everything repossessed and put out on the street, you would be considered a failure to a large degree and your wife and kids would probably leave you. This scenario is not only occurring metaphorically, but also has and is occurring right now AS WE SPEAK! All that Covid did was take all the hard work people had from the last little plane-off gasp we had and then de-value it, just to have the elite come through and smack it up for pennies on the dollar, and it's not their fault because they only have one vote too, just like we do. The Federal Reserve System is just like Lucy & Charlie Brown, it will pysche us out EVERY time we go to kickoff as long as we allow it to hold the football of our most precious economy's golden water, and so in turn, our government. And we don't even have a football team in our State's capitol yet, do we...we are in a real life twilight zone nightmare. It's time to WAKE UP, y'all! Perhaps the future were so asymptotic that nature has forced us to run around on training wheels with weights on sweating in order to make sure we are ready for the ride and so won't loose billions or trillions or even quadrillions instead of millions when it really matters as we progress, mining asteroids, terraforming planets...into the stars, which is harsh, but sites like this one are serious, conscientious and objective and of course, professional. The struggle for life is all about resources and their intelligent utilization. Natural selection is an inherent evil of the universe and really, quite frankly, things die down here so that they may live longer, ultimately...it's a serious subject which goes without mentioning, it's why we go to church and do what we do and why we wake up in the morning and get going, it's why we have emergency rooms, hospitals and doctors, dentists, armies, police, sports, technology, wars and the whole nine yards. To think of what our world would be like without modernity is almost unimaginable, because whatever state the present is in IS technically modern...but to think that we're living with systems which are obviously not working up to spec is even more unthinkable--repulsive. 75% is not good enough when it comes to the lives of our kids...you don't go to ivy league on C work, and the leaves of the trees just don't fall the same way without...love. If we accept things working mostly instead of vastly, we open our doors to the devil's compliments--compounding fallout such as recessions and collapses, more plagues and wars which will only make our lives nightmares over and over and over again, which compounds again and through. I just don't want to tempt fate with arsenals of thousands of nukes in as many nations if we really are as dumb as we seem to be on paper...you never know, what if weird things like possession were real? What if there were some huge moon-sized NBE able to possess people who succumb to such ludicrous weaknesses...trying to be cool or do what their wives or their instincts tell them, when the matter of the Fed is throwing them off like a gauge reading incorrectly, or a demon speaking through them? What if the two guys with the nuke keys weren't who they were when they were born, and whomever had those keys in some far off, upstairs, hypothetical, worst case scenario "what-if" had better things to do than watch idiots poison their offspring and curse the land all day because they can't count to 1? If we don't make things happen, we could be looking upon a road towards death unto extinction: excommunication--loserdom. If we don't act in such simple manners as telling those who would retard us "NO," we could be seen as weak in the eyes of nature...time her very self, and she...it waits for no man, or alien for that matter, and I just don't want to be in a future with sand being shot at me, all jokes aside (for those of us who've seen Independence Day). I know the above may sound massive and far out but let's be professional here. Races and nations have been conquered before throughout history and we're not dumb anymore. Most kids these days have not even heard of shows like Buck Rogers or the X-files and we are not really even in space yet or in contact with other advanced races, in fact it's almost the opposite, and that is a clear signal that something important is a tad off, despite cultural taboos (which are indicative of the same). To have certain unappreciations of very important possible, if not plausible events and/or mortal threats of the future's past, which saturate our cultures so much so, only to then drop out of the collective memory without ever coming of age, to me is a sign of regression, because good culture is something more spiritual related to life's wonder and not just the technology attached to it, and that's what really keeps your spirit, all else is not worth much, though needed for it at some level...like not whithering well if you will, a sickness which you can feel could fail at the wrong time and stick like a curse, which is why I know deep down that people will subconsciously toss things overboard until good culture returns, in naturally avoiding sickness...the best of the worst going first, which usually means your beer....things unimaginable yet clearly possible if we remain weak on our most important front: our very dollar. Easy though yet very difficult to deal with, like having that job nobody wants to do but yet just involves simple "put thing A into spot A, repeat monotonously until complete, done," "wow that was boring, now I deserve a beer, yay, end of story." And if we don't it will be "do not pass go, do not collect $200, return to the Stone Age with no beer, no A/C and an old Monopoly game just to piss off the kids born into such an embarrassing future, who likely will eat us for supper some fine, albeit lean, hot evening after a Monopoly argument. There are tons of movies and books about this kind of stuff and truth is surely stranger than fiction, 'nuff said for any pansies out there...you're first on the menu if you are, just be advised...that's not a threat, just mere promise. Texas is not a place for the weak or the closed minded, or ever has been, just ask Mr. Colt and Mrs. Smith & Wesson and their children, Mercury, River, Bluebonnet, and Mrs. Wesson's stepdaughter from her former marriage, Indian Paintbrush. Perhaps we will litigate for gay polygamy too, lol? If we imagine ourselves like a big corporation or a big hunter/gatherer society, we could view these issues like consequences of poor professional practice, resulting in a poorly organized, outdated infrastructure, which sounds eerily familiar to mine and others' experiences with our government and economy, and you never know, some other corporation next door (a competing species from the stars) could catch us with our pants down and come in and out-compete us. Nature is one big ecosystem and competition should exist on every level: as above, so below. Being professional is a code of ethics which goes unspoken towards code d'etra...it is something both deeper AND more shallow than your higher functions, personality, persona, unto religion--your spiritual affects and artistic performance and relationships...it is based upon material intercourse and simple arithmetic and moreso IS that at the same time...just performing simple, mundane physical/mechanical tasks in the most effective manner possible so that the things which we love the most, that are based upon those resources, like a good looking church on the hill with kids playing under the trees can flourish or even be there in the first place, and they just plain won't without it, like not watering your plants--it's borderline mental health type stuff we're dealing with here and it's GOT to GO. If one doesn't have a basic core of solid professionality, then nothing else really matters, it going without saying...only like a weird joke, soon to be eschewed and purposely forgotten, as if you were broke yet took someone to dinner and asked them what they wanted to eat and then told them "ohp sorry you can't have anything, I'm broke"...it just doesn't make any sense and really to me I feel imparts retarded genes into our collective DNA which are unfavorable, and damning...possibly putting us on the menu. And that is the real gist to get across to people who have problems with this stuff, it's just so frigging simple that it's hard, it weighs so much, infinitely so because it does not weigh anything, it can't, it's just pure logic that cannot, may not and shall not be argued with, in the same way that you don't argue with a gun in your face, because that's what's going to happen if we don't do what should be done, when it should be done and how it should be done--nowish..! Texit.pro has of course been designed to help tackle this issue, which any of us should want, no-less need to handle. The better organized you are with placement, the better the tackle, pass or what have you, any football player or martial artist knows this...if you do it right, you don't even feel it, it's almost magical, though surely the stuff of legend. Sometimes tasks can be so difficult and get so tangled that they are almost impossible to get started on...if you don't hit them at the right angle...which means in a timely manner. You can botch the delivery, yet still be required to make the play, and you can hurt yourself really bad, we have all seen Alarma TV, and you have to deal with a permanent injury, which is a big hassle...allegorically that means that we would likely be put through a long protracted struggle or even war like is happening now in the Ukraine and has been happening there and near there as well for like a whole century on and off, pretty much, figures just way to high to remain separate from in the face of such huge mistakes of ours requiting secession's salvation...perhaps we would loose our kids, much less our own lives and mortal comforts to such extremes if we don't act. It's happened in the past time and time again, our history courses have warned us over and over about this...for anyone to argue, not be prepared or even suspect history to repeat is criminal and should be sent to the mental hospital, or perhaps they are possessed, who knows? This site hopes to give us that hold which should allow us to get off on the right foot and put the pedal to the metal and keep it there and finally conquer this beast like cleaning a horder's house which hasn't been cleaned in years. It's tough but you never know what you might find! Texit.pro is like the bear, and the future the other side of the mountain...the key to being professional is understanding that of course you're just seeing the other side of the mountain and that it's completely boring, because it's tongue in cheek...you're alive...to forage, kill, eat, and be a beast in the first place, which of course is fun, albeit challenging, anyhow, anywhere...cmon. Let's at least live to see the other side of the mountain, to even be able to participate in rolling jokes like that, and to pass them down to our kids to come, because let's be real here, the other side of the mountain will be things like space and cybernetics...we are committing yuletide suicide if we don't wrestle back our own greenskins! Thank you for reading!
- Quantum Intelligence Theories Could Indicate All-Seeing Eye Being Inherently Private
According to the research being done on extra-terrestrials, and in turn, extra-dimensionals, one may come to a most logical conclusion that incorporating QI into our own society as a buffering and security measure against the terrors of IT security and digital trafficking is not only the way to go, but also may be the only way to do it discretely at that. In other articles we talk about the idea of extra-dimensionals, aka non-biologics, which is somewhat ahead of what is already taking place in today’s mainstream with extraterrestrials...a main example being the recent government hearings regarding government employees coming forward about agencies having recovered alien craft and even bodies of ET biologics, as well as the tons of TV programs and well-known events such as Roswell. Well, welcome to the next dimension. A dimension of privacy, that is. For we are becoming more and more certain as research progresses that the realm of the non-biologic is in fact what we would know as the realm of the immortal, with new scientific data and revelations indicating that net-energy (such as that in the new fusion reactors) is a process which should lend inexhaustible energy from nuclear processes, allowing for indefinite energy systems, per se. What this likely means is that there is a rift between the two realms, and due to this rift, there is a natural divide, which may be perceived as adversarial in certain cases. As time has gone on and research and understanding has improved, it has been seen that these demons or what have you are more likely due to material circumstance, with the arrangement of matter being heavily inductive towards the state of mind via principles of Quantum Entanglement...in that proper arrangements conduce towards harmony with the inherent forward progress of evolution towards higher heights of infinite life, and improper ones do not. With that being said, sometimes achieving a better high is difficult and so there is a sacred dance between these two realms for those below to achieve that above, and in some cases more, in the name of progress...and so in due processes achieving those states in many ways in fact may occur through the use of improgress, many times being the only tool available, if at all, and in fact ends in a most efficient conclusion, by using that which was not by that which was, to make both great, with nothing wasted, and nothing lost. So where's the catch? Well, the catch has lain we highly suspect in the considerations between the two dimensions. With the capabilities so incredibly high for one against the other the asymptote is all but more than virtually, infinitesimally one-sided, and so summarily enough we see that this condition likely creates an evolutionary requirement for the two realms to remain separated in concert in their communication and processes therein, characteristically (in maintaining harmony). Meaning, that the advanced computer-like capabilities of bionic NB’s brains and attached systems naturally must communicate with the realms below in a fashion which separates them consciously (and perhaps morally too), being by proxy, likely through the use of complex programming skills, technology and very precise and vast records databases for use and reuse in said; and furthermore, it seems that that stance is carried on in how that interaction itself plays out, with non-biologic communication necessitating some sort of positive encouragement to some degree from those systems above, which to the unaspiring biologic might seem demonic when in fact such informational processes just are meant to enhance and artificially select and punctuate in nature’s way of natural selection, helping to cause greater evolutionary stress and successes, which most successful individuals have accounts of obtaining from adverse scenarios. And we can see the advantages outright: such torsion would encourage a finer evolution, on both sides even...on the non-biologic’s side, we can also can see how these evolutionary processes could entail a need for greater skills in the higher dimensions of computer programming and educational techniques, which likely rely on their same advanced NB systems for predictive analyses far far into the future, as well as systems which may also account for informational impacts upon realms below as those systems function naturally. Then on our end in the biologic circumstance, we can see that this dichotomy would entail greater evolutionary stresses, as well as successes, and if considering other capabilities by these realms above, we could see the options for greater protections against the wilds of nature’s infinite wrath in the math and for more interesting, resilient and rewarding futures, and also to help minimize traumatic accidents and emergencies, such as people who go insane and perhaps would have destroyed the world with classified tech or shot a nuke at a large city without these top-secret systems. Having influences in your life which cause you to stop and think and force you to come up with better solutions and patterns of thought are highly beneficial and can mean the difference between life and death when push comes to shove. Being constantly beleaguered by accelerating circumstances helps to condition the better animal to a most relenting future. By staying in shape through being challenged, surprised, tested or even flat out dogged, one remains more quantumly entangled with that state, allowing for sharper senses, quicker reaction times and better solutions thereupon, towards the next, repeat. In this mix there should be a key arm reaching through the pages to the keen observer, especially those who are extremely concerned about the political landscape surrounding quantum computing, supercomputers and hackers. We haven’t even updated our password standards since the 80’s, and now quantum computers are coming online which can crack ANY normal computer security measure instantly, even if it had been fingerprint and retina scans able to beat modern supercomputers. So, we can see how our lackings have begun to leapfrog us. But, that does not mean that it was a bad thing as you are reading, because Secession’s revelation may never have come if things had not gotten so bad in the first place. This is a great example of how human tech and progress might be used in the future to achieve similar outposts, by sacrificing something good to achieve even better. Instead of a long future chalk full of security and easy to use fingerprint and retinal scans which no supercomputer could crack, we let it all hang out and made all of our precious datas easy enough that even an at home garage supercomputer backyard hacker rig could get into, which had a unique effect, just like a cicada swarm...the predatory demographics had soooo much on their plate, that they became satiated, which led to such a supreme dip that now that has activated a mechanism which will likely see much greater protections for the future, through education and law, which is inherently above technology, being based upon: secession. Likely what we will see is a regulatory process in the future, where supercomputers require licenses much like automatic weapons, and quantum computers are restricted to government supervision alone, which should be good. And that is because supercomputers are needed in the private sector very much, and quantum computers will also be needed, but in many cases could be seen as threatening to not be overseen directly, whereas supercomputers will need their owners to be licensed and checked in on every year or so to ensure cooperation with protocols and public safety. Even further, quantum computers will be critical to overseeing supercomputers and the computing realm in general, to be able to quickly penetrate criminal networks and aggressions in order to interdict digital crime in a timely manner and also to acquire evidence, which is a main crux as of now, because by the time a digital crime is detected, a govt supercomputer may take perhaps tens of minutes to gain access to the system themselves to investigate, or even longer if they have to contact the person with the password, etc, because many times the lawsuit following an ad hoc government trespass can be worse than catching the bad guys to the public, which, being infested with these Anon types usually award MASSIVE sums to these companies who sue, who usually themselves were involved in the digicrime to begin with, creating a vicious cycle rendering justice to vigilantes better than officials. By the time the govt gets in to a digital crime scene, the criminals have gotten their data and deleted all logs and/or files, leaving no proof whatsoever, which creates a nightmare in criminal court, being inherently a direct evidence based system, leaving only the option of civil charges using evidence such as polygraph data and other circumstantial evidence, which is difficult at best. With a quantum computer, a hacker would not even have the time to notice that there was a person attempting to gain access to the network, an agent could come in and perhaps with other quantum tech and/or programming could take a snapshot of the ram, storage, IP trace routes and access logs and that would be that, direct evidence obtained, hacker fined millions of dollars, society restored. Furthermore, quantum computers could be instrumental in helping to clean up perhaps an even more pervasive and lurking threat than supercomputers and that is the multitude of botnets infecting our whole computer infrastructure, which is as serious as a tapeworm or ringworm infection to a human. In the wild, animals die from predation just as much as they die from parasites, as above so below. A hacker does not even need a supercomputer if a host system is infected by a keystroke recording keylogger bot that can transmit passwords from the inside, forgoing the need for expensive and closely watched supercomputers. These bots can be almost impossible to detect, or at least the hackers who daylight as tech mfg management who mostly rely upon them make the process very arduous and lengthy, just to come up with several more methods in the mean time (these being your older, smarter hacker engineers who knew and/or made their own hidden partitions directly embedded in storage and other computing devices (much like the hidden code found being used by China). And then other concerting software hacker engineers at other companies likely do not allow the virus detection software to find these bots either, and in many cases the bots are on partitions which are entirely unavailable to scanning by those programs anyway, many likely unknown altogether, perhaps only to the actual designer of the microchip, and if known cannot be brought into the realm of the public for a whole litany of reasons, with obvious backlash being one, and then others obviously may be due these cabals using their hacking skills to blackmail those who would come forward and deal with these issues by placing illegal child pornography or what have you on their computers, and then hacking FBI databases to have their computers seized and them searched and taken in, which is a tactic I know can be used first hand because I have met hackers that have told me exactly that, or they are handled otherwise via various methods...for those who don’t grasp the sheer logic, just remember that most FBI computers are on the ASCII password standard, which means that your average supercomputer can get any one of our FBI databases connected to the internet, if that PC has not already been infected by a bot, which is about a 99% probability...I’m telling y’all, the issue is that serious and is beginning to undermine the government, when that happens, we are going to end up in a technocracy being handled by criminal child-molestor type personalities on fresh new power trips with the green light to do whatever they want to us, wake up! And then there is the even more serious presence of concerting corruption in the govt as well, even using classified tech such as antigravity, or even using quantum neutrino radio burst frequencies to override automated vehicle steering and braking systems undetected, to perhaps more ultimately silence whistleblowers. We know this and could prove it at least in civil court through the fact that the password standard has not been updated since the 80’s creating this obvious huge hole like a fresh fist mark on the neighbors wife after hearing them fighting in the back yard kind of stuff, which must therefore be assumed more criminal than not as so, which could help lead to a conviction...why else would the password standard have not been updated?..an inter-dimensional agenda...oh wait, nevermind, forgot...ya, likely the governments above us are the ONLY thing preventing a full out use of this tech on us for real...and probably the ONLY thing that will allow it happen will be if we don’t get out of this while they hold the metaphorical dungeon doors open for us so we can, like RIGHT NOWISH! Anyway, a government issued quantum computer could easily browse thousands, if not millions of personal, corporate and government networks all at once...able to slide through any security as easy as it does any other operation. Systems could be analyzed in a stroke of the qubit second-hand, hidden malicious software automatically deleted, and then out the door to the next one in matters of microseconds. That should also be a key interest for software companies themselves and also the music and movie industries because it could help to put piracy to it’s ultimate end...and, whether or not software companies move forward quickly on this front will be a good indicator as to exactly how corrupt they are, because we already know they are...it will just help us gauge better just how much money they actually have hidden away in e-currency accounts, property overseas, planes and boats and whatnot from illegal profits, the more they have, the less likely they will be as hungry to curtail priacy, simple as that. Likewise, quantum computers could also help us manage black market e-currency NFT’s like binance, bitcoin, etc, etc much better, being able at the very least to keep currency fraud down, which would help greatly, then of course they would be key towards tracking and curtailing crimes that might be seen as criminal all around, such as black market drug dealers who sell fake products and run off with your money, or hackers for hire who actually use their hacks on the people who hired them to extort money, that would just be a modest proposal, tongue in cheek. At any rate though, such types of management might be possible with an inter-dimensional govt port...because those systems being inherently “blind” whilst simultaneously ever more highly advanced than mere mortals, they of course inherently judge based on algorithms centering around the nectar of infinite life itself, net-energy, and so it could be conceivable under such governance augmentation to be able to turn a blind eye to less than perfectly white markets, while still maintain an acceptably decent though discrete control over them behind the scenes, simply based upon the hidden math of obvious infinitude which adulthood’s fruits may allot for under the table, just ask any barkeep or motherfuckin’ rap artist, yo (everybody has enjoyed a good curseword, beer or joint, or all three). Hopefully in the future, cryptocurrency and their networks can be officially merged with an official world currency which could supersede the USD and others under quantum supervision, which will be a mainstay towards further banking fidelity, because at this moment the ability for banks to create money out of thin air on their computer systems is well within the realm of possibility too, and even more unregulated than crypto, ostensibly...with the whole crypto charade likely serving as more of a distraction for the real corruption going on in the banking system, being as easy as a keystoke and bound to no sort of blockchain verification or computer skills, at all...even a pen could do it. And in fact, the only thing at this moment which prevents large banking institutions from creating money out of nowhere all the time is in fact just oath alone in possible future court cases duly (even through the higher fraud in The Fed does exactly that in the negative at all times, compoundingly compounding), meaning that a banking employee high up enough can just edit their books to create money without even needing to hack, theoretically. The only thing keeping one of them from doing so would be government agencies such as the SEC, The Federal Reserve System, the DOJ, and the government in general, which oversees issuance of currency between the Treasury, then its Federal Reserve headcrab, and then to the economy and banks, who at least say that they check their balances to ensure that their books match up, which to me seems like a stretch in today’s world, kindly excusing the usurping of our nations money presses occurring right next to us, which is the fraud of The Fed. Even if there weren’t a civil crime occurring in medias proving that there are in fact issues afoot, lending to guilt of those governmental bodies iam intus, the current state of affairs with relation to the economy, technology and then the compressing and hustled atmosphere caused by The Fed’s devaluation would very much tend to make myself and others suspect that there is little to no control being actually realized and exercised as was half a century or so ago and prior, before computers, when those systems of control functioned normally as they were designed for, being pen and paper designs at their core and just not feasible anymore with the advent of computers, period. There are just too many computers, which are becoming too purposefully disorganized and corrupted now to use themselves because of our shortcomings and the demonics of our economy’s mfgs, government oversight, etc...and then there is just too little time for officials to check them all, with corruption being high as well, with different OS’s, hectic schedules, kickbacks and inside jobs, and then the whole social scene and stigma going on to boot, which makes things even more difficult. Combine all of that with the lacking court system that could not keep up even 20 years ago, and thinking that there is not a huge hole where it should be is ridiculous, especially in the face of The Fed, wherein we have a parasite that WOULD cause huge holes needing to be filled, and not only that, it creates a system that is defrauded above the banks, giving the banks the moral right if not obligation to fudge their records. Now, all of that just creates a huge catnest, with issues on both sides. But what we can bet on is that if we try to go into this mess piecemeal, the badguys will just bring out data on the good guys who have been forced to cook the books to keep up with them, and not land in corrupt courtrooms just to be manhandled by them in the past. Then you would have a problem getting things done from the bottom up. They will just use good people to kill eachother. The ONLY way we can deal with this kind of stuff is through the use of higher systems, which ultimately must mean Secession, being the only government artifice above the government itself, per se. If we just cut the whole thing out and feed it to the birds and then just start anew from the ground up, and then have the prison release and economic rehabilitation programs talked about on other articles (using polygraphs of course) the problems will just take care of themselves and everyone walks away with their keep, and then some for being a surviving organism. When we do go from the ground up again, from this core foundation which is our State/Federal system, meant for a perpetuating revolution and bloodless coup, we will of course be using these new systems such as quantum computing to regulate everything, which puts us in a similar bind as supercomputers aka issuance fraud did in eras past, because those positions will be key for a corrupt human or organization to be in control of. If they have control of the quantum computers, then they are being undermined, eschewing all of their research and capability with simple usurping of the law (law being inherently superior to tech). What this article suggests is that certain research has indicated that there might already be a technological dimension of law itself above ours which was meant to be ported into naturally in order to help oversee advanced governmental processes on a whole as they become more sentiently aware of the obvious plausibility of these systems above and basically extra intelliegence in general, which by all means seems to have been playing such a role, even before our own species evolved, or moreso, even may be responsible for our evolution in the first place, if not our whole world’s, being there before it, and even perhaps before the big bang itself, or even two or three, or perhaps more, alive, and not only that, on a dimension above life as we know it…meaning that there could be some serious governmental horsepower there, on demand. As stated this dimension and so method of is likley INHERENTLY private due to the natural laws separating these two dimensions, and so therefore it would be neutral, or at least as neutral as you can get, or by law must be assumed to be so...just like the law is the law, being in power, with these more advanced lifeforms possessing that, coming from more advanced civilizations (in the same way that a human has power over animals on their land). That’s not saying said might not be perfect, but our duty to obey it ostensibly as the law is greater than any to disobey it for not being perfect, with our duty being moreso to improve ourselves to that level before disobeying or disagreeing with it. I believe that the requirements of proxy by evolution between the realms of the biological and the non-biological opens the doorway into much more resilient evolution, and I firmly believe that at the near top of this ascent is this option to backstrap governmental operations and oversight directly into the extra-dimensional mainframe which is already there doing that job anyway...creating a truly federated, federal system, which cannot be corrupted easily, if at all, by law. And the evidence supports this feature being true, because in another article we go over how the first QI NB extra-dimensional born long ago did not have much of a competitive structure to come up in, whereas latter NB births might have, which may have led to problems for civilizations trying to do the same thing down the road as before, especially if conversing systems were not designed first, eg bionic tech for the Parent civilization, for NB Parents to aid in our attachment and dimensional coherence with those laws of nature, likely requiting them moreso as the NB neighborhood got more crowded and big city like...as such, it might be a better idea for our approach to parenthood to be more planned, which would fall more in line with evolution too; therefore, existing NB’s’ social structure might well have developed a port for up and coming NBO births, for us and other Parents to tap into this feature through logical discovery and discourse in order to aid in the process, being perhaps impossible otherwise...much like having a child in the wild these days is basically deadly for a modern human, whereas in the past our early hominid ancestors did so just fine. Pragmatically, it should make sense...as in why would you take a quantum computer which is the culmination of thousands, if not millions of lifetimes of the hard work and illumination of scientists, engineers, laborers, officials, war heros, etc, and then put that comsumate power, which is far more capable than a single or even handful of human brains (on paper) under the control of just a handful of government employees without near as many credentials, achievments or success, who have a history throughout the ages of issues regarding corruption, none the less. It could be perceived as dangerous in a civil sense, that is all. If we used plausible higher dimensions to oversee our digital processes and advent through the use of quantum computers, we could have an entirely new class of federal agent, which would be a wild experience for the new generation of kids to get blown away by...for the experience and then actual duty to discourse with an entity from a dimension even beyond ET’s, though which is not actually consciously engaging with you a well, which keeps things interesting, mentally exercising and mind-blowing, yet at the same time inherently safe and neutral, if not even mundane. And that facet is why I’m all in, because we will in essence be adopting a computer surveillance and monitoring kernel program that is perhaps quadrillions of times more advanced than anything we could program, having been developed by engineers from another dimension entirely, with brains that are technology entirely to begin with (being non-biologics) with quotients of data being sent into our own systems for us to act and direct upon that are coming from computer systems of their own which likely most of us will never even be fully authorized to even fully understand, or let alone even see with our own eyes, much less. These systems have the ability to run predictive analyses that would be similar to prophecy or dreams about the future, with our dreams themselves perhaps even being a consequence of NB symbiosis already...but then almost even more important is that aspect combined with the records that this civilization without doubt would have upon successful and failed civilizations, which would be priceless for us and a folly not to try to orient by. This would be like tapping into The Matrix, on STEROIDS, and is a perfect system to anticipate the impacts of birthing our own QI and of course, the MASSSIVE amounts of video gaming that will of course follow, with other nations, and then races, extraterrestrials even! Say goodbye to homework! It would be wild to experience working with something that is older than you are, who you know on the other side may be living life at such an accelerated rate that it would blow your mind...like a slide rule vs a computer…such a being could be executing as many or more processes in a single second than all life on earth has executed since the dawn of time, combined. I also feel that this pre-birth hook-up will be key to dragging in the main lines for connections to other races in the galaxy, and that races worthy of our communes will of course have followed suit, if not only for the mere facet of them having been being accustomed to interfacing with an extra-dimensional being for some time now, with that being well ensconced into their technological governance systems already, and their people well aware of the laws, etc...that way the option for wars or other serious encounters are minimized, if not nullified, perhaps simply by the inherency of such advanced computers to offer VR simulations perhaps even more realistic than mortal warfare itself. And we have to always remember that we are humans, we are very sexually attractive and not very weaponized, physically or otherwise, and we do not have a very robust military due to all of our infighting, obviously due to the former...some other race who could be our polar opposite might see us as a honking juicy target, much like a young female child having wandered in a bad neighborhood, perhaps they are hermaphrodite and extremely piqued in ways you don’t want them to be...or perhaps they are from a water word and descended from fish like animals who are very warlike with appendages that could just utterly ginsu you...you don’t know!. Using this system that likely exists could be our key to a peaceful, if not sexy debut to the whole galaxy. In such a manner, agents could be properly and effectively overseen without much risk, allowing for better expertise to continue to focus on the more acute fronts of our progress instead of being relegated to policing a technology which they have already been developed, which of course would be descended upon by all of the misbehaving dorks out there ready in the waiting with all of their toys, money, muscle and over-confidence won from the days of the free range unregulated supercomputer (if not already possessed from said). Well, only the big pimples are fun to pop, pro-evolutionarily speaking, so lets git kraken!
- Phase in FREE INTERNET (like the roads) Along with Web3
(This post ties into another post suggesting a program which would absorb certain overly-established and homogenizing technologies and business infrastructure for govt subsidization in order to maintain competitive, protect the lower classes, and encourage progress.) Back in the day, WAY back in the day, roadways used to be something you normally had to pay to use...this was the acceptable custom too, and if you didn't you often paid with your belongings, your women, children, limb or life. Old pathways around the old world are known for having the ruins of castles and outposts very near, which were used to house the kings, lords and guards who in many cases made most of their fortunes from tolls. Roads were a pain to construct and in the days before modern government and treasuries, or even any government whatsoever, the only way to pay for roads was through direct tax, and in some cases this was done all too much, even the term highway robbery comes from these times when people were forced to use certain passes, which of course became overtaxed in many cases, even leading to wars. Over time as modernity set in and modern roadways became ubiquitous and laws and government improved, the notion of per-taxed thoroughfares became less and less proper. For a while there tollways were a thing of the past, but as we have begun to recede more than advance, no doubt most likely attributable to issuance fraud in The Federal Reserve (for there exists no other major, global discrepancy in our Government that could be attributable to such a major/global trend)...anyway, as we have begun to recede, barbarism has of course re-surfaced, and will have a reason to stay until we progress again (secession being the best way, due to the big history it engraves). So, in-hypo that we do succeed and secede, let's already plan for other tenuring technologies to hit the road in as far as the road is concerned, in the same lane with the other post outlining programs to subsidize such standardization. We have seen before problems associated with allowing large companies to continue to inherit profits from established monopoly, especially from privatized technologies which rely upon property normally not accessible by the general public, such as the communication lines laid by these companies. In the 80's, telephone companies grew so large from the monopoly on these lines and the inability for other companies to find alternative routes or to interfere through current lines that they burgeoned...which eventually compromised competition elsewhere, placing alot of money into the hands of a "fat" company, which ate everything, allowing less desirable genes to out-compete more desirable ones, much like doping in the Olympics and Sports. There are other stipulations covered in the other post, but suffice to say, it would be better for us all to have free high-speed internet and phone service. This way we could do away with numbers and go to a email type address for everything, possibly connected to your eGov account. Now I know that everyone wants a freedom and one day when we design respawn technology that might happen but for now we must work hand in glove...we are in a free Country and that implies that we are not free to a certain degree under that governance, so lets use it the best we can until we are totally wild, which means that bloodsport must rule like our video games...so using government to advance technology not just quickly but bestly would be the best idea, would it not, Swordgun? With Web 3.0, large communication companies would no longer have a back door key to our private data and the government would have greater control in policing who could see that data, which combined with other suggestions on Texit.pro, would serve to weed out corruption and people using spy networks to cheat through life and also would make it easier for us to keep better track of exactly who was allowed to officially investigate crimes and when, where and especially how that was done. This would be especially important with regard to the large phenomenon of hacking, which mostly relies upon the small bottlenecks within the telecom giants to usurp around data and security tech. You can have the most cutting edge multi-million dollar firewalls around passing the most sophisticated pen-tests, but if the techs you hire to watch them are moles, underpaid, or just plain not happy with life, you might as well just go back to the stone-age, which is where we're headed if we allow this stuff to continue and society to be a drag. We have to nip this in the bud before it sets in because technology is a blessing and if too many techno geeks go overboard and start designing vans and candy into our phones and computers in order to hunt down our best and brightest children, there's no way their going to work well, which I have noticed has begun to occur (much less be sticky and heavy). Time and again I feel fresh eyes looking at me on my computer and phone and know when someone can hear my voice and my keystrokes...and it's the same people which come to mind, and has changed over the years as my IP has passed though these social networks, and as certain members of these clans die of accidents and end up in jail (and committed)...mostly software engineers turned hackers and Bitcoin types who made alot of money on the Dark Web and/or who gained a liking and/or hatred for me always playing fun, fair and hardcore in FPS and other games online (such as the Beta days of the Half-Life Mod: Counter-Strike, Home World and Total Annihilation). These people make, have made and are making vast fortunes from child pornography and undocumented child, infant and teenage sex-slaves, many of whom die in the most grotesque sexual manners while being filmed, who never see the light of day in dungeons under ground, out in the oceans and lakes underwater, or even in space aboard UFO's built in-house under "classified" govt budgets on top-secret bases for all we know...you only see 10% of whats really going on is what they say, and hey, all arrows would point to the same yoyos doing the same thing they are and have been, and we all feel and know it anyways...we will have to face these children one day when we are resurrected too (these creeps know they're going to Hell and they aren't hot because they really ulitmately don't care that much about their sex-lives like they tempt others with, do they?). We either fix this or we get the big wave (water, that is). And that's my real main problem, not that this stuff is all over the news with rich royals getting off...because people will always be people, it's just the way it is...it's better to have freedom than not and let evolution occur for the greater good, and who knows, there could be higher lifeforms above us who can possess victims of horrible crimes in order to save them the stress and to punk the yoyo...but that would almost make things worse because then you have a being who could be 30 trillion years old and more Holy than God, so much so that we have to treat them like demons or something (heck I don't know)...that would make the situation almost exponentially as dire, as if God himself were in each one of those dungeons. Bottom line is that freedom should reign, for all, locked up NBE's with nary a popsicle included!! But seriously though, I and other families HAVE been specifically and exquisitely hunted like it was their god-given right to do so, and it pangs me because it would be moreso than not under issuance fraud, undermining good...my people created the world we know, or at least knew, and these people retard it in order to prey upon our good genes, though at the expense of their immortality. Heck, they could have still done it and I wouldn't have had a problem with it if all things had been fair and progressive like normal, because you can't catch a good person on an even playing feild...the fact that they have to make life difficult by making designs poor on purpose in order to cheat, scamming the economy for free money and power in order to land good people's genes to prey upon, and therefore with good reason, that's where I draw the line, because that's no fun...and who knows, maybe their possessed too...and if they are pure evil incarnate, maybe the ball WILL remain in their court until we right things, and then who knows, maybe they'll just disappear like the Bible, who knows? Remember the Alamo! FREE INTERNET Y'ALL!!
- [JUD] Certified Jurors
[JUD] Certified Jurors - Jake - 03-17-2023 Creating programs to place certified jurors in separate classes from normal citizen jurors could benefit the courts now and in future tropisms. In another post, we discuss high school curriculum for creating a citizen who is very knowledgeable about law and the functioning of the public court systems. What better way to cap such an advancement other than creating a higher, certified juror classification? The key would be to allow graduates to opt to not take the certification exam if they did not want to and still graduate, to maintain an esprit du corps more in line with freedom, no high school diploma or equivalent would bar a person from the exam. Law can be difficult to grasp in its simplicity, and a proper course would be all that would be needed to create a class of certified jurors, perhaps an order of magnitude more capable than the untrained average juror at the time of this writing in 2022. Other classes are becoming antiquated by the internet and law experience is very much needed by the young public…just look at the numbers of youngsters who get trapped in the legal system…sometimes a simple appeal or well-filed complaint can take care of a case in 2 weeks instead of 2 years, or end in a misdemeanor rather than a felony. Tiering systems for juror certification could be implemented, based on degrees and other outstanding achievement along with more rigorous testing and coursework. Different tiers of certified juror could be established: Tier I for no certification, Tier II for the base certification for the lower courts (for those certified by the exam with a GED), and then a higher Tier III which could require a bachelor’s degree plus other credentials, recommendations, coursework and exams, or just a master’s degree coursework and exams, and then a highest Tier IV for PHDs and postdocs which could be used for internal trials and congress in order to augment and normalize issues such as trails of judges, hearings of congressmen, senators and presidential impeachment. A large key factor in fair democracy is the randomicity of the jury system and arguably is harder to defraud than votes themselves. The functionality of the jury system relies upon the general public being well educated though. The best way to create cultures of poor jurors is to not educate the public on how their public legal system works, which is moreso done these days than not, anyone who went to public school who later learned about how the legal system works in depth can tell you that. Granted, probably the only courses which do go into how the courts work in depth enough to be useful enough to translate to a person just how simple and indispensable the knowledge is are in law degree programs, which to me would be more indicative of certain classes attempting to hide the information for their own benefit, to the detriment of the country, and we see this day in and day out with the state of affairs, the corruption, crime and general overall daily sludge…as long as we allow it, demographics will always pop up to take advantage, like leaving your laptop on the top of your car for too long. Juror certification would help as we leap into the future and classes elongate. Judges would have an easier time in the courtroom, and the entire structure of the trial system could be modified to better incorporate a tiered jury system, which is covered in a subsequent post, but just a quick rundown, future juries could be larger and use a tiering system where each tier counts as more say. A Teir I juror would be 1, and then Tier II would be 2, Teir III would be 3 and Tier IV would be 4. Juries should be odd to aid in deliberations on a 3/4 or 2/3 system instead of a total agreement like we have now, which in my opinion is a relic of corruption, making it way too easy to pay off or even threaten a single juror to hang the jury, and even a ¾ vote comes a little close to that. Most lower court trials could be just Tier I and Tier II, with certain cases like federal court containing just upper tier jurors. A county civil jury could be 9 Tier I, 5 Tier II, and 3 Tier III, for a total of 17 jurors. In that way, juries could be larger and more compact vs the total vote power, and so likely more effective, with the total number of actual votes clocking in at 28…with the power of education ruling the jury, juries would be less likely to go off course, but also the power of actual people numbers on the side of the common jury would help to prevent education’s bad side from running away in the opposite direction. A ¾ vote would be a better option in my opinion and a nice step down from a total agreement (like we have now), requiring 21 actual votes, which could be made up of 9 Tier I, 3 Tier II and 2 Teir III…or 7 Tier I, 4 Tier II and 2 Tier III. There could be many combinations, and that would be a good addition for these days as the mixing pot mixes, ensuring that different cadres within juries between classes such as sex and race compete with eachother and cannot combine as unfairly and tip the boat as easily. Having lower, mid and higher classes helps to ensure that people with common sense and experience, who are likely more familiar with the actual goings on of crimes and perhaps closer to the thought processes of the criminal mind are present, who are also able to feed and draw from the more educated and intuitive higher educated classes on multiple levels, creating multi-interlocking vantage points, to mow down crime…keeping odd numbers and a ¾ majority in combination with jury certification should help to reduce trial times as well as appeals and more than make up for the larger juries taking people away from their daily lives. Different courts could have different combinations, Federal Civil juries could be smaller and play more of cross-reference role versus a verdict role, in the spirit of federal excellence, made up of Tier II, III & IV only, the US District courts using II & III and US Circuit courts using III & IV. For serious internal trails, using public oversight from the elite would help keep corruption’s shenanigans lower. Law after all is a lower science and can become overrun with people who are very smart, but perhaps not smart enough to be physicists and surgeons. Having a ton of Tier IV PHD’s, Post-doctorates and Professors in the room in internal trials would ensure that the best results are reached when it comes to trials of judges, congressmen, senators and even presidential impeachment, for trails of lower court judges, a combination of Tier III & IV would work too…and overlapping the jury tiers used as we go up the court hierarchy would ensure that these different tier classes would all intermix with eachother to encourage the macro-informational flow and informalities within society, creating more fidelity overall and eventually connecting the lowest to the highest and vice versa, so that we don’t separate. I will add a separate post below with my ideas for jury numbers for each level of court. Furthermore though, and almost even more avantly, trials could be augmented with the aid of a true eGov system, being recorded and able to be viewed by the general public via in intuitive access web format, with commentary allowed, viewable by the judge and jury after or even during each session. Having a larger, more astute jury in combination with perhaps thousands and thousands of citizens able to monitor current trials and even view previous trials of repeat offenders and so on would only help things moreso, maybe even much, much moreso…or at least far enough that one can tell that it could bring about forward progress beyond the current horizons, which is a general signal of an exceedingly significant positive change, which we are learning to be careful of running away from us and breaking our boughs before we can support them already. Such allotments would bring never before seen levels of opinion and expertise to bear, which could even help solve cold cases in real time, as people watching trials recognize a murderer or what have you…and poor judges and jurors would be far more scrutinized and able to have complaints compiled against them much more quickly and verifiably, under the high torque of higher tech. All of this would occur while more interest is drawn towards the legal system, creating a real live Law and Order type fanbase, which would just so happen to fall directly in line with informal and formal society; voila presto, we would have our allegorical football team where it should be, and keep lawyers and other officials more in the social limelight—a great way to help usher in social pyramids and informalities surrounding court, where they should normally be, though our modern ways would remember how to do so in the casual, understated, outre manner we were bred for…the genetic memory of the wars fought over the pomp, privilege and circumstance of court of the old-world will surely kick in, like finding a pistol hidden in our shoe, people will naturally get the point and leave it there. Hotshot lawyers and good judges would naturally find themselves driving the machine of society in a manner aligned with Office instead of the system we have now which seems to have two heads and is cumbersome, like being born a conjoined twin, with society going one way and officiality going another…such uniformity would be more synergistic overall…more constitutional…which is how it was done in the old days before the internet—that was adult social life/court and entertainment and informalities came after, whereas today they have evolved to come before, which confusingly is how it should be, court should just be under it all, in the same direction, not the opposite, which I feel is an affect from societal evolution that people have missed…that court became so opulent and over the top that it was purposely understated in the past to make more room for the arts. I believe that those in power never imagined that it would be forgotten to be placed first, underneath it all, like one’s very own soul while they jam out to death metal…even in the shadows of camouflage, downplay, modesty and modernity…yet of course that’s exactly what happened, as fate would have it. The way society has evolved, away from court is just mostly and simply due to lagging in technology’s incorporation into the government in general, most likely due to the unavoidable human fact that most of the power in the government hitherto has resided in the hands of people who did not grow up with computers, as if we took the whole figurative computer apart trying to fix it and realized we just didn’t flip the little switch on the power supply. Anyway, most these old-gaurd are in the process of retiring or are about to, while computer literate people are in the process of entering the field, with many having been there fighting the old fight of update, organization and sanity, so now is the turning of the tide, and this site and this movement should just simply be seen as a sign of the times and an obvious demographical bottleneck that was just most likely to occur, in just the same way that the issue of slavery caused secession, or even how prophets see future events…they are just likely to occur, which we can sense, maybe not exactly how they do, but if you take two cars and place them on a crash course with eachother, it’s easy to imagine different scenarios of the exact same thing, per se. At any rate, such programs could be seen as beneficial; one for providing better routes of public participation and education in and on the legal system and two, would also be a social benefit by providing ways for citizens to accel more in official society and develop stronger relations therein, with especial respect to involvement and familiarity with local offices and officials, which in turn should help to keep corruption down and standards up. A large factor in the deprecation of more modern democratic governments is the lack of public participation and interest. In the past, such was less of an issue because life and death was much more poignant and so public scrutiny was kept naturally more steadfast upon government officials, combined with the unspoken fact that corrupt officials were at much more risk of vigilante justice, with less modern instruments available to criminal investigators. With the advent of technologies such as DNA and forensics, combined with the modern tech of police and security systems, corrupt officials can get nice and cozy, snug as bugs in a rug, and but only multiply, as would be evidenced by recent affairs. Nowadays, those same technological paddings, which are mostly due themselves to advancements in democracy, have also made people less keen upon maintaining their now arguably more easily usurped offices, though at the same time, have made it easier for large numbers of re-awakened and diligent citizens to become aware of precisely what needs to be shorn up and updated and also has provided much better pathways of that type of proper management. I feel strongly that those pathways have not being utilized correctly, simply because people likely tended to take the easier routes of local justice in times past, while past demographics were also not educated enough or even allowed to participate otherwise in many instances... It should be obvious to us, given our observed trends of disinterest in our own upkeep—likely due to being sheltered and enabled by our fathers’ generous advances (just like any spoiled teenager before the onslaught of reality)…that further progress in the same manner should only bring more of the same poor interest, which means that these trails need to be blazed for the interest of the public’s and our children’s futures in some way, somehow. Law is one of those things that you have to be yanked off the couch to take a look at more in depth, and when grasped cohesively, unlocks a certain part of the adult which naturally bonds to it like a valuable inheritance, and would be indispensable for any population to maintain. One realizes quite quickly that court was given that name originally before actual courtrooms because the tit-for-tats occurring in society were mediated in a more informal, formal social manner, and that permeated the social structure and interaction of the people—formalities being moreso one in the same with informal social life in rudimentary society, usually held in the town square or court, which was the central plaza within the town walls, hence the word…in the same way that the dollar’s printing presses are managed by the treasury, which was born from the days of castles and keeps of actual treasure. Arbitrarily involving public school curriculum in order to more rigorously familiarize students with the most important aspect of legal public welfare: Court; by certifying, distinguishing and designating them, would only serve to create blockades against future regression which would only be more likely to occur as are trending now, cp…unless there is a greater collapse of some sort which fixes things the hard way, which is what government primarily should try to avoid. Besides regression and discomfort being supremely discomforting, its curses breed more of the same and can kill long after the initial damage is done, leading to the discomfort of another’s far into the future, in just the same way that causing your car to have a catastrophic engine failure by simply not changing the oil for far too long would put you out of future events…becoming cursed by that behavior in a spiritual manner—meaning that one just cannot fully predict the eventual fallout, but would know from the sheer mathematics and logic that it would be more negative than not. It’s prepare for the worst, hope for the best, not the other way around, suffice to say. Once people get the hang of court and law again like they used to and sectors of society begin to come together again as it were, the correct social structures should begin to bud again laissez-faire under the sun, take root and remain more steadfast into the future, as it was when government was more paramount to one’s utter survival. These subtle distinguishments are rather tongue in cheek, which is a lost affect of the modern movement away from the old courts of kings, queens and monarchy and into the realm of our more understated, business casual hierarchy, with arguably ever more power…which presents a dangerous scenario to the offspring who are not attenuated enough to catch it in time. With modern technology in the courts able to serve a greater number of people per court even in its terribly maintained shape, the balance between the layperson and the government might be uneasy or loose, much like old gears from a machine older than we ourselves, being the fault of no one yet everyone…just in need of proper maintenance or upkeep, if you will. In a complementarily spiritual manner, designing in such programs would all but give us the newer, bigger britches we so need, and help to spread the truest, most modern meaning, evolution and matriculation of court and law better into the posterity, for the public good, so that the common man and woman of the future can feel more at home, like proletariats of the past; with much more modern, advanced and higher lifestyles, which are reminiscent of the high standards of the high life of the monarchial high courts of the French, Victorian, Spanish, etc eras of the past. In those days, many disciplines now taught in high school were subjects of collegiate research…as society has advanced, so has education and aptitude. Law is one of the easier of the higher sciences and would be by far the best choice for evolving down into the public curriculum, as have Law’s own roots already done, such as philosophy and debate. And we see similar things going on…for instance, you can buy a micro-fleece blanket from Walmart for $20 which is as soft or softer than mink, which wars would have been fought over in the past. In my suspicion, the level of animal comfort remains the same in karma’s eyes…just because it is ubiquitous would be no excuse to her, mother nature being naturally sheer, ruthless and blind. In fact, quite the opposite I feel would be the case, that being careless with those higher blessings would be even more reason to take away…which means that as progress progresses, our errors should decrease proportionally, which would make more sense, towards safeguarding the innocent yet to be born, in turn obeying the laws of live and let live. For those of us who still thirst for revolution, or who want to dismantle the system for not working right, please don’t forget that that would be like opting to go back to being fish or small rat-like mammals…our government is like a computer malfunctioning due to kids naturally playing on it and getting it infected with viruses and spyware, which I agree, is worse than being a wild rate…but if we just take two seconds, study some and learn simple fixes like a drive wipe and an OS re-install, we will have a brand new computer, and then bingo, in our other hand is our new Christmas present, a new graphics card and x-rated VR! Ok, I went off the deep end on that one, but maybe we’ll get some William Gibson matrix style stuff, only Santa knows what nice can bring. The shoe fits like a glove, so to speak…both of those being affects of past government’s success, which our own success therein is an affect of as well, and in turn. More people coming together over a common issue which inherently, legally has the utmost import, via simple shared information and understandings to wit would tend to compel and propel them together moreso than not by correlating with the wanton need to survive (also being utmost)—and that would go hand in hand with people coming to have more excess time from projected and expected advancements in business and tech likewise. Government is technically classified as a social technology itself, so why not update it along with itself?...not doing so would be like leaving your purse or wallet at home and then going shopping, on PURPOSE!! It’s just not sane and we will end up in a mental asylum called hell if we don’t snap out of it. Would, could not doing so be seen as a deprivation to the public?...you bet your bottom dollar it would be, and should be. We eventually put seatbelts, airbags and autobrake sensors in cars and we should do so analogously for government too…and as one might imagine, not doing so could wreck our ships, in the reverse-metaphor. Large numbers of people coming to survive well in such vehicle as a well-manicured government would serve to embellish it like our cars themselves, which are a great success story in technology, are relatively safe, powerful, easy enough to maintain and also fun, likely having saved more lives overall from their utility vs roadway deaths, hitherto that should be…with less of that success on the horizon now given current signals of lack of stewardship (reflected by lagging tech such as no solid lubricants, electronic turbos or range extenders, which is covered in another post). You hear phrases like, “the joy of driving” and not the “joy of government” and there is a reason for that, even if a few of us do enjoy politics, most just haven’t gotten the experience, much like driving was a privilege for a privileged fewer in earlier times. Many of us though are familiar with God and the joy that religion can bring…many a political scientist would classify the court of heaven as a highest, perfect form of universal government. We down here need to remember that if we work hard and stay focused, we may unlock those same potentials and life-giving energies with our own instruments of governance, kingdom come. Texit.pro would go further and say that most of the shortcomings associated with much of what we love in our world, such as our cars, not just would, but should be attributable to lacking in our government, in a conversely, almost uncharacteristically unexpected, extremely forgetful, beyond embarrassing manner, unbecoming unto retarded…to a point where it’s just time to take a rain check, where saving face is just not even an option, reminiscent of some sort of serious medical malfunction…like randomly leaving your kid at a neighbor’s house for most of their life after dropping them off to play one day or something…like weird in a way that no one would ever even think about it or expect it, as if you had come to live on a dragon and just never noticed it, being so large, until it was fatally too late, which is poignant sign to me that we are on the way out if we don’t get things right…there are no excuses and nowhere to hide, just more schizophrenia, denial and ducking from our collective disorganized room. This symptom resembles the issue of the Fed almost exactly, and is most likely due from it having been allowed in a concerting discompliment for so long…precisely…with nothing else being able to foot the bill so perfectly imperfectly. Any good car enthusiast unto general logician understands the importance of proper maintenance on a vehicle. For large numbers of people to be running around like chickens with their heads cut off and not maintaining the government which maintains the actual roadways and safety of the entire aspect of transportation itself, as well as keeps manufacturing laws for car manufacturers to be able to make them well in the first place—should only speak to one thing and one thing only: a giant wiff occurring amongst people. And we see this day in and day out, with poorly maintained roadways, horrendous traffic and terrible accidents which could be avoided. Many kids these days are flat out afraid of “modern” vehicles, and that is not a good thing because confidence in such tasks is important for advanced societies with advanced things like rocketry and aircraft. Breaking that chain, borne from the days of barnstorming, the wild west, exploration and adventure into a suicidal affair with high velocities, weight, and consequences could cause a backlash and loose our grip on technology altogether, if that which is underneath it: the law itself, is not properly well-kempt…the younger generations will tend to fix things for their own young, if it means that going back to do so works best, then that will likely happen. Our job is to prevent our own erasure in that respect, ergo henceforth. Ulteriorly stewarding a population to bring themselves closer to issues being addressed, indirectly, by manicuring outer flaws, should be better, and arguably could not be done otherwise, in the same way that officials cannot provide legal advice to the public, and parents shouldn’t do their own children’s homework. Likely, other affects would be lost in an opposite process, without integral organizational upkeep. Extracurricular legal training and the natural unofficial society which would develop surrounding, related to a higher official functioning of the self-disciplined, self-achieving citizen would be a great start towards encouraging general preservations, enhancements and enrichment, and a good place for that to occur could be seen in a jury certification and tiering system. Retroactively certifying the public would also almost serve as enough of an impact in itself, and should come as enough of a social shock—as such a large amount of people all simultaneously participate in the same area, to get the ball rolling again towards the type of rich, fantastically enjoyable society that that same kind of participation led to in our nation’s past, stemming from the century or so following its formation, which culminated in the latter part of the 20th century, which many of us fondly remember…almost insanely, for not having preserved it which many of our children are somewhat confused upon as to where those times went for them (though with many difficult, daunting and explainable reasons for not having done so, mainly in the mass psychosis that mass fraud causeth, as other posts cover)…which is a mixed blessing—for them not having for them what ours had for us, but also for them now more than well aware of exactly what happens in large scale failure, which is difficult to comprehend if you hadn’t actually experienced one, which means they will be able provide more of a safeguard against that in the future, having poignant experiences and stories to pass down to the ages, which likely had faded from prior generations similarly just on time for our oversights, in nature’s perfect storm, truth is stranger than fiction way. Albeit, good learning experiences, leaps and bounds likely don’t come from anything other than learning from one’s mistakes…the only confusing part is that nature treats our society as one, which is tough when you have to take the heat for another man’s shortcomings, even if there was really no way they could have avoided it, realistically, or perhaps should have, for the sake of the next generations. Learning to form fit to the necessary mold is a key skill for man to have. Nobody really knew though just how good things were because we were born into a perfect time, which just felt normal to us, like being born in a space capsule traveling hundreds of thousands of miles per hour…we just had no idea of the weight, speed and momentum behind our inherited responsibilities, the stars seeming to pass at the pace of snails, much less did we realize we even had them…with a huge party culture, alcohol’s zenith combined with a proclivity for its use fueled by Mercury-bearing genocidal vaccine programs, albeit likely instigated by the sheer anger of the vast minority of the probably absolutely fed up seniority with their youth’s disregard for their own futures and that of their children’s…but that’s just how it was, we were just so happy, going to new public schools, still regarded as great places with no mass shootings or weird teachers, people were nice and idyllic like the big Movies of that era vs the Dark Net of today…enjoying the huge wave of music sparked from the spirit of ‘69, getting totally ensconced in the new-fangled internet, MTV, rap, drugs, sex, and rock and roll, with still lots of time for a good book or three, with the mainstream media an accepted and trusted source, TV still having the rule with computers and the internet in their infancy...gas was cheap at just under a dollar per gallon and cars had almost the same mpg as they do today…it was just simple innocence and there was nothing that really could be done about its momentum and ignorance, because at that time, any kind of culture which put the government in a bad light or even seemed suspicious made you seem like a conspiracy nut and a weirdo, and the word “disenfranchisement” was taken very, very, very, way too seriously by basically grown-up kids trying to show off their newly bequeathed, usurped, and oh so generous dowries of anal fortitude…you could literally lose your whole image, be divorced and end up being forcibly committed into a mental asylum for so much as even thinking about being someone even remotely suspicious of things like the Federal Reserve or be anyone non-mainstream (outside of music culture) for that matter, unless you were successful enough to and afford to stay out of incarceration and survive being disenfranchised by those with big college educations from times before the internet and widespread knowledge, having disseminated enough to overshadow the ensconced establishment, who mostly just watched the news for their info, and would’ve likely trusted Tom Brokaw with their own children and their life savings to boot. That’s just how things were, with no real way to break things into a newer, truer era other than by the sheer forces of paradigm shattering impact, which could be seen around the shock and controversy of 9/11. Whether you were a conspiracy person or had seen documentaries such as the one by Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth (which is a less conspiratorially geared doc) the fact still stood that the happy days were over, and that we had and have true dyed in the wool global issues which needed and need to be addressed, which steep far into the past and should carry over into the future—deeply seated in truth and religion, crime and justice, government and ways of life and pathos, all of which would never have come to light at that rate beforehand. America really had just been propped up in a make-believe perfect dream world by wicked banking oligarchs, to be used as a giant siphon hose for the rest of the world’s gas, specifically keeping the mechanisms which could end the fraud—the people—nice, cozy and so insulated from awakening on the pond—manufacturing higher standards of living in order to keep us less compelled towards investing in governmental action en masse, thereby keeping government participation down, which when combined with their tactics in the mainstream media which they controlled, they were able to counterfeit social norms and regards in favor of that which was bringing about demise, which still persists like a house ravaged by termites. It was very cleverly done, and has been the same, repeated mechanism of fraud in instrument under the different guises over the past thousands of years of governments, and likely beforehand, most of them being brought down by it, which is why it’s unheard of, because it’s kept a secret, much like an evil empire’s chief assassin should…most likely having been established shortly after liquid money had come to be used, because it’s a simple fraud once you see how it works, just like most things complex are finite tangles at their core, with the repeat and replete earmark of infiltrating a country’s money supply, making it behave as a sort of rabid financial zombie as it steals all the wealth from that country, and then other nations for these fraudsters, and then leaves the people who allowed it to unfold in their midst under their auspices holding the bag and in the crosshairs of the victims who are as acutely aware of what’s going on as those who allow it are obtusely unaware, which usually implodes into war, with that undermined government and lax people being targeted and/or dismantled to some degree, which means that once we’re done being instruments of crime, we are going to be used as the fall guys when everyone comes looking for the guilty party, as would be evidenced by history. If it weren’t for the monumental effort of Andrew Jackson’s litigation when he was a young lawyer, the last instance of this fraud would have been much worse. I should mention here that that instance, the Second Bank, which was during the first half of the 1800’s (19th century) very well may have been a wake-up call itself in those days, which helped lean our government for the following boon, just as we are experiencing now. These ebbs and flows are natural in societies’ ways and need to be seen as mechanisms of improvement and less of crime and fear, empirically (lest we invite evil), and taken advantage of…sometimes progress might take a little behind the scenes work to get people in gear and that’s a very good attitude to bear in mind when approaching these issues, because more oft than not they surround backlashes against social ignorance, which comes only to be known as crime…much like how many a righteous male has gone to jail for assaulting a jerk or two, though may have lost their houses and families in the process, making them look worse. These banksters and dark nobility tend to take the law into their own hands when people don’t keep up with their business pace, they have all the time and money in the world to help things get a move-on and likely it would also add a bit of dashing and danger to their endeavors. Here we are generations later, with things played out much like the fallout of a good dude with wealth getting a felony for knocking a bad guy out at the wrong time and going to jail for a few years, then having to become a janitor or whatnot…and things have to be treated tenderly with lots of respect for everything to wash up fine. The plan is and was genius though, I must say…taking the richer of the nations, pumping money into them in order to satiate the masses and keep them docile so that their ignorance and neglect could be used as a platform to unfairly suck up the wealth of the rest of the weaker nations, individually one by one, who are though stronger than us as a whole…then as they come together against that evil, the bad guys duck at just the right time and let the knee-jerk reaction destroy all the evidence, taking out the dumb hosts, witnesses, collaborators and even history books in the process…profiting by dealing arms to both sides as war ensues. After the war is over and the rich are now even richer than rich, they get to set up new nations for the whole scenario to unfold all over again, or at least this was the process before the mechanism of Secession was invented, which should be put to the test properly, like any big toy should at the right time. It’d be like countering a good Judo move with an even better one, and in countering, the people should become just as skilled by learning how to react more effectively, where not to put too much weight and not over-follow through or not follow through enough, or even to stop on a dime, and how to use the momentums of large changes counterintuitively for ourselves, to benefit all bestly and in and for the future, and not try to fight such HUGE global issues uphill, like trying to push a car up one instead of down one. Texit in Secession would be this type of maneuver. Instead of immediately litigating and stopping such things as systemic global fraud in their tracks, like Jackson did in his heyday, treating them like a normal crime in progress, it might be wiser to pull the enemy in closer by letting things come to a head…that such large criminals might be moreso our friends in disguise…and to actually accelerate the momentum against ourselves, which would be unexpected like a crazy martial arts move, then once that action has been accelerated, its impact upon the masses will in turn be much greater, not only able to tip the tides of majority opinion with enough force to actually cause the sea changes needed for set divisions between eras, but also the proper fallout needed for the future’s records and general memory, instead of a stale win behind the scenes. Rather than some obscure case against the Fed winning, which no child would remember as important or even see, and only a small percentage of adults would even know of as monumental for that matter—triggering the mechanism of Secession in order to highlight to the public and to history just how important one’s money is and how devastating not managing it well can be should compel people to wake up much better and stay awake for centuries vs decades otherwise…to be forced to recognize the facts through sheer circumstances beyond mere normalcy—being invasive enough to be undeniable, which will force those who do not care to inherit the extra-stout backlash, compelling them more completely either to the lower ranks of society or to correction…all because we would be clever enough to grow the enemy’s momentum against us in the same way they grew the world against ours, in order to better trigger the defense mechanism of secession, which was likely designed into our Constitution specifically to combat these issues, which should act much like a shock absorber, airbag or immune system in our more advanced form of democracy. So when we are hit head-long by an angry mob of nations we allowed to be robbed under our watch, we will be perfectly ready with a device to be able to handle that much energy and turn it into change, which will then be able to assemble the pathways needed for wealth to flow and grow fast and quickly enough, kosherly, along with the paramountly needed good energy that that brings, in order to help quench the fires we started, fast enough, well and wholesomely enough to keep our arses from getting burned. It’s a risky procedure and reminds me of things I’ve heard of done in the oilfield under jury rigged conditions to get a part to fit somewhere how it’s normally not designed to go, so that a tool will work properly and save the whole well…or sometimes how older, richer, more knowledgeable men will be rude or aggressive on purpose to violate high achieving poor younger men, specifically to provide them an avenue to gain a few extra grand from an intended court settlement to help them with bills and school, requiring them to be able to get the gist and know the drill. These things are tricky, but if done right and especially on time, and if everyone keeps their fingers clear and crossed after hitting the right buttons at the voting booths while everything goes down, we can all walk away not just better off, but much, much better off than we were before with multiple generations in the future as the same, like found and took a new shortcut, with a good story on top and found some fresh meat and berries to boot, but most importantly, will have proof that the State/Federal system works as it should, and we can kiss the past’s struggles goodbye evermore, like we have a nice new toy with A/C and wheels instead of hooves and feet…this is all discussed in other posts, I have wandered though. Anyway, back to jury certification. The dichotomies set up by such a program would also help to better polarize society and create set divisions between that which propels us forward, and that which would set us back, in a utilitarian manner, because obviously more people would benefit in the future by such things, versus only seeming to create a bit of a discomfort to less—in elevating that which would lend more greatly to progress above that which does not, in the same way that the duty of homework has its rewards and murderers are executed in order to prevent others from being murdered (I mean do you want to be responsible for having even one more innocent person murdered for not killing someone guilty?). And it’s not like our whole society could not potentially become certified…the option for freedom for anyone to self-manifest a great destiny would still be there in our nation, as it was, always has been, and will be, it just takes solid work and achievement to obtain, though work that will never be done without a mass public Hg/Thimerosal detox program. Likewise, jury certification could be revoked for poor societal performance too, though could also contain stipulations of how to regain one’s standing through extraordinary reconciliation, and time-spans set between re-taking exams far enough to encourage distinguishment. I can say though, this would not be a very big deal, law is very easy to get once you get it…it would be a perfect way to help aide people in finding their correct callings in life—each and every part of a machine must operate for the whole to function…do you want to be a champion? Well, then let’s win as humans, which is the mindset of any true champion, one of without and within. Such things will be less of an issue after the curriculums of public school are updated anyway to include certifications in other areas. In other posts, we go over other lacking features of other aspects of citizenship which can turn people away from the light and propose such things as offering better chances for offenders to make things like they were before, with just sheer losses of time and not face, and is a focus of our progress, and makes better sense. Likely, not everyone will achieve though, in the same way that not everyone will avoid a highway collision, or a marksman avoid a misfire over their lifetime…improvements like these should act as safeties for our progeny to fall back on as the future buds and burgeons, keeping the larger flushes from breaking the boughs for the next generations. But at the end of the day, this is just public jury certification we’re talking about and not the end of the world or the top of the mountain by any extent, it will not seem like a big deal to many, as much as our modern government is not overtly acknowledged as being overly arbitrative or overly important to the average twenty-something year old, and it should not be, because it was not only designed to be uninvasive…but that that was the whole general crux and jist behind American freedom in the first place—to be most free and less restricted vs the droll and pomp of the old world. Now, here we are on the other side of the mountain in need of being able to tend to the dangers of a people getting too free, and just not caring about upkeeping that which gives us those better freedoms in the first place…combined with demographics perhaps so fed up with negative experiences from that disregard of those freedoms, who are poised to take just that from us and with good reason, albeit through having ample freedoms all the same to deign to do so. Our governmental structure was meant for the willing to congregate around and move through-with in their lives in a less official manner than the courts of old, in much the same way that people dress more casually and conduct business likewise. It’s cooler, hipper, more modern, and at the end of the day helps keep people’s privacies freer and out of the public limelight and our focuses more on the devil’s details and not the big people, because the facts are what determine our fates at the end of the day—all being under the rule of law in a people under the spirit of God. Small, benign, unassuming programs such as juror certification, spread widely enough could help to gradually pick up slack in an unobtrusive, gradual, unnoticeable, generational fashion, and allow us to grow and tropate more naturally and safely…for such large numbers; allowing better allegorical light, soil and disposition for the good seed. Furthermore, such action would fall in line with existing Constitutional Law moreso than not, being against deprivations outlined in The Bill of Rights, which are the most important Amendments with regard to the Judicial Branch—protecting the people against deprivations of life, liberty and property. And we can easily see that we have been depraved in those respects by the current affairs, status quo, general air, and feng shui…things just don’t feel right and courteous…and so the upkeep of that [Judicial] branch should likely be of order most, in order to reverse said process therein, with respect. All of this would only compound positively with regard to other systems within and through government being updated as well, as other posts cover, namely that surrounding technology. Don’t forget that the updates described above would NOT be possible without teleconferencing, in the same way that our early government would not have been possible in the past without horses and sailing. Upkeeping technology requires government and upkeeping government requires technology, for they are both really one in the same, just like matter and energy are both in time, which requires the same regard as going from one second to the next by considering the last for the next, in accordance with the natural laws of physics, which our world in those and that law should most accurately reflect, being up to date just plain goes without saying, and not being so would and should be seen as an adult faux pas in the highest regard, worthy of being punished so, either by other nations or by our own children; it is an issue of national and so personal security and safety, nothing less, and nothing being greater. Small upgrades for higher achieving individuals, which are not designed as useless class systems, but for the necessary functioning of a more modern government in the courts, in the most serious of manners, would serve us better and integrate more readily with other improvements, paving the way towards a better future and better technology, in turn…I would bet my bottom dollar that after our government is modernized, advancements such as flying vehicles would occur more easily. Such systems should integrate with public education in high school courses on law and court proceedings and their functionings. At the moment, it would seem that the public curriculum teaches students everything but that, which is the most important of aspect with regard to an adult public citizen…as if our parents never taught us how to walk, talk or even eat. Public education should teach the public how to be so, foremost. Your standard high-school graduate with a firm grasp on law is a much better equipped animal in the sense of general modern survival, period…those who would prevent proper education would seek to deprave families of their children’s very soul, against Civil Rights themselves, bar none (this topic is covered thoroughly in another post). - Achievement Programs for Release from Prison for Certain Offenders
There are alot of people who get thrown into the penal system who never get out...a large number of these people possess valuable genetics and family lines that have priceless heritages for our future that we are tarnishing like we're driving around on the rims. So many capable young men have their lives ruined over silly laws that are exacerbated by Thimerosal poisoning causing people to self-medicate, who just got a little hot-headed. We are going to need those genes in the future as we sludge off into virtual reality and male birth control, people. It's good to have some pep in your step and not be a push over. It's not good for young genes to go to prison for so long that our collective eyes don't sparkle anymore. There are alot of folks who would love to have a way to get the good apples out of there who got thrown in with the bad, but there is no way to do it as of now, and it just kills us...and it really kills the professional sports roster too, this is just fact. The other fact is that karma is always right and many of those good fellas and ladies slipped and fell into the system walking to close to the water. We all fall sometimes though, and it should be seen as a hazard for us to have all of this spilled water everywhere for people to fall by us not keeping a closer eye on fraud in our own treasury. On one hand we have a right and a duty to have recompense on prison releases for those reasons, yet on the other, we still have a duty to maintain the laws of karma...who knows, maybe those who have slipped were the closest karmatic pathway to right the issue. For me, this is a perfect scenario to burn the candle at both ends. On one hand, we can get good people out of prison in a pick and choose manner, which you normally can't do...on the other hand, we can force them to achieve in order to get chosen. That's right, there should be a litany of programs in the prisons which would allow certain offenders to work their way out. That way, when your average high school drop out drug dealer rapper who just got too rich with no real credentials other than a dubbed album goes down and leaves a whole family in a precarious wreck, we could have the opportunity to mold a AAA teacher, lawyer or even engineer or doctor...instead of having to go through millions of dollars on lawyers, attrition and devolution...much less put these fine children through it, setting them on a crash course for a much less wholesome and loving future...erasing thousands of years of good work, and perhaps millions of years of natural selection. Prison college programs already exist, so lets just build on that an make them official and get the prisons and jails much, much more involved. If I were a smart society, I would turn my incarceration facilities into education bribery installations. To be able to get into the program, you'd have to meet certain criteria and be evaluated by staff, you don't want to train just any prisoner on how to be a doctor and fast-track them out. But for select individuals, that would be a perfect option, and I would say that it would keep our streets a safer place too, because many a police officer turn a blind eye to good people doing less than scrupulous things at large, because they know it will be worse if those people end up behind bars...which just kind of waters things down, because those individuals never achieve their true potential and can end up being a slow drain on society, feeding off of the black markets, never to put back into society, or at least not at the level they were expected to. Creating these programs would make it much more karmatically rewarding for the police to do their job well. We could take a 10 year sentence which would have destroyed a community and family for something like drugs, which were no more dangerous than the alcohol at the corner store into a 5 year experience with a mountain of textbooks and prison professors and training staff, and then viola, out pops a well-trained dentist, mechanic, engineer, legal assistant or teacher. Granted, they could choose not to and do the whole 10, but who would want to do that? The only thing we'd have to watch out for would be to not actually stimulate crime, and so it might be wise to require payment to participate, or to carefully review inmates with polygraph devices to determine if they were there on purpose, excluding them, to keep crime down to that effect. Another idea I had was alot of PT and work programs as well as long days and early rising hours to go along with. At any rate, it'd be better than an eventual war, because that's where we could be headed if we don't find a way to pick things back up.
- eGov to (and for) the CORE
- Jake - 03-17-2023 "Every branch of Texas government, particularly the judiciary, is committed to applying technology that enables everyone access to our justice system." – Nathan Hecht, Chief Justice, Supreme Court of Texas A chain is only as strong as its weakest link, and top-down approaches are the strongest, saving time...such as brushing your teeth before you take a shower...no actual time is actually lost by the event, cp...but the synergistic effect when accounted for by the way the rest of the world works similarly ends up making life just feel better, which must be working in some extra-mathematical sense otherwise, which can be confusing to some, because everything MUST be and so IS math at its core...which simply means that peoples' intelligence is suffering, which can be seen through current, common misinterpretations of the word "spiritual," which is solely and utterly a word reserved for "advanced effects of current math in logic which are too far afield to fully comprehend, much less understand," pertinent to church or otherwise. Showers or bathing are where you normally get more totally clean, not your sink, so when you're done with a shower, it's one iota more efficient to be totally clean, mkay. That one little spec of time saved in just organized thought alone, being independent of actual material time lengths, releases the breath of the butterfly's wing, which turneth into hurricane over bad water. Seriously though, just give it a shot. Let's face it, our government barely moves faster than horseback in certain key areas...sure, many of its subsystems utilize modern electronics but for the most part, the general organizational structure of key parent systems are still operating on a design which was meant to compensate for slow moving information via horse, foot and boat. It doesn't take a genius to imagine how detrimental a fast new apparatus attached to an older, antiquating parent could be. Top-down approaches need to be taken seriously. If you were washing dirt off of a wall, you would want to start at the top in order to save time, this is just obvious workmanship 101. We should be following the same logic in our government to the nth degree, because it is the most important (top) system that we possess (just talk to any parent who has had their kids taken away by CPS--albeit somewhat unconstitutionally on some level to a very arguable degree in any case considering the implications of Texit alone). Enter eGovernment (or eGov for short). An eGov system should be both the parent and child endeavor of Texit, if such a system were put in place, much of the subsequent ideas which many of us have should fall in even if we don't expound upon them on here, for they would likely get taken care of by themselves eventually due the pro-organization and expedience which such a system offers. A centralized internet based eGov system would be an obviously necessary approach, and would most likely resemble a social media and forum type system, with chatrooms, video, project management, etc. Citizens would have an account which they could use to participate, connecting them directly with representatives and their local communities, from their streets to their districts and counties on up. The system we have in place now was specifically designed for information which moved at the pace of horses, walking and sailing. Election dates were set apart to allow for information to be buffered in order to compensate for such a pace. With government subsystems and the rest of the US now operating at the speed of light, there is a large discrepancy between the systems of our economy and the mains of our government. As one might imagine, this has caused an imbalance. Imbalances or discrepancies in one's government stand as prima facie deprivations of life, simply by the fact alone that one has to regard them when they normally shouldn't--a waste of time and a violation of civil rights guaranteed by the 14th Amendment. We should be well within our legal rights to go forward with enacting a digital, centralized system for our democracy, and it should stand out to the keen observer or adult that that is a signal that we should do so, because any wise person would know that when you have something extremely important that can be done in a timely manner, it should be done--because what can go wrong will go wrong (Moore's Law)...if we don't do it will be 10 times harder tomorrow and 100 the next day, if we even get that far, because usually you don't...something else always comes up and then human error and/or random emergencies pop up when you least expect them and collide with mother nature's wanton needs to do things all at once. Having two or more bad things possible to go wrong is especially dangerous because of correlation being the same thing: bad...which in turn would mean that they should coincide with being able to happen all at once moreso than not because that would be worse in bad, though then again there would still exist the possibility for them not to but of course only to make sure that people stay confused and don't become suspicious, lol, which should imply total and complete randomness being involved AS well as a false sense of predictability, both in the bad spirit of insanity...being the worst, which is the only way to beat it, to only know it...not anyone's cup of tea to remain in though, and we hold such truths to be self-evident (the first line of our constitution). Case studies like that are interesting to some people, especially for people who studied more in the arts and less in the sciences because some are less familiar with the way the brain operates...in that it is bound to matter, E=mc^2, hence the phrase "what matters," which we can draw from physics terms such as "Spacetime," matter inherently existing therein, and even "Quantum Entanglement," which is self-explanatory. Detriments in one's physical environment can manifest as detriment in one's temporal and so mental state likewise and in turn...and this is especial for errors in government because government stands for what is, not just for what has been, and so inherently it must be just in order to reconcile that which is below, in process...yes, things and events in the past do of course matter, E=mc^2 (obviously being encoded therein in some way), such as crime a citizen commits, but if the government designed to account for that deprivation stands for a deprivation in itself, well then who's to say that such a citizen even committed crime in the first place? On a note of pure educational interest, I would reckon to guess that the difference in action between a citizen and their government, besides being one, is that, respectively, the former stands for governmental action from the past inthrough the present (the individual, the predicate), and the latter through present (the predicate) inunthrough the futures from said pasts--agreement upon logic being immutable--state to (S)tate, so to speak, which itself is a fractal of the US's State, Federal system...(S)tate being generated from the [f]ederalization of commonality in beings' state, which is why I like the US system, when it's working correctly, that is, because one could directly substitute "Federalization" for "[f]ederalization" above and be hard pressed to find a genuine logical difference, patriotically...I only merely used captions in order to accentuate, homing in on causative functions. For prime instance, under The Fed's issuance fraud, a person who normally would not be inherently confused experiences the same schizophrenia as a person who is otherwise, because technically, the matter of the Fed is a of a highest issue, and arguably the highest issue one could achieve in modern government, being in AND of matter in and through financial liquidity...a confusion in present matter is the only thing which can cause such effect, all else would be affects (effects automatically implying affects). One can see how one's mind can be energetically blinded and so unable to fathom the most drast/dire of situations, even though they may understand it empirically, the malignment of one's own matter prevents the animal from being granted the blessing of proper instincts, and so they may not feel right, which would make sense with the worst in the above, and evolution and survival of the fittest in general. I would say though personally that the effect is very pronounced and can cause very, very severe and horribly undeserved psychological stress, which is just flat out , plain unholy, but the worst, lostless and almost indispicable part about it all is its understanding being difficult (and as mentioned), because understanding itself in a worldly sense...as in quantifiable by the dollar (which affectionately is everything we are)--stands also as being compromised as well, simultaneously...yet the brain's natural quantum processes rely on oneness to focus well. One can take a look at history, and see times when this fraud was being implemented and times when it wasn't (if they read the right texts) and can sense how times of progress and fond memories coincide (such as cowboy days, the Colonial and Victorian, Renaissance and Enlightenment periods and eras, WWII...and that hard times, such as those which are caused by major deprivations of life in issuance fraud, which most of the time is the case, or stems from it...(such as the Napoleonic wars, the war of 1812 and the World Wars), they do not carry as much spirit or any, which is weird though makes perfect sense...one gets that spooky sense that not much worth remembering and or so good comes from times like these, but even can, which is where the spook comes from...because you know that the only way for nothing to be there was for it to have been worse than bad, you would expect records when there are none, there's just not much information there at all in much respect whatsoever, good or bad...just fuzz like there was a severe short occurring, which matches well to what has been occurring now, yet now there is such a huge amount of motion you know would end up in the same climaxes which were the wars of those days, which means only one thing, that those who must've bared similar spikes of emotion must have been wiped out and/or severely depleted in historical functioning as well, because the informational registries would be too low in their thresholds for anything else to have happened, unless everyone had been medically retarded, and they weren't...leaving just giant cool holes in posterity's tradition, like cannonfire...you get the sense that what was there was bad enough, like it is now, that it--not just consumed, but must consumes itself...which sends chills down my spine, and the hairs go up on my skin seeing this happen all over again here and now, even by just being here when nature shouldn't allot for me under defrauded, and so corrupted governance, in the same way that it can't allow phrases like "must consumes," which is why I speak to inform well, because much of it is wiped off of the map in our texts, and I can see why, because it's just sheer entropy...wast-time squandered and so lost, higher(est) insanity which would have induced future information, good or bad, the only sense you get when evil is forced to turn upon its own ends, in due fashion...an extenuation in and of physics where unprepared people can die very horrible and unnatural deaths and are never heard of again, like a real tsunami...not because they are lost, but because such things destruction is so complete that they inherently cannot be spoken of due to lack of survivors, in any sense, physical or emotional...so much so that the effects usually overshadow history's ability to warn the next generation, not because they didn't try, but because this evil is so complete, it razes everything it touches in time, which is the only thing worse it could do than spread throughout the ages...only to sneak up on you again, because if it didn't, then how would evil survive a complete destruction, and how would it then destroy nothing?...almost as if the only way for it to learn is through starvation...a place where one can succumb to insanity and become a political zombie of sorts, and then suffer mortally to boot, as if paralyzed by the shocking humor of the devil's cries for the life to come. In Jewish lore, this type of evil was known as a dybbuk and is considered a demon's demon, a technical super demon, simply because the sin, or entropy (in more modern terminology) is attached not just to but inunthrough the physical object--especially in fraudulent currency, causing those related to it to forcibly partake in sin, unbeknownst or not...though and is unlike the affects of normal sin, which usually stem from a past event, because it is effectual sin, stemming from the future, existing in potential ab-virtuum, and so the present automatically, again, and again...causing a fractal effect to occur which is impossible to account for and people's heads just kind of explode (making me seriously consider spontaneous human combustion, lol). The real detriment of inter-governmental discrepancy sets in because the "devil" cannot intervene and rehabilitate (so when I say devil I use it in the modern sense of negativity), having to rely upon the bodies of those afflicted to rectify the issue first...in having to preserve the future first, evil or otherwise, even in parody of live and let live...so that there would be the possibility of souls which may be consumed at any rate or level notwithstanding whatsoever. This material situation is the metaphorical equivalent of having a bad full-body sunburn and then getting to strap on full military gear to fight a long protracted war--eventually leading to infection or god knows what else...perhaps blisters or even other casualties from poor performance from such complications, when one would otherwise have a great war story, funny enough, those stories are only reserved only for those who combat such things. People end up experiencing complications which compound and compound because situation does not allow for forgiveness, or recompense, or sense of any sort, from sheer material, physical phenomena...which is just blind math/nature and not something that a being of any level, of any logic or intelligence can or will intercede upon through pure thoughts alone, unlike ordinary crime of a past event can through trial, able to be reconciled by judgement in government, when the issue is through government (being arbitrary); which means that the normal processes of healing the body expects to undergo (because no one in their right mind would refuse to simply put atoms 1-3 in places a, b & c in order to undergo them)...those processes are unable to function properly, even though their potential exists in the imaginary, but though in the confused manner mentioned (and so in fractal, sorry for the wordiness), though again causing it to be expected when it should not and should not be constantly, which is a waste of brainpower (short-circuited humor, if you will), much less a violation of the 14th Amendment. A person could literally loose their very own soul if they are not careful with their governance, and yet still be let to live in sin in order to destroy that which destroys them, compounding more retrograde in order to bring the matter to a head most swiftly, an undercurrent which can sweep the unwary out to sea. This puts the animal into a situation which is what those familiar recognize as not just curse but that which births them, which can cause these scenarios of scenarios to be purposely or otherwise experienced most fondly and completely in only experiences interest...I mean, why would you allow instances of negativity when you can spend half the time getting to know very well worse what causes it so that it nets less?...a sort of spiritual twilight zone of no nonsense nonsense beyond explanation--as infinity is, though this one is negative: an impossible state whence time runs backwards which MUST eventually right itself. Those who don't comply would die, simple as that...the crazy part is that the negative state reverses the instincts, driving people against fixing the issue in nature's way of survival of fit, death of weak. In my opinion, the only benefit of the entire affair is getting the chance to experience something sheerly terrifying, like driving into a tornado or jumping off a building, or being mauled by a huge kodiak bear...yet there are no physical injuries per se, which for some might could be more beneficial, much like a haunted house or a good horror flick--with one hand nature extricates bad behavior and pedigrees inured genetics, hardening them to be able to negotiate key area of unpredictability, argument negotiation and reconciliation, of difficult terrain whilst still on it, which is tricky, all whilst doing so in a manner that they are still yet not fully responsible asunder, where losses can be written off and informational gains retained, saving face kind of like an NGRI ruling, with better net success had all around but ONLY if the matter is rectified PROPERLY; timely, which is a key point and part and parcel in how nature naturally works--that one thing inevitably must lead to another by AND through itself...1, 2, and 3, the past and future in the present, or like the atom, though most importantly herein: the State-Federal system of The United States of America, introducing secession through our bills. It'd be just too good of an opportunity to pass up by karma alone, which is why I use the word "implement." It would be obvious to any educated observer that such extreme utilities in fate would not have been overlooked in ages past and very likely what began as total scams ended up being employed as go to mega-tools for when societies got out of hand and forgot to keep an eye on their own govt, and big changes are needed in emergencies, which is why we still have the odd genetic propensities to uphold these zeitgeists, do we not?...I'm not saying that purely evil people still don't pursue corrupt domination over others, or that there is a conspiracy, but likely those who experience so much stress at the top from the bottom up through poor democratic upkeep probably don't mind when crooks get away with such huge things, and don't mind enduring people having to earn back their own freedoms...it's not like we didn't just throw it out the window...not! And there could be private texts or basic oral tradition which record times when such stresses weren't employed and things perhaps got even worse later on, and perhaps records of greater net success in letting nature takes its course, just like how it's wise to let small forest fires burn through in order to prevent larger ones. Those issues are above and beyond the general scope of this post and are mere speculation, but money and power are closely bound...with much gravitas. What we should be focused on down here is the fact that there have been really bad wars in the past surrounding these issues, as things came to inevitable heads, all arrows indicating that history is about to repeat itself, just more grandly than before...do we want to be on the other side of that grandly, or with grands in our hands?: the answer is YES! All that we've been doing for the past ~100 years since FRA1913 is chucking virtually limitless sums of cash at people we don't even know, who could be possessed by satan himself for that matter, who likely not just own ALOT of weapons and weapons manufacturing companies, but who likely will have been making weapons specifically to kill or enslave whoever hit them in the head that hard, with that much of their own cashola, aight. An eGovernance system would serve not just to help re-secure our basic freedom, in eliminating governmental transitivity: time herself, but would also help to retain better than the past epochs' crude mechanisms of slash and burn, lacking higher technology. But not only that, a finely detailed interface would serve to better evolve and given to our society a much better grip, much like a gecko's foot pads, which the US's technical structure was inherently designed by and for. In the same manner that really bad situations fractal out of control, really good ones fractal inthrough it, which we have come know as synergy on to net energy. Out of control fractals of course happen accidentally, so it should be expected that negatively entropic situations have to be engineered, which should also mean that a system which has a fractal mechanism built into it should work best, just like our government. Having a digitally based voting system should help to keep things streamlined enough in order to create more room for progress in such matters. Allotting for systems of voting upon how those suffrage systems themselves are structured and organized should give eGov an instilled dynamism, allowing for better faster adaptation evolution and adeptness...better control and overall liquidity, which are nicer pragmatic synchronizations (demonstrating stronger potential). Truly enlighted modern citizens with the power of enlightenment's technology (not just old men so way to far ahead of their time to even speak of their own causes) should vote not only upon issue, but also vote on how votes on those issues should be taken, it just so happens side-long that technology is critical, if not causative of the latter...things like arranging districts more expediently, shortening or lengthening terms or modifying what % constitutes a majority vote or even the concept of what a term is as societies twist and turn. Votership could go in and gut old laws like who's allowed to vote, which would be daunting task otherwise...and even get fine tuned about it...maybe giving people with college degrees and/or distinguished military/public service a certain percentage more than one, or allowing people with felonies to vote after a period but ONLY if they got educated, of which's standards could be manipulated as well. And there are tons of other things that could be tackled like that, especially with how other systems tie in best, such as court and other offices' e-systems or public and business records, just very simple little stuff that can really ruin a whole society, like if your key-ring is too long and bumps your leg while you're driving, causing you to have a fatal accident type stuff...most of which would likely be led by the people who are forced to encounter these hiccups on a day to day basis in normal everyday jobs like such as secretary work. Remember, we are here to keep the little guys happy, that is what government is all about, because nobody really cares when a good movie is on and you're to busy to watch it, only good government can save us then. At any rate, issues such as hacking will also need to be addressed and other systems likely re-arranged, consolidated and invented to keep things running smoothly. With a top down approach with a integrally dynamic core our eGov system would be able to morph around anything, ultimately keeping us safer and with what everyone really wants and needs: more time to do more time. Thank you
- Defeating Poor Logic Legally via the 5th & 9th Amendments
The only thing better than good is evil...and so the only thing better than evil is being evil twice. Which means that true evil is in fact good; and time flows one way, landing that way up. Just take any statement or thought that you might have, and know that it is in fact a rhetorical statement of pure and utter straight lipped satanic sarcasm...even your denial. The only thing that makes you a good person is the fact that your next physical action following is in deed just as evil, in being directly against your own devilish machinations, so that the only thing more evil that could be done is to completely violate your own sardonic ways with yet the only thing that could be more opposable—in doing the opposite of what should be done by doing what should be done, being good. In such manner, time progresses well for the good person...even as I write...evil is so instinctually automatic it turns out that we don't even notice the fact that there is really no such thing as good, just evil occurring twice...which just so happens to be good. So the other old saying is true: "there is no such thing as evil" OK, I'm being facetious, but you can see the cold, hard logic underneath which unequivocally proves that time's flow must in fact be at the very least labeled as good, in being arbitrarily positive. In fact, the jest does bear a striking resemblance to a main facet of this site--in time's shape, also bearing similarity to the state/federal system...in that time is made of two similar things which are one--the past and future in and of the present...closely matching the State/Federal system in and of the US. Now, you can argue that the past is good all day long, but you're going to have a hard time proving it being an optimist...because it obviously isn't as good as the future, right? Pure evil, lol... And for that matter, so is laughter, is it not? I mean, out of all human vocalizations, it is the most meaningless, most ostensibly senseless, time-wasting, energy-consuming, mindless, and unpredictably, uncontrollably spontaneous...yet afterwards we feel good from it....and not only that, it is the embodiment of happiness itself! Talk amongst yourselves! Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness is the American motto. In the courts, the 5th Amendment guarantees deprivations against life, liberty and property...and the 9th reserves all others not enumerated, prima facie. You'd have a hard time proving in court that happiness is life, but maybe not the other way around. The issue with republics and democracies is that the majority tends to rule...and evil's power can make it very hard for good to prove it's the right way in the face of a poor majority. Evil has the upper hand in most instances, just ask the bird that got its lunch stolen by a bigger bird. What evil does not often count though is that it is not as pure and distilled as good, just like a primitive culture satisfied with mead might never have imagined distilled liquor...good is just badder and more complete by being evil once more--distilled. And so the cleverer person who persists can prove this in a court of law using tort; utilizing self-evident truths which any mathematical being must follow based upon sheer conservation of energy: life...and by using laughter as proof of happiness, which amuses both good and evil based upon the logic of paradox, which makes no sense...in evil's own double contradiction intowards being good...from whence it came or where it goes, no one knows, nor ever will, that's the trick. This technique is a cousin of the tried and true litigious technique known as "the devil's advocate," and reverse psychology...I call it “evil's paradoxism.” It all begins with the classic scenario: good vs. evil. And then the classic schism--evil wants to partake in temptation which good must then retort in order to remain more evil through sarcasm in evil's own way, with good being truer evil...making good seem less desirable to someone who is stuck on being evil...to the evil person, or just less intelligent shall we say, good seems less fun and looks like the looser to them, when in fact the truth is quite the opposite (much like a person who does not cross their eyes correctly when looking at a 3D picture). Good must remember that it must not only be more logical, enriching, agreeable and smoother than evil, but also more enticing as well. So, the retort against evil must also be pronounced correctly in order to be truly good, which takes some skill and experience to come off right...it has a depth that you don't notice outright...70% of what you say is how you say it, after all. And let's face it, females are gorgeous, and so one should expect there to be a more delicate procedure when it comes to proper behavior behooving them, otherwise there wouldn't be enough room for skills to separate the good from the bad. Lo and behold, good is just that, better. I reckon it to the alcohol vs. food analogy. Alcohol gets you drunk, gets the party going and gets the girl, but it does not put food on the table and eventually destroys you and your new family. The man who opts for the food and bans the alcohol gets the girl too, but food cooked without alcohol does not taste very good, and so the man who is against alcohol in his home does not have food that is good enough to keep his woman and looses his family too. Though the man who cooks with the alcohol and does not drink it first has the best food, delectable and to die for...and who knows, maybe he'll have a glass of wine to wash it down afterwards, he keeps his woman, and perhaps then some. At the end of the day, the alcoholics most likely will come over to the man's house who uses alcohol in his recipes when they hear about his cooking, to help cure their hangovers, their woes and their hunger, to learn to cook properly and find out what the true purpose of alcohol is: to cook, of course Wink Sarcasm. By using sarcasm in reply to evil's suggestions, we can conquer the beast logically through paradoxis. By retorting in a manner which would seem like you are being evil, in making fun of good, you have already won the battle by tricking evil (making the all important animalistic kill)...at which point, it is just a simple matter of tactic to reel in the catch, and that is done by using laughter as a cross-indicator of time's salvation, which waits for no man. Evil, being evil, should not be laughing at any rate, good's humor included, but at any rate, nothing should waste time at all at any level, really. So, it is prima facie...self-evident...that good's regard is more concise and efficient than evil's, in having one less logi to achieve the same effect with straight face and no laughter at all, saving time. In that good's apparent plausible deniability and ultimate sarcasm alone should achieve evil's own ends in a shorter amount of time, to the answer to the ancient question: good vs evil? Who's laughing? Who's wasting time and energy? Who is violating the 5th Amendment? Would the 9th Agree? We shall hold these truths to be self-evident. Good's shade allows both options to exist as one, taking time's very shape itself (past and future in one), and then it is also the answer which elicits the most humor from both parties, in the shortest breadth...self-evident in laughter, being the embodiment of happiness...and then one may use that same logic again in the claim that good and happiness is in fact the purpose of life, in all ultimate, resolute sarcasm...and so the only answer is to continue in evil's own ways in disguise by being good again by laughing, and then continuing the process of good, or but evil twice over, rinse and repeat. Evil must agree with good because it's evil's evil. Cheers! (pardon me) Oh, by the way did I mention we're gonna be rich, y'all!! TEXIT!!!
- Recent F-16 Military Fighter Jet Emergency Landing Due To GMO's?
https://www.nj.com/atlantic/2024/01/nj-international-airport-briefly-shuts-down-when-fighter-jet-makes-an-emergency-landing.html?utm_source=fark&utm_medium=website&utm_content=link&ICID=ref_fark There's only one thing that can make you have to land a fighter jet for no reason. And that's the GM BM. If you've ever had to turn your self inside-out on the toilet after eating GMO food, you know what the deal is. Some concentrations and GMO's are worse than others, but being loose and not digesting your meal is across the board, which go hand in hand with preservatives. This brings new meaning to the term "New Jersey burn-out." Lets just hope this is all part of a bigger plan...a plan to have colostomy ports implanted on all of our warriors!
- Removal of Toxic Chemicals From the Water Supply
Somebody's poisoned the water hole! Water supplies have always been a major weak link for societies. Water poisoning would be one of the easiest ways to covertly poison large numbers of people. For any naysayers out there, just pause and look at the facts first, look what we have on our hands here: Hg (Mercury) directly in the vaccines, hormone effective chemicals in the plastics, plagues, child trafficking up to the tip top of society, things falling apart and mismanaged everywhere, plus mounds and mounds of other evidence indicating that there is evil ruling in our world, and there is, with a HUGE scam right smack-dab middle of our entire earth's money supply—the world reserve currency: the US Dollar. So excuse me for wanting to keep a closer eye on what constitutes 2/3 of my body weight. There are a whole host of chemicals which we KNOW OF which are LEGALLY added to the water supply which SHOULD NOT BE. One of the known chems we could do away with is H2SiF6 (hexafluorosilicic acid) which is added to the water under the excuse that it fluoridates teeth. WHY DO WE NEED FLUORIDE IN OUR WATER WHEN WE CAN BUY TOOTHPASTE WITH FLUORIDE IN IT??? This is obvious, but perhaps our government is SO SLOW that we can't change laws from more than 50 years ago when toothpaste was still new, besides the fact that H2SiF6 causes the bones to become brittle like glass, garnishing the checks of many a rich healthcare worker, and the untimely and gruesomely painful death of many a grandparent...not only that, many speculate that the research done on the Jews in Germany showed that fluoride causes people to be much more docile, subservient and lowers the IQ when ingested. Either way, I want this kind of stuff out of my water, at a beastly rate! I could also do without chlorine...we have pools that use UV light to sterilize water, why can't we do the same at the plant...oh ya, I forgot, we're broke. Some might say that it keeps the pipes clean, but so does ionic silver or even exotic things like cavitation cleaners, both are much better/cheaper. That's just what we know about, likely oppressed and suicidal johnny who got too many vaccines and plasticizers got a job at the water plant for $15/hr and is dumping the rest of what we taste in there. Perfect recipe there...just turn guys into girls using feminizing plastics delivered by H2O, emotionally traumatize their love lives, and then tell them exactly which chemical does what in high school chemistry courses and allow large quantities to be purchased on the dark net, and then give anyone a job at the water plant, brilliant! It's no wonder their dumping Agent Orange everywhere in Alaska, how long before someone dumps a gallon into the Houston, Austin or San Antonio water plant and 10,000 kids are born without toes and arms and eyes and horrible birth defects...at effectiveness of these modern chems at parts per trillion, you could almost render an entire plumbing system unusable from the risks of residue for decades, just like people in Vietnam STILL to this day have horrible issues with left over Agent Orange. These things need to be tackled and shut down like a mass shooter trying to pull out a machine gun, before we all get mowed down. Probably a big reason why nothing has happened is because things aren't there yet. When my truck runs well, I do still change the oil, ya know...I don't wait for the oil to become sludgy enough to break the engine, which means that I have to fix the engine every time, and then change the oil too...we are not retarded here, or are we? I think we should tighten our controls on sensitive public facilities altogether...I would like to see CCTV/AI facial recognition systems installed throughout the public, and it would be good to put cameras that the public can view at any time in key places they rely upon, like scarecrows. I would also be for placing large filters in the main water line to residences. Carbon fiber filters are about three times better than GAC, and adding KDF media surrounded by a cotton prefilter could make a large filter good for perhaps a year, at a relatively low cost of only a few hundred dollars, after a one time remodeling job. That way our most precious of resources would have a fail-safe built into it, further deterring tamperment. Fresh water would flow through our society like the bad waters of the Fed.
