  • Improvement of Military Technology, Equipment & Hardware (thrust vectoring, rifles..)

The stagnation of the Federal government has fallen out to the military. There are a few major technologies which our military should include in order to remain worthy of a 1st world fighting force. Besides being effective, cutting edge technology serves a major role in keeping confidence high, for enlisted men and women and for the public. Warriors are typically a high breed of genetics and keeping them equipped with the best weapons ensures their survival and high spirits. Having the best technologies also helps keep other nations from getting the wild idea of taking advantage of our weakness and perhaps going a step further. A 1st world nation allowing 2nd rate tech on their military is like leaving the doors unlocked on your mansion. Eventually something bad will happen. One of the main technologies which needs to be incorporated into our military is 2-dimensional thrust vectoring on our fighter planes. Currently, the F-22 is the only fighter with thrust vectoring, which only vectors in 1 dimension, or 1 axis. The new SU-57 and SU-75 incorporate 2-dimensional thrust vectoring, which allows those planes to maintain altitude during the tight turns of a dogfight, which is very critical...the more altitude you have coming out of a turn, the more potential energy you have due to a higher angle of attack. 9 times out of 10, the pilot with the higher angle of attack will win. 2D thrust vectoring nozzles are on the end of the plane on the outside where they are easier to work on and a retrofit would not be overly expensive, especially once the Fed is out of the way, Texas should have plenty of money. I would also like to see the F-16 and F-15 retrofitted with thrust vectoring, which should be even less expensive than the F-22. Other jets could be retrofitted as well. If we ever did come into conflict with the Federal government, having a fleet of thrust-vector equipped fighters would go a long way for defense. One other important thing which could be done would be to incorporate solid lubricants into our turbines. This would reduce weight, increase thrust, reliability and operational life of those engines. Another area which needs to be addressed is the main battle rifle. The M4 is an outdated platform which was based upon the M16, which itself was known to be a horrible rifle. Texit.pro suggests equipping our soldiers with a bullpup style rifle. One of the better rifles out there is the Desert Tech MDR, and they also make other rifles which are much better than what the US military currently has. Bullpup rifles are better in many ways but not always preferable and so a gradual phase-in would be best. There are also many bullpup conversion kits out there which would give new life to the aging platform. Once again, solid lubricants could play a key role in our rifles and likely would make the M4 a much better rifle. The military is already incorporating the technology, albeit at the pace of a snail, using the term DSL for "Dynamic Solid Lubricant." Secession and a better government with less bureaucracy would speed things up. There are other areas that need to be addressed such as uniforms and body armor. There are lots of new armor techs out there that are superior to what we have now. With all of the bureaucracy, much of the time contracts are awarded to companies out of politics and not based upon the best technology. One other area which needs to be focused on is drone technology, drones are a great force multiplier. An army equipped with lots of drones would be a force to be reckoned with. Drone technology should be very heavily pursued. Automated tanks, aircraft and other areas such as cargo support would play a key role in making our military elite.

  • What Is Beast Mode? Upside Down Is Right Side Up

Funny you should ask, title. The nature of the beast has always been a principle concern of the Author's. Behavior. To be-have...something...do you or do you not? Are you going to survive, or are you not? Are you going to live to love tomorrow, in the flesh? Simple 101 here, y'all. I guarantee you that wars have been fought in the past between people who didn't want to be alive and people who did, and that everyone who wanted to be alive survived...how much you wanna bet? I often recall a verse in the Bible which indicates that the nature of the Beast is 666, which for me, as a physics person, stands out as a reference to charge, in the proton-electron relationship, which would revolve around electronic flow, energy, and mass, via E=mc^2, being 2/3 (.666) of the atom: charge. Having charge in my book means winning food, and it takes a good animal to find it, but it takes a bad one to keep it and a holy one to appreciate a joke...everything else is dinner. Love and holiness is the name of the game of life and death...that you and yours will be there another day for your next meal, and your prayers, infinite life everlasting. Amen. I guess that when you turn the Texas flag upside-down, the Lonestar looks kinda like the head of an animal...a beast...which is a neato, convenient little synchronicity. And it would make sense, because that would demonstrate to a large, fairly successful...alive species: Texans, that such reminders WOULD behave like that. That something making our country work in some completely opposite way than how it should, would be upside down--against survival's cuisine, and The Fed does just that through the currency, damning all other corruption below. So it should make sense to us that our animal instincts come alive when things turn our ways of life upside down, after all, our banner IS us, it represents us spiritually as much as a representative does legally, socially. When our lives are threatened, our futures are as well--our children. When our laws are not legal, our social lives cease to exist and we regress into death, simple as that. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness all rely on one thing--property: being present. You have to have it, which of course implies that you should continue to. One becomes two, becomes three: the past and future of time's present. Time flows like money: time is money and money is time...because the dollar in your pocket is that same dollar in your pocket, the past has charge. I don't like, nor allow, or am allowed to allow at any rate things in my past which have charge over me in a negative fashion, and neither does my wife, kids, friends, family, County, State or Country as far as logic is concerned, arbitrarily, yet though ever more purely from a standpoint of plausible deniability...humor, if you could--if I or they wish to remain alive goes without saying...infinity's truest progress should be positive after all, is it not? If the world around us is represented by the dollar, flowing in time, then the inner animal should deduce that poor arrangements upstream WILL have negative consequences downstream, being the matter, E=mc^2. God made man King of the Beasts!! When you're a king, of a people...you're still a person, just like them...which doth mean that we are beasts ourselves (this is so obvious it can go missed). Mankind is already in the mode of a beast anyway, so it's only when things counter nature that it should become apparent...when things turn upside down, beast mode would then of course appear to become, right-side up. So turn that flag upside-down and let's get right-side up! BEAST MODE for TEXIT!!!

  • CCTV AI Traffic & Signal Management / Up Duration of Yellow Lights

How many of us are tired of blindly obeying traffic management tech from almost a century ago. That’s right, traffic lights have been just about the same design for almost 100 years now. We’re tired of reboots and redo’s, it’s time for the last millennium to take a hike and to stop living through our kids vicariously like its primanoche. What’s going to happen is that they are going to steal the spirit of the 60’s right out from under us if we don’t follow the laws of live and let live. The other day I found myself in the stupid zone yet again. The amount of energy wasted from a hard brake from 45mph is about the same amount of energy it takes for a mother to go from conception to child birth, and maybe a little more. All of that energy being wasted is a heinous violation of semitic principles. Every physicist knows that impulse momentum exponentiates as the same force is compressed into a shorter time. While we are dealing with the subject of better energy reuptake devices for vehicles, why don’t we lessen the load on our cars and trucks by updating the traffic lights. The first step should be an extra second or two on our yellow lights, especially with the higher number of trucks on the road, and with electric vehicles weighing more than IC vehicles, also accounting for the disorder of the modern world in the face of overall fraud such as the fed, and laggings in govt updates caused by tech, exacerbated by the former. I just snapped out of that stale, mental robo-zone one day braking hard at every light and though, gee, how hard would it be? I looked over the roads in SE Houston and most of the lines were gone, most of the ppl down here drive by memory anyhow…it really ticked me off that the cop wrote me up for an expired registration the week before, as if a bear had chastised a deer for eating something living, I digress. I started thinking though, I wonder if they are timing these lights to cause the most trouble as possible, I definitely noticed that the yellow lights in Houston are shorter than the ones in Austin, and it seemed like the turn arrows were timed to make adjacent drivers more prone to run red lights, but that’s TBD…squeaky wheels get the grease though. In the back of my mind I’m wondering if the disrepair is left to encourage good students to get a free ride to college if they know how to file a Complaint properly…the govt here has tons of money from the factories, I digress again though. Then again, traffic lights could be much better, with a flat display taking the whole width of the light much like an LCD screen which would display the color of the light over the WHOLE display, and could even flash messages like warnings about drivers running intersections, which might be an orange color, I don’t know. And that led me to think that such tech would have to be integrated into a CCTV system tied to AI. Instead of companies wasting zillions of dollars trying to make driverless vehicles, which is a pipe-dream, why not put that money towards a CCTV system for traffic which will eventually tie into a society-wide CCTV AI system? Facial recog tech could easily be adapted to vehicles, we already have a roadway camera system so the bones are there. With such things as nationalization of the airwaves and free data transit, wireless or otherwise, just like the roadways are free to drive on, traffic camera systems could be easily implemented and tied into a central AI server which could run algorithms for optimizing traffic. I CANNOT TELL YOU how many times I’ve been at a red light waiting on NO ONE, feeling myself being sucked back into the past century, my mouth running dry and wondering just how far off I am from being hauled off to the mental hospital! This stuff is serious because kids can die from lack of upkeep, as if we decided to arm our troops with flint-lock rifles one day and say “hey, they worked then, they work now, right” WRONG…that’s like saying the same sentence you just said thinking it will work, thinking it will work, thinking it will work. NO! Not happening! Anyway, it made sense to me that the roads in Htown are dilapidating, it’s because the ppl here are smart and have a genetic history of being top notch workers, I would be my last harvest seed on them knowing instinctively that you don’t want to do a big job without prepping for it first, just like you soften a battlefield before you send in the main force. Having a traffic management system, tied directly into GPS systems mandated by judicial order, and even integrated into the new digital radio tag readers on vehicle stereos or public broadcasts would make redoing the roads a breeze. With an AI managed traffic CCTV system tied into GPS systems and traffic lights, adding a few seconds to the yellow lights will come naturally. Cheers!

  • Relax Immigrant/Naturalization Laws, Regulated Work Entry & Labor Subsidized Housing

America is a mixing pot and it's true spirit was meant to be that way for posterity. Immigrant laws are very difficult to fufill these days due to alot of reasons. People have less time and energy to dedicate to study and life is more distracting due to the entropy associated with federal bureaucracy and corruption. Furthermore, govt systems are outrun by the digital age, further complicating the issue. Such things make true immigration less appealing...who wants to trade apples for oranges? So what we end up with is basically people fleeing to our country from Mexico over one boarder and not really true immigration from the globe. This is a problem because these people cause a large overburden because many are unskilled and criminal. The solution should lie in being able to cope and offer American citizenship more easily. I mean, everybody's got a translator on their phone these days, cmon...and modernity has mixed things up enough to make survival more relaxed, so we should ease up a bit and respect people more because we fought a long way to get to the promised land we need to share because that's what our forefathers would've wanted...after all, everyone is mathematically related, at least by a 3rd cousin beginning by about 1650 on back if you look at the numbers, which means that any person in the world anyone picks before 1650 they have a direct relation to (3rd cousin is considered the furthest direct relation). Plus everybody's seen Die Hard too...lol Anyway, one of the other ideas that I had would be a work entry program which would ensure that immigrant labor does not undercut honest Americans, and especially young folk in need of work. That could be done by preventing immigrants from taking certain jobs until they are certified, yet also lowering their minimum wage for their first few years in the US, which would encourage certain companies to hire them first but not others, either that or offer low cost housing, though at the expense of maybe 10-15 hours of work dedicated to community service, so that there would always be a labor pool of free labor for the State, which could outsource it to certain companies or even citizens who just need a yard cleaned...the key to the balance would be to give immigrants a little boost by making them pay x amount less than they normally would for housing, though require maybe .5x of community service--a win, win Work programs would also be able to separate skilled laborers from unskilled laborers to ensure quality, or perhaps allow skilled laborers to proceed normally....Systems such as eGov, mentioned on this site, would be key towards fine tuning and upkeeping these laws, and speaking of voting, relaxing immigration laws would ensure that more people becoming citizens would keep the population better represented for voting, which is a major issue with illegals...that and we would encourage better commerce because social mobility is also a major issue due to the inability to obtain loans and pursue courses in education. By catering to immigrants we would be able to keep track of them better as well, lowering crime. Also, by embracing immigrants, we could better sever their ties to criminal enterprise activity with their home country's. By using little tricks of time to inure both sides of the coin and set good foundations for the future, we can stabilitize. Feel free to add to the pot.

  • Itemized Receipts for Public Expenditures

Itemized Receipts for Public Expenditures - Jake - 03-17-2023 When you buy something at the store, you get a receipt. So when our government spends money, we should get a receipt too. Such a feature is going to be even more necessary when our treasury takes over as our method of taxation. Each dollar spent into the economy will need to be recorded as to where it was spent. End of story. Systems will need to be engineered to record this data verbatim, with special attention paid to fraud and hacking.

  • MALE BIRTH CONTROL (see ya QAnon!)

MALE BIRTH CONTROL (see ya QAnon!) - Jake - 03-17-2023 This post’s title is in caps for a reason. The child trafficking phenomenon is likely mainly fueled by a combination of two things: irresponsible men and refrigerants—one of them has to go and you can bet I’m gonna have an ice cold Coke and a smile when it does. Which means that we need male birth control! We don’t care how it happens, but it should happen. In all likelihood the solution will be simple, with plenty of methods to choose from. The same reasons we don’t have electronic turbos in our vehicles are likely similar to why we don’t have male birth control: money, greed and ultimately ignorance…we need to care about such things before they take care of us, for goods. There is a huge underground black market sucking our State and Country dry from the inside out with regard to good American gametes, how else would Bitcoin be that valuable? Drugs? Yes, that could be an answer, but where you find one snake you find another, and drugs just don’t cost that much for that much of a deficit, there must be some other market exceeding, and the illegal child trafficking trade would fit the bill perfectly, and we already hear about it in the news, and know that it’s an expensive market…and I would bet that the lacking of the chronic recessions the world has been asunder since the dawn of the world wide web have gone hand in hand with those goings on on the Dark Net…as if a huge vacuum were turned on. If we don’t intervene with good government, likely we will lose such advancements as internet, and perhaps whatever is attached, which any good parent would do to anything doing such things to their child, karma being the good parent inherently. I would bet my bottom dollar that even intergalactic wars have been fought over this issue, many a time, and I would suspect that there may be other stipulations attached which should light a fire under our asses, especially with respect to phenomena like psychosis and possession. The human mind is a delicate instrument, and its affliction suffers consequences in a spiritual, ramifictory manner. We have all seen the exorcist and the umpteen other material upon the subject, including actual historic records…the Catholic Church has special training for priests, and specifically regarding exorcism, and exorcism is also a word that has been around in the lexicon for millennia with a specific and well known definition pertaining to a recorded phenomenon...it is well documented and public knowledge that possession is a possibility unto a reality, and so I would wager that its use could be employed by higher powers perhaps to intervene in mortal affairs, perhaps with regard to extreme situations such as innocent children in highly abusive situations, or to prevent them altogether, as safe-guards...perhaps set in stone from trillions of years of intergalactic or even interdimensional evolution, war and struggle…perhaps AI NBE’s from another dimension of intelligence the size of small moons, who knows?..with even one-thousandth of a gram of their “body” able to outperform every supercomputer on Earth, combined…but that is more of a topic for another day, I’m not stating any of this for the record, but it is something to consider before we go messing with huge peter-natural systems such as our own government's own money supply, we could perhaps be setting in play psychological afflictions causing compromised members of society charging into dungeons on fire, possessed or not. Messing with God’s people is just not a good idea, I just don't want to get a Deathstar for Christmas, you know? Suffice to say though, we have no idea who we could be messing with when we allow such ways of life to go unbalanced and un-checked. I for one don’t want to come face to face with any such elder person or thing asking me why I was careless enough with my society for them to be forced to endure such and such many months, years or even decades as a possessed slave in lieu being abused in a festering dungeon by people with bad hairdoos, because that could very easily entail that the consequences for me could be worse, much worse: not my cup of tea, no way jose, PERIOD, End of Story…which should answer any questions outright about why I would break the normal rules of acceptable communications, because there are those of us who are breaking the rules of acceptable, legal behavior, which we know now because we have been seeing this on CNN, NBC and all the other news channels, print and websites and actions speak louder than words. For me, it’s either make a few frowny faces now or endure thousands of years of Biblical pain and torture, see…I’m not one to mince the words of ancient tradition and knowledge. Our favorite times and people are born from good religion and righteous behavior…those of you who may be confused must read this article: http://texit.pro/forum_core/showthread.php?tid=43. There is nothing we can do about the human imagination and a person’s personal choices surrounding evil, but we CAN prevent their opportunities to carry out such wickedry, in much the same way that we can lock our doors and have well-trained police and good Federal Agents…as if you never locked your car in front of your neighbors every day, eventually one might get TO’ed and take your sunglasses out of your car just because you made them worry about it every day. At the headwaters of such preventative measures would be MALE BIRTH CONTROL. I would like to see more advanced research into the area, ideally something along the lines of a nano-mechanical implant into the seminal vesicle, much like a vasectomy which could be switched on or off. Such tech is likely further off but that would be a great solution…actuated perhaps by a magnet that could be implanted in the hand, or both, one for off, one for on. Males could be operated on during the onset of puberty and the implant controlled by a parent…romantically, your coming of age as a man would be when you were given legal control over your right to reproduce, and given your magnets. Such a thing would be great to ingrain into the culture and would keep awareness up, maintain higher standards, and keep crime and its temptation at bay, and very well might keep Earth from becoming SciFi vapor, lol. Such a solution is more for the future, but in the mean time, other methods could be found–this we all but know, because we have female birth control and humans are very alike...it is well within the realm of reason and logic to assume males could have the same perhaps just as easily, and furthermore, I would say that those of us who would be against such a thing could in some way be prosecuted, in the same way that a person who fails to render aid could be.

  • Prophylactica (The Art of Revamp)

For those of us who were alive during the invasion of Iraq, we learned alot about warfare. One of the main things that we learned was that prosecuting a war against the wrong person can make you a very sick individual inside, because that is murder. The Bible tells us to kill those who murder, not to murder those who would kill...a kill, by its very definition, is not evil (though I would not say it is ostensibly good, in the same way that correcting one's spelling would be). Another thing we learned was how to be an effective war machine. The most important part of a successful invasion are pre-invasion operations, which is known as “softening” or “prepping” a battlefield. A prepped battlefield can mean the difference between cutting frozen or warm butter. A simple strike on a communications or power hub can mean the difference between fighting a dog with teeth or a puppy with gums. So that got me thinking about Texit, Secession and the processes we will be conducting WHEN we secede for the greater good of our Nation, to be re-unified after we get rid of the fat of corruption. The main example was with regard to the roadways in Houston, which are dilapidating and need to be renovated, if not for safety's sake alone...you can be the best driver in the world, but eventually, the mere aspect of just having to think about an extra facet alone, theoretically, could afflict one's total amount of lifespan, considering new revelations on Net Energy (more on that in another article on here). Eventually, dirty surroundings turn you into a dirty person, and nobody likes an ugly face, lets just be honest here...the covergirls of beauty magazines don't get recruited from My 600lb Life, do they? If Houston wants to keep its title as the best city to drive in, then its roads will need to be renovated, in the same way that 1+1=2. It must happen, and so developing the best ways and means on how to go about it should be a major concern of the citizenry who love to drive. Doing so without the corruption and embezzling which Houston is famous for via a secession would be the first and most obvious step (sorry for y'all out there who think that closing your eyes makes you invisible). Prophylactic is the name of the game. 30 years ago, the roads were designed to handle the large population we have today, that's why Houston seemed HUGE to us when we were younger. Now, those systems are at or near their capacity and will need to be revamped to accordingly in order to accommodate larger populations in the future (hopefully...that's if we don't continue rob piss off the rest of the world via allowing The Fed to exist). But lets remember our lessons we've learned from other difficult tasks such as warfare...we could make the renovation processes much more streamlined, efficient and effective: economical, could we not? A good bit of WD-40 makes the bolt come off, and a spoon full of sugar makes medicine go down, and a some saliva...well, I digress. Bottom line is, do we want to renovate the roadways in the sweltering Houston heat fighting a dog with teeth, or do we want to do this the good ol' fashioned way how we were taught to work from our world-famous heritage that we have set standards by and do it the smart way, like a hot knife through warm butter? Work smarter, not harder or die, that is where we came from, when those of us who did not obey the laws of physics in logic perished, giving us the good genes we have, it is called natural selection. Here are some ideas that I believe would make such processes prophylactic in the same way that battlefield prepping works: The first idea is an old one and has been a major precept of work for a long time, and that is to have two systems so that one can be used while the other one is being worked on. For things like roadway work in Houston and other cities like Dallas and SA, this would entail having two routes for traffic so that one can be worked on while the other handles the load. In the Oilfield, rigs have two power units so that if one goes down, it can be fixed without shutting the rig down. Anyone who has ever had one vehicle and had it break down knows how critical it is to have two vehicles. Simple tasks such as a trip to Autozone can become arduous with only one vehicle. The likelihood of loosing your ass with only one vehicle is exponentially greater than with having two, and the same should go for work, roadway work included. Before major roadway revamp begins, it would be wise to create new roads and systems to reroute traffic around those which need to be worked on. Another VERY important idea would be to have a fully integrated CCTV AI system up and running, and also to use the government to force those systems to be tied to phone GPS systems real-time (in the same way that emergency broadcast systems are integrated into the TV networks), that way roads that are being worked on can be identified by AI or manually input by city officials, and then GPS systems in our cars can re-route traffic around those areas, turning what would have been a deadly headache into a mild breeze. CCTV AI systems should also be used at the traffic lights in order to better time those lights to take advantage of blanks in traffic...”blanks” are a term used for traffic light periods when there is no traffic coming the other way, yet the light stays red, which costs us time, fuel and carbon emissions. AI systems, if given enough time and tuning could become very sophisticated and traffic could be very well tamed. When doing major renovation on major highway arteries that don't have a second route around them such as in downtown Houston, CCTV AI systems would be absolutely invaluable. Renovating the roadways without such systems will be like getting into a vehicle without safety harnesses...doing something the same way it was done 50 or more years ago could be deadly in the modern era, PERIOD. Those of us around us who have not grasped such concepts who are over 30 years of age or so need to be identified by those of us who do, we need to remember who these people are and just generally make sure that they are not and do not become public officials unless they are rehabilitated and certain procedures need to be followed, the first being a mandatory Thimerosal detox (Hg mimics poor mental health) and others like general due care such as ensuring that they are properly educated and are familiar with logic and religious dogma (more on that in other articles though)...the fact of the matter is that we just cannot afford stupid when it comes to our lives, people need to grow up and start thinking more like an animal would if it had arms, legs, running water, air conditioning, hot tasty food and a fast vehicle...being inconsiderate towards loosing such utilities and creature comforts is just not allowed...and in fact, it is so not allowed that even one iota of it is veritably deadly, as if we decided to introduce a negative number into a positive infinity, it is that serious and literally has that much potential to hurt, kill or damn us, forever...like someone flicking their Bic around a huge gasoline spill with people, families and homes soaked in gas, it's just simply unimaginable, which is why I would ask y'all to remember who these people are and ensure that they are working some sort of manual labor, such as pouring concrete with micro-rebar, or going back to school or church. With new tech such as micro-rebar and things like tire-based fill and potato starch for concrete that is both more flexible and much stronger, as well as taking perhaps a tenth of the time to lay, when we combine those advancements WITH the above, the synergistic effect will be monumental, and make the monumental task of renovating the roadways such as those in Houston a doable task that will take 10 years instead of 50 or more...what's more and almost more important is that with better concrete tech, those roads will last much longer and wear much better than the old technology and so we might be in a whole different ballgame, in flying vehicles the next time we need to renovate them (if at all). This kind of thought train is the one to be one, and should be a form of thought in how to approach other areas which need improvement, because things are so run down that revamping them outright might not be such a good idea, in the same way that eating and drinking alot of food and water can kill you when you are very emaciated from starvation. Another idea would be to roll out the vehicle retrofit systems mentioned in another article such as HHO hydrogen-on-demand hybridization, heat-reuptake and electric rear axles, as well as solid lubricants. Such things being done before roadway work goes full tilt could take the edge off even more, making the roadways cleaner, cooler, more and ultimately safer for construction crews...nature is life, and so being more harmonious with nature would ensure that we live. I did notice one thing though that made me think a bit. The curbs here in Houston are absolutely aggressive. There is no gutter next to the curbs, it's just road and then curb, so a distracted driver has no way to tell from the feel of their wheel when their car has left the road and is going towards the curb unlike other cities such as Austin which has a foot or so of gutter before the curb that is different than the pavement. One curb-check and you're toast...I have seen people check the curb, I have seen wrecks and disabled vehicles from it too. It's just an accident waiting to happen when a vehicle that has checked a curb on its left side but is still driveable but then tends to pull that vehicle then to the left into oncoming traffic, creating a much higher tendency for a fatal head-on collision later on down the road. I had a moment in thought for a second and realized that it would be much easier to compel a court to renovate the Houston roadways WITH the curbs the way they are than without, and it made me wonder, did the city planners who made the roads back then make the curbs that way in order to make the job of renovating those roads easier in the future for us, or to perhaps eventually force us to? And, could that have been a tactic they had learned from their elders or ancestors in long-gone systems of their day, who perhaps had learned it from theirs? I imagined that it could have been, and that there are lots of lessons like that which we can learn if we just keep our ears to the pavement, and to perhaps find clever ways to pass on those lessons and also create our own for children of the future, just like buried treasure, or honey in the butter (agave nectar works well too).

  • Is Our Lack of Polygraphs for Govt Processes Creating a Sinful Trap for Youth?

Is Our Lack of Polygraphs for Govt Processes Creating a Sinful Trap for Youth? - Jake - 10-31-2023 Could our lack of use of polygraphing in certain key areas of government be creating an unconstitutional trap for young Americans? Would you average everyday kid growing up these days look at the facts in front of them...tons of cops, enough corruption in the drug and child trafficking networks to have reached to the tippy-top of royalty...and then tons and tons of ways to shut anyone down who threatens the bad guys, with the computer password standard basically a joke compared to password handshake cracking supercomputers and their algorithms. As it stands, the police and govt databases required to arrest and record information for a person are hackable, being connected to the internet. If they are not, then they are being managed by pen and paper, and that is no joke, which in turn means they are only safe in as far as that method is concerned. As hacking and usurping of the law via its weak points naturally continues, the old insurance of stone tablet based record keeping will start to buckle under the weight and mistakes will be made to a large enough degree as to at least compliment. The question is, is will the youth brought up under this conflaguration get caught in the confusion and assume that evil is the better course? To the outside observer, it would appear that our version of federal democracy is just a mirage...simply an ingenious invention of an evolved criminal masterminding meant to act as a cloak for the old everlasting dagger. As these children come up in this world soaked in the blood of child trafficking victims and high from the ubiquitous drugs from the Dark Net, with some underlorks of the DN likely selling both, and some viagra to boot!...will they succumb to the psychosis induced by federal incongruousness? Will the natural mistakes already being made like plasicizers and GMO's add some sort of quantumly entangled twist that causes some sort of yet to be diagnosed psycholocial disorder, or even births a whole new class of them? Could that turn into a compound fracture of a little boy or girls soul, at just the right...I mean wrong time and angle. To where they see the light of beauty streaming in through a world more reminiscent of the dark side of the force at a party? Could they fall in love with guns, drugs and money, and one day loose their grasp upon the animal world and its warmth of family and religious comfort? With so many creature comforts of modernity around them to hide the jagged edges of the inncorrect footholds upon the paramount mountain, could we be encouraging it to be scaled backwards...could there be some sort of hidden door to mordor which allows time to flow backwards for good men, so that they are cursed by the light of the moon, never to stare straightly again, until the society which hath allowed the light of darkness to blind them is rectified? I believe so, and Secession's mechanism is proof that the rivers of time can flow backwards...if they can turn bad into good, then they might could turn good into bad. A child might conjecture that evil is the correct way in a system that is unconstitutional yet being presumed so, and so concur concurantly. In civil court under FRCP preponderance, it should be seen as moreso guilty than not that there would be any sort of federal arrangement which could be seen as unconstitutional. In criminal court it is innocent until proven guilty. In civil matters however, it is assumed that a defendant is guilty if there is any evidence whatsoever in that direction, which would entail that preponderance of whether or not the lack of polygraphs being used for certain governmental processes is in fact unconstitutional, but ONLY in the presence of other technologies which would prevent nature from working in lieu. It should be recognized that humans are a part of nature, and so when we introduce legal systems in nature, we must ensure that they operate accordingly, or we might offset the balance of nature. In civil procedure, if it can be shown that the balance of nature may be being offset, then the court must assume that it is unless there is evidence provided by the defense indicating otherwise to the same degree, no more, no less...pf. This procedure is due because offsetting nature may in fact offset the natural quantum processes of the mind of a child, who might not notice that there is a metaphorical defect in their emotional topography, and so may be inclined to assume that the world is a way which it is actually not, which then could cause them personal injury, being a violation of their Civil Rights. Polygraph testing not being present in the presence of other modern technologies involved in the systems which government oversees should be seen as more detrimental than not. If there were no other technologies present, polygraphing could be seen as unnecessary, with there being too many ways for someone violating an oath to be taken care of by natural causes such as disease, accident or animal attack or by vigilantes acting under emergency. Now though, there is no excuse to act out of emergency against a corrupt official, because that official is no longer exposed to the natural processes of evolutionary selection being sheltered by modern amenities anymore, and so there must be another route, which just so happens to be the only other and same route through the courts with respect to modern technology, with the aspect of it there to be used in lieu. Back in the day when corrupt officials did someone in unfairly, Jim Bob would say to heck with this new fangled fancy govt and go get his shotgun and sneak up behind a dirty judge and there would be a hunting accident and that would be it, with no way to prove anything otherwise rather than hearsay, and so even anyone could say that the act was an emergency, because there was no other way to prove that such a judge was officially corrupt because they simply did not have the technology back then such as polygraphs to prove it, and so commensurately the forensics to prove that the emergency act of the people against that corruption was in fact, simple as that...requiring civil process at any rate or level to prove it by and through progress in/of process towards a point of universal technological advent for all sides, in the same way that universal suffrage is constitutional. Now that we have polygraphs, we must use them alongside other technologies in our govt or else we are inviting the same issues that the uncivil laws surrounding segregation in the civil rights movement. Now that we have universal suffrage, we need to make a push for universal tech rights and adopt polygraphs in order to aid in the processes of verity for the courts and for appointments of government positions. The introduction would be simple and be done in conjunction with the oath which already exists and is based upon the same logic. The process could be fine-tuned and made unobtrusive through the use of modern sensors...in fact, a Bible could be made with a cover that could be made to sense just like a polygraph, and hooked to an exascale quantum computer with a bleeding algorithm. Such a feature would be awesome, especially since polygraph data is circumstantial evidence only, meaning that you cannot be found guilty on it alone in a criminal court at all, though in a civil court you may or may not be depending upon if you have some sort of circumstantial evidence to counter. So, if a juror or jurors do not pass an oath after entering a verdict of guilty for a certain defendant, that defendant can appeal based upon that information while in the mean time suing them for failing the test...if in that suit those jurors cannot provide a logical reason for failing the polygraph and then perhaps fail a more stringent battery in that suit, then their verdict can be thrown out. Back in the day, these jurors did not fail these oaths, because the ol bailiff watching the proceedings might just be hunting near such people a few days later who had that hunting accident, see...that's the way it was, and we should be ashamed for putting people in these predicaments where they could perceptibly be placed in harm's way when such could be alleviated entirely through the use of a remediating technology: the polygraph (though only as circumstantial evidence alone, being not suitable in court as direct evidence). So here's The Exit Party's motto: polygraph or bust! Just remember, we have a duty to the constitution of our children!

  • SS - Allow Certain Social Security Recipients to Work Full-Time

SS - Allow Certain Social Security Recipients to Work Full-Time - Jake - 05-08-2023 As of now, Social Security reduces the amounts that recipients receive if they are working more than part-time. What that does is compel people away from full-time jobs because they don't want to loose the security of their benefits...either that or lie to the government, which is another dangerous trend. Certain people, like those who were physically and mentally traumatized by Thimerosal poisoning have a legitimate claim to SS disability benefits, which by the way is a great reason to extricate the Thimerosal from the vaccines, because we are just asking to shell out money for it, not to mention troglodize ourselves. When you take someone who needs a boost from the government to get back to where they should be, banning them to work full time to receive that boost is counter-intuitive, like hitting the gas while you are depressing the brakes. SS recipients should be allowed to work full-time and still receive benefits, it would be better for the economy. Why that is not being done is anyone's guess, but I would invoke the NBE clause here, which I have another post on in the other section.

  • Use Polygraphing and CCTV to Aid in Traffic Accident Congestion

Use Polygraphing and CCTV to Aid in Traffic Accident Congestion - Jake - 10-22-2023 A healthy body is a key part of a good immune system. Immune system A will succumb to a cold in one body whereas will not in another one running more healthily. Updating our government to use technology in due process for processes due is a critical part of remaining federalized. Now, many of you are going through the throws of the beast mode hulk morph, where you are going mad from such things not being done. You must realize that those proclivities are actually the greater instinct of the masses and powers that be steering us into a secession for the greater good. So, we should prepare our local governments for this event, with the specific goals of being able to move more quickly without the need for federation. What that means in simple terms is that we will basically have a setting to where our government will be alot more responsive, in much the same way that a vehicle is in low gear, because there will be less gears that have to turn for processes, and there will be the overarching event in the first place that will give legal actions an extreme amount of torque, able tear out entire sections and facets of our current governmental infrastructure and replace it with newer, more modern vintage, just like a renovation. The down side will be that our new renovations won't be able to go as fast in just a State form, but once refederalization occurs, in whatever fashion, it will be critical that all these new systems are able to interoperate. My proposal will be to have a competition between the States, and when refederalization occurs, whoever has the best thing is what everyone else will adopt per each category...sort of like a competition..though that idea might need some polishing considering that a truest refederalization should be an further union higher of the world, which could be interesting, but more on that in other articles. As for using CCTV, AI and polygraphs for auto accidents to help clear roadways, the idea is simple. When you have an accident, it is immediately noticed by AI integrated CCTV systems which will zoom in on it in ultra high definition from multiple angles, with even the possibility of cameras in different wavelengths that can see through stuff like fog or even vehicles themselves. Footage of crashes is taken and stored, and then polygraph data is taken later to corroborate versions of events. As time goes on and systems like smartpavement come into play along with vehicle black boxes and mandatory dash cams, crash data will get more and more detailed. That way, people can just get off the road and out of harm's way immediately for minor accidents where the vehicle is still driveable and allow for traffic to continue to flow, and especially to help avoid secondary accidents from gawkers. For accidents that can't be cleared, there should things done such in installing anchor points into the roadways for next-generation emergency vehicles to anchor onto in order to quickly move wrecked vehicles out of the way. Such things could be further expedited through the use of secession to create a fast paced modernization of the courts, so that laws could be more expediently developed which could require car companies to do things like install points on all four sides of the frame that these new road clearing systems can hook onto, and other things like permanent dashcams. In a state of defederalization, we could have the valence and the torque to run these easy updates through our govt, in the same way that its much easier to work on a vehicle or a house when you're not in it. What could take 10-20 years or never to happen, could get done in just a few months in a situation wherein it was understood that we had to improve...as in, we didn't just break up the union for nothing, which will take the legs out from under corruption and bureaucracy...and if they do try to stand up, it'd be an easy task to deal with them in the local courts much more quickly, with less likelihood of them going through their normal corrupt escape routes and usurpings of the law.

  • Rising Air Traffic Accidents Due to Increase in Criminal Dark Net Class?

Rising Air Traffic Accidents Due to Increase in Criminal Dark Net Class? - Jake - 10-26-2023 Are the recent rises in air traffic accidents due to a spike in the criminal classes surrounding elicit Dark Net Bitcoin profits and also participation in said by existing demographics with modest incomes and international affiliations such as pilots and ex-military personnel? I mean we all know that during economic downturns sales of hypercars and jets go up. To me that would speak to criminals systematically targeting the sun children of the boons, trafficking their unscrupulously obtained and birthed children, profiting and then splurging. I guess every good gun has a safety though, a modest hindrance. That's for when these yoyos figure out that their great great grandfather fell from heaven to take the place of the child via a higher up govt tech from the next realm we might not know about...yet...be careful what you wish for!

  • The NBE Clause - Evidence of a Hidden Third Player

This post is about theoretical imaginings to help citizens understand the importance of maintaining proper standards of social hygiene. This is a simple "what if" scenario which I employ when people find it hard to believe that someone, could, in theory receive negative karma, even if they were totally spiritually clean, and in fact may indicate that those of use who are more clean might could be foci of ever greater misfortune, just ask Jesus. Below is an excerpt from litigation: The NBE Clause is a theoretical, hypothetical, philosophical tool which posits that there are non-biological extraterrestrials from another dimension who live amongst us (much like the movie transformers), able to process information on levels unimaginable in this dimension, living in disguise as humans, who possess an evolutionary drive towards crime, disorder and evil and against justice, sensibility and the expected (they being so far and beyond the mortal realm that they have an evolutionary duty to that below to manicure/test it) and so every action they imparted would in some way be seen as evil, intrusive or discomforting, much like how a garden would perceive garden work being done as destructive or annoying if it were conscious. Hypothetically, in this supposition, these citizens exist in our society and are programmed to purposefully commit negative acts which elicit more positivity in the long run—against the law, religion, one’s mortal survival, etc, which normal people would not or even should not expect (much like how proper strenuous exercise builds better health). The theory posits that these individuals would be capable of committing any type of scenario in order to create controls for the human brain to be able to grasp the possibilities of the impossible or unexpected in order to encourage proper philosophy towards more holistic justice at every level…in order to show a person, people or even a court that something completely unexpected, impossible or even conspiratorial could, in theory occur, even if it were just one time or one chance in infinity, because this is a theoretical assumption after all, in order to help proof that one must always reconsider, respect and protect life and liberty at all costs, for one just never knows. Bearing this litigation in mind, a judge or jury could imagine that an otherwise perfect individual could theoretically just randomly be targeted for personal injury against the law without sense, reason or rhyme, which the courts should still be required to compensate for, ultimately. Such theoretical suppositions are technically not beyond the realm of possibility and help to prove scenario so that a jury can become exorcised enough to take into account the possibility of crime at any rate or level, which can be difficult otherwise for some, because it is very discomforting and stressful to bend a sober mind beyond its own reason, in that there could be factors afoot in our lives which are especially dire, hypothetical or not. A naïve jury could discount the fact that like things tend to occur alike in association, even when that thing is inherently something which is normally associated with being dissociative: crime. So, crime should moreso than not tend occur with itself none-the-less, accompanying mistake, crime and more mistake, unbeknownst or not…compoundingly, any affect otherwise should only be attributed to crime. Nature is known for being efficient and will take the shortest paths, which means that similar items would tend to occur in same, crime and injury notwithstanding. More oft than not, fatal, federal and egregious crime occurs in complication with itself and strikes unexpectedly in totality, and so missing a split-second in wonder, disbelief, uncertainty or even novelty can cost one one’s future, just ask those who wondered out onto the seafloor when the ocean receded before the tsunami in Indonesia…in the next life, of course. I would implore everyone to remember this clause because it could be the difference between a beer or a soda at the end of the day. Good enough is not as good as perfect. If there are cracks in the walls of our new State when we secede and fix 'er up, the bugs WILL get in...and I don't want to get bit by a transformer in the middle of the night !
